I ordered something and received wrong items.

I called customer care and they asked me to get in touch with chat support team.

Now they raised a ticket and asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours, its been 2 weeks now, i have to slogging around asking them for updates. They have nothing to tell me but the same thing again and again - kindly wait.

Order no. SO[protected], this order is divided into three parts. I got wrong items for package 2.

Ticket raised by chat support team is 677520.

Well i dont understand what is taking this long to initiate a return pick up and refund. Espicially when a customer like me keeps reminding them one million times about the issue. How busy the team can be when this issue has been escalated one million times by me.

I dont really trust the chat support any more as it looks like they are doing nothing but just cheating me right now.

I recommend please be careful buying products from club factory, if you get wrong products then better sell it off to poor people, rather slogging yourself to get a refund. I m doing it because it is a lot of money.

I am not buying anything anymore from club factory. I m done with this fraud and patience.

The courier partner was ecomm logistics. This courier company is one of the stupid companies who never deliver product on time and delivers wrong products.

    I had ordered around 11 items including mostly accessories on 11-11-19 and not received yet .I have not received any message also regarding the delay. Do this company really exist or fake and looting money from people? I have already paid through my card rs1328/-

Ager ap kuch nahi karengye to main agye complein karungi. Incident date-16/11/19.16/11/19 ko pahle msg ata hai inam ke liye fir nitin ki call aati hai usko sahi samj kr main usko apni detail deti hu wo 5000/ regestrion fee magata hai usko main tranfer krti hu. Wo fir se demand krta hai mane usko ok kiya is tarh main usko kafi paise de chuki ab jb main waps mang rhi hu to bolta hai maina abhi nahi derha. Usne apni id pancadr diya hai aur company ke (Club factory) ke nam se bank detil di hai jo ki galt hai. Muje jb hosh aaya tb tk nill ho chuki thi. Aaj is bat ko one week hogya bt wo n paise deta haa per ph jaur krta hai. Bt paise nahi deta.
      I ordered a earphone from club factory (jbl t-110). They send me wrong product (jbl C100SI), i tried to return but courier service didn't pick the parcel in time duration.
      Now club factory said to rearrange pickup,
      But many days gone they didn't do anything for reschedule or refund.
      Please cancel my order.im not able to take my order at home.we r going out and we don't have any facility to give this order to anyone here.so try to understand my problem.my order no:-[protected]

      I have ordered the product and paid through UPI transaction. Transaction is successful but order is not placed.
      It is a very humble request to kindly cancel my order S[protected] PLACED ON 20/11/2019 att 2:30 pm. i have by mistakely placed same order twice.so please cancel this one.sir [lease cancel it as it costs more than rs.1500 which is a huge amount for people like us.
      I win rs1 product which is earphone cble there is shipping problem with this. it not delivery on time it take to much time for delivery.
      I have ordered iphone case leather cover for my iphone xs on 26/10/2019, the deliver date was shown as 13th november. I am still awaiting my product, also their website showing an error while loading. I have not got a single revert from club factory regarding the delay of my product.

        I am kubendranath bg, 470, 1st main b-block 1st main, a. E. C. S. Layout, bengaluru-560037. Totally i placed an order for 4 saries individually on different days. I don't know the order nos. Out of 4 i received 3 saries. But i have not received one sari which was ordered between order nos. S[protected] dt.[protected] & s[protected] dt.[protected]. For all the 4 orders payment was made on line. Please arrange to deliver the product at the earliest.

          Ordered 64gb sandisk memory card but received 32gb memory card that to a fake and opened one.

          Order was delayed for more than 2 weeks. And when received it is an incorrect order delivered.

          Totally disgusting service by club factory.

          Now there is no option to return the product also.

          I want to return the product and i want refund.
          After I order on club factory 4-5 days delay by customs clearance and then from 4-5 days it was showing please be patient and then 4 days it was not showing my tracking information and today's estimated delivery date and no response by club factory and not showing any information of this order that when I receive my order
          I ordered a item on club factory. It's out for delivery on 24th Nov. When i am waiting to get the product tracking says i was delivered. But i have not received any product. My Order number is SO[protected]. Tracking number is [protected]
          I bought a phone from club factory app. Phone name is ismart. Phone is not working after three days from purchasal Attached photos from reference. Called customer care they said no return will be accepted for the product. Please do something about it.
          I purchaged noise shot x5 at 4.11.2019 still now(23.11.2019) i am not getting my order . My tracking order is SO[protected]. tracking info shows as"No tracking info yet" kindly resolve my problem as early as possible. thanking you sir.

            I have placed an order as guest in clubfactory ecommerce portal for an avengers jacket on 23rd november. I paid the amount through paytm. The amount was debited twice from my account, 11.09 pm and 11.17 pm, saturday, 23rd november. But i have received no sms or email for order confirmation. The portal is showing no order details. There is no way to track my order as i have received no order number. I have been trying to contact the customer care no but no one is picking up.
            I want to know the current status of my order and refund of the money which was debited second time or refund of the money of both the transaction if the order is not confirmed at the merchant's end.
            Totally wrong product and damage
            I ordered in clubfactory.com product (urbangabru peal off mask 60 gm)

            They delivered me wrong product (charcoal mask cream)

            I tried to call consumer care the no is fake

            Take action as soon as possible

            They cheated me
            I ordered a jacket from Clubfactory few days ago. And after some days I received a message saying that my order has been cancelled. So I send an email saying that I want my cashback. Instead of refunding my cash, they send an email stated that they had already refunded cash in Patm which I totally a lie because I don't have any Paytm.
            Today on 22 nov.2019, I got my delivery of digital watch of (Intelligence health bracelet). Once I open it their is no changer and they send me wrong product.
            I want my money back. as soon possible other wise I will case a file against club factory.and there deliver person.

              My order number is so[protected]. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. My courier gati courier has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
              I have received a call from club factory that are saying that you are a lucky draw customer and won a tata safari so is that true. he also send me some of their id's. and account number.

                Today, i recieved boat bluetooth headphone but the company given me wrong item. Because i ordered red colour headphone but they give me green colour. When i want to exchange or cancel the item there is no option given by company. If i contact customer care of company then ivr said the that number is not available. I am facing lots of problem so please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                  I ordered a product from club factory
                  But i havnt got it and it is showing product has been delivered it should have been delivered by13 of october
                  I got the message that your product will be delivered today, they gave me phone number i called at that number but he didn't receive. After some hours, i got the message your product has been delivered
                  I called him (Delivery agent) so many times but he didn't receive my called once.
                  It's been a 1& half month since i m calling customer care they are making fake promises
                  But i havnt got any solution

                    Ordered pack of 2, 64 gb memory card on 5. Nov.19 and delivered on 24 nov today. When i opened the pkg i was shocked there was 2 memory cards with capacity of 32 gb inside.. And the packing of sandisk card is looking like fake footpath product.

                      Club factory has sold be a duplicate, completely fake, copy product of a brand "fastrack". I ordered a fastrack watch through club factory, after delivery, i found out that it's duplicate, it has same logo, same print. But the font of "fastrack" printed behind the watch is different than original company. And the qr code behind the watch doesn't work, there's no logo on belt of the watch. So i have selected for refund, but club factory is charging 90rs as shipping charge for return. They have sold me a duplicate product and if i return they are charging me 90rs extra. This is inappropriate. So i'm filing a complaint against club factory for selling a product of brand piracy and also for charging return shipping fee.

                        I ordered googles from club factory on 28 october 2019 and it was to come by 5 november but it still hasn't been dilevered yet. I tried to call the customer care number it is invalid. I paid online and cannot cancel my order because it says it has already shipped. What do i do? Please help me. I have been waiting for my order because it was supposed to be as a gift but due to the delay i am screwd. This is not how a customer should be treated. I want to claim refund because it is about to a month and my order is still not delivered.
                        Please help.

                          No one is helping it has been 1 month now and nor club factory taking interest nor delivery agents my case is still pending. I am going to take this legally for cheating section. I tried contact customer care they promise it is escalated but no response from 14 hours now.

                          This is the last option i had to draft a email to you guys. From one month i am following on my order where i requested multiple agents to change nunber on. Order but nor the clubfactory agents are helping me nor courier folks helping. Should we expect such pathetic service?

                          Yesterday i called one agent and he said he had escalated the issue and will receive call within 3 hours now its more thn 14hours i havent received any call from any escalation agent.

                          No one is ready to cancel the order as well. The courier delivery agent is not responding calls and nor the clubfactory agents are helping with the order.

                            Sir,
                            It is intimated that an amount of rs399 has been debited from icici bank account number for mi power bank.
                            However this has not converted into an order.
                            In view of the above it is requested that the amount may be refunded to place fresh order.
                            The proof is placed at enclosure.
                            This has cost a lot of mental trauma and wastage of precious time.
                            Practices like this will bring brand image of the company down. Moreover some correction in the software is required to be carried out so that if money is debuted from bank in variable order should be placed or else if order is not placed or there is a payment error and money has been devited from bank then club factory should take the initiative to send the message to the customer rather than letting him lurk in the dark. Thouroughly unprofessional

                              In morning i ordered one hoodie from club factory of rs 472... I placed the order and i was doing payment through paytm... During payment.. When i clicked pay it cancelled my payment plus i was having 486rs in paytm they have deducted 472 rs from it without placing my order... So this is not right if they are not placing my order then how they can deduct my money... I request you to kindly look after my complaint

                                I ordered a pendent. Today in morning. But when i confirm my order on paying balance my balance get debited two times for same order of 150. Now how can i get my balance back. Please help. Please refund my extra money.
                                When i talk to club factory support they tell me to contact my bank. They ask me for screenshot of payment. I give them screenshot of multiple payment. But they didn't help me.

                                  I have ordered women wig and got a tared women top and trouser!

                                  I have been calling clubfactory customer care and also did chat, and responses are incredible!

                                  I was asked to wait 3 days and now its been more than 10 days, i am waiting for a resolution!

                                  This is so pathetic! Was my first horrible experience with clubfactory! Also i have ordered few more products as well which is delaying to get delivered and right now i am in fear if i get the same experinece!

                                  Please find a solution asap

                                      I was order 13 pieces of child clothes in single order so[protected] dt. 20.10.19. You divided that order in 2 packs and i paid it through my hdfc cr. Card by rs.4468/-, it's more then 35 days already done.

                                      1 pack have 1 piece only i. E. I received; and another one has 12 pieces which i don't received as on dated 24.11.19 and i have been in followup with your chat team & customer care team since long but dont get any response. I want you to cancel the ordered and sent my money back in to my source account from where i paid or in my paytm a/c no. [protected].

                                        I ordered an Amazefit smart watch but I was delivered a fake watch instead. also the order number on the parcel and order number on the website do not match. the status of the delivery is also not changed. and my refund keeps on delaying beside my continuous complaints. The company made many wrong statements like we are working on your issue besides so much delay and no solution. My complain number on the app are #591947
