Hello,
I have purchased mi basis headphone with mic from club factory. But when i have received the product it was used and duplicate product in box. I have requested for refund, but they have charged rs. 90 for pickup charges. As discussed with them they have inform they will refund the amount. But they didnot refund and telling you reqested refund as quality not expected.

I have placed an order in club factory of 2 sling bags order nu: s[protected] on 20th nov 2019. The total value of the product is 816/- and its paid through net banking. But i have not received yet. It shows "please be patient".. Waiting from past 1 month but there is possibility of proceeding and i cannot cancel the doer too. Plea resolve my purists.

I made purchase of shoes in club factory without having user account. Payment got failed but amount deducted from google payment.

How would i retrieve my money back i have transaction details an id of gpay but no information about order placed or tracked. My name is hitesh singh contact no. [protected]

I ordered jbl flip 5 bluetooth speaker.. But received a damaged and duplicate item... When i want to return it then there is no popup display of delivered to customer, as i have buy thru cod, i want to return the order back, but there is yet to delivery showing... I spoke to customer support people but, they are also not supporting... How to get my refund value back... Such a recklessness behaviour, i didn't seen yet, please look into this matter and try to get me my refund back...

Hello sir mene 1 order (No - so[protected] kiya tha club factory se hoodies t - shirt ka 13/10/19 ko aur inki estimated delivery date thi - 21/10/19 tak.
But abhi tak (18/12/19) inka order nhi aaya.

Is bare m inhone na koi mail aur na he koi sms send kiya.

Mujhe bahut problem hui bcoz mene jisse promise kiya tha usko m ye product nhi de paya.

M bahut jyada gusse m aa gya inke service se aur meri tabhiyat kharab ho gyi.

Hi!..I ordered a kurthi in club factory.

I ordered it through credit card.

Amount was debited successfully.

I ordered it on nearly 19 days ago.

Club factory shows that order has been shipped successfully.

But I didn't receive my order till now.

Then I tracked my package by tracking no.

Tracking info says that the order is not shipped from the client.

Please deliver my product or
Refund my money

Bus tab se unhone mr. Thangminlal account & hari das terang ka name account ma club factory company aur sudamamahato ke naam par aaj ke din tak rs 7, 45, 000/-. Jama kiya. Thangminlal. Hi i'm bhanu, it's gonna be a month still i haven't received my orders from club factory. It's mentioned product will be delivered within dec 9 but the deadline has been crossed already. Have ordered multiple items and done online payment already and i'm getting worried.in customer care faqs page they show customs clearance option but i'm unable to see that option in the app. Kindly see to it as soon as possible.

I have made the payment through cod. My refund status says amount refunded to app balance but i have not received any money till date (17.12.2019)

Wrote many complains and tried to reach the customer care number but no response.

When i will get my money back.

Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i placed my order to different address and i will not be avaible to recieve. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to avoid the grievances

Dear sir/madam,
I ordered a product from club factory (Cf). I paid through my card.
They sent a wrong product. I returned it and claimed refund.
They refunded the amount in my cf account.
It was withdrawn into someone else's paytm phone number, which is : [protected]
Now, cf is telling me they cant do anything. Firstly, i did not pay via paytm. I paid via my card.
2nd, this is not even my number
Someone else's number is registered in my account and now cf is not helping.
They only reach through chat on their app... They dont respond on that chat and close the window on their own.
Their number [protected] is not picked up before 15 minutes everytime i call. When they pick up, they disconnect without listening to my problem.
They have been providing me refernce ids without any resolution.

Through guest login, i've completed my online net banking payment on 18th nov '19 for the products listed below & awaiting for the products delivery so far, it's more than a month now i've not received any of the product.

Myself ordered some of the items through google app in club factory and paid through google pay and after that i downloaded the club factory app to check the status of my order but couldn't find so i checked the costumer care number in the club factory app but that number is of gaziabad but not working so i searched in google app the club factory customer care and contact with the given number after that he told me to download any desk for team viewer and told me do a transaction of 1rs to check my payment details which i have done on 7th dec. So i have done the payment through paytm after he said open club factory app and save the postal address and told me with in few minutes he will call me back. I was busy in my work when i took my mobile to call him and saw few of the transaction through mobikwik from 19:13to 19:52 starting from 19, 999rs due to low bal the transaction failed after that tried for 14, 999 that also failed the tried for 5000rs which got deducted from my account,
Please sort it out as soon as possible.

I ordered some products from club factory website, i pay for that online. But i didn't get any acknowledgement from club factory only my bank notify me that i withdraw some fund towards club factory. Even i am not able to see my order details, where it is, how can i track my order and even i don't know my order no because there is no any mail from cf. Please help me towards this

Hi im vijay here, writing this complaint regarding delivery of my JBL earphone..tracking no. The product was to deliver in between 3rd and 10th of december and till today i.e 16th of dec. There is no information about this.neither customer care executive is taking any action nor courier service is taking any call or if they pick my call just replied by saying that your product is out for delivery...my product is prepaid also...you guys are doing a fraud by doing this...this type of service canot be expexted by any of ecommerce service..so either you take an action in this regards othervise i will file a case agains you...hovever my amount my amount is not big..but its all about services and trust

On 16th Dec 2019 at 19.38pm exactly rs.98.96 amount confiscated from my account by club factory online shopping.
Incident exploited like they were real In Posting and grabbing attention from customers like what other online shopping people does it.when I ordered an item with club factory by cash. I made an enquiry to repay my amount back but they replied that your order get cancelled and further asking my debit card details in order to make a refund. I surprised with their technique of exploiting my money .Of rs.ninety eight rupees ninety six pause.kindly request you to take action on them and wind-up such fraudulent on line shopping. If possible repay my money back my order no. In club factory is S[protected]

I am arvind mohan, my contact number is [protected], i have ordered a watch on 20-oct-2019 order id - so[protected], which was received on 30th-oct, after receiving that product i checked it was not running mode. So i have refund the same, after some time i thought may be it can be technical reason so received... I ordered again on 11-dec-2019 a watch order id - so[protected], which received today 16-dec-2019, at the time of opening the product it clearly showing it's old used watch scratch on back side of dial and shown it's opened watch. And it's dead watch means not working. I have made the video at the same time in front of delivery boy, delivery boy also seen the same... It's rs.1731 price watch... How this type of fake product are being delivered by a reputed site. How many client are being cheated by these companies. I suggest no one to buy the product from these sites.. I have cheated 2 times... How many are cheated like me by this company...

I will go to consumer court for this. I have all the proof and videos... I will not leave this company.

Made a purchase of a cap and made the payment as a guest user as i had not made any account with club factory.

I made the payment via sbi net banking but the next screen it was "payment is failed".

Money got deducted from my account. A message came from sbi about transaction. But i did not get any email or order reference number.

Unfortunately i cannot quote the order number

Sandisk ultra gb microsdxc class 10 memory card

After inserting it in my smartphone it shows storage of 135 gb which is not at all possible. So, i reached the sandisk site and enquired for the storage capacity and it showed that maximum partition available is 119 gb out of 128 gb and if the card shows more storage then 100% it is fake. Also after using for 3 days it shows corrupted message.

Please stop this site from selling fake products and harm the consumers.

I have ordered a fastrack watch from club factory on 02.12.2019 and my order no. So[protected] and they have shipped the item thru ecom courier
No.[protected] on 03.12.2019,
And the shipment arrived to bangalore on.09.12.2019 when checked in tracking it was showing as shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer not available where as they never tried to delver it.
Instead i called courier person and asked for the delivery but they kept on telling that they'll deliver next day and they didn't turned.
But this ecom courier people with out attempting to deliver they have returned the item to seller stating that shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer refused to accept
