I made netbanking payment for placing an order but payment confirmation page kept on loading but not confirmed on the website but money got deducted from my account. How do i get my money back?

I have only message from bank about money deduction nothing else apart from it. I don’t know whom to reach out and how to get my money back from this unsuccessful order placement.

I placed an order of three items containing a dog feeding bowl and a dog cage and a pair of earring. I received the feeding bowl almost two weeks ago and i don't know why i haven't received the remaining two items. I have made the payments and i don't know why club factory is treating customers this way. I am a genuine customer of club factory including my husband and my family. We buy practically everything from club factory. I also recommend this site for my friend. I always pay cash on delivery and only this once i decided to pay online you people didn't want to give me what i paid for. Please you guys should send me what i paid for.

पैसे वापस करो या पार्सल भेजो

I have ordered a product worth rs. 891 from club factory on 2nd oct, 2019 which was supposed to be delivered by 10th oct, today is 30th nov. Still i haven't received the order. I connected with customer support they told me to wait for 2-3 times each time i connected with them. Finally i told them to initiate refund as i lost hope of getting the order delivered after waiting for 45 days. I have been asking them to initiate refund from last 2 weeks. But they're giving reasons that they can't cancel the order as it is shipped and asking me to wait for 2-3 days everytime.

I want my money back.

I ordered products from club factory and which includes multiple belts and a top in a single package. It's showing that my package is in delhi for 5 days or more. And it's getting rescheduled every day with no other information regarding it. It's like the same thing is getting repeated every day. It's not processing delivery procedure further so i request you to look after the matter.

I know this is a fraud call but the main issue is that person know your mobile no and all details regarding address and what you have order. This means someone from your company is also involve in this who is providing all details to that person.
I suggest you to look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

I made the payment via internet banking but the next screen was error screen.

Money got deducted from my bank account but i did not get any email or order reference number.

I had placed an order in club factory and paid the amount for the same. Then returned it and they charged 90rs for me which i have accepted. Waiting for refund and when checked the app for refund status they are saying refund is already completed and your registered number gave otp authorization and they cannot help about the returned amount to the number they are mentioning 602*550 but that is not my number and never mentioned that number anywhere during registration or login process. However, as per them even if we consider that was the number given to them then how did i receive all the order updates and tracking updates to my number which is 8197*444. They are arrogantly responding and taking no responsibility for the mistake of their end. Please take action immediately.

Same thing has happened with me. They have changed my phone number on the account and transferred my refund to a mobile number which is not my number.

So, is your issue resolved or still facing the same issue? How could they transfer amount without sending email notification about money transfers to the mobile number we have never given to them.

It is still not resolved. No otp was sent or email was sent. The fraudster first changed the phone number on my account to his number and then transferred the amount. Unfortunately Club factory didnt even send me any notification while the number was changed. When I try to change the number back, the field is grayed out. You cannot change the phone number on the profile yourself, you need to contact the customer care, so this fraud was done by club facotry customer care only.

I ordered 4 items order no so[protected] which cost ₹2756 and it had already reached its destination but since i was out of station i returned the items and later ordered the same item and an extra item order no (So[protected] ₹1180 so[protected] ₹1349) the complaint is i still did not receive amount ₹2756 this is a very late complaint but i hope it will be solved.

Delayed delivery order no so[protected] i the oder was placed on 8th if nov and 26th was the date given for the approximate delivery it’s 29th and haven’t received my package and none of the people give valid reason for the late derlivery and avoid complaint i got to know the package is in bangalore and it came to delhi i am in dehradun then why package has gone to bangalore when it was updated to be in delhi first what is his mess.
