When will app going to open . After updation.. I'm waiting for this beautiful app .. more than Flipkart and Amazon... I never see such a service from this earth... Plzz provide details .

    I ordered from club factory on 28 June 2020 and did the online payment.they cancelled the order without giving any proper reason.now it's been more than 4months since my order was cancelled.neither I received the order not the refund.its just showing refunding on the app.i have written several mails and had tried to contact their customer care but they have not given any single response.i don't know what to do so trying to have some help here

      My partial not delivered by clubfactory after ban of the app in india for item order no SO[protected] /SO[protected] dt 28.06.2020 for Rs 1764.
      It is stated from June 2020 that they are on process of refunding 1764 Rs but so far amount not received

        I have ordered one night suit on 11 july, 2020 and my order I'd is SO[protected], I have not received my order yet. It is already being too late... And now my order status shows canceling, I have not canceled my order but why the status showed this Nd why my order was not received to me?? I want to know about my order. Please revert me back as soon as possible.

          I purchased a baby girl dress on 27/06/2020, But the order didn't delivered,  At lost from club factory end initiated for refund on 30/07/2020.Unfortunately the refund not yet received.

              Hello
              I was ordered a product worth 1068RS from club factory on June 27 2020.
              After few days it was cancelled due to out of stock reason .
              It was showing refunding since August 2020.
              Today 7 November 2020 4 months passes still I didn't get any refund .
              I want my refund 1068Rs .
              Please help me .
              I will attach details below.
              I hope my issue will resolve soon.

                I have ordered one Version Single Shoulder Pu Printing Package Kitten Handbag order no SO[protected]. Later on i have returned the item due to wrong product delivery. Then i initiated the refund and got the below message.

                A refund of INR358.80 has been refunded to your account (guest_897389d0-b709-46dd-8427-6a536bc6f248) balance. You may withdraw your balance in Club Factory app.

                But I am not able to collect the amt from club fatory app (wallet) because the app is already banned so i cannot open the app now.

                Kindly help in getting the amt refund.

                          Indian govt banned club factory app from india.
                          I ordered shoes from club factory on 7/3/2020
                          It was damage so I return product.

                          My order no SO[protected]
                          Return complain date was on 12/03/2020
                          And order return no SON[protected]
                          The last updated was on club factory was 19/3/2020 package delivered .then after 3 days lock down was started due to covid19 then there was no update & apps was also banned in india

                          Please help to get money . It's too late.

                                      My order no is: SO[protected] and the amount was Rs.1094. I had return the product since it was defective within the time still i havent received my refund. I did have a word with the chat department as well as it was working well at that time and was assured that i would get it in 2-3 days but its been 4 months and didnt get it back in my bank account. The status is showing as 'refunding'. When would i actually get my refund in my bank account?
