I have ordered a product worth rs. 891 from club factory on 2nd oct, 2019 which was supposed to be delivered by 10th oct, today is 30th nov. Still i haven't received the order. I connected with customer support they told me to wait for 2-3 times each time i connected with them. Finally i told them to initiate refund as i lost hope of getting the order delivered after waiting for 45 days. I have been asking them to initiate refund from last...

I didn't receive product which i ordered in club factory but got message as delivered.
Didnt even receive any calls from delivery agent while delivering the product.

Please take necessary action to resolve this complaint either by returning the amount paid or by delivering the correct product.

I ordered products from club factory and which includes multiple belts and a top in a single package. It's showing that my package is in delhi for 5 days or more. And it's getting rescheduled every day with no other information regarding it. It's like the same thing is getting repeated every day. It's not processing delivery procedure further so i request you to look after the matter....

I lost my old account, i had a club factory account. I accidently logout from it. And i tried a lot to get back in and also tried to change my password. But they were saying that the mail id and number are not registered. Then i got depressed becoz i have done 4 orders from that account. And delivery yet to come. And i accidently created new account from same mail id and number. Plzz help me to get back my old account...

My order number is so[protected] ordered on 09 november and delivery estimated by 27 nov. The tracking details provided is delhivery tracking number [protected].
While trying to track the shipment, i'm getting the message 'the item has not been received from client'.

Considering that the order was prepaid and appears to be missing now, i would like to know what has happened to my order....

I ordered 6 items and made the payment as a guest user as i hadnot made any account with club factory today (29 nov 2019).

I made the payment via internet banking but the next screen was error screen.

Money got deducted from my bank account but i did not get any email or order reference number.

Unfortunately i cannot quote the order number...

I had buy product by club factory as on date 22nd november 2019 but order delivery time missing part of my order package that time i had given videos & photo shooting.
I had contact with club factory but he didn’t given proper answer, i had already paid by cash payment to delivery boy amount rs. 889/- (Eight hundred eighty nine rupees)

So i want to club factory company, please send missing part or refund by my cash...

I had placed an order in club factory and paid the amount for the same. Then returned it and they charged 90rs for me which i have accepted. Waiting for refund and when checked the app for refund status they are saying refund is already completed and your registered number gave otp authorization and they cannot help about the returned amount to the number they are mentioning 602*550 but that is not my number and never mentioned that number...

I ordered 4 items order no so[protected] which cost ₹2756 and it had already reached its destination but since i was out of station i returned the items and later ordered the same item and an extra item order no (So[protected] ₹1180 so[protected] ₹1349) the complaint is i still did not receive amount ₹2756 this is a very late complaint but i hope it will be solved....

Delayed delivery order no so[protected] i the oder was placed on 8th if nov and 26th was the date given for the approximate delivery it’s 29th and haven’t received my package and none of the people give valid reason for the late derlivery and avoid complaint i got to know the package is in bangalore and it came to delhi i am in dehradun then why package has gone to bangalore when it was updated to be in delhi first what is his mess....
