Dear Sir This is milind Khandekar my membership number is 2550118. My parents have travelled to club mahindra poovar today and been in a studio apartment. Their room bed is totally infected by en number of bed bugs and it's really ridiculous on your part that a star graded hotel beds are affected by bed bugs and no eligible person is there to handle the situation or shift them in alternate room.     I had gone for a membership of club mahindra holidays, but at the time i recd. the membership kit i found that the term and conditions mentioned was quite different from what i was told at the time of discussion of membership.
    So, I requested them to cancel my membership and refund my amount as i dont want to have any relation with the chea
    ters. They have cancelled my membership but had not refunded my amount till now. I had send several mail but have not recd. any reply from them. I am also copying the first mail i had send to them, and also enclosing the screen print of the emails i had with them.

    Dear Sir,

    I (Sanjiv Kumar Gupta membership No. 2537432) am a new member of your Mahindra club got the kit and terms and condition letter a week ago. After going through it I was surprised to see the terms and condition mentioned on it. There were few things which were contradictory to the facts that were told to be at the time of discussion.

    1. I was told that one week holiday per year will include residing and fooding both, whereas, from you I came to know that it is only residing and fooding I have to pay separately.

    2. I was told that I have to pay Rs.11600/- on the year I am availing the holiday and the first year it is complementary. Whereas, your letter shows that whether I am availing the holiday or not each year I have to pay that amount and that too is not fixed it may change.

    Well, really I feel sorry and cheated from the way the information was told to me by your Kanpur centre at the time of discussion. It seems that they are only interested in making member by any means. Therefore, they have given me wrong/incomplete information and hide the actual facts. I can understand that they may have some targets which they have to achieve, but it should not be done by giving wrong information to the customers. As Mahindra is a big and reputed group so this type of attitude is certainly not expected from you all and this type of practice will surely give big dent on your fame.

    You will also agree that a long relation with customer cannot be made on foundation of cheating and false statements. If really you are interested to have good and prolonged relation with your customer than everything should be crystal clear with every pros and cons at the time of discussion.
    As, I am in teaching profession and very straight forward person and don’t want to have any relation with persons having cheating attitude, hence, I request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my amount at the earliest. You kit and other belonging are kept as such which you can take back from me any time.

    Myself Ram Tarachandani having membership Id[protected]contact no.[protected]) have 1 BR Red membership. My complaint dated 4th March-15 is still un resolved though was promised on 5th March by someone named Mr. Arvindam of getting it resolved in 3 working days time. He gave me a call on 8th March with again similar promise of getting in touch in one day but since then there is no revert. I am really very much disappointed to be associated with such a worst team which makes false promises. I simply feel cheated s most of the promises made by Club Mahindra have proved false. I immediately want to cancel my membership & refund my hard earned money so that I will never suffer in my future in waiting a response from them.

      I received a call from a Telemarketer of Club Mahindra invitation department on 23/2/2015. Her name was Neha. She informed me that my name has been short listed for the free movie tickets and hotel stay package in any of the club Mahindra resorts. She also stated that there would be no emphasis on purchasing the membership and I will just have to collect the free vouchers. However, I still confirmed about this offer 3 times on call as it was too good to be true. I reached their office along with my husband at Growel mall - Kandivali around 5:45 pm and later I was informed that there would be a presentation of 45 min which we had to attend. This was not at all informed to me on the call, even after confirming several times. The receptionist asked us to fill up some form, which had few clauses and asked us to sign. I was really looking forward for the membership, but looking at this pathetic approach, I could not stop myself & my husband from leaving the office without wasting any further time. We had already wasted our time travelling all the way to their office by cancelling our important commitments at work. This was not enough, when I left the office, I again received a call from the Tele-marketer asking me "What is the problem mam?". She started a unnecessary argument with me and was very arrogant on phone. Her statement "It was just a matter of 45 min, can't u manage it?" really pissed me off. To all the Club Mahindra team, let me tell you, we work day and night and have lot of commitments at work, Every single minute is important for us. If the 45 min thing was informed to me earlier, I would have not mind attending it. This is just misleading of customers. Please stop this menace as it is not working and I will see to it to stop anyone who matters to ever go to Mahindra holidays. This is a real shame for an organization like Mahindra.           I have visited the Club Mahindra Holiday, Sriman Complex Opp INOX, Race Course Vadodara on 22.2.2015. The Executive gave the presentation and try to convinced for taking the member ship for 1 hrs. I have made payment of Rs 36400/- by my credit card.Now i don't want to become the member due to some serious family problem happened in the same night and decided not to go for membership. We have not yet alloted any member ship and its only 15 hours we want to withdraw. Kindly make necessary refund of the payment made and not to allot any membership.

I tried to book holiday at coorg but it is showing me "waiting list status"in red season But at the same time i tried to book same resort via yatra.com for same durations it is available.               Club Mahindra cheated me and mentally tortured me for more than 6 years. I had opted for a top season Club Mahindra membership, the Red studio more than 6 years back. (Just for information: Less than 3 years back they added Purple season membership which curtails the top season utility value & the rights of the Red season. This is completely unethical in the first place. This is the least of my concern, though). The long list of my complaints runs as below: 1) Red season ranks above than the white & blue season. I am entitled to 7 days of free stay in the resort of our choice in a peak season. My past holiday history confirms that I have been taking holidays in a weaker season which is as per my choice. I paid more than 3 lakhs as membership charges for 25 years. However, since the very 1st year of buying the Mahindra time share I have always had to compromise on my a) choice to resort, b) type of accomodation (studio, 1bhk, 2 bhk, etc). For people planning a holiday brings joy on their faces. Not for me, it starts with an uneasy friction with the internal ever changing policies of the resort company. It is really unfortunate that I have been punished for patronising Club Mahindra which happens to belong to one of the topmost business houses in India. 2) Booking are never available in the resort of one's choice inspite of trying to book more than 3 months in advance each time. Earlier they had a policy for members to book 3 to 6 months in advance (can any salaried person apply for a leave 3 to 6 months in advance? this goes against the basic essence of holidaying). 3) The preferences of holidays is given to a) Corporate bookings (club Mahindra is tied with several banks & organisations for the holidays of their employees. This booking can be confirmed within 1 month duration between booking & holidaying). b) Local bookings (each club Mahindra resort acts as a profit centre head & has their own daily, weekly & monthly targets to be achieved & c) Lastly the preference is given to the club member who has paid a whopping sum to become a member. I have a series of mail complaints made to them & in equal number of incompetent responses received from them which starts with an apology & ends with an apology without resolving the crux of the query asked). There are more no. of complaints against club Mahindra than the total members they have made till date, which explains that the business house couldn't bother less on the matter of consumer apathy. This season too started with a friction with their tele booking officers. As usual they do not have availability in the Lonavla resort on the dates asked for between 21st & 31st March 2015. I was asked to call on 1st March 2015 to book. On asking what were the chances, there is no response, they say that call & check, because they have a waiting list also. My question is if there is no availability showing today, how are things going to change in 8 days & that too inspite of having a long waiting list. The worst part if due to this approach by club Mahindra I have 3 weeks of holidays banked with them till date. And still worse is if I don't book my holidays till 30th April 2015, around 6.8 days of my holidays would lapse due to no utility. My situation is that on one hand I am not given my holidays in the resort of my choice & the time duration of my choice & on the other hand I am punished for forcing me to not use them in their prescribed format & parameters. On top of above all, Club Mahindra imposes an annual maintenance charge to their members. As per my last communication, I have refused to pay my AMC if my booking (in waiting) is not accepted. There is not authority in Club Mahindra who would take any responsibility of who would call back if case of any queries. Their customer service mails are generic in nature & doesn't carry contact details of a resolution unit individual who is entrusted a complaint / case. My last complaint with their tele booking officer, Ms. Nimisha @ 3.45 pm on 20.2.2015 with reference no. 2695818, was yet another experience of a holiday gone bad...               I, Vikrant jain from surat.. Even I had the same approach of stupid marketing.I visited there with my wife and my 6 months old baby.. They didn't let my wife move for a minute from there even when my baby was crying a lot.They stretched the meeting till one and half hour as i was getting interest in the membership..They compell you to decide at the spot as if there is no tomorrow.After many phone class finally i gave them time and had a meeting with their executives today on 9/3/15 at my office. I
              discovered that they all have verbal commitments, not anything in
              written.. They usually come to trap you by finalising the deal at the
              time of meeting, as if there is no tomorrow. I was planning to take
              their Red or purple membership..But after watching all complaints and
              reviews, I got answers to all my queries..I am dropping up the plan for
              membership. I can also feel the inconvenience and discomfort caused to members.Thanx to all members who have posted their complaints.
              Sorry to say, I have got a communication from your end but no resolution as yet. This has always been the case. My last attempt at booking a holiday on the very first hour & day of booking opening date showed me on a waiting list & a day prior to my resort booking request date, I was promptly called & communicated that you could not confirm the booking due to resort being full & no cancellations.


              My last communication on the above was with Jennifer on 20th May 2015. She sadly communicated to me that you couldn't fulfill my holiday request due to "MY NON-FLEXIBILITY". That was extremely rude for a customer service to phrase that.


              In fact for 5 consecutive days your CR team on one hand did not allot me of a booking & on the other hand warned me of losing 2.8 days of my holidays due to lapse. What kind of a customer service fulfilment team do you have in place, I wonder.


              Can you please refund me my membership amount please? On a pro rata basis if you choose so, plus adding a couple of years as a bonus from me plus an additional 10% discount on the value invested (since your services are depreciating every year). I shall be glad to get rid of the membership...atlease for my peace of mind if not for anything else. I will also throw in a couple of references for your sales team as a cherry. But please help me get rid of the ridiculous meaning & definition club Mahindra has given to holidays & vacations in my mind !!! Please help me...save me from this humiliation & give me back my peace of mind. I may soon get a nervous break down due to the frustration, humiliation & mental torture handed down to me by your group.I will be marking a copy of this to me legal team & my family members as well...just in case.

                Me and my wife spent 2hrs for their presentation and their representative Mrs Surya Pillai at Vadodara was so charming and greeted and clearly explained for 2hrs and when asked that how can they give 2N/3D package to all for just listening them for 2 hours. She said that you time and experience is very important to us... I tried booking for holidays at Goa, Gir, Kumbalgarh etc places in West and they had no availability. I don't think that Club Mahindra resorts stay full even in off peak season. This was just all crap and don't even go for any such presentation and waste your time. Feel blessed that you are not a member and if you are, then sorry for you all such people. Moreover, when enquiring on phone the executive said that we just allocate just 5% rooms at each resort for the non-members who are given free vouchers. In short, don't ever waste time after CM... Plan your holidays without being dependent on anyone...

                CM :- With regard to your post in social media and our telephonic conversation, we deeply regret to know about your booking experience through Gift Voucher.
                As discussed, we would like to inform you that we have a wide range of options which you can choose from and even the availability, is subject to change.
                My Comment:- I already know before their email that they have wide range of options but all the resorts are booked for all the days through out the year which is not believable according to me. Availability as said is never there for the next 4-5 months. I have checked below resorts and all are booked till next June.
                West:-Gir, Kumbhalgarh, Nawalgarh, Udaipur
                South:- Coorg, Cherai, Ooty, Puduchery(2 dateS), Poovar, Thekkady,
                North:- Manali, Shimla, Mussoorie, Dharamsala, Corbett
                Moreover, If some staying far and want to plan holiday, then he.she needs to know available dates for atleast 1-2months if they want to book train tickets. CM said that there are chances you get avalability if you plan holidays for next 10-15days from today...

                CM:- However, we have made a note of your feedback and have highlighted it to the respective team who shall try to rectify it at the earliest.
                MY Comment:- I wonder how their team will rectify this issue and how much will it be helpful to me. I am just commenting so as to share my experience. Will update if there is anything positive from their side...

                  Hi I am Vidhya and I had requested for an accomodation at Club Mahindra Varca from 25.12.2014 to 28.12.2014 using the Corporate membership of my Company. I had given the booking request for a room which can accommodate 6 adults and one child (below 5 years). But the Club Mahindra executive who takes care of Reservations confirmed to me saying that only one bedroom apartment is available which can accommodate 4 adults and one Child. The booking was not confirmation till December 4, 2014. With great difficulty I received the above confirmation. Post her confirmation, I had checked with her 2-3 times if 1. All 6+1 can be accommodated in 1 bedroom 2. Additional mattress can be provided at the room Subsequently, she informed me that none of the above options can be looked into due to the fact that club Mahindra being a 5 Star Resort will not agree. Also, that due to Christmas Season, additional mattresses will not be available To be close to the family and reduce the travel time, Hence we booked accommodation for 2 adults at Ramada Cavarla (which is closer to Club Mahindra resort) by paying Rs. 36000/- for stay between 25-28 December 2014. Also, we had to pay Rs. 500/- one way taxi fare for commuting between Ramada and Club Mahindra Varca (Rs. 4000/- for 4 days) However, upon checking with the duty manager at Club Mahindra, Varca we received a totally different version from the Duty Manager at Club Mahindra, Varca. She told us that normally they can accommodate 5 people in 1 bedroom flat and on request one more person can be accommodated in 1 BR by providing additional mattress at a cost. Hence 6 people could have stayed in 1 bedroom. Even extra mattresses were available. I received 2 versions from 2 people working for the same organization. Because of this miscommunication, we have unnecessarily spent Rs. 40000/- apart from the travel between Ramada and Club Mahindra, Varca. Request you to look into this and see if we can be compensated for the unnecessary expenditure incurred due to some miscommunication from your end.                     I had upgraded my membership ( 33549) fror studio to 1BR in 2012 for which I was promised a food voucher of Rs 3000/. which I am yet to recieve. I had deducted Rs 3000/. in your annual maintanance in 2013. Now since 2014 you are sending me the annual maintenance adding the 3000/. See if you cannot send me the vouchers you promised you will have to accept Rs 3000 less in the anuual maintenance. I am ready to clear your dues as long as you adjust the food voucher amount. Please note that I had paid nearly a lac of rupees for upgrade, Rs. 3000 is not a big amt. but you should understand that once you have promised something you have to fulfil the same.                         It has been a struggle to get reservations to destinations on specific dates that we want to travel. There is enough evidence that the company is deliberately using methods so that the members suffer after they have paid them the fees. One can notice that the reservation chart shows only one days, Saturday, being not available for many weeks for all room types. But the minimum period for booking is three nights. So how is this possible. The company is a cheat. They use member's funds to buy resorts and then don't provide them with reservations on dates when they want to travel. We had to travel on week days just to utilize our days. Otherwise these cheats will say you have lapsed your days. How much more of a cheat and one be. On one hand they don't provide reservations and on the other they lapse our days. Just ridiculous. Public should be cautious about buying any membership from them. They lure people with freebies. Once they get the member fees, the paid will start. BE CAREFUL and don't get conned.

                        Dear Waagh, I Ram Tarachandani (membership no.1657984) have similar feelings regarding Club Mahindra. We do not get proper bookings as per our choice. These people use our money for purchasing new properties & we pay yearly ASF charges to maintain those. In return we do not get bookings as desired. I am fighting for one of my bookings with them since 28/02/2015 but there is little response from them. This is ridiculous. I regret that I got their membership with my hard earned money as returns against that are negligible.

                          Hi, I was in discussion with the offers with sales guy of club Mahindra Holidays, and one of the guy from sales called me and asked My Credit Card Number to check eligibility for offer and I got message 26, 700 booking amount swiped from my card. Without any approval or IVR transaction they deducted my money. Till also I am waitin for confirmation or what Deal they blocked I haven't any letter on this but just a mail you booked this white studio apartment and will call you soon. Nothing else then I sent mail that I want to cancel the deal . Sales Guy responded "As per your confirmation your offer is blocked which is huge and your membership kit is on process refund is not possible." But ever you told me what is cancellation policy and what will be rules . Have you taken signature on offer document or agreement. Please help me, what I'll do and how I will register in case in consumer court

Next day I called your sale executive and asked him that I don't want to join and please do not enter my details into your system, but he didn't listen to me and entered my details into your system and generated my member id.                               Dear Sir, I wish to bring to your notice that on 04012015 I had booked for Mahabaleshwar sherwood resort between 17042015 to 20042015. I was offered one 2 bedroom unit which would accomadate 6 persons and I would have to bear the expenses for 1 extra mattress. Mr Vishesh Kumar Dubey the executive said he had got the approval and my confirmation voucher was 1760253. I received an SMS on 05012015 confirming my booking . However I am yet to receive an email confirmation as promised by Mr Dubey. I went ahead and booked my air tickets to and from Pune. My email id furnished to him was [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com I was shocked to receive an SMS on 06042015 CANCELLING my booking . I spoke to one of your executive this morning who informs me that I am not eligible for the booking as the higher up at the office have rejected the approval.                                 We are very disappointed with Club Mahindra’s Present Services. My membership number is 2607370 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. Our holiday is starting from 7th January 2015. I purchase this white package from Club Mahindra's Delhi Direct Sales Manager Mr Prashant Joshi, whose mobile number is [protected], He is from your Pitampura Branch. He commit me in wtitten that he will give me Rs. 21, 000/- resort voucher and he will also give me 6 Nights RCI Holidays. He commit me all the above mentioned point when he came to my office on 9th December, 2014. We have all the proof like voice recording and his written commitment which is attached in email and then We paid him total payment of Rs. 51, 000/- (Fifty One Thousand only) and he also told us that he will give me Rs. 6, 500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) cash back before 7th January, 2015. Now we are calling him again and again but he is not giving proper response. His conduct behavior is really very Bad and now, he is denying that he has not given me any written confirmation. We are very disappointed with his services and way of talking. Today we got welcome kit from Club Mahindra and it contains only a Card and a Resort Boucher of Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only). Mr Prashant commit me in written that the Club Mahindra will provide us Rs. 6, 500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) cash back and Rs. 21, 000/- (Twenty One Thousand only) Resort Boucher before 7th January, 2015 but we got only Rs. 10, 000/- Gift Voucher today. We don’t have any confirmation that when we can get Rs. 6, 500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five hundred only) cash back, Rest Resort Boucher of Rs. 11, 000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand only) and my 6 Nights RCI Holidays. He also didn’t told us that how we can nominee to our parent or colleague to use the holidays. We also email all these matter to Club Mahindra on 2nd January, 2015 at [protected]@clubmahindra.com but didn’t got any proper reply as yet. Kindly do the needful and fulfill all the commitment that Mr Prashant Joshi committed me on behalf of Club Mahindra.

                                  I received call from Club Mahindra last year in Jan. requesting me to allow their representative to visit my place to explain about membership. I was not interested at all but entertained call thinking to just get info on the same. Their sales executive Mr. Ashwin Iyer came at my place and was so adamant / persistent in me taking membership that he remained till 3 hours. He was forcing me to take this membership which i asked him to give some time to discuss with family and I will answer after 2 days. I was told by him that I need to block the vacation slots by paying just Rs. 5000.00 and can cancel it if i am not interested. I paid the amount through Credit Card and till date after number of follow ups, Ashwin never picked up his phone and his Vashi Branch Manager Mr. Vaibhav also confirmed and committed to repay the amount either by reversing to the credit card or by sending a fresh cheque. Then after 2 months he said that you should ask your credit card company to reverse it which was absolute nonsense. Inspite of repeated follow ups, I have not received back my money (which I have already paid through my Credit Card). I have not even booked, it was a token taken from Mr. Ashwin or I can say extorted forcibily from me for blocking the slot. I have not received any correspondence so far. I am highly dissatisfied by them and thinking of taking this matter legally as my brother in law is an advocate and he advised me to give last reminders before taking legal actions.

Membership no - 2553733 Ienrolled from Zest to CM recently and had to opportunity to enjoy complimentary package with a lot of complaints than memories. Now even without enjoying any holidays from the initial set I received just this week, and paying only the initial EMIs (Amounting to more than Rs.30, 000), I'm being asked to pay the ASF.                                       I became the unfortunate member of this company they are full time frauds. My membership no is 473743. I paid all the money more than some 2.5 lakhs. I was never asked even once to go and enjoy the holidays. when I requested for a holiday for 2 days they initially offered and then cancelled the same with out any reason. what ever may be the case I want to cancel the membership and they are not ready to talk to me. they are number one cheats I have seen in this world.

                                      I filled up form for Club Mahindra membership on 17Jan with
                                      payment of 33k Via Credit Card, (and two cheques 80 K. However on very next day
                                      Mr. Nikhil @ Pitam Pura Delhi center was communicated over phone and CM email
                                      ID about not to process it. I stopped the cheque and ID 7524208 was generated with mail sent to
                                      Member Relations for cancellation.


                                      After repeated request to close it the application is still
                                      on hold and no refunds are initiated. On Jan23 I had spoken to Anjali and Nikhil at Pitam
                                      Pura center and requested the refund to both. Now with 7544353 I have been again told that refunds would
                                      take time of about a month, so kindly initiate the refunds and pay by max 22
                                      Feb.


                                      Since last 10 days it 2 days to confirm dates of refund but
                                      still no progress and case was on hold.


                                      GUYS BEWARE THEM HANDING OVER THE MONEY, if they cannot
                                      refund even if memebership is not generated and application is not processed
                                      then they are not trust worthy. Enjoying
                                      vacations with them … J

                                        Hi, My Name is Sachin Mahipal, MemberID:1710086, i was trying to book holiday for Club Mahindra Jaisalmer from 23rd JAn to 26th Jan 2015 but they show rooms are not available . my emailID:sachin.[protected]@gmail.com ph:[protected] to my surprise, when i checked on goibibo.com for same dates, i found they are selling out rooms to anyone for 9600/- per night. this is total fraud and making fool of members. i am member of this Club for last 3 years but not even once i was able to use my holidays according to my wish, at the end either i had to cancel my plans or had to take extra holidays from office just to get taste of my hard earned money i gave to these cheaters called "Club Mahindra". This membership has become pain for my family, where i have to go some other hotel for holidays even after having this membership. i am not even sure if i want to keep this membership. Please help me to get refund of my pending money.
