There is no response from ecom express thalassery (Courier partner). I ordered for jbl earphone and paid rs.259 as cod. After that i came to know that product was damaged and apply for return, but the courier service didn't pickup my product and there is no response from them. I am totally disappointed with your service. I need refund of my money immediatly. You can check my return status on my tracking number:[protected] and my return id:son[protected]. I want refund of my money.

    I order the product on 11 oct and the delivery date was 19oct but i haven't received my order. The payment was made online. Today its 16nov i haven't received any update of that order please make a refund. I am attaching the screen shot of payment and the order too. So please help me. I have been waiting for too long to recieve my order please help me. I tried to call the customer care but i can't call and they also didn't respond to any of my email.

      My order number so[protected] is still not delivered. I had placed the order about a month ago. It's stucked in custom clearance for 18 days now. I tried contacting but there's no reply from customer care. Really disappointed by the service. I tried the live chat but it keeps sending the same message again and again. N a pop up shows that the customer care is busy please write your problem here and we will contact you but there is never a response. I tried contacting them for a week but i got no response. I want my order as soon as possible.

      I want to know when my order will be delivered. Otherwise i want refund.

        I bought a titan wrist watch and later on i found it was a duplicate one when i tried for return they said 200 rupees will be deducted. Why should i pay 200 rupees for a duplicate product. I want to return this product but i can't suffer a loss of 200 and get nothing. The packing is of titan but the product is not original it's duplicate. This is a case of fraud.

            Pls note that in order number so[protected] there were 3 products out of which we have received 1 product raabta red top with black tie 11051 but not received the other 2 products ie raabta white with black dots top 11055 and raabta cream top with green tie11051.

            To my surprise all the products are shown as delivered on 4.11.19.

            Kindly look into the matter as we have received only 1 product.

            The screen shot of the order is attached for your reference. For your information confirmed with courier person that he has delivered on one parcel that too small one.

            There might be a mistake from your vendor, instead of 3 items they might have packed 1.
            Aprise the issue to call center, through mail and chaat, but no one has responded. This is creating bad impression about club factory.

            Request to pls check and revert.

              I ordered a oven cover from club factory and the estimated date given by club factory was 13 november but today is15 november and still i dont receive my package and there is no any num to contact the person or club factory... I called the customer care num but it is also not working i am really very disappointed with the service of club factory atleast club factory should not to play the feelings with the person.. I was very excited but now i hate club factory and from today i'll never order any item from club factory... My friends told me that club factory is not good app but after all i trusted but your service policy broke my trust now i can say that club factory is not trustable app... If you can't fullfill the items or order then please close this app...

                  "your order is at the custom. It takes about 2-3 days."

                  It said it will be delivered on 9/11/2019. But not delivered till today 15/11/2019

                  Need the items urgently. Or else refund the same.

                  This kind of service is not acceptable!

                          I have ordered dining table chair cover set - order no: s[protected] through club factory on 24-oct-19. The order reached new delhi on 27-oct-19 and it got stuck in custom clearance since then. It's more than 20 days i have ordered and it already passed the estimated delivery date of 11-nov-19. I need an update as soon as possible or else initiate the refund for my order.

                              I had ordered one pair of shoes from this fraud club factory app.
                              And returned the product on the same day when i received it. It was very pathetic.

                              They said we will going to refund your amount. They said they initiated the procedure for refund amount on 21st oct 19 and they are saying that i had withdraw the amount on the same day.

                              But when i checked the app it was not me who had withdrawn the amount. Seriously they are running a big scams against club factory customer.

                              I will going to file a complaint against club factory in police station.

                                    I ordered a velvet coat xl size and paid for it with debit card. Item was roughly 1800 rupees, was sent a message saying theres error in the payment, yet money was taken from my bank, later i get a email saying the item is unavailable & that clubfactory refunded 30 bucks to the club factory wallet and the item is only 25 bucks per unit. That is a scam. Great business you guys run cheating your own country people.

                                      I have been asking for my refund since more than 1 month. They refunded me half in the cf balance (13 usd) on 11 nov, my club factory balance shows zero amount. Says its has been withdrawn, i did not withdraw my balance at all. Moreover the phone number in my account is not mine now. How the hell is this happening? My number changed to somw random, balance to zero, where is my money. I will file a legal complaint against club factory. This is fraud.

                                        I've placed a return request for incorrect products delivered to me towards order #so[protected] & express bee tracking #[protected]
                                        As per my multiple conversation with chat box & call center n after sharing the pictures of incorrect product received i have still not got any resolution to my problem plus the courier pickup denied taking the packet as it doesn't match the specifications. How will it match when wrong items were delivered? Pathetic experience i regret buying from here
