Sir/ madam, on[protected] i had booked a saree for rupees 273.00 with order no S[protected] and on[protected] with free shipping. the saree was not good as per my expectation, so on the same day i requested return on[protected]. they are charging pickup fee rs 90.00 when at the time of booking it was free delivery. By seeing the picture online we cannot guide the quality of the saree and after receiving it the quality was not good. i had chat with executive he told we are not worried regarding the quality of the saree.
why charge pickup charges from the customers, no online shopping charges pickup charges

i kindly request you club factory to refund full amount of rupees 273.00

    I placed order on 3/12/19 and made advance payment for Bluetooth portable speaker, it was supposed to receive on 11/12/19 but even after 21 days they are unable to give satisfactory reply...always saying your product is being manufactured...
    Good business o[censored]sing money of customers...take money advance...delay the order...then again take 10 days for refund...for a month they use your money of so many customers..

      I have ordered a jacket from this bad app club factory and when i got the refund into balance am unable to withdraw into my bank account or paytm showing every time system error. I have tried so many times but showing same error. My order no. Is so[protected].
      Are you making fool to your customer very pathetic service really you are providing very disappointed.

        Hi, this is padma, i have ordered a saree from club factory which i want to return it, i placed a refund, but from past 1 month no one came to pick the saree, when ever im checking for refund details, its showing me as the refund it delayed, i kindly request you to take back the saree and refund me the amount aeap.

          I don't get my order yet ... App is showing that your order is under custom clearance i want to know how much time it will take to be delivered ... And i have already done my payment through UPI so please show your concern towards my complain and make it delivered as soon as possible... or else do the refund of my amount sooner...

            I have booked 6 items at a time 24th nov 2019. Till now i have received only 3 items. Remaining 3 items are showing "preparing by warehouse" even after the delivery expected date 12th dec 2019.

            Order number not received: so[protected]Total items are 4, received only 1)

            I have called the club factory customer care on 13th dec 2019 and they said within 3 days they will send the items. But still no response/update from them. Now even customer care is not connecting/responding.

            Also they are not responding to the email which is provided in their web site.

            Could you please take action against them and rectify my problem.

            I'm really very dissatisfied with the delievery timings. I haven't received my order. Customer care number is also not picking up my call to complain.
            Please deliever my order as soon as possible.

              I wanna wish to return my order, but in my mobile app return option i mean ORDERS option didn't work, i'll click ORDERS option they nothing response, i feel WORST about this process.

              And the return policy said return the product within the 9 days. In that case above the problem happen means how i'll make return my order.

                I would like to inform you that when i was facing issue at the time of ordering then i have contact with customer care of club factory ([protected]) then he told me that download the quick support then he take away my device remotely and my balance automatic deducted (15000). Please help me
                And contact me [protected]. Take a necessary action and stop the next person evasion.

                Aside @ i have also recording of that particular person, please look into this and arrest that person.

                    So, i ordered this pair of bluetooth wireless earphones from club factory but then i changed my mind due to certain circumstances, then applied for the refund on their app. It was all going well. I received the money too on time but when i tried to transfer the money from my account balance to paytm account or my bank, it said "system is temporarily under maintenance". I repeated it several times but it's saying the same. What's with it now? How am i going to get back my money in my account?

                      Hi i'd ordered some products on 13th and today is 23rd
                      After 25th i'll be out of town for almost a month and i won't be able to receive the product. Had i known clubfactory will take so long i wouldn't have ordered and now there's no option to cancel the order either
                      Can you please ensure that the product is delivered by 25th at the earliest

                        I want that product again and want to return actual product.

                            For my order wrong product delivered and now club factory asking me to send it back via post. My concern is if they don't have return policy it's fine but in my case i am asking pickup because they delivered wrong product not my mistake.
                            U want them to deliver right product and collect wrong one.
                            Why should i waste my time for there mistake. And it's been a month no one from club factory even worrying about customer concern.

                              Maine jo product order kiya tha bo mujhe 20 december ko received hua hai mera product wrong aaya hua hai joki rs.2290 rupee ka hai aur ab main return karne ki koshish kar raha hun per return nahin kiya ja raha hai. Or club factory ke workers mujhe technical issue ki samasya bata kar ashvasan de rahe hain, jabki main do din se lagatar product return karne ki koshish kar raha hun, me bahut chintit hu krpya meri madad kare.

                                Awb [protected], order no fo[protected], club factory claims to have handed you the items on 17th as per their tracking flow, so why is it showing pickup failed at your end since 15th. The consignment was supposed to be delivered on 19th and then rescheduled to 22nd. It seems to be horrible service at your end and club factory. When can i expect delivery. If my order dosnt get delivered by christmas den don't deliver

                                    My order no: so [[protected]] is supposed (Estimated by club factory) to be delivered by 20th of dec. It was shown shipped by club factory on 18th december. From 18th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled for next day’. Its been soo much time? And tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product???.. It's been too long i am waiting for any changes in the tracking of my order but from 2 days it's been the same. Please send me any response or any issues if exists. It is a present for my cousin's birthday please deliver it as soon as possible.

                                      I have ordered a belt from club factory last month and had done online payment for the same. However it was noticed that although the order was not delivered to me, it was showing delivered status in the application.

                                      I reached to you guys via call/chat and you have been telling that my case is esculated and will be resolved in 3 working days. However i've been waiting for about a month now and still not received any positive response.

                                      I will attach the screenshots of all the ticket no's.

                                      Also i have noticed that you guys don't respond to the customer immediately. You take all the sweet time in the world to reply. Do you think we are jobless here to wait for you to respond.

                                      Finally i hope atleast you guys respond me back for this mail atleast and resolve my issue. If not i have no issues to take legal action against club factory for the fraudulent issue i have faced.

                                        Ordered two jeans and a sunglass from club factory (Company is sehar commerce private limited). They sent a ladies socks which is not even worth 50 rupees where as i have paid 2766. Its been one and a half month now, i kept applying for return and they kept rejecting it. Now they are telling please wait. We will give you the option to reapply for return. There is no point of reapplying for return. As they will reject it. I gave them an easy solution, minus the rate of the socks and give my refund. They will still not do that. Please help consumers like me from these frauds.
