I Ordered the school bag for my kid last one month back for the above order number and the same product not Received so far to my address..

Please advise when will get it

I already paid RS 712.91 rupees to your account.

I tried your customer care number which was taken from google the attended the person asking my ATM credit card numbers and pin numbers.

That is very fraud...

    Ordered undergarments with order number so[protected]. Out to two one parcel received is wrong, instead of receiving undergarments i received pull over and a tshrt that is of no use to me. Customer care number is also not correct and no mean of communication is available. Return policy is also the not the option available as i have ordered undergarments (Return policy is not applicable), but i never received the same. I want to return the wrong parcel and get the correct parcel i ordered for.

      Sir i am shopping from club factory on 02.11.19 and order one adidas shocks order no. So[protected] and payment done by paytm same day. On 05.11.19 one msg was received to me that your product has been delivered but no body come to my home and no product received by me. On the same day i was call club factory customer care and told about this. Assist told me that don't worry some time msg come to delivery by courier company product may be delivered to u next working day. But product not received to me till date on 19.11.19. I complaint to club factory about same but they are not solve my problem so far only giving me wait wait wait. Now 19 days i am wait no money back to me or not deliver my product. Pls sir help me i am so tired no listening and taking action on my complaint by club factory so far my club factory complaint token no token number #643645. Pls sir help me

        I had ordered winter/wool cap through club factory application on 30th sep 2019 and paid rs.202/-online.

        Later i received 2 messages that it will be delivered soon in 1-3 business days. But after 3rd oct 2019, i didn't received any mail/sms related same.

        I ordered this for my oct holidays but very much unhappy with club factory.

        I want my product to be deliver at earliest or else i want refund if product is not in stock.

          Ordered some under garments, with order number so[protected]. But received the parcel with a t shirt and pull over. As per the policy return option is not showing on undergarments but how to go ahead when i didn't received the item i ordered. Wrong items has been delivered to me now customer care is also not correct. Out of two one parcel received is correct another contains the wrong items, instead of what i ordered.

            I had ordered under garments from club factory order no - so[protected]. And i received tshrt. I cant click on return policy as under garments cant be returned but i never received it. Full payment of order has been already done. They had shipped my someone else product, customer care number given is also in corre t. Had received one correct product in this parcel, second parcel contains the wrong iteams tshrt and a jacket which i never ordered.

            After complaining on this platform, they had managed to pick up the wrong iteam delivered but no update on my correct order of mine, as it was a pre paid order, I am with neither wrong iteam neither with my refund.
            They had picked up the wrong item delivered but still response on my correct order is awaited, and no reply from club factory

              I had ordered earphones and made online payment. I haven't received my order yet but it shows product delivered. No response from customer service and number provided is also wrong on website. I'm trying to contact them from many days but they dnt give any feedback. I need my money back or product with in a week. My order num is so[protected]. Made online payment.

                I have ordered three items in the month of October 6 and the expected delivery date was 14 of October but since no call nor messages from the CF company do I called to for the inquiry and it says that my package was returned during to inappropriate address and now It's been more than 20 days that my package has been returned and till today CF didn't refund my money. If this is not a fraud please look to this matter as soon as possible because I have already paid the amount of Rs.2093 through credit card.

                  I ordered a realme wireless headphones, paid 1200/- for this on club factory, seller name hopestar, i have been fooled by this seller by sending a toy grade duplicate realme branded fake wireless buds whose worth is merely 200/- only. Now the return option is not available there. This was my first and last order on club factory. I'll file a case against the club factory if they did not pay me full refund.

                    I am deena naik.I have bought 2no shoes from club factory and The package was shipped with tracking number [protected] . Product Supplier is shasta equity Traders Pvt Ltd. I have paid money online (Rs.1936). The product i received contain one women fashion leisure sandals and one black t-shirt(which i have not ordered).I want to return t- shirts as the product i have not ordered . If it is possible then I want only women leisure sandals & returned the t-shirt. If it is not possible then returned the both product & returned my all money.

                      I had ordered the product on 21st of October and its been more than a month that the product has not been delivered.

                      Courier partner Xpressbees calls me up stating they would be delivering the product and then no one comes to deliver it, this has happened multiple times and I tried to inform this to theire escalation team but there was no responsible action taken.

                      I tries contacting club factory but their IVR doesn't get connected to any agent, and there are no responses to the mails sent.

                      I need help with this. I either need my product or money back ASAP.

                        I've ordered a jacket of XXL size and I've received the jacket with low quality and the size is too small(M or L). My order no:SO[protected] I've paid Rs.1148.97 for the jacket not Rs. 0.00. how come my refund can be Rs. 0.00. I want the exchange with the size I've ordered not the refund.                             As per the club factory app, it says product will be delivered from Nov 5th to Nov 13th. But not yet received the product. Carrier's phone number is not reachable[protected].

                            I am not able to cancel the order also.

                            Kindly take action and deliver the product at the earliest or please cancel the order from your side and refund me.

                              I had ordered some stuff on 26 october 2019 and estimated delivery was on 3-13 november 2019 but still i have not delivered with order!! Herr is my order no. So[protected]
                              N no update from website!! It still shows 'please by patient'
                              Very disappointed from club factory delivery! Please do some thing about it!! I have function this week i need to get that parcel as early as possible!!!

                                  I am padmakrishnan. My return id: son[protected] has been rejected. There are two dresses that i have bought from club factory and the product seller is as trading. I have paid money online (Rs.798). They have delivered a defective product not as shown in the image and i applied for return and refund. The courier guy confirmed and picked up the product from me but now they are rejected refund telling they received a wrong product. Now i don't have the product with me and no refund. It is their problem as a customer i want my money back.

                                        I have ordered 1 pair of earrings and have payed for it and also finger rings but haven't received it. It has been more than 1 month and i haven't received it. It was about to deliver on 9th nov but now it's 18th nov and i have no update about my orders. Plz look over it i'm having this bad experience on my 1st shopping from your website. If there is no improvement after my complaint i will never shop on your website and will ask my family and friends also not to shop from on your website. Kindly look over my problem.
