Club factory is trying to make me a fool, they are saying that the payment has failed from my gateway but, through upi i paid and has sent all the transaction number of the same. These people are just frauds, they should not be allowed to emerge into indian markets. I am attaching all the proof photographs for reference. My order number is so[protected], ordered on 11th november 2019 through upi.

Sorry, ordered on 13th November 2019. Mistake in the description.
In delivery package 1 earning is missing package was open little open from corner. kindly arrange me another same package i have made cash on deliver.

    I have purchased shoe from club factory but the quality and size of the shoe was having problem. I tried to return the order but it could not happened due to non availability of return option.
    I had a chat with customer care and spoke to them on call but nothing happened. After having chat with amreen nothing is helping me to return the order. I had booked the product as guest account.
    Request you to help me in canceling the order.

      I ordered bluetooth headset in app of that particular website they showed less price bye saying as an offer price i purchased it. But in real they sent me a used product plus its not working.. Immideatly on the same day i called to customer care they said just return it we will refund. Their agent came and took it with in 3 days only... It happened before more than one month ago.. I paid 1040rs they mentioned you get 940 as refund.. Till now i didn't get any amount i called more than 7 times to them regarding this every time they are say wait 3 more days it didn't reached the company yet.. Same reply every time i don't know how much time it will take to reach..

      More ambrassing thing is their customer care number won't connect properly it is saying "check the number you have failed" i must try relentlessly to get connected to them

        I tried placing an order for product no. Wwh[protected]n
        The money amounting to rs. 650 was deducted from my sbi account but club factory showed that the payment had failed. I expected the refund to be generated then and there but neither was my order visible not has the money been refunded. It's been 7 days already. Every time i contact the customer care, they tell me to wait further.
        I have submitted proof for the payment to the customer care panel and a ticket no. #644470 has been generated but no solution has been provided.

Whose delivery date was given on November 10 but till now my order has not reached my address not is showing any tracking of shipment, then what should I do when I have made the payment online, please club-factory me Some will answer whether I will get my item or not.giv a customer care no.if club factory dont delivered my items den plz refund my money in my account.                   I ordered two products worth 1 rupee each from clubfactory but i didn't recieve the products. I got the message that delivery done successfully, but the delivery boy didn't came to me and i didn't get the products. So please look into this case of scam to me by delivery boy.

                  The courier boy did not come to me, he kept both my products.
                  The courier boy is a thief, he did not keep my product nor did he come to me, you should check it.
                  He kept both my products at the one-rupee club factory,
                  I did not receive the package, i got the message delivered successfully but i did not receive the courier.

                  The delivery boy neither came to my house nor did he contact me and he kept two products of my one rupee and sent the message of order successfully.

                  I am given a order of a shoe product. Last 25 days. My order no is SO[protected]. Iam pay for this product cost. And not get me. You are not eligible for this service.

                    I am awaiting a delivery of the product since 29th of october, it is still not delivered. I have a flight tomorrow and need to get the shoes asap.

                    I called the customer service agent, rahul picked up the call and rudely disconnected without providing the required details.
                    He was not having basic customer service skills and started shouting at me when asked about the estimated date of delivery.

                    This is very disappointing from a brand name like club factory! Very poor customer service.

                    Anyhow the product needs to be delivered by tomorrow, i cannot wait long now because it's already 3 weeks. I hope u guys will atleast do the needful.

                    I have ordered socks on 2019-Oct-12 at cost of 166, Club factory confirmed that order will be delivered on or before 2019/Oct/30. But still I did not get my order. I already paid the money. I did not find way to complaint this issue to club factory. I could not reach their courier partner also.

                              I ordered 2 items holding order no-so[protected] & so[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 3rd of november 2019. Today's 12th of november and i have not got my order yet.
                              I called club factory customer care but was not helped properly instead they gave me their courier service number i called e.com express many times. Every time i called they gave me another date of delivery. What i experienced was super carelessness and procrastination.

                                My order no.Is so[protected] is not delivered but i have got delivered message. Estimate time is over and also i have paid full amount by net banking. Please deliver my kurtha or refund my amount. I called so many times but they did not
                                respond to me. i think they are cheating me. 9th November was bank holiday but i have given bank address to delivery the item. courier boy did not call me and meet me on that day but i got message on that day delivered successfully like that.
