I doesn't get my refund for my returned item.. It is showing refunded to app balance but not shown to me... I complain you about the refund of my returned order then it is showing refunded to app balance and take 7-10 days time to show in my account but it is not shown to me... Please refund my money... I trust you.. That's why i order from you... Don't break my trust...

    Dear sir,
    I ordered from club factory, and i got very wrost products quality. After that i applied for return at 24 october and today is 17 november still my product is not peak up for return.
    This company is alwayes trying to extend the date of returning. And always give us new reasons and extend the date. Today when i talk to costumer support they say your date of returning is over now.
    Now i am feeling helpless, but i have all proofs against club factory.
    Please help me out with this problem.

      What is wrong with club factory? Club factory has gone insane
      I had orderd 2 times and both times they delivered me wrong item. For first time they were not even ready to accept their mistake but after long 4 months refund my money back in wallet which can't retrive but can purchase another item'. This time again they delivered wrong item. I'm not understanding they are doing this knowingly or unknowingly. They cheating costumers by showing another image but actual delivered item is different, its tottally fraud. Is this a co-incident which happening with me only or doing with every costumer. If they are doing same with every costumer or 8/10 costmer then their licience is to be dissmised or its product should be banned.
      Where is my actual ordered product
      I need compensation in this case.
      What is use of your company if you cannot adhere to the product that are provided by you. Stop fooling customers
      I need compensation in any condition.

        Complaim against club factory. My order so[protected] is delayed by 22days now. I have ordered one product on 27th oct 19 which is promised to deliver before 14th nov 2019. Estimated date of delivery was 14 nov 2019. But i have not received yet. Even no tracking information available on site. M just pissed off by reaching out their customer service portal. Pathetic service by club factory. Even no customer service i can say. Neither on chat, call nor on mails.

          I am coplaining about regarding sarree. I had purchased it on 4 november & it delivered on 14 november, when i had purchased it seem fine but i recieved that faulty & not same product that i had seem it before purchased. Now from 3 days i hv been calling them on customer care but they not been attending my call.

          I paid them rs 937 on 4th november.
          Please canceled this order & refund that amount on my bank account.

            I had purchase mi earphones but they delivered local duplicate earphones and when i return it they only give 10 rs refund.
            Delivery time also too late purchase amount rs 100 and they returned refunf amount rs 10.
            No support give by club factory fraud company many users complaining.

              I had purchased household items from club factory which was delivered to me and I paid cash on delivery. 2 items were damaged hence returned back to club factory. I provided credit to by club factory account on 15th oct for 20 dollars. I was not able to use the credit balance for new purchase. on 17th October I saw my credit balance showed zero. which is when I reached out to customer care and they without understanding the issue all they said is since the refund has happened in pytm account hence they cant do anything.

              I explained to them that I am a banker and understand how payment process work. I also explained that I do not have pytm account so no question of credit coming to me. then they called out the number where credit had happened again that mobile.number was not mine. after lot of probe I was told this information they got from Facebook but then tonite wrong the mobile number maintained with FB is mine what club factory has not sure from where they have got. they simply refused to do anything. Question is without verification and my concent they credit to pytm account.

              I had put a complaint here before also
              haven't got any update on the complaint. They don't seem to have any basic mail etiquette to respond. written number of emails no reply whatsoever. My refund id # SOR[protected] money has been credited to somebody else's account inspire of repeated follow no update as yet.

                I have orderd black sliders on 17th november, 2019 at 12:49 as a guest user and order is placed but i didnt get my order number to check order track shipment. So please send my order number so that i can view my track shipment. I want my order number please
                And no confirmation email is sent to my mail after ordering... Plas cgeck my order status and send me the confirmation order to mail and also order number. And i want to cancel the order because it is noylt my size of slippers

                So please tell my order number amd semd me confirmation email

                  I had ordered an eye mask from club Factory on 28 the October. It's prize is around 152-154 rupees.It was shown in the club Factory app that the product will be delivered in between 5 to 15 th November. Today, it is 16 th of November. Though I have not yet received the order, nor it seems to be shipped in the process of shipment towards me. Also it is shown that we can not cancel the order.Either I must get the order within next few days or that product delivery should be cancelled with my money refunded.

                    I have lost my old account since i lost my phone and i can't log in to my old account.. I have placed an order with an advance payment but i haven't received my order.. Can alternate number given in the old account be used to log in? It's been more than a month.. Delayed for so long. Very disappointed. The customer care no is also not responding.. The delivery could have also contacted the alternate number. Please help

                        [protected] i have ordered an airpod
                        It was delivered on[protected]. After one use i have notice that the aipord charging case is not holding the charge. So i returned it.. After waiting too long they have replayed that the oder refund is rejected due to the damage of the product. The have its own defect.. That's i returned it. But i am not getting my refund

I registered complaint on 12 november and my complaint number is 667914. 4 days are over and my complaint are not resolved yet. They delayed my order with no reason. Even the seller are also from india. I want my order as early as possible.

                            I have ordered hot deals led digital watch for kids, it included combo of 2 but when the parcel arrived i found only one watch. As it included 2 watches but i found only 1 this is either the case of theft or misleading advertisement. Hence i won’t shop from your app. Worst service. Just replace it or give my money back it’s a kind request please do the needful. Thankyou

                              I had ordered a cloth which was made of different material that what was stated so i returned it.
                              I took them 4 to 5 days to give the money on the club factory account and then when i withdrew it to my bank (Bank of india) it says withdrawal successful but i have not received any money till now it has been more than 15 days. My order i'd is so[protected]

                                I don't understand what's going on. Is your company is responsible for sharing the customers details to someone who is doing fraud business.

Please help me either place my order or refund for the same. Amount deducted wad rs.661 on 16.11.2019 via state bank of india net banking.

                                    I have purchased 3 tees and 1 bag from club factory on 19th october. My order number is so[protected]. My package is stuck at custom clearance from 1 month approx that’s what app is showing but when i talked to club factory they told me that my package is with xpressbees company now but when i asked the xpressbees about the same they told me that the package is not available from club factory side and as well as documentation is not properly from cf side that’s why they are not able to find my package. I’m waiting for my package from approx 1 month. Kindly refund my money or tell me truly where my package is and when will it arrive.

                                      . Ordered american tourister bag from club factory. Returned due to fake quality. Club factory deducted courier charges.
                                      Why a customer should own to penalty for the fake products sold by dealers.
                                      Now executive from club factory called from [protected] and abused me. He has my club factory profile details.

                                      Really pathetic and shameful support given by club factory.
                                      I have advised to all my friends not to order anything from club factory.

                                        There is no response from ecom express thalassery (Courier partner). I ordered for jbl earphone and paid rs.259 as cod. After that i came to know that product was damaged and apply for return, but the courier service didn't pickup my product and there is no response from them.
