I had placed an order for five clothing items. I can see two packages for the order on app. The seller has provided same tracking number for both packages. As of now, i have just got one package containing one item and rest four of them (The second parcel) is missing. I am getting 'delivered' status for both packages but reality is i have just got one. Kindly help me out. Provide me a new tracking number after contacting seller.

    My order [protected]
    Has been stuck in clearance since 29 oct. I need it before 25 of november for a trip or else the products won't be needed afterwords. How could custom clearance take so much time??? 16 days???
    I ordered it beacuse i wanted it before i move from my place to another. I have already paid, even of the order is delivered after 25th its of no use to me... Very very disappointed

      I have ordered a product on 20th oct 2019 and was supposed to get by 7th nov 2019. The amount has been debited from my account and the product is not delivered till now. Since 03rd nov. 2019 the status is showing as shipment connected to katni-ktp.

      When called to the customer care. No proper response was given regarding the delivery date of the product.

      The worst customer service i have ever experienced.

      They are looting the people.

        I ordered a rigo olive green sweatshirt and i didn't received it yet. Its been nearly 2 months. It is happening 2nd time with me. And thus i'm loosing interest with this website. I paid for the product from my refund balance of club factory and now its like that i wasted my money by shopping from club factory i want my money balance back or else want that tshirt which i ordered. Help me with this..

          I ordered from club factory.

          Order no.- so[protected]

          I purchased some products from club factory. I have already paid for it while ordering it.
          The order was placed on 23rd october 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 9th november 2019. It hasn't been delivered until today 14th november 2019. The last update was on 29th october which says the order is under customs clearance and it will take 2-3 days. After that there was no update or any information regarding my order. I mailed club factory regarding the same but there was no response from them.

            I ordered black shirt from club factory. But colour is worst and size too.
            My order id is so[protected] and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return.
            Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from china. Please don't use this website.
            Hope to get proper guidance from this site as they are not replying on facebook too

              Today i ordered 3 items from club factory and i choosed bhim upi payment method. Club factory request for money to google pay i received and i did payment. Cash withdrawal done today morning 4.54am 14th november 2019. How i get order confirmation.. I think club factory is a trusted online shopping app but i got a cheating experience.

              Today I ordered saree, amount from my g-pay account got debited but order did not place. There is no order summary in app neither I received any mail. Attached is the payment receipt.

                This is my order number i ordered this on 27th october and the estimate time of this was 4th november. I have complaint this atkeast 4-5 times but now i am seeing the status as delivered but i haven’t received anything yet.
                This was my first experience with club factory which was very disappointing
                I haven’t received my order yet and it’s already paid

                    Club factory is the worst ecommerce platform. I have ordered a pair of shoe by seeing their fake photos of shoes. I have applied for return and they are asking for 90 rs pickup charge.
                    Why customer is going to bear delivery charges if the product is sold with wrong images and that product is cf verified.
                    They are making fool of customers.
                    On site product only having right symbol on it and in real air written on it. Check the images

                      There is no response from ecom express thalassery (Courier partner). I ordered for jbl earphone and paid rs.259 as cod. After that i came to know that product was damaged and apply for return, but the courier service didn't pickup my product and there is no response from them. I am totally disappointed with your service. I need refund of my money immediatly

Is there no way we can return it? but the website says we have to return the order in 9 days. When i am rising this complaint already 1 day has been completed.

                          Hi i had ordered a denim jacket through club factory on 23 oct and i had got a confirmation mail on 26 oct claiming that the order is shipped and would be dispatched through delhivery courier. But after that i didn't get my courier delivered and i could not even track the status of my courier for which i had made payment through net banking. So here with i demand u to update the status of my courier order no SO[protected]... its already cross approximate date... today is 13nov

                          Ending this complaint mail with loads of disappointment.

                              I have ordered the product and product I received is not of good quality and damaged. Some marks on the speaker and at back it is torned and sound is too low of speaker. I talked to care they said choose any reason and return back and I returned and they deducted Rs 90 from my refund amount and now they are saying it is shipping charges. I talked to them they said there is no way you get all money back. Now customer i.e. myself is paying Rs 90 for the mistake of vendor as vendor is selling wrong product and we are paying for them.All images are not uploaded and I have images of products. As al images are abouve 3mb i am not able to share them. You can give me your email id or revery me on email id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com
                              And i will share all the images with you.

                                I had ordered the colour Lake blue but received the colour Royal blue which is ridiculous.
                                In addition to this, a button is broken.
                                What kind of quality is this?
                                Please initiate a full refund or get me my Lake blue colour jacket with no defects.
                                This is complete cheating as price is different for both of these colours. Royal blue is cheaper than Lake blue.
                                Please take immediate action or I'll file a consumer forum case against Club factory.

                                  Sir/madam I didn't receive my orders. I have ordered many products as a bulk and it should be arriving by November 8th 2019 but till now I didn't receive it. I got an message saying that my package(SO[protected]has been delivered from CF warehouse by Ecom([protected]). They also provided a link to track my package but when I try to open that link it's showing NO CONTENT.

                                    I really disappointed by the Club factory service, as well as the courier service of Club Factory also.
                                    My Parcel is in delivery from the 1st of November, and the courier service boy has been unavailable to provide my package. In the next 4 days again my package is in a dispatch which is the 5tth of November, still, the courier boy hasn't answered my call. next, the package is in again Dispatch.
                                    The courier service is very worst. Also, they have updated the reason that an office has closed, While he never comes to my office.

                                    Now again on the 8th of November, I have received from courier service. Same thing he is updating that I am not available at my office. Again they are cheating the US.

                                    Now from the inquiry, I got information that my package is in different cities, How it's possible that without End User confirmation they are dispatching my package in a different city.

                                    The Club factory has taken money from us, but not delivered the product to us.

                                    So I want to claim the Club Factory service, They are not delivering our product to us. As well as not satisfying the service of club factory.
