I got a message from club factory that u r the winner of tata safari strom. I saw and lived. But one person has called me and convenience me that no really u win car on club factory and told me to pay for registration k i paid 3000, den when he received money he call back and say pay for insurance 16200 and take your car den i paid the money, next he call me and said that pay for transport 10000 that also paid, next he called me and said that pay for driver food and drinks 10000, that also i paid but now he is telling pay another amount 7000 what to do please help and support...
I haven't received my order yet and it's cancelled automatically by the shipsman, he hasn't came to deliver the order, an it's been one month I placed the order, I don't why he cancelled it .. my order no is [protected]

I ordered a posture correction belt from browsing in google, i even paid the amount of Rs299. Now i dint recieve any ordered id and my order is not shown in clubfactory app also... Please... Solve this
I have received 4k tv box on 04.11.2019, that 4K tv box is not working and remote not available in this package and user manual is not available and also box is not covered properly . I have buy 2 nos of box another box wireless display not properly worked. All the products are very poor quality. Total rs.650 is waste in my amount.

    The undersigned received the mobile set of the brand nokia (Refurbished) of which the order no was so[protected]. It was delivered on sat, 9 nov 2019 at 1600 hrs but was returned at the same time with the delivery boy. The shipping address was c/26 bharat mahal, thane 400603. We wished to cancel the order but it said it was already shipped. So, we returned it at that time as soon as we received it. Hence a request to refund the amount at the earliest.

    I called customer care of club factory 3-4 times about not delivered parcel. They give me 10 th november promise time but on 11th november I do not get my order.

    I had ordered a sweater from club factory during the payment it took to cashfree website and it was observed that there was some problem in transaction but money got debited from my account.
    I ordered for a jbl flip 4 speaker few days back and the speaker which was delivered was a local item.when I checked my application to return the item it shows that the item hasnt been delivered.for the past few days I have been trying to return my item

      My product was shipped on october 28 2019 at 5.34pm and it's stuck at customs clearance. And there are no new updates. The estimated delivery time had already gone. Either you refund for my items or deliver it as soon as possible. It's still under processed. How many more days will it take.

        I had placed an order for rs1190 on 22/10/19 and was suppose to be delivered before 9/11/19. Today on 11/11/19 i tried reaching customer support in vain. Courier partner is saying they just generated tracking number without actually receiving the product from club factory (I have call record). The app doesn't have an option to cancel or request for refund. I feel cheated and i need help regarding the same.. Order number : so[protected]

          I had placed an order on 22/10/19 and was to receive it before 9/11/19. I tried contacting customer support in vain. Courier partner expressbees say that they generated tracking number with even receiving the parcel and hence i must contact club factory directly. There is no number i can call or have an option to cancel and request refund through their app. Chat option has a robot giving out pre formatted text. Order number for rs1190 : so[protected]
          Customer care number given online says not in use.
          I really feel cheated and hence need help.

            I want my money back. I had called the customer care and they registered a complaint (Complaint number 548329) they asked me to wait for two days and i almost waited for 2 weeks and still there is no update.

            Please cancel the order and refund my money back.

                I ordered in october 20 and it should be delivered on november 7th but it is stuck in customer clearance from october 26th order so[protected] please resolve the issue as soon as possible, i had call to the customer service but. If i ask them at what date it will come they will say we can't say but wait for ten days already we crossed twenty days please solve the problem

                  I had placed a pre-paid order so[protected] on 3 nov 2019 which was supposed to get delivered by 9th nov. Now, after waiting for such a long time, in the site, it says that the ordered product has been delivered on 8th nov, 2019 but its 11th nov today and i haven't received my order till date. Tried reaching out for help, but its no where to be found. Neither am i able to track my order. Given customer care no. Doesn't respond either. Very horrible service!

                    I have ordered thermal sweaters mens sweatshirts sexy v-neck cardigan shirts. I have received this product and found that the quality of product is not good. You have charged rs 999/- but its price in local market is not enough than rs 250/- because it is not branded and its weight is no as sweater. So club factory is selling the product in much much more high price by providing the poor quality of product. As per your company return policy you are charging rs 99/- for pick up so you are acting as robber in the country. So please stop robbing the poor indians.

                          I ordered sony mdr xb450ap headphone from club factory.
                          After delivery when i open that product... I was shocked..
                          The product is broken... One side of headphone is not working.
                          Headphone is packed in original cartoon of sony headphone but inside headphone is fake.
                          I want to get refund of my order and i also want to complaint about such fraud this compay is doing by supplying fake products.

                                  I ordered two products at the same time and made payment on 21 october, 2019. The estimated delivery of one of the product was 28 october and i got the the product. But the second product is having estimated delivery date of 8 november and it's 10 november today and the product is not yet shipped.in the app, it shows "part of your order from factories is delayed".                                     I ordered a saree from club factory but it's not delivered yet as the estimated delivery date was yesterday. Still when i tried to track the order and call on the provided number, it's not working. Sometimes it shows delivered the next minute it shows in transit. Can you please confirm me the delivery date, it's been long and i am confused. I am not getting any information about my order from the past 1 week. I am helpless as i have already paid for the order through paytm. I need urgent information about it's delivery date.

                                      I received an email saying there has been a re attempt delivery for the order no. So[protected]... I just want to edit my address as i have missed to add my college name.. But no call for the delivery has come to my number... So can you please please help me out if it's possible?..                                         My guest order (So[[protected]], was delivered yesterday. I want to return it. Kindly help.
                                        I am highly disappointed by your service. Since morning i am trying to reach you over phone and line is busy. Worst quality products have been delivered. No option for returning a guest order in your website.
                                        A working person can not afford to spend entire morning just to connect you over phone.
