I write with Utter disgust & displeasure with the continual
dissatisfaction with Club Mahindra.
Membership no - 2553733
Ienrolled from Zest to CM recently and had to opportunity to enjoy
complimentary package with a lot of complaints than memories.
Now even without enjoying any holidays from the initial set I received
just this week, and paying only the initial EMIs (Amounting to more than
Rs.30, 000), I'm being asked to pay the ASF.
Without which I'm unable to plan my holidays.This is broad daylight
robbery and not the way to run your business.
The experience with Zest was good and from the beginning, Club Mahindra
has always been a pain in the Butt.
Seriously, I'm planning on cancelling my membership and take it thru'
the right channel to ensure people don't get robbed.
Please arrange a call back in 24 hours or I will walk-in to your office
to do the closing formalities.I'm not looking for any sympathy or
freebies. Just get a person to call that can talk sense.

I had gone for a membership of club mahindra holidays, but at the time i recd. the membership kit i found that the term and conditions mentioned was quite different from what i was told at the time of discussion of membership.
So, I requested them to cancel my membership and refund my amount as i dont want to have any relation with the chea
ters. They have cancelled my membership but had not refunded my amount till now. I had send several mail but have not recd. any reply from them. I am also copying the first mail i had send to them, and also enclosing the screen print of the emails i had with them.

The first email send to them is given below:-
Dear Sir,
I (Sanjiv Kumar Gupta membership No. 2537432) am a new member of your Mahindra club got the kit and terms and condition letter a week ago. After going through it I was surprised to see the terms and condition mentioned on it. There were few things which were contradictory to the facts that were told to be at the time of discussion.
1. I was told that one week holiday per year will include residing and fooding both, whereas, from you I came to know that it is only residing and fooding I have to pay separately.
2. I was told that I have to pay Rs.11600/- on the year I am availing the holiday and the first year it is complementary. Whereas, your letter shows that whether I am availing the holiday or not each year I have to pay that amount and that too is not fixed it may change.
Well, really I feel sorry and cheated from the way the information was told to me by your Kanpur centre at the time of discussion. It seems that they are only interested in making member by any means. Therefore, they have given me wrong/incomplete information and hide the actual facts. I can understand that they may have some targets which they have to achieve, but it should not be done by giving wrong information to the customers. As Mahindra is a big and reputed group so this type of attitude is certainly not expected from you all and this type of practice will surely give big dent on your fame.
You will also agree that a long relation with customer cannot be made on foundation of cheating and false statements. If really you are interested to have good and prolonged relation with your customer than everything should be crystal clear with every pros and cons at the time of discussion.
As, I am in teaching profession and very straight forward person and don’t want to have any relation with persons having cheating attitude, hence, I request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my amount at the earliest. You kit and other belonging are kept as such which you can take back from me any time.
