I have placed the order at 16 nov 2019 for 3 necklace and done online payment, my order no. Is so[protected]. I get my first order within 10 days and its good than i got notification for my 2nd product that it has been shipped and delivered to me on 2 dec but i got a swim suit in my package. And 3rd product still not shipped. I made a return request but nobody comes for return till now.

    My order ref no. So[protected] & so[protected] towards 3 dresses purchased and got delivered on 04 dec 2019 2 shipment and each shipment got 1 dress only total 2 dress get delivered and missing 1 dress for which i already raised complaint online 753538 and i want to cancel and get refund for that missing

    They are did deliberately since they dont have stock but instead asking but they used to play very unprofessional and unqualified management

    Never to deal with them again when you call customer toll free ask me to chat live and take longer than expected time to chat or speak on phone

      My so:so[protected]. I didn't received my order uptil now but it is showing as delivered. I tried to contact customer care but not able to call them as number is showing as out of service. I received delivery club factory number through chat but there also no one picking my call.
      Please help me through this issue
      This is first time i ordered through club factory and this service they are providing to me.

        I've placed a paid order on the app. Estimated delivery date already passed but courier not received. Club factory says that they have handed over the product to courier company but courier company says product not received. Club factory is not giving a solution rather asking me to wait with no fixed time or exact days. Neither the are ready to pay back my money.

          I have received a power bank which i have ordered from guest order and the order is been delivered to my address as my parents did not know they have paid 500rs and taken off the order as i do not have access to that number to login to guest order how do i cancel i contacted customer support they say enter number verification code and cancel which is nonsense when ham saying i donno that number order number so[protected] i wanted the product to be taken away and return my money of 500 rs.

            I haven't ordered this power bank but it's been delivered to my address with wrong contact number my parents were not knowing about it they have paid 500 rs and taken off the product this is a cheat i called club factory they say me to cancel when iam saying i have no access to that number and verification code is going to that number which is nonsense i request you to resolve this issue cancel this order and refund my 500rs

              The product a wallet was shipped after 3 days the order was placed on 29 november 2019. However, the product size is way bigger it was shown in the picture and that is the reason for the return but by mistake, i put only 9 digits number in the contact section and now it's not letting me access the otp which is required for the return demand. I called the customer care regarding the same and they said they will help return the product and that they will call back but it has happened a number of times, they either hang-up or say they will call back but they don't. Customer care for club factory is very unresponsive and laid back.

                I ordered many items in club factory 4 sarees and 1 watch got delivered worst totally unrealiable and cheaters the saree is mentioned as silk and worth 1000 each and a worst quality product which is not even silk is delivered the watch delivered is not working at all. I need you to contact me at [protected] morning 9 am i will definitely take this to consumer court i have the picture proofs of how you potrayed the items and what worst items you delivered i want my money back and want compensation for all my time and efforts and energy spent with your worst service and worst products cheap low quality product

                  I ordered a memory card worth rupees 900 from club factory mobile app and on 4 th of December it is showing that the delivery predicted to be after 3 days but an anonymous product have been delivered today with same amount and same information on it which i had registered on club factory app android a weak ago.it contains three stick of ads kajal and shipped by ecom express

                  and there is no way contact or return it please help

                        They do not refund my money in my bank account 16 USD they said buy another item but doesnt give money in my bank why they cheated me by sending a old used denim with larger size they are cheaters.

                        i was shoped a denim jacket of medium size they send mai a old dirty with a XL size almost 10 days late by the time they said to be deliverd. they are cheaters and they never give back money in accunt they looted my about 25 USD.

                              I have placed order so[protected] on 16 nov 2019. I have received package-1 but package-2 is still not delivered to me. Its been more than 20 days and in tracking option it shows"preparing by warehouse". Delivery due date was 4th dec 2019.

                              Let me know when can i receive the order or else cancel the order and refund the money if you are not able to deliver it within stipulated time.

                                    I received a damaged product and asked them to take it back to which they were negotiating and said they pay me back 10% and it went up to 30% and apparently I can keep the damaged product what do I do with a product that is damaged . I first started the complaint in September immediately after receiving the product . The team has always promised a resolution however no one ever gets back, I reached out via email, chat and also wrote on faceboook but Clubfactory is such a horrible company they refused to help resolve the issue. I finally got someone to put in a request to return the product and the courier guy came and took it and I have been asking for my refund but now CF has no idea who placed the return request even after I provided the return receipt . I checked again on the 25th of Nov and I was told that I would be contacted by someone ( they opened a new complaint for some reason #719973).
                                    I just need my money back and I am really fed up of the way CF is treating their paying customers. Really disgusting behaviour
