And like most of the times when i cancel or return my product i don't get the money back can you please let me know how that works?

        I purchased a saree which was looking very nice on line but the quality is so cheap that can't afford to keep it... Is it the problem of a customer that clubfactory guys have charged for refund. Of 99 bucks... Its highly ridiculous. Look at the other websites like amazon, they don charge for refund or replacement. Though it's not the problem of customer, y should i pay for clubfactory refund. Cheap website... I need my full amount off the product back.

          Said item has not been shipped till today as they have given delivery deadline on 06/12/2019. Kindly arrange to give status of order or cancel the order and arrange for refund. Ordered on 18/11/2019. There is no customer care contact number & i am unable to contact. Request club factory to confirm whether they can dispatch it.                 I have order 2 item of mi 4 band on 29 nov and received the delivery on 4 dec and also paid the bill amount on the same day but after opening the package i have found only 1 item. I have the vedio proof of opening the package. Please kindly let me know when i am going to receive my complete order or otherwise refund me my amount that i had paid extra.

                  I had raised a complaint for refund of the saree chanderi cotton i had ordered on 11 th oct

                  I see a credit on 15 th oct and debit on the same day in my account
                  I have not received any money

                    I want to withdraw my refund money through banking but after filling up bank info verification code is needed but the number where it is sending is not my number.. Maybe i used it while registering but i use another sim card now..in my account info and google info i used this new number. I used to login through google and when i check my google account info the contact number i save is the one i use right now. How will i change this old number?

                      Hi

                      I had ordered a bose headset and it received on 4-dec-2019 and i have to return it as it a fake 3rd quality product, i ordered black and received white, there is no 3.5 mm cable, no user manual, seems some one was using it as well.

                      My problem is still shoing under 'processing' there is no option to 'return'.. Only 'cancel' is available.

                      How many days it will take to update the app? I paid 3100 as cod.

                      Please take action to update the stage to delivered so that i can return it...

                      I got this product one month back, Still showing status as 'Preparing by Club Factory Ware house...

                      Not able to cancel.

                      Can i expect this will update with in another 10 days? What i feel is ClubFactory and the vendor cheated me by showing original product in product details and sending a duplicate cheap 3rd quality chinese product and not updating the status in the app so that i cannot cancel.

                      This is my first review on any online portal and because of my worst experience..🙏

                      1) don't purchase any high end products, they will send you duplicate, third quality Chinese products.. It's not a promotion sale.. only for cheating

                      2) You can purchase products with price less than 600 / 700 if there is ratings grater than 4 and at least 25 review

                      3) Once you receive product and paid they are going to update the details in Portal and it will show 'Preparing for dispatch' & you won't be able to return. I waited more than 40 days and still not updated...😟

                      4) Seems there is no support portal / support team / contact number ( number won't connect )😟

                      Simply wasting of time and money 😖

                        I have purchased one saree which was not good in quality wise so i raised return request. Order was picked up on time on 1st nov and status was updated that pickup done. Next steps was delivered and refund which is not getting updated from the 1st nov to till date. Status is still showing pickup done only however i have followed several times with customer care and every time they are just saying your complaint no.                               I bought it from club factory at 800 bucks .beliving i am already a user of boat brand products at starting it was upto satisfied its totally original as per boat brand rules (packaging and product features and details).
                              but soon i was getting mad it was geting disconected. then it stoped working on left part. today i register it to boat complait forum got a ticket number 825321. but when i called the boat customer care they said clubfactory is selling fake products i asked how do i belive that my product is fake.???
                              they said we do not sell any items to clubfactory i was really sad as my birthday is on30 dec. this was a birthday gift to me from a dear one. . i would be sad n depressed to tell him/her about this . i havent tampered the product yet.
                              n now its sight is making me angry and furious. atlest if club factory is selling fake products they should inform the same as we as customer are getting cheated.
                              as an indian citizen and as per the furinig and raging situation going onn. i will definately find out who is to blame for my just 800/bucks. n may murder the same founded guilty

                                I want to return my order that has been delivered to my home as it is different from as shown in picture of your website. I want my cash back as soon as possible.                                   I want my products till 6 december, as i have order these products for a function and function is on 7 dec and i won't also be able to take the order then. According to shipment track record the approx date of delivery is 10th dec, but please try if these can be delivered early, i need these products.

                                  Customer care people are not attending call, i also mailed my issues about this but i am not getting any reply their tech support. It's really worst experience of buying items from this site.

                                    As per club factory site information my order no. So[protected] has been dispatched with id no [protected] via expressbees courier co. On 29.11.19.
                                    Fate of the order still not appearing on expressbees site while tracking, i sent two mails to expressbees but it is unfortunate none of the mails replied by them.
                                    Pl look into the matter and let me inform accordingly.

                                        I had ordered for a chiffon sleeveless top - so[protected] on 16th nov 2019 and it was supposed to be delivered by max 20-24th nov. The amount was deducted from my credit card immediately but till date the product is not shipped also. I am in loss of that amount for so many days.
                                        Now when i would want to return back, club factory will take return charges which i am not ready to pay for their own fault.

                                        My last 2 orders, i had paid the return amount and when i withdrew the balance amount the conversion charge from usd to inr because of which i got the amount lesser which was also not informed to me initially.
                                        I was ordering 2 memory cards from club factory. I paid through BHIM UPI. The transaction was successful but it showed error on the club factory page. Now my amount was deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation from the club factory.
