So[protected] this is my order no. Which i order on 13 nov 2019.. For which i do online transaction and i get shipped msg on 16 this nov bt still it's 23 nov and i can't get my product. Though they told me that it will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days bt till now i didn't get it... And after that i couldn't track my order also.. And also it wouldn't shown in my orders list..

      I purchased 1 dress from club factory but i cancelled my order, i paid online payment 1467 but it's not refund till now, i called today on this no. [protected]. He gave me some instructions for refund, but he can't refund instead of he debited my 14000/ from my credit card account, so please help me now which prosser i have to do, please tell me, where i have to complaint

        Recently i have placed an order for a tshirts worth rupees 695 but have not yet received any confirmation sms or email about it.
        The amount has already been debited from my account.
        I have no tracking clues as well. I tried various way to get info about my order, called customer care of the company but all in vain.
        Kindly look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

          Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience fake company from china. Please dont use this wepsite hope to get proper guidance from this site as they replying on facebook too

                I am first time order on club factory. I oderder full sleev huded neck shirt order number this so[protected]. Today courier person deliver my order but when i open my parcel packet then find wrong product. I find a the bad t-shirt. My products huded neck shirt.

                Mobile application it is showing zero paid order.
                Please let me procedure and i want refund money, bad experience with club factory first time order.

                  I order a sunglass on 5th nov. It was promised to be delivered between 13 nov - 23 nov. But after order there haven't been a single action taken by club factory. Order hasn't even dispatched. No tracking order, nothing. This has a lot of affect on me personally. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. This isn't the first time club factory has something like this. There play store review is flooded with complaints of order not being delivered. They are running a scam in india. They are looting innocent uneducated people, who don't know what to do of they don't receive order. This is issue is much bigger then me. You should i big step and remove club factory from india.

                    You guys have worst service my package was supposed to be here on 15 november there's no updates given regarding it, i made online payment it's over 10 days of delivery date i didn't received my package nor any updates really disappointed and helpless because the customer service number is useless they never picks the phone just don't know how to get my money back

                      I was supposed to receive my orders by 12.11.2019 that was the estimate date. Now the tracking of my order has stop responding and the carrier's phone number is empty. Really disappointed and this is not the first that it has been happening but probably this is the worst that has happened compared to the other orders. The delivery of my order is taking forever. From what i calculated it's nearly a month now and yet they said "within 10 days delivery".

                        We ordered this on 18th october the parcel has not been received and the tracking comes back with nothing, your phone no 01206 — does not work. We have sent an email with no response. I think this is a dreadful service and will be making our experience with you known on the web if we do not hear anything back from you.

                              I wanted to return the product due to size issue. 14th november 2019 i got the order and after receiving the order on that very day i applied for reverse pickup. They scheduled the pickup by 15th-18th november. After 18th i got a message that my pickup has been delayed. So i called their customer care 3 times and they assured me that somebody will come and pickup. So now its 22nd november i haven't heard from them.

                                I had ordered for leather shoes from club factory order no : so[protected]
                                On 29/10/2019.
                                Tracking of the order still showing to be delivered between 6th, nov19 and 16th, nov19.
                                As on today, the current status since 4th, nov2019 is "part of your order is delayed, we will ship once we receive it"
                                Moreover, cancellation of order is also blocked"
                                I have made complaint to the ministry of consumer affairs, govt. Of india in this regards.

                                Is their some authority who can look into this issue and fire those ops members who do not care their company repo.
                                Not received the order for JBL Headset JB -BT30. placed on 13Nov2019 and paid through paytm Rupees Five hundred seventy nine only. Please look into the matter.As I have to gift it to my grandson as a children's day gift. Really I am very much sad by the services given to me by Club factory.

                                    I am really disappointed by the carelessness ofclub factory team. My order no. So[protected] was placed on 6th october 2019 but one month has been passed and still there are no signs of the delivery of product.
                                    Either i want a refund or deliver my order as soon as possible

                                    I have already done the payment through paytm so if they are not able to deliver it atleast refund my money

                                    I want a quick action about it as soon as possible

                                        My order :so[protected] is not received by me yet. The payment has already been made. I ordered it on 23rd oct 2019 and eod was 10th nov 2019. Tracking no. Is [protected]. I have called the courier service number provided in my account and theu messaged that they have not received my shipment from the merchant.in the tracking it is showing under customer clearence for a very very long time. No information i have about the shipment... How much more delayed it is. You should atleast inform about it or refund the money if some problem is there.
