My order ref no. So[protected] & so[protected] towards 3 dresses purchased and got delivered on 04 dec 2019 2 shipment and each shipment got 1 dress only total 2 dress get delivered and missing 1 dress for which i already raised complaint online 753538 and i want to cancel and get refund for that missing
They are did deliberately since they dont have stock but instead asking but they used to play very unprofessional and unqualified management
Never to deal with them again when you call customer toll free ask me to chat live and take longer than expected time to chat or speak on phone

Complaint marked as Resolved Got refund by CLUBFACTORY but seller denied anyway cannot be trusted again these seller and CLUBFACTORY must take serious action, anyway
