Hello, I took club mahindra's sisters concern 'MAHINDRA TRAVEL'. franchise in Ahmedabad, spending RS.3 lakh, and 14 lakh on furniture. I closed my previous business of computer gaming zone to start the travel franchise, which was closed in Six month and sold to Mercury travels Oberoi group. In this we also lost our life time savings.

    Sales person promised lot of things we can get from clubmahindra that why i became a member by paying a huge amount. Now since last 5 years I'm trying to avail holiday but there is no availability .I paid a huge amount along with ASF. When i raise my concern they are saying confirmation is subject to availability . My question - If you can't avail holiday to a customer why don't you refund money ? As a customer Its not my fault if there is no availability. Is it s fair practice to cheat the customers like this . I've enough evidence in the email for all viewers can check the mail i can share if any one looking for evidence how this company is exploiting. They have signed so many documents which is totally in their favor but remember Club Mahindra you can cheat one or 2 innocent customers not all a all the time. Some the other day you'll have to pay a heavy price Pathetic part is there is no availability of holidays if you don't use holiday gets lapsed . customer will have to loose all money Painful experience Lost lot of money and peace .     i agree with you. It was bad decision to buy club mahindra membership. Its extremely useless. Never get the hoidays we want to have.

      Club Mahindra found my phone number from somewhere and starts calling by different number.i receive almost 6-9 call for join the presentation of club at venue Hotel Kartikeys near suncity mall Hisar, Haryana on dated 21/05/2015. They invites me with family.Its conditional invitation. Club Mahindra is reputed firm so finally decide to attend the representation.But there was no any presentation .they take just 5 minute and show rude behave by person. Please send my complaint to higher authority of Club.Improve your Hosptelity after then invite to AAM ADMI .Its really very bad experience with Club Mahendre.

          Hi, I am a member with Club Mahindra and my membership id is : 26229901. I bought the Club Mahindra membership through transfer. While filling up the form, I correctly mentioned as s.[protected]@gmail.com. I had contacted the customer care number at : [protected]. I was advised to send an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com attaching a letter duly signed stating the facts and attaching a signed ID proof. Since the registered email stated in the form was wrong, I was advised to send the email from the email id that I wanted to update (i.e. from s.[protected]@yahoo.com) I was told that the change would take effect within 2 working days. I sent out the email accordingly on 14th May at 11.50 am. It has been a week and still there is no update / response. When I again called the Customer center I was told they never received the email and I should resend it again. It is surprising that I had copied in my wife on the email and she got it the very day and yet member relations have not yet received it!! I am very disappointed and not sure if I would hear the same lame response of not having received the email. Pls help me get my email id changed. Thanks. Sitansh Magia Membership ID : 2629901

          My husband's member no is 315253 .Currently we have been dumped by Poovar resort management on second floor HUs against our request for Studio though we are senior citizens and I have a bandaged hand due to an accident. We had waitlisted our request and also informed hotel Poovar of our request but on arrival we were told that 1 BR and Studios get booked within half hour of opening of booking for the resort rooms and there are no cancellations thereafter. Indeed this is faster than even summer train bookings. We are dining at the restaurant here and we find it mostly empty even during peak hours and the resort itself has a deserted look. We have visited many Club Mahindra resorts at various times and seen the presence of crowds. Many of the Studio rooms look deserted. Even the staff here mention that it is a lean period.
          . We have upfront paid a hefty amount in 2006 and continue to pay more than Rs 10000 every year for the sin we committed in 2006.In spite of this this is our experience with Club Mahindra. We wanted to take our pregnant daughter who is employed on a week end to Pondicherry. For the next 4 months we find that all week ends are reserved, This looks strange. Is there a shadow booking going on for rooms in connivance with outside tour operators as was happening in railway reservations?. The poor Club Mahindra members suffer on account of this racket. Please investigate this urgently and set it right. A corridor of 2 % reservation for outsiders is being abused..

            I just shown interest on the blog which was redirected on some site when i was just surfing. Then it came club mahindra i just registered to know about this holidays how it works . Den suddenly within 3-4 hours one of the representative calls me and said they were from club mahindra the representative introduced about the company and obviously i was interested to know i told him every thing which he questioned me . Den the next day one representative of the mahindra visits my place and he started explaining about the company procedure. Slowly his way of explainations changed he came on the financial matters and process and der i decided i dont want this thing . But this guy started begging us he started to tell us about his promotions and increments if i get involved in this membership . Literally he was begging till the last moment. Here starts this fraud illustrations of this company, the representative told us if we dont like this or wanted to discontinue, we can anytime discontinue the membership just by calling on some of their toll free relations number and some extensions after that . Even he told us we will get our all money back when we will discontinue . And we just got trapped in this. He took one blank cheque for the ECS process for the installments which we were goin to pay for 2 years 6 months and the 33, 200 rs cheque for the downment according to their so called that day's market scheme. He started filling their form and documentation started i signed and i handed over 2 cheques and the membership started. I finally was trapped . After few months as the representative discussed with us we were gona get a free complimentary holiday package for 5nights i planned for that and called the company and got booked to thier on property in goa that was emrald palms . We went there, the property was normal no such very good ambience neither worth for the service and hotels . Overall the holiday went annoying and i was just feeling disgusting what i did this . It was mistake spending on sich stupid things . This membership is of no use this people are just trapping everyone, they are just looting the common man . Hard work earned money is just gona waste over here i realised as soon when i was in the holiday mood . I decided i just dont want to continue this membership and i started calling in their customer care numbers . Guess what i just started with the customer care they are just making me go round and round and round . Here is going to be the month i am trying to discontinue this membership. Then today after dozens of mails which i mailed them in this days they contacted me i started calmly i just asked him what are the refund process and i want my money back as discussed with the mahindra representative . He told me i cant get my refund not even a single penny i m going to get back . I m just feeling helpless, they are making me go round and round i call this guys 10 times in a day but still there are no replies over that . Please just help us . I am the normal man who earns 15 k p/ month and just payed like fool to this people . Please help us we are helpless.

              When we had taken Club Mahindra membership we had been promised food voucher coupons worth Rs. 15000/- apart from the coupons offered by the company and a two night three days trip voucher by your DSA. Moreover since I did not have cheques at that time he had asked me to submit HDFC bank cheques, though I duly informed him that they cannot be encashed. He assured me that they will not be presented and he will get the cheques replaced by me, however they were presented and subsequently bounced.For last so many months nobody has even come to take the cheques. Kindly inform us of our dues and send someone to collect the cheques from us. Your DSA has not reverted back to me because of his false commitments.Initially he assured me of getting the things sorted out but now he is not even picking up the phone. Kindly look into the matter and take suitable action. That DSA is from Meerut and his name is Sudhanshu([protected]). I have talked to Ms.Fatima working at your call centre in Lucknow multiple times regarding this. I had also received a cheque of Rs. 15000/- but it was misplaced, so please get that replaced as well.

                    Club Mahindra called me and told me that I have been selected for 2 days 3 night stay at any club mahindra resort and this is absolutely free, i need not have to pay anything just i have to attend one seminar and there will not be any compulsion to become the member. They told that they will give me the voucher immediately after the seminar but they cheated with me and told me that they will send voucher on mail but did not send me any voucher. Plz stop cheating like this

                      While Joining Club Mahindra we received joining offer as one domestic holiday through club Mahindra and international holiday through RCI. Two days back I booked free holiday offered by Club Mahindra, and modified it next day because of some error the holiday gets updated successfully but it deducted 4.8 days from my paid holiday account. at the same time free holidays also got deducted. hence now club mahindra have deducted 5 days from free holidays and 4.8 days from paid holidays and offered one bed room for five days only. Club Mahindra Membership Id: 2582046 Hotel Booked: Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, Goa. Duration: 26th July to 31th July Kindly sort this issue as early as possible so that we can book our tickets.                           We had alotted a coupon letter from club Mahindra for 3days& 2nights in the month of march... the coupon letter allotted in favour of my name prateek Choudhary but how does it possible that it is now alloted 2 another person if the coupon letter has the validation upto July...neither in the terms and conditions, it is specified that it should be register within few months as the person alloted that letter 2 me told me now...and now I don't get any satisfactory response from the coupon letter allotter my contact no [protected]

                            My club Mahindra Membership no is 577204, It was 6 years back that my husband and I in March 2009 took the Club Mahindra membership. But till date we have not taken even a single day vacation. As a club Mahindra policy a member can have hold max 21 days of holiday inventory. Since the start of our membership we have a total of 49 days of holiday out of which we can use only 21. I called and wrote to the club Mahindra team on 28th Feb 2014 to book a holiday, to which they said that I have to pay all the Due Annual Subscription Fees of Rs. 41023 and then only i can book any holiday. I explained to them that due to some personal reasons I could not take a holiday in the previous years, though I had paid the ASF for 2009 & 10. I requested them to waive off the ASF against the years we have not had any holiday, it's only fair. And I was willing to pay the current year ASF too. I made repeated calls to their customer care and kept on following up, every executive kept on saying we will have a favourable resolution for you soon. We are discussing with our managers, etc. Finally out of frustration, I asked to speak to some senior customer care member, and he said that as I was asking for a booking at a North Resort during the Holi festival time there was no chance of his being able to make a block also. And to my surprise I see the next day there is a block placed in my account for the same destination using my non- expired holiday inventory. This is extremely unethical. And since then they have not reverted back. I request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum team to please help us and get a resolution to our grievance. We have paid Rs. 2, 67, 190 as the membership fees and then they are claiming another Rs. 53, 592 as ASF without which we cannot use the membership.                               Hi, I got a call from Club Mahindra yesterday inviting me and my family for an invitation membership. We were told that we will be given free vouchers(2 Nights + 3 Days) + 4 movie tickets if we attend the presentation. We were assured that the these free vouchers and movie will be given irrespective of the fact whether we take club mahindra membership or not. We went to the K Star Mall in Chembur, Mumbai where the meeting was fixed, first they took 2 hrs to finish the presentation against a stpulated time of 45 mins (which was conveyed to us on phone), second we were forced by the sales people to take the membership to hell and thirdly when we said no to the membership, we were denied free vouchers and were given only two movie tickets with validity of less than a week. Totally upset with the sales gimmicks of Club Mahindra. Frankly speaking i liked the product and pricing but after experiencing such a treatment, will never take club mahindra membership. Thanks.

Now to the capture the essence of our complaint and cheating by your sales representative Deepak Borah ( [protected]). We wanted to check on Club Mahindra holiday options and your representative Deepak called on on last week of Jan15 to explain the options. We advised that though the options are good, we have some financial commitments/constraints now and would like to go for it later once we have managed our finances. However, your sales representative Deepak persisted with us that the current offers are valid if we book only today and we can pay by credit card and he will hold off all future EMI's till we give the go ahead. He also advised that the membership is fully transferable. We again reiterated that if our financial commitments /constraints do not get settled in the interim period we may cancel our membership . Deepak acknowledged our concerns and promised to work it out. He then got the forms filled up, while I was going through the forms. . He advised that we can read the same at our comfort later. He also advised that someone will call for verification and we should only speak about the scheme details and not the finances. In February week 1, I saw another advertisement of Club Mahindra with similar offers and called up Deepak and he advised that our offer is better and the current offer is for higher membership plans only. (We had opted for White Studio ). In February week 2, we realised that we will not be able to afford the membership under our financial conditions and both me and wife continously SMS'd and sent WhatsApp messages to Deepak and he never responded to our messages and calls. We were then forced to call your office and they simply directed us to write to the member relations email id. After our initial mail someone from your Vashi office called up my wife and told that we will not get our money back and we should therefore continue our payments. My wife then asked them to call on my number to explain. During the call with me, i reiterated all the points raised above and Deepak was also brought into conference. Deepak however made a volte face from his commitments during the sale and denied making any promises. Both the persons on the phone said we can go to police & consumer court but we will not get our monet back since the 10 day look in period is over and we have signed on the terms and conditions. They further advised that we did not bring out our financial issues during the verification call. This is a clear case of cheating by your organisation and your representative Deepak. I would like to bring out the following points : * Deepak never advised that we can't withdraw our initial deposit, even after we repeatedly stating our financial issues and reluctance to join now. * We had not used a single offering under the membership plan. So how can I be charged for some services not utilised? * The verification call did not explain the 10 day look in period or asked about about it. They only asked about if the scheme has been explained in full. Deepak anyway has asked us not to speak about financial matters during the call. * Your sales representative never allowed us to read the T&C before signing and advised that they are the same stuff what he has explained. Its our mistake of trusting your brand and your representative. * We had reached out to Deepak towards end of week1 and he never responded only to delay and let the 10day clause set in. In light of the points raised above, request you to kindly refund our initial deposit without any further delay and severely reprimand your liar sales representative Deepak. After 15mins, I received a automated reply with interaction ID number. I waited for 1 day & the very next day I was shocked to see the SMS from you guys (ClubMahindra!) that you have deducted amount of Rs. 4214.00 (as EMI) from my credit card!!! Even after requesting you for cancellation of membership, you have charged me for another EMI which I don't agree to pay. I tried to call on your customer care number (which is NOT even tollfree) & that auto-response voice machine keeps me looping for at least 15-20mins (not good!!). I request you to cancel my membership immediately & refund my money (Rs. 4214.00) which you deducted for this month as EMI.                                     I am planning to book an overseas holiday in your Austria resort but there are no days for blue studio members. This is really a kind of cheating with blue studio members and not something which is being told at the time of joining the membership. Also even if I book in a season higher it only allows to book only 15 days in advance. Any one can understand that planning an overseas holiday within a 15 day period is impossible. It simply means that blue season members can not go overseas holidays at all. I consider this as a very bad treatment to blue season members and worse form of differentiation among customers. I understand that white, red members pay more than a blue season member but this does not mean that you stop blue season members to go for holidays in some of your resorts. This is a very bad way of treating customers by such a well reputed company Mahindra.

                                        I called up to become a member and ther representative was very rude. She did not want to tell anything about the membership . I never talked to such rude customer care in my life. If mahindra holidays are not interested in sellng their services then they should close this disgusting customer care. The reperesntative was not even willing to tell her full name as she knew that she is forcing her customers not to buy the membership. I would definitely approach other travel agencies rather than talking to mahindra holidays # disgusted
