I have ordered a product from your company on 29/11/2019. I haven't received that product yet but it shows a pop up message that your product has been delivered but that product is not delivered yet. I want a proper reply and i want to know who received the package and whether it has been delivered or not otherwise i will file a complaint against you. Kindly do the needful

When delivery biy called me i was in meeting so i was not able to answer his call. Afterwards when i call back him there was no reply from that side.
My product is not delivered yet plz help me out.

Ur delivery service is very poor.
Plz suggest and help me so that i can get my product.

    Hi clubfactory team,

    A very disappointing experience i had with your shopping portal. I ordered the below bag yesterday night through credit card but the amount got deducted and it said payment failed. I did the order again today morning through net banking but the same thing happened and the amount got deducted from my account.

    A very disappointing experience with clubfactory. Please refund i am waiting eagerly.

      My order id is so[protected]. The refund was generated to original payment mode which was paytm but it has not been credited to my account. Then i checked my account details to ensure everything is in place. I noticed that my account has another mobile number updated (Which i never did). Also i always receive updates on my existing mobile number. Then from where did that mobile number come from? The credited amount must have gone to that mobile number. Since i have not received and club factory is repeated saying they have refund the amount. There is a huge flaw in the system. Kindly check into this.

        I placed an order with club factory and they delayed in delivering the same, and when i received the product, i had to return the same because of the quality. But they were giving the refund in club factory app. So, before initiating refund, i confirmed from their executive through chat. He assured me that firstly the balance gets refunded to cf app and then you can withdraw the same to your paytm wallet or bank account. And its been a month now but i have not received any refund. Whereas the app shows your amount has already been withdrawn. Upon asking the customer care executives, they refuse to help and keep on repeating the same thing that we have refunded the amount and somebody from your family might have withdrawn the same. I inquired with customer care they said it's been transferred to paytm number and the email id linked with that is [protected]@clubfactory.com how can i have an email id with their domain, i don't wok for cf. All they say is amount withdrawn and it's hacked by someone.

        They all are doing a fraud with such system and making fool out of innocent people. It is no-one else but internal staff only. Without customer's permission how can the amount be withdrawn to a completely strange number?

          I feel its a big lesson for me and next time i will never order from your site.

          This order i am unable see at all, don't even have any update online.

            Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

              Actually i ordered the product for my friend without her knowledge and she seems not to like it.
              And also i won't be able to collect the product on time as i won't be in station for some time.

                  I had ordered a pair of earphones on 3rd decembet 2019. The shipment number is [protected]. As of 8th december 2019 the status of the order says 'delivered'. However, the product was not delivered to my address.

                  I either want an immediate refund for the same, as the payment was made online, or i expect the product to be delivered to my place latest by tomorrow.

                  It is weird how the status can show 'delivered' without the package actually arriving at my place.

                  Looking forward to a prompt response.
                  I have ordered a ray ben aviator sunglass from club factory. My order id SO[protected] its not a gust order. But in my account there is no order is displayed.i couldn't return my order.i got the product on 8 december 2019.it was some damage. I will say my complain to customer cate of club factory. But they will not response on my complaint.

                    My email for club factory and phone Number for club factory are connected to two different accounts how to change that and connect them to a single account as it has been quite difficult to access them. So please help me in resolving this problem and make it easy for me. Such that I can access my single club factory account easily to the most of it use

                      I have ordered 2 quantities of saree and selected cod option but when i received it, there was only one saree in it and i had made payment of 2 already to delivery boy. Now, i am following up with them since 5th, and still issue is not resolved. They are asking me to wait for 3 days. Please help me with this fraud. I can share bill copy stating 2 quantities and photo of order, as that packet can accommodate only 1 saree in it. Ticket number 756186.

                        My order is still not delivered, my delivery date was[protected], i didn't receive still. My order no. Is so[protected]. I ordered on november 12th at 08:06 pm.
                        It said that i will receive it on november 30th but i didn't receive still. My before orders in club factory came correctly at the delivery date, but this time i didn't get. I have ordered in club factory 2 times before this order and everything came correctly. Please solve this complaint.

I have a message from the bank that the amount has been deducted. But in the orders section it is showing that it is unpaid.                               I ordered one product in club factory website as a guest member. I provided all details and paid for order using upi payment. But it showed something went wrong error. But my account has been debited. My transaction details you can check in screenshot attachment. Kindly refund my money back. Total paid amount is 349.36inr. Please help me to revert my money back. It's really a valuable money for me and my family. We are really poor people. We rarely order things from online.in this if you do like this then we will complaint to police regarding this issue and suicide. Expecting your good selves.

There is nothing showing on my order list even my money has been deducted from my account. It is every regrading to get such kind of shopping experience from this shopping site.                                   Now i am not getting option to cancel it. I wanted it for an event. They say they delivered the order to another address and not getting the order is my problem and so many excuses. They are not even providing the refund of my order. The customer care helpline is not helpful at all. On calling the courier service several times they also give us the same explanation. We neither have the order nor the refund. And the worst customer service. Kindly help me

                                      Order number so[protected] is not deleivered but it is showing delieverd. Delievery agent faked the signature and kept it as no payment was pending. I have cmplainted in club factory and 'delhivery' team which deleivered but i have got no solution. I am attaching photo of pod which is company showing to me as proof but the signature are faked and am also attaching photo of my original signature. The delievery agent contact by the number [protected]. He posted the delieverd status and i called him after but he did not send my order. Kindly help me to get my order please.

                                        I have ordered 2 product fro this via mobile app.. I have already done the payment for this, amount has been also deducted from my bank account.
                                        But after that in the app shoes that amount is unpaid
                                        Hat to do?
