Today repeated fraud transaction have made misrepresenting the name of club factory from my account. Phone was generated from particular no. [protected] asking on behalf of club factory complaint section ( where I really submitted a complain regarding unusual deduction of shipping charges against wrong delivery). It reveals that they are quite expert to cheat people in this field

    I have bought slim belt in ur app after that i recieved bad quality and small size. I have returned my product one month back. But still now i am not recieved refund or changed product. Very worst customer service. No customer service number. My order id so[protected] package [protected]. Why you people cheating customer but hourly basis creating new advertisements. Need my amount refund otherwise i will file suit in consumer court.

      Am order a gown by club factory app at my rohtak city addrrss. Behalf of club factory a person called me from no. [protected]. This time am drived. So when i call back on this number than delivery boys said that why you not pick my call. Am not you father employee. Etc. Etc. He used abusive words. I have call recording also.
      So i think i have to cancel my order from club factory and discuss with my circle, friends that this type of service in club factory app. I feed very bad that how a person treat with his customer

        I got a massage from club factory so many times and they told me that got a prize. That was tata safari car and if i want that car first i pay prize money fee and if i do not want that car thenyou can also take cash.
        I wanna to knonw one thing how they know anything about me which product i purchase and where i live how can they know everything. This was not good. Its means their is no privacy on any social shopping app if they know about which product i am shop from app they misuse are details.

            hi i have order a gown but thy have given me wrong product and i have returned the item on 7/11/19 but till now i
            did not get refund back iam calling them everyday they will repate the same answer to wait for 2 days r 3days my tracking no is[protected] and my complaint number id #707365 today also i called them but they are telling that they did get any update form company very worst shopping site is club factory when i oreder in club factory was my bad time i think so iam stuck in it for my refund no good services

I will take definite against u people and let my other colleagues not to go for club factory products. Negative follow ups given. Can't able to trust. First ever bad shopping app. I have experienced in life. Cheaters i can say that's the only word.

                The order was placed on 25th Oct.
                I haven't received the order till now and there is no update from your end as well.
                If I reach customer care, I am suggested to have patience.
                Every time I try to reach you on chat, I am placed in queue and never able to reach anyone.
                This is sick. Please refund my money as soon as possible and keep the order with you.

                  I ordered a "women pearl work & ruffle sleeve floor length rayon gown" and i was not satisfied with the product thus I requested a return on[protected] but the package was neither collected nor i received a refund. The customer care line is always busy and my mail was not responded in a proper way. i know Club factory is huge network of E-commerce but providing proper customer would be highly appreciated.

                    Today i was ordering a mi earphones from the club factory app and while i am making the transaction... It stopped in between and error was shown. I have a message from the bank that the amount has been deducted. But in the orders section of the app it is showing that it is unpaid. Kindly refund my payment and please do resolve my issue at the earliest.

                            I am purchased Scooter body cover with price 200 rs.Cash is paid through online.But the product doesn't received yet.It is about 1 month before the product will be purchased.
                            Please either giving the product or refund my money as soon as possible.
                            I ordered two nos. Earphones on 12/11/2019, after receiving the item, it is found that only one earphone is inside the pack, you supplied. So it requires two nos for which I ordered & paid for. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

No ways to contact them as well. This is my first order with club factory but very disappointed. I want my tracking details, i want someone from club factory to address and resolve the issue right away. Very disappointed with club factory.

                                Dear sir/madam
                                In ref. Of above order this is to inform you that there is an unusual deduction of shipping fee from my side by club factory against a wrong delivery. The item i received is completely different than i actually ordered so immediately returned. However during refund against the return, a rs 90/- shipping fee was deducted from the refund amount & credited the balance to my account. I marked the several mails to customer service but till no satisfactory solution yielded instead asked for snapshot o[censored]npacked items as proof of wrong delivery. Unfortunately i didn't take any such snap but snapped the item without tearing the transparent plastic wrap which i sent them but they clearly replied that they couldn't detect from the snapshot that if my item is wrong/exact. And i don't have any further photo of the same since immediately returned after noticing the wrong item. However i am not supposed to bear the delivery cost of wrong item i received. Please look into the matter & do the needful

                                It is of course not justifiable to by pass there fault to customer by making the plea of snapshot instead check/verify the order status with stock/warehouse. However awaiting for your feedback.

                                    I have bought a boat earphone from clubfactory as a guest with order no (SO[protected] but this is not working mic is damaged and i want to return it but i can't find the way how to return .site is showing nothing for guest orders. The earphones are of very low quality, i am unable to record any voice by using mic, plzzz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Today I have got a call from a person...who is saying that he is the manager of Club Factory...name Mukesh kumar.He was sent his aadhar card and pic on whatsapp...his contact no.is..[protected].He said that he is calling from CLUB FACTORY and i have got the prize from the company for becoming the regular customer and got the demand prize from ur side...The car XUV or the cash prize of rs 1650000 and he demanded the amount of 6600 as the processing fee which i have given him through Google Pay from my account in Bank of Baroda... then he again demanded of rs 18900 which i have refused to give...

                                      I just want to know how can i get my money back and request Club factory to take some hard action against this person who is spoiling the image of Club factory and plzz help me in this case of fraud...
                                      I shall be highly thankful to u being ur regular customer.

                                        I ordered something and received wrong items.

                                        I called customer care and they asked me to get in touch with chat support team.

                                        Now they raised a ticket and asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours, its been 2 weeks now, i have to slogging around asking them for updates. They have nothing to tell me but the same thing again and again - kindly wait.

                                        Order no. SO[protected], this order is divided into three parts. I got wrong items for package 2.

                                        Ticket raised by chat support team is 677520.

                                        Well i dont understand what is taking this long to initiate a return pick up and refund. Espicially when a customer like me keeps reminding them one million times about the issue. How busy the team can be when this issue has been escalated one million times by me.

                                        I dont really trust the chat support any more as it looks like they are doing nothing but just cheating me right now.

                                        I recommend please be careful buying products from club factory, if you get wrong products then better sell it off to poor people, rather slogging yourself to get a refund. I m doing it because it is a lot of money.

                                        I am not buying anything anymore from club factory. I m done with this fraud and patience.
