    Hi i am arunisha from tamilnadu i have return the product but it send another product to the company the product was not mine that was sent i enquired ecom service who pickup my return order they told me that we have return the correct product to the club factory and to enquiry club factory customer care then i search i have come to consumer complaints the main thing is i want my money i return my product but i didn't refund my money so please give me my money

      I have returned a saree but the product has changed when it reaches to them i have returned red with blue kfhub joya with silver beautiful stone saree model
      But it had gone has yellow colour saree

      Please take an action and give me my money refunded to me they are telling that i have sent a wrong product but i have sent red colour saree only please take any action immediately based on my complaint please please!!!

        I order a product from club factory order number - so[protected].. I received a wrong product which is also a very cheap quality product. I requested for a return n waiting for someone to pick up the wrong product get my refund back. No one came to pick up the low quality product. So i spoke to multiple support executives they being rude an disconnected my calls n chats numerous times. Then they said they escalated this issue work their complaints team and i will receive a call from them within 3 working days i never received any call and refund #720596 complaint number..

        After complaining to consumer complaints finally Clubfactory picked up my order but charged me pick up charges which I am not suppose to pay and with that, they refunded partial amount as it's in Dollars they thought I won't convert. When I converted the amount and complained the customer service disconnected the call, I called again asked for the manager twice hey refused. Promised a call back never received. How can Indian govt allow them to do business in our country? Is there anyone who can help the customer like me who is been cheated by these companies? It is very annoying. Customer forums need to take strict actions regarding these companies.

          Hello i m dr. Disha. This is regarding order no. So[protected] which was placed on 27th september 2019, the cloths delivered were so poor quality and totally different from the one shown on website so i had applied for return pickup at my own cost. The return request got accepted. Return order no. Was son[protected]. Their delivery partner dint turn up only. I tried chat with club factory, wrote emails to them, tried to call on indian helpline no. But no response from them. I urgently request you to arrange for return pickup and to refund my money as soon as possible as this is mistake on the part of your delivery system.

            I had placed an order on ClubFactory on November 25th, 5:35 PM IST. My order no is SO[protected]. I am unable to find the order listed when I search for "Guest Orders" on the app. Also, when I tried the same on their website, I was taken to the order details page, but when I tried to "Track Order" I was shown an error page with "Order Owner Error." Tried contacting customer support. I didn't receive a reply. I either need a refund on this order or please provide me the tracking details for the order.

                I received utter fake michael kors watch, which has mk3584 in description but on back side of the watch it is MK7494, which DONOT EXIST IN HISTORY OF MICHAEL KORS. worst strap waste packaging. At least you should have mentioned while buy that the watch is duplicate? Buy why you did not mentioned at the description? Is the way to CHEAT CUSTOMER BELIEFS. am attaching all the details down. Expecting quick response. I can return the product easily but where is the TRUST AS A CLUB FACTORY CUSTOMER ON YOU? before buying the product itself I chatted with your customer member, he told me it is original, then only I bought it.

                    CF order no SO[protected]. Order was placed on[protected]. As committed it was supposed to come within[protected] but it came on[protected]. I ordered for JBL speaker and I got a local product. I raised complaint for return. Firstly they denied the delivery and post 10 complaints they arranged reverse pick on[protected] and product reached their warehouse on[protected]. I was told within[protected] refund will come but today on[protected] the refund is not come. In between I have contacted their chat support more than 60 times and they use to provide me a date only. On the given date when I connect, they use to give a another date and thus they are just harassing me. Return shipment number is [protected] of DELHIVERY COURIER. Today[protected] I also contacted chat support and as usual they again told me wait. The most interesting part and joke of the century is IT IS STILL SHOWING IN THE APP AS SHIPPED AND IT WILL DELIVERED BETWEEN 18-22 OCT'2019. I don;t know which calender they use where still[protected] is not come. Please help in this reagard. It was an COD and I paid 2, 490 INR for this.                         I ordered sennheiser momentum but they delivered jbl duet mini and they are not even showing that the order is delivered so that i can request the refund.

                          I got a massage from club factory so many times and they told me that got a prize. That was tata safari car and if i want that car first i pay prize money fee and if i do not want that car thenyou can also take cash.
                          I wanna to knonw one thing how they know anything about me which product i purchase and where i live how can they know everything. This was not good. Its means their is no privacy on any social shopping app if they know about which product i am shop from app they misuse are details.

                                    I ordered an item from club factory and they delivered an totally different item from the description, so i raised return request. For the first time when delivery man came he could not pick the product to be returned because he was somewhere else so he called and told me that he will comes the next day. The next time he told the same thing and return got failed. Since that day nobody has called or massage about return and my request has been cancelled by club factory by itself without providing actual reason. Its been 2 weeks and i am still waiting for return.
                                    Now it doesn't matter if they come for return or not, i just want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

And company said about refund wil be refunded in 8 or 10 business day but today 27th of november 2019 compnay almost take1 month but still my money is not refunded.. whenever i talk to costumer care service they always sad your product is not delivery yet and it is in transit in surat please be Patience .whenever i talk same thing they said.
