Ordered two jeans and a sunglass from club factory (Company is sehar commerce private limited). They sent a ladies socks which is not even worth 50 rupees where as i have paid 2766. Its been one and a half month now, i kept applying for return and they kept rejecting it. Now they are telling please wait. We will give you the option to reapply for return. There is no point of reapplying for return. As they will reject it. I gave them an easy solution, minus the rate of the socks and give my refund. They will still not do that. Please help consumers like me from these frauds.

    Everyone in company is extremly non-sense. They dont have basic manners to how to talk to other people. Company should arrange some behavioural classes, especially for their customer support centre.
    I dialed multiple times to support to file complain for my order, but every time, either a person who does not have any sense to talk picks up call or they drop call in between while m talking.

    Such a frustrating experience.!!

    Its okay that i am not gonna get my parcel ever.. I vl consider as donation to u guys!!!
    And ask everyone i know to uninstall the app.

      Hi,
      I have placed an order from club factory on 8th december, 2019. But it is not shipped yet. All it is showing is that it is being processed. The order number is so[protected]. I want the delivery before 25th of december as i am out of town from 26th. Also the cancel option is not visible. I request you to kindly take care of this matter as soon as possible and make the delivery early.

        But it is not delivered to me even after due date and when i tried to call customer care it's not answering and no customer care executive appears on line and i have to wait for 7 minutes and after that call automatically disconnected and now not connecting after that i want my product or refund please solve it as soon as possible.

          N no update from website!!
          Very disappointed from club factory delivery! Please do some thing about it!! I have function this week i need to get that parcel as early as possible!!!
          Club factory i thought to be a good online shopping site!! But it turned to be not! No response from company side
          !! Even money been paid earlier!! If you cannot send the items on estimated date then why you guys give estimated date!!

            Club factory if you are reading this and i hope you will you guys sucks because i ordered a hyperdunk low 2017 on 8 dec and says that it will be delivered by 12 dec and it took 2 long weeks and i am unable to track it!!! And on 20 dec i got my oder but the product was wrong i got an airmax which i didn't even orderr!!! You guys seriously need to check it i am returning and hoping that i will get what i order!!! If i didn't receive my returned order by 25 dec i will surely do something about you guys for being this worst

                I have ordered for a pair of bluetooth headsets (Order no : so[protected] they haven't arrived yet. They haven't been processed even though the app says the delivery to be on 16th dec.
                The dealer is always offline if i want to ask about the product. They have guaranteed a 12 day delivery but my process hasn't been even shipped. Please speed up my process

                  I ordered a few items worth around 5300. Now I'm not able to log in to my account. I wasn't able to return one item and didn't receive any refund for the one i returned. And now i can't login and check on the rest of my orders or if they refunded the amount to CF account.

                  The login option isn't working. And i don't know what to do about it. 5000 isn't a small sum.

                    2)- I have cancel order id no.SO[protected] on 3.12.2019 and requested for refund the courier company pickup my order but not yet deliver to the warehouse of club factory upto 19.12.2019 and not update the tracking ID from 15.12.2019 till date and no positive response from the club factory executive on phone .

                      I ordered a product on 30th November 2019. I paid for it through debit card. It was expected to be delivered on 8th December2019 but i have not received it yet.                         M order a jeans from cf at 7 dec and my order reached to my town saharsa at 15 dec order recived by ecom expresses saharsa his order recived at 15 dec but his don't delivered my order till now.
                        I am contacting to ecom office for my delivered delay so many time in between 4 days but his always tells me that your order will delivered tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow bus his didn't delivered my order till now.                                       I ordered few item in club factory 1.5 months back. My order was splitted into 2 packages.. Package 1 i received after 4 weeks of my order date. Where i received all wrong item which i dint order at all. I have applied for return and refund. No one came for taking back the products till date. Package 2 to i received 6 weeks from the date of order. Where i dint receive 1 item which cost around 550rs.. I applied for refund..                                         I bought black colour d13 smart watch on 7/12/2019 for 669inr in club factory but red d13 smart watch got delivered on 14/12/2019 and i applied for return/ refund on 14 dec 2019. They agreed for return and said 579 inr will be refund and product will be picked up on 18th dec... Totally unfair because its their mistake of sending a wrong colour product. Then also i agreed and they didnt pick it yet and today is 18th dec. Please return my 669 inr. I dont need your product anymore.
