I've booked a guest order with guest account no "guest_11eac437-df08-4031-b63b-5ed73da09ed4". Because of poor quality of product i returned the product and they mailed saying the refund was done and i can withdraw my money from club factory app. Now i tried to see my refund amount, there is no amount and saying it's not a guest order. If i check in my account after creating an account also there is no product in the order section. Please intervene and help me out in this regard.

I need invoice for claim warranty in mi service center oder no.. SO[protected] and club factory not give me any of reply of my mails for invoice
I order trigger in 1 ruppe deal and my order is completed and the orde is shipped but i didn't get my order yet and in my club factory id it shows that it is delivered
I ordered the product (no SO[protected] since 1st November 2019 and until now I haven't received it. Not only that I can't even track the shipment since it has been removed. The product was on sale. If the product is out of stock or not available, just cancel the order instead of making us wait for so long. Pathetic!
I had placed the order on 29th October. My order no is so[protected]. When I try to track my order it's continuously showing pick up rescheduled for the next day. It is almost 30 days now and u still haven't received my order. Either please let me know when will I receive my order. Or refund my money. Waiting for a positive response.
I order headphones of song but they delivered wrong product worst 😫 experience..0...dnt buy any product

    I have ordered JBL Bluetooth portable wireless speaker with 5 year warranty during the black Friday sale on the website. Following is the order no SO[protected]. Today I received the product. The product which arrived is some local brand and not JBL. It's very cheap plastic material product. I am even unable to return this order. The website is fake and it cheats it's customers.
    Kindly refund my money back.

        I have ordered a portable fan (SO[protected] during the black friday sale. The product i have received is a toy fan. Club factory is one of the worst app i have ever used. Please dont use this app for purchasing.. This is a non trustable site..Apart from that, now i checked the app once more to know whether there is any return option and i could see that the product has become out of stock. Why is this app making the consumers fool and it is because of this types of Application, the customers trust less in online business

            one parcel I received in my old address. I had to go their and collect it personally and another is lost.
            The wine glass in the shape of a naked girl is being sold on club factory in category home and living...it is reducing the women to mere sexual object of pleasure to men and is against their modesty...kindly remove it immediately...it is promoting rape culture in our country where daily girls, women, and children are raped

              I ordered for white fairy lights and got green fairy lights, i requested for a return and the person who came to pick up the product checked it before taking it and now the seller has rejected my return request saying that i have returned the wrong item which doesn't make any sense.
              I have been emailing and chatting with club factory executive but no response even after 1 month.
              This is unacceptable.

                  There were two parts of my order status SO[protected]. Status of one part is 'Handed over to forwarder' but I haven't received my order. To whom, the courier boy has handed over, i am not able to find? Also, the second part that has got delivered contains wrong items. Very pathetic delivery service.                             But the quality of the product was not the same. So I applied for refund. They accepted and took the parcel return.
                            They took back the parcel through Ecom Express.

                            The return order number is : SON[protected]
                            They took the parcel on 26/11/19 but still I have not got my refund back.
                            The Club Factory didn't even notify me about the update of my refund.
                            When can I get my refund?

                              1) this is in reference to my order number so[protected]Product 1-creative towel cloth hook 2. Gemotery round earring 3.7 led ultrasonic oil diffuser aromatherapy air humidfier) dated: 20 oct would like to inform that this order is expected to deliver by 28 oct - 07 nov but till date i wont receive my order. I have contacted on customer care regarding status of delivery having tracking no: [protected] from xpressbees courier as per tracking info but c. Care executive of xpressbees told me that this tracking id is invalid.

                              2) this is in reference to my order number so[protected] would like to inform that wrong product is delivered by club factory and raised return request twice but pick-up executive/person never contacted me neither collect the refund parcel and i received message on 14th nov that "we are sorry to pick up request son[protected] has been cancelled by the carrier" till date my returned parcel wont be collected.

                                  I had placed an order in july 2019. Some of the products were delivered and some were showing out of stock and they said they will refund my amount.
                                  So they refunded $20.92 in my club factory account and then they themselves transferred it to their own account and it is showing withdrawal success. I had not withdrawn that amount. When i asked to which account is this money transferred they are giving me some random account which doesnt even belong to me. I have been chasing them to get this refunded from past 5 months and customer care have not been able to solve my issue. They are simply saying its been refunded and close my ticket. This is a complete fraud where club factory has withdrawn the money and kept it for themselves without crediting in my account. Order # so[protected]

                                    I ordered two jeans from club factory app on 22/11/19 and paid for two online.. But i received only one jeans in parcel.. And now when i talked to their customer support about my refund of one jeans.. They are not returning my money.. They've troubled me alot from past 4days.. This is such a fraud app.. They are not responding whenever i am talking to them..

                                      I has returned a product, order number so[protected] to club factory and asked for a refund. They had deducted rupees 90 as a fee for returning. Then they had refunded the remaining amount 915 inr to the balance in the app. But when i went to transfer the balance to my original mode of payment (Paytm), i saw that the status is "already withdrawn".
                                      I contacted the online support team for assistance but they continuously kept telling me that i had withdrawn that amount. I gave the withdrawal id ec22eavva4ruloa1luptqovp7
                                      And the funny thing is they gave me the phone number to which the payment has been made and that is not my number. Phonenumber:[protected]

                                      So the fact is i lost my money and this online team is insisting that i have received otp without which withdrawal cannot be done. But strangely, i haven't received any otp. This describes the seriousness of the matter.
                                      They were stubborn and closed the matter.
                                      These people seem to be associated with some fraud as a team.
                                      Request you all not to get involved with this club factory shopping site as they accused customers of lying and they are running a fraud business.

                                      Shame on them.. I have attached the conversation with the online team and you can see how they were insisting that i was lying and that it was me who had withdrawn the amount.

                                      I ordered a product from Club Factory (CF). I paid through my card.
                                      They sent a wrong product. I returned it and claimed refund.
                                      They refunded the amount in my CF account.
                                      It was withdrawn into someone else's paytm phone number, which is : [protected]
                                      Now, CF is telling me they cant do anything. Firstly, I did not pay via Paytm. I paid via my card.
                                      2nd, this is not even my number
                                      Someone else's number is registered in my account and now CF is not helping.
                                      They only reach through chat on their app...they dont respond on that chat and close the window on their own.
                                      Their number [protected] is not picked up before 15 minutes everytime I call. When they pick up, they disconnect without listening to my problem.
                                      They have been providing me refernce IDs without any resolution.
                                      Thus a big-time scammer. STAY AWAY from them !

                                        I made netbanking payment for placing an order but payment confirmation page kept on loading but not confirmed on the website but money got deducted from my account. How do i get my money back?

                                        I have only message from bank about money deduction nothing else apart from it. I don’t know whom to reach out and how to get my money back from this unsuccessful order placement.
