I have ordered a fastrack watch from club factory on 02.12.2019 and my order no. So[protected] and they have shipped the item thru ecom courier
No.[protected] on 03.12.2019,
And the shipment arrived to bangalore on.09.12.2019 when checked in tracking it was showing as shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer not available where as they never tried to delver it.
Instead i called courier person and asked for the delivery but they kept on telling that they'll deliver next day and they didn't turned.
But this ecom courier people with out attempting to deliver they have returned the item to seller stating that shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer refused to accept

    I am unable to login or even view my orders and wishlist and its been some few days now.. And i have some orders yet to be delivered to me which i have ordered and paid as well but it says its delivery though i didn't receive any and i have to view my orders as soon as possible in order to receive my packages because i have already paid for all the items.

      I purchase one casual top from club factory and gone through process and money debited from my account and i got payment failed but amount debited from my bank i have bank statement screenshot, what is this please give my money back.. First time purchase first only fraud whats the hell is this..

        I ordered a long sleeves woolen sweater from club factory but, it stuck in custom clearance and as i order it on 7 december and it's 15 december till now i didn't receive my order

            Hi,

            I purchased nokia n73 mobile from clubfactory on 10 dec 2019 and received the product today i. E. 14 dec 2019. The product is a fraudulent item and has following problems
            1. Missing original box
            2. Missing accessories
            3. Old and extensively used battery, exhausts in half an hour on full recharge
            4. Keypad not working
            Totally defective item

            I contacted club factory customer support and he provided me invalid number and totally rude answers, plz find attached the screenshots

              My order no is so[protected], i ordered some under garment, out of which received a correct parcel, and the second parcel contains tshrt and a pull over which i never ordered, after complaining my wrong item was picked up but after that no information of exchange of item or refund. As my order was pre paid exchange of item or refund is still awaited. Neither mail is replied nor any contact is available.

                  Placed on line order no. So[protected] on 27th oct 2019 and paid money rs 449.13 thru airtel payment bank. Order not yet complied with till 13th dec 2019. Club factory not advisiing if they supply or not. If not, why? What is impact on club factory as penalty for non compliance.?? I have also sent nunmerous emails to them, greivance section and rahul, but no suitable answer from them. Why not a civil suit of cheating u/s 420 be files agaisnt club factory??

                    My order no so[protected] is taking a lot of time to get delivered. I would like the order to be cancelled. It is just saying that order is being prepared by warehouse and customer care are very irresponsible.
                    I have called the customer care of club factory and also had a chat with them. They are not doing anything about it. They are just delaying and not giving the exact picture.
                    Please cancel and refund my order.

                      Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be available to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. This order was placed by mistake. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. So i requested the refund, while refund is done my 100 rs deduction being done which is not acceptable. If you would have sent the good quality of the product i would not ask for a refund. Whereas no amount is credited back in my account. How is that possible. Also no complaint no is there to talk even.                             I ordered 2 items, a skirt and a t-shirt from the brand Vivient, on 2nd December 2019, order SO[protected]. The delivery date was 10th December. But I didn't get the product yet. In tracking id it shows, they need a redispatch, due to my problem (infact there is not such a thing) and they vl make a second attempt on Nxt business day.. The msg is on 10th December, and today is December 12nd.. I need the product as soon as possible, Bcz It was a credit card purchase, and I'm moving to dubai on 17th.. Plz reply me immediately...

                              I had ordered for a pair of shoes on line from "club factoty". Unfortunately the look of the product i received is completely different from the picture of the pruduct. As such i want to return the product but unable to reach them in any way. I have been trying for last four days but every time the line gets disconnected, although i have received calls from this number before the product was delivered. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and advice/order them to refund the money.

                                I ordered 4 titan watches but i received only one watch. The one watch that i received is full of scratches with the back cover coming off. I had paid the full amount for all 4 watches. Now, i am trying to return the package that i received but the delivery guy is canceling my request.                                       I have made payment for a power bank Rs 500, which is schedule to delever in hyderabad my package of order SO[protected], Tracking number is [protected] which is scheduled to deliver between 07 -12-19 to 11-12-19, I have not receive my product, as I have tried to contact the customer care, It does not respond me properly.
                                      Please take the appropriate action and advice the respected authority either make delivery with in 1 day, as delivery date already over or if it unable to deliver the product than refund my money to my respected bank account through which I made payment.
