I kept return request on the i received my product aa the product i ordered is 3xl..n received 4xl...on the12 nov..order id...SO[protected]
N the order same i kept return requeston the same day i received the order bcoz the ordr i received was totally damaged n torn...on 14th nov..ordr id. Is SO[protected]
N the ecom delivery boy came n picked up2 products by saying uzthat we hv kept return request...he picked up the products on 17th nov..sun aftn...n today is 20 nov...n whe i opened for 1st time cf today i recivd msg that the seller has cancelled ur return request...n while contacting the cf support the othr return order SO[protected] also canceld..by gettimg msg that the seller has cancelled ur return requesr...when again contatced to the cf support...they said today on 20th nov..mng i keptt return request...nboth the products...products were picked up by courier boy..n nw shows that the courier boy will pick up ur order...now the problem i dnt hv products...then were are my products???all products i receive are damaged r defective r not working...what to do with the produ rs so i hv to return..the producg as there is no other option...jst club factory calling rjey says call courier service...thwn calling courier service they zays call ur shopping app sute...then where is my ordr??

    I had placed an order on 4th November from club factory and 20 November oassed already today still there is no sign of evn shipping by the warehouse.
    I called customer care and spoke to tyem so many times they told me after waiting for many dayd fine u can cancel we cant provide you any information, why would i have bought something i never wanted and never have been bothered about it.
    I don’t understand the way they work I ordered 2 products one was completely diffrent from what they have advertised right the the cloth to size print and everythng i returned that weeks passed neither i have got my refund for the same they are simply cheating people nothing else.

        My order number is SO[protected] . My order show Processing and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.

        I want to know where is my order.

        And no details of it with the courier service.

        Sehar industries should respond to this and take responsibility for the delivery. Sehar don't have any contact details in any websites.

        Need my parcel immediately.

            I ordered a pair of bose ear bud vide order no: so[protected].
            The order was delivered on 19.11-2019 and I paid cash to the courier guy.
            To my surprise a wired head set of inferior quality has been supplied.
            I have tried the customer care number: [protected] but the number is also a wrong number.

            I will file a criminal complaint against directors for cheating and holding the money by sending wrong product

              I’m writing this complaint about a delayed delivery from club factory, ordered on 21/10/2019

              It’s showing in the app that my ordered products are under custom clearance. I have already paid through a debit card. It’s been a long time and i’m not getting any information about it. When will i get the products delivered??
              My order is not coming so my order is dilevard.iam veting to my order.my order is realy really wanting so my order is dilevard.
              I ordered a pink colour ladies wallet from club factory today ie, 15th nov 2019 and made the payment through phone pe app.I have received request for payment through sms and Amount of Rs.350 debited from my account.I have received no order confirmation yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Please take some action for that and keep your security tight. I want immediate action otherwise i'll post on social media.

                I was returned my items that I ordered returned ID SON[protected] since 24 sep 19 but till now I don't get the refund it's a bad experience response from club factory there no action till date yet to date is 13 Nov 19 when I'm already complained about that still there no response at all

There is no any order no received for this. I send u the payment deducted screen-shoot.                     It was shocking i called d seller but no response maruti enterprise, i called club factory call centre no response
                    I want refund for missing product of rs599 immediately
                    The product wat I have ordered was JBL headset in offer of one plus one free . Despite I got single material as well as a local product . I'm not sure the product got faked in ware house or while shipping . The ultimate sufferer is customer .
                    Today I received a message and a phone call regarding the lucky draw they are saying that I won a Mahindra xuv 500 of ₹1696000. For that I have to pay some sort of registration amount

                    Product delivered is wrong. I ordered losse slip slides sexy beach lace dress bikni but i got a lofar jacket . Which looks not good .I want to change the product.I am very disappointed. Very bad service.
                    Order no SO[protected] AND SO[protected] was returned by me. Refund initiated mail for rs 506.99 each was received on 21st october 2019, but still the amount was not credited in my balance. Kindly verify and refund the amount at the earliest

                      Ordered product from clubfactory and on 20th november 2019 under order number [protected], it showed status as delivered however no one contacted me neither delivered it as i live alone and there is no one to collect it as well.

                      I tried connecting their customer care but they keep call on connecting mode for 30-45 minutes without a single response.

                      Tried connecting on chat as well but the customer care person is unable to understand and just giving one answer that product is delivered.
                      Sir I didn't receive my prepaid order from club factory of order noSO[protected] .The shipping tracking has also stopped updating .Please look into the details and update me

                            The website or APP doesn't give me an option to cancel.

                            The shipping address is incorrect, so please CANCEL THE ORDER. The customer service doesn't work, email or call is useless. Hence posting the message here! Its horrible that we don't get a chance to change shipping address or modify the order. SO PLEASE CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY!!

                                Product in club factory app and the reality of product its completely different quality is worst and design it sucks. Infact i would admit that its making money by fooling innocent citizen they are fraud they say it cf verified why they are verifying this kinda of worst quality. Its just that they want to make money by fooling people. Despite of money shortage i order the product because they have great tv ads and even the quality of the product and design was looking awesome in their official and verified app. They are looting us by giving us a false hope that the product which we choose from their apps are awesome its really sad to say they have lost their status. As a good online shopping app i will take this issue till consumer court

                                  I was ordered female casual sports shoes on date 22 October 2019. But till a date I did not get my order from them. I was played amount of the product through the online payment method.
                                  I was also called to the costumer care regarding this problem but they not given proper solution of my problem. Now I dont want this product because of the late service. Please refund my amount that was I paid at the time of ordered.

                                    I am padmakrishnan. In my order number: SO[protected], there are two dresses that I have bought from club factory and the product seller is Kalki Fashion. They delivered me only one product (Westchic dark green top) whereas the other one (Westchic Peach AZIZA long dress) has not been delivered. I have paid money online (Rs.749). Now I don't have the product with me and no refund. It is their problem as a customer I want my money back.

                                        I have ordered one jeans from club factory for rupees 1069 but they have delivered me 2 jeans so i have to pay rs 2138 for rubbish jeans and they have not shown any information regarding second pair of jeans in my order so I request you to pickup up your both jeans and refund me money I am not really satisfied by the product by hook or by crook I want my money back
