Dear sir
I had ordered for leather shoes from club factory order no : so[protected]
On 29/10/2019.
Tracking of the order still showing to be delivered between 6th, nov19 and 16th, nov19.
As on today, the current status since 4th, nov2019 is "part of your order is delayed, we will ship once we receive it"
Moreover, cancellation of order is also blocked"
I have made complaint to the ministry of consumer affairs, govt. Of india in this regards.
You are also requested to take up the matter with club factory for resolution and obliged.

    Hello club factory,
    Yesterday i withdrawal my club factory wallet balance into paytm wallet. But i didn't got money into paytm. I dont know how much time will it take for this type of transactions. Please refund the amount as quickly as a possible. And also the customer service response is really poor. There is no transaction id and status about transaction to view details.

      Ordered for one men's cotton T shirt on 01/11/2019, but till now, not received. Customer care number is there only for name sake only. Not connecting & functioning. Email id for customer complaints is also not available.
      Payment already done & nobody seems to have minimum courtesy for consumers. It seems to me that this is a fraud & cheating company. Hate this kind of a company having a very cheap attitude.

        As offered by Club Factory to deliver the product on COD without any Delivery Charges for 90 days, I, on 31.10.2019, paid Rs. 49/- to get COD Membership vide Order no. SO[protected]. Thereafter, on the same day I ordered for a Female double breasted windbreaker Jacket amounting to Rs. 1137/- vide Order SO[protected] then I had been given estimated Delivery Date as between 08 November - 18 November. Since 06.11.2019, tracking information about delivery of order is being shown in the App as " Please be patient. Part of your order from factories is delayed. We will ship your order as soon as it is fulfilled". Till date no more information about my order is being provided by the Club Factory. Being frustrated, the day before yesterday i.e on 19.11.2019 I have contacted over their live chat service 24X7 and enquired about my order and also requested to provide the next dates for delivery of the same. Unfortunately they did not give me proper solution of my question except to say that "your order is still in the preparing stage" and they can not commit any fixed time of delivery, If I want the product, I shall wait for it. And till date not a single update has been given by the Club Factory.
        I ordered for the product for a special family occasion and it is quite strange that my order is still in a doldrum whereas I ordered for the product about 1 month ago and also paid Rs. 49/- for entering in the COD Membership. Now it appears that the Club factory is failed to keep his promises that they made with their consumer at the time of offering membership.

          I ordered a sweatshirt wort 360 and did the payment online. I was supposed to receive my order till 17 November but it is 21 november not and I haven't received my order yet.when I call the helpline no. It is invalid and the no. Given by club factory is also invalid . They are not giving me my order. But I did the payment online What do I do .. Please help

            I had an order(A wbite shoe) from club factory. My order number is SO[protected]...i ordered it on nov 9 And it didnt delivered yet..i have a funtion this weekend.. when i track the shipment it showing pls be patient..i also tried to contact customer care..they are not attending my call.. when will i get my order... pls set send me the current status And delivery date

              I ordered white kurti they delivered me cheap quality totally different black kurti. And rejected my request by shown different kurti. I want my money back. Registered complain to cust care but now cust care no is not reachable. Openly they doing this type of fraud and other people also faced same issue. I want my money back. Fraud seller. Please ban this kind of people in india.

                I ordered 4 pieces of bag but i received only 3 parts one part is missing. My order number is so[protected]. Quality of bag is very food also zip of bag damaged. Color is very dull. There are several cuts on bag. I requested for refund but they are charging 90 rs for pickup. Fault is from company's side so they should bear the charge of pickup. Kindly refund my whole amount. Please pick the item and refund my whole amount.

                  I had ordered a product from club factory on october 18th and by mistake i typed in the wrong postal code. I am not able to change it in the app or cancel the order since it already has been dispatched. Now the product has been in trivandrum itself for almost a month and they are unable to reach me (Im in another part of triva drum). I wont be available much longer in trivandrum and wont be able to receive the product later this month if it finds me. Kindly help me to solve this issue.                     I have applied for return of the product from club factory on the same day (11.11.2019) when i received it as i did not like the product. The product was to be picked up till 15.11.2019 but no one came to pickup my order. The club factory app started showing status as pick up delayed. When i called the courier company ecom express they said that my mobile number is incorrect but it was not so. My mobile number is the same on which the product was delivered and i rechecked it. Again i called ecom express and they said that someone will come to pick up the order and asked me to wait for 1 or 2 days. But until today (21.11.2019) no one has come to pick up the order. Club factory is not answering my emails neither they are accepting my phone call. I am totally frustrated and i didn't like their services at all. I have registered my complain with ecom express 3-4 times but of no use. They just repeat the same things again and again. I want my product to be returned and my money refunded. I will definitely try my best to take strict action against club factory and ecom express.

                      I have ordered three products on one black bag, jeweler set and jeweler accessories. But i got a order with all products changed. I am trying to call the customer care number but no response and the call is not getting connected.in my account i am not able to to view the order details and no option for return package.

                      Please do the needful at the earliest. Either i want my ordered products or the amount should be refunded. Don't give me the reply like go to account and apply for return because already i have mentioned its not working for me.

                      I ordered an earphone of Skullcandy Smokin'Bud from Club Factory with order ID S[protected] and I received the earphones from BOAT...When I am asking them to send me the original product...They are saying it's not in our policies which therefore is an act of deceiving and the Club Factory app is liable for that

                        I am very disappointed on your service. because I have ordered some item ( on 30 sep 2019. I didnt received the item yet. Estimated receiving date is over. I already paid for the item. I lost my money and time. Also I raised complaint . No action take place.I didn't expect such a disappointed service from a reputatetd online shopping compony like yours .I need compensation for your delay services and also for wasting my money and time. If you were not take immediate action I will raise the complaint against you in consumer Court. I am very disappointed with your service. Hope immediate action for the same.

                          Only the body named with nokia. It's cheap china mobile. Hence i don't want the product any more.

                          When i raise a return request they are not accepting for return.

                          Please file a case against the club factory as they are encouraging the customers to use duplicate copy of nokia mobiles and intimate to nokia to take further action from them side too.

                              Order no so[protected].in app its showing it will deliver by 16 november 2019.
                              Today is 21 november 2019. Till no sign of delivery.
                              Customer support service is also very bad. Call support is not helping. They are not at all receiving calls. Same with chat support.
                              I must say club factory is fraud.
                              The item received by me is totally different with color and size

                                I ordered jbl bluetooth speaker from club factory on 2nd non 2019. I paid using upi from icici bank. After 1 day club factory cancelled the order without any reason. As per live chat the refund was made on 3rd nov.
                                There is no refund yet in my account till date. I checked with the bank and there is no request/ attempt for refund.

                                I have been writing mails to but there is no response.
                                The customer care number [protected] is not functional.

                                Kindly help, this is a big fraud.

                                  I ordered a dress from club factory and the size of the dress was small, i did applied for refund and the product reached till their center but my refund was rejected stating that the product was wrong. I had even talked with customer support and my complaint was registered three times with them but at the last time i was given complaint number and i haven't still got any update from them. My compliant number with club factory is #690299 i want my money back. I cannot settle for zero amount as it is their mistake that they have completely wrong size chart and the dress didn't fit the size chart.

                                  My return has been rejected order no SO[protected]
                                  I ordered a cosmetic table order number SO[protected] and received it within a week. When I checked it after assembling the parts the product was damaged in the edges, the mirror was falling without support so I applied for a return n refund. They did come n receive the product and said that your item failed in quality check so the refund is rejected. The product cost 1550rs. Will I buy a product damaged for so much cost. I need a refund of my money. Kindly please help me. Thank you.

                                    I ordered jbl t110 bluetooth headset on 25 october, whose show deleverd on 1 november 6:45, but am not received this product and am cnfirm that my family member no one received this product, whose complain i did in club factory · so he said that the problem will be solved in 2-3 working days·. After that again complain club factory customer care and he checking details nd saying your complian has been sent forward once the problem is not solved, then am complained again that he said the order is received by lokesh chandrakar, but am not received this product. And also confirm by my family member no one received this order, · when am not received an order, he gave the order to whom, and gave it to someone without my signature, and · they say that i was a signature before taking the product, but i did not make my any signature then order how do believe this. I had already pay the money online, plz registered my complain against club factory and e com delivery company and punish them and refund my money

                                      I have place an order for a frock worth rupees 1156 having order number so[protected] and i received it on 15 nov but the quality of item was not as expected. So i return it on 18 nov but the money is not yet refund till date.. And i didn't get the customer care contact number... Please help me i just want my money back. This company is very fake they just want to eat our money. And he product was delivered so late compared to other online shopping. The product shown in picture is different from the product received.

                                        I have ordered 9 items on 23rd October 2019 with the
                                        Order No SO[protected].

                                        Order No SO[protected] had been cancelled from your side saying none of the items i have ordered is available .I got the message on 3rd November and the money is not refunded till now to my account.

                                        This is not fare to say to a customer after receiving the order and payment that items are not available. please make the refund process on urgent basis.
