I ordered a coffee beany cap, money was deducted. I was taken to the payment gateway. Made payment via UPI. The amount was deducted successfully. But the site showed transaction failed. Also, I didn't receive any order confirmation SMS, or Email. The transaction ref number is[protected].

There's is no way of contacting the customer support. The phone number given is not received.

    Today i was ordering a necklace from the club factory app and while i mafe the transaction... It stopped in between and error was shown. I have a message from the bank that the amount has been deducted. But in the orders section of the app it is showing that it is unpaid. Kindly refund my payment and please do resolve my issue urgently as it is very important.

      Please help me regarding returning of the product purchased by me on clubfactory mobile site i.e. m.clubfactory.com. as a guest user.
      The reasons for returning are :
      1. Duplicate product (not original JBL Flip 4 speaker)
      2. Speaker recieved is mentioned as JBL Flip 5 on its box.
      3. Product although is of a much inferior quality than original JBL Flip 4.

      In support of my complaint I herewith attach the copy of the invoice and snaps of the product received.
      Although I have tried multiple times to return the product as directed by the representatives of club factory since receiving the product on 07 Nov.2019 but failed.

I content to club factory customer care they told me we refund ur product but i don't get any msg from there side.. I call up to delivery boy he told me that my officers refused my refund request..           Order number is So[protected], Last date to deliver Order was 8th Nov but neither ordered item received nor any notification from club factory about order.
          Provided xpressbees tracking number [protected] is fake as no information is available on xpressbees site regarding this.
          No way to get in touch with there support team. On chat and call no one actually respond you but only predefined message are there to make you fool.
          I can not even cancel my order and àsk for refund.
          Please refund my money back.

              Dear sir,

              I was trying to order the cloths for club factory, during the order, the payment has been successfully done and debited from my account and the order is still in the unpaid section (Shows continue for payment proceeding).

              I had live conversation with the team, first day they said that you have to wait for 12-48 hours after i connected again after the time period through live chat, they said we are unable to check ur payment status and you don't have made any of the payment with us. I had shared all the proofs of payment made by me. After all, they said please wait for 3 days we will get back to you with resolution.

              The customer care helpline is too worst. They are not borrowing to response to the customer in quick manners. We have to wait for 7-8 minutes for connecting to support executive.

                I am unhappy with the quality of a handbag i bought at club factory on 13oct2019 and i am writing to seek a refund.

                The handbag is very small quality is also not good. The women's cross body bag shoulder handbag was delivered on 25oct and i noticed this problem as soon as i unpacked it from the box.

                The women's cross body bag shoulder handbag is not of acceptable quality and does not match the sample i was shown in store. I would like you to refund it at no cost.

                I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please. If i do not hear from you within 5 days, i will lodge a formal complaint with consumer affairs in my state.

                  Order so[protected] defective. I ordered 3 nightsuits but unfortunately they are completely unexpected with loose thread, cheap quality and completely different material.
                  Return is not made available saying product won't be returned unless quality defects.
                  The whole damn product is defective.
                  Please consider and provide help
                  This is unfair. The product is absolutely untouched and unworn.
                  Even club factory credit points will do. But this product is utter waste.

                    I placed an order without logging in club factory. Amount is deducted from paytm and no confirmation came from club factory. I only have transaction id from paytm.
                    Please suggest what to do? I am helpless as i have only transaction id as proof. Please either send order confirmation or order cancellation receipt. No customer care number is working. As they are not picking the phone. This is my first time ordering from club factory.

                        I have made a order, A Black Shrug for Men.

                        The Product was damaged in the shoulder, I try to apply for return.

                        But they are charging money around Rs.90.

                        Very worst experience and I have lost the trust. I will never recommend this app to anyone.

                        They are insisting indirectly to keep the product with us even though it is damaged.

                          I have ordered the bluetooth headphone from club factory and i disnt get the product i deserve from club factory.only one side of the headphone is working and i want to return this product and want my 250 Rs.                             I have ordered a dress at the email address [protected]@gmail.com and have already paid for it .                               The backpack is too small than expected. I expected it to be a bag which can atleast carry a water bottle but it's just too small to carry anything .I didn't find the return option in my app . I don't know how to return this product.                                       My order s[protected] was supposed to be delivered on november 3rd 2019, it has been delayed for 6 days now. Tracking stopped at customs clearance for more than 10 days straight, there is no reliable tracking information on my package. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible, for i have spent a great amount of time waiting for it and a huge amount of money.                                         I paid for a dress but it cannot be seen on my orders. I did not get a message. How will I track my order? But my money has been paid and there is no sign of my order.. What the hell is this? What am I supposed to do now? Will you please look into the matter.
