Dear ClubMahindra, This is regarding cancellation of Club Mahindra membership. I e-mailed you on customer care ID (i.e: [protected]@clubmahindra.com) on 6th April 2015 & requested for cancellation of my membership. After 15mins, I received a automated reply with interaction ID number. I waited for 1 day & the very next day I was shocked to see the SMS from you guys (ClubMahindra!) that you have deducted amount of Rs. 4214.00 (as EMI) from my credit card!!! Even after requesting you for cancellation of membership, you have charged me for another EMI which I don't agree to pay. I tried to call on your customer care number (which is NOT even tollfree) & that auto-response voice machine keeps me looping for at least 15-20mins (not good!!). I request you to cancel my membership immediately & refund my money (Rs. 4214.00) which you deducted for this month as EMI. Dear ClubMahindra,

This is regarding cancellation of Club Mahindra membership.

I e-mailed you on customer care ID (i.e: [protected]@clubmahindra.com) on 6th April 2015 & requested for cancellation of my membership. After 15mins, I received a automated reply with interaction ID number.

I waited for 1 day & the very next day I was shocked to see the SMS from you guys (ClubMahindra!) that you have deducted amount of Rs. 4214.00 (as EMI) from my credit card!!!

Even after requesting you for cancellation of membership, you have charged me for another EMI which I don't agree to pay.

I tried to call on your customer care number (which is NOT even tollfree) & that auto-response voice machine keeps me looping for at least 15-20mins (not good!!).

I request you to cancel my membership immediately & refund my money (Rs. 4214.00) which you deducted for this month as EMI.

Just to remind you again that I sent you same request via email before your SMS appears for EMI. I no longer wish to continue with your service.

    I am planning to book an overseas holiday in your Austria resort but there are no days for blue studio members. This is really a kind of cheating with blue studio members and not something which is being told at the time of joining the membership. Also even if I book in a season higher it only allows to book only 15 days in advance. Any one can understand that planning an overseas holiday within a 15 day period is impossible. It simply means that blue season members can not go overseas holidays at all. I consider this as a very bad treatment to blue season members and worse form of differentiation among customers. I understand that white, red members pay more than a blue season member but this does not mean that you stop blue season members to go for holidays in some of your resorts. This is a very bad way of treating customers by such a well reputed company Mahindra.

        I called up to become a member and ther representative was very rude. She did not want to tell anything about the membership . I never talked to such rude customer care in my life. If mahindra holidays are not interested in sellng their services then they should close this disgusting customer care. The reperesntative was not even willing to tell her full name as she knew that she is forcing her customers not to buy the membership. I would definitely approach other travel agencies rather than talking to mahindra holidays # disgusted

          I cancelled a holiday at 0720 hrs on 31 Mar booked from 7 Apr to 10 apr. Technically my holiday starts from 2pm on 7 apr.. So I am well before seven days for which I should get 50% back. tleast for the holidays from 8-10. They refuse anything back

            Club Mahindra is a fraud of a club who promise glorified holidays when they want to sell their membership but deny the same later on. I ( ID: 256620) have been trying to book a holiday for months now but everytime they have some excuse or the other. 1) Bookings are full 2) Call 15 days in advance, bookings cant be made earlier than that ( now they say monthly) 3) The wrong season is on (Purple, red, White) All these requirements were never made clear at the time of taking the membership. They promised that you can book a holiday anyday, anytime and balance will get deducted according to the season (1 red day = 2 white days). Clubs like Sterling, Holiday Inn provide smooth booking experience and availability. and it has been my biggest mistake to join club Mahindra. I have managed to only book one holiday in past so many years. Looks like I want my full money back as this club has thoroughly cheated.

              When I opted for membership. While marketing, CMH team show too nice picture and promised many things. But actually we disappointed when we saw limitations of season and room types.               I am definitely sure that you would not have your refund from Club Mahindra because it's a one way street for Club Mahindra once the membership money is paid & you are tied up for life. But just in case if you have got the refund, please let me know...rest assured more than 90% of their members are queued up for their refunds...because the club has space for only 10% of their members.

                This is in relation to my Membership number 2539146. I’m writing to let you know that I have been given misleading information at the time of taking the membership by Ms Sneha who did not mention about the annual maintenance cost associated with the membership. I was made aware of this cost only after my son Mr Kartik received the welcome call on 8-Feb-2014, who checked with me if I was aware of the annual maintenance cost of INR 11, 400. As I was unaware of this information, I walked into your office in Pacific Hotel, Dehradun on 26-Feb-2014 to cancel the membership along with my daughter and husband. I would also like to make you aware of other issues that I have faced whilst dealing with your company; 1. My daughter spoke to Sneha on 23-Feb-2014 and asked for information with regards to cancellation and refund policy of your company, however to our surprise she mentioned that she does not know the terms and no one has ever cancelled a policy. Her tone was not customer friendly it was rude and not expected from a company like Club Mahindra. 2. The paperwork sent to us by post does not have any information about the cancellation and refund policy. We informed the same to Mr. Saurabh at Club Mahindra who did not agree with that fact, we asked him to check and show us where the policy was mentioned, but he also could find it. 3. Mr Saurabh also confirmed to us that Ms Sneha is new to the company; she was the one who sold the policy and showed the initial presentation to myself and my husband. We remember very well, she did not mention about any annual maintenance cost, therefore we request you to kindly advice us on how we could go about getting a full refund on our policy as we have not used any vouchers or benefits of the membership. Below are the cheques that were given to Club Mahindra: 1. Cheque No. 002031 for the amount Rs. 26200 (Already been enchased on 31/12/13 before welcome Call was made) 2. Cheque No. 002032 for the amount Rs. 8468 (Already been enchased on 07/02/14 before welocme Call was made) 3. Cheque No. 002033 & 002034 is currently with Club Mahindra. Based on all of the above information we require a 100% refund of INR 34, 668.00 along with the last two cheques.

I feel cheated This year again, I have been intending to travel to Kerala and my stay would be around 7th or 8th May 2015 until 11th May, 2015 or 12 th May, 2015 for which I called your customer service desk yesterday (i.e. 07.02.15) to seek confirmation much in advance. I was informed that accommodations are still available, however my booking can be accepted only 15 days in prior; sadly once again the history was repeated. We genuine members are denied bookings and same are being black marketed openly to non members for which your service desk also could not refuse my allegations. They also affirmed that they are trying to resolve these regular complaints & issues. If that is the case then why is your club not finding remedial solutions for we White Card Members as well…… although additional points are being deducted to travel in a red season…. Presently as your genuine member and with the eligibility of enough points; my humble request is that I want immediate solution for my booking and would appreciate if same is confirmed or else I will be given to understand that your club is just trying to dupe its members and be rest assured that I will take legal action against same.                     To, Customer Relationship team, Would like to raise serious concern about the CMH processes, how they are followed, how staff manipulates and how CMH issues membership.1. Sales agent contacted us for briefing2. He sent credit card payment instruction without taking permission and before signing consent form. He mentioned us that he is checking credit card details for discount but he gave details to back office team for payment instruction3. Within 48 hrs I called up sales person and informed him that I do not want to continue and also asked for process. He did not give me any process document4. no answer for a week and after follow up he gave someones no5. This person called up. I asked him same thing and asked for cancellation process. Nothin happened. Finally he sent me offer details6. Call center (Anjali who called) calls up on 22nd March for verification. I again asked her that I want to cancel membership. She informed me that she is putting request and someone will call up for verification of cancellation request. She also gave me reference no - [protected]. On 23rd March I get surprise with membership kit with false promises. I am forwarding mail received from CMH employee.8. I would like to know on what basis customer verification is done while I have not replied to all the questions. Call recording need to be checked.And finally my membership should be cancelled and my down payment money to be returned.

                      I attended a session at the Club Mahindra Holidays office in Pune and they presented me with a complimentary Cinerewardz voucher at the end of the session. I registered on Cinerewardz and booked for the movies tickets using 2 vouchers. Both vouchers bookings got rejected due to technical errors. I booked again and got the same response from Cinerewardz.                         Myself Aman Sharma received so many calls fm Club Mahindra and informed to collect my selected free 2night n 3days voucher in any of its property with in 6 month validity with my wife. it was difficult but after confirmation that there will be no pressure of Membership, I managed n collected the coupon no. QEAW67414MP validity upto 13/9/15. But it was same cheap pressure tactics in my meeting to decide for membership as I was suspecting.Company really diluted its image. Then I planned for 28/3/15 to 30/3/15 in Kandhaghat to redeem coupon but its bigger bluff all 6 month validity options showing Nonavailable. I cross checked with other locations, its same. Then chkd fm my friend who is member of it n its available??? I am astonished why this company opted this cheap tactics. I warned my member friend for this also. Its only deceiving n playing our sentiments which I will not allow. My family too get disturbed due to this bluff by company.                           Ith pot repetitive cainnls fm Club mahindra Chandigarh office that i wosntements free voucher for 2night n 3days stay in any of Club mahindra resort.But it was to be collected fm their Ludhiana office with my wife only. But was not making it feasible due to busy schedule. but with repeated calls i Aranged n went with my wife 2days bk n collected that voucher no.QEAW67414MP valid upto13/9/15. I was suspecting n clearly asked while receiving call whether i will be insisted to join membership or not, but it was assured its not like this. But the scene was same n its pressure tactics only which company followed there to make me member while giving my instant decision which i did not expect fm company of this repute. Then i checked the availability for kandhaghat resort to redeem it n its non available In full 6 month validity period. to cross chk I tried others n same status. i planned with my family for kandhaghat fm 28/3/15 to 30/3/15.                                 I have taken Club Mahindra Membership, on EMI basis and I have paid for more than one year regularly, but from past 8months I am facing financial problem due to no job. I requested to company to cancel my membership and refund the money. I am also ready for deductions if any. But I am getting reply that this is not possible due to company refund policy. I can cancel my membership but I will not get any refund. I am also ready to taken membership of shorter span, company is also not ready to transfer that also.                                   I am a Club Mahindra member. Please be very careful with their sales team. Sales guys promise you moon and mars till you buy the membership.and after that you just dont exist. Promises made by sales guys are not binding on Club Mahindra, they simply wash their hands without offering any solution. 1) I was told that a White tier membership will work best for me and I will be able to avail holidays in RED or Blue season by either compromising OR gaining the holiday nights as per Mahindra Policy. However a vital fact was never shared that for a white member to avail holiday in RED category, he needs to wait till 15 days before the scheduled travel date.would the sales team had shared all facts honestly I would have bought RED membership instead of wasting my money as a white member(I later got it upgraded to RED tier) 2) As a part of welcome kit, I was offered 1 week domestic and 1 week international holiday. I had categorically told the sales person that I will be out of India for next 8-9 months and its unlikely that I will be able to use these complimentary holidays within given time frame. The sales chap assured me that as these are part of welcome kit, the holidays will be extended by Club Mahindra and time frame wont act as a hurdle. Now I am back in India and tried to get an extension of the already lapsed international holiday. To my surprise, the back office simply refused to honor the assurance made by their sales team and told me that the holiday once lapsed can not be extended:( I was told that Club Mahindra currently do not have any tie up with DEA(international holiday voucher), hence the extension wont be possible. Considering their tie up with DEA has lapsed the international extension may not be possible, hence I requested them to consider a extension in domestic holidays which are very well in their control. However they simply refused and passed the blame to the sales person for his wrong commitment(who has resigned from the firm). This is cheating. 3) I was also assured RCI membership for first two years.till date I have not received any KIT from RCI(membership effective March 2013).when contacted Club Mahindra back office advised me to connect with RCI directly as the two years offer is due to expire in May'15.absolutely no accountability and transparency not expected from a brand like Mahindra:( Rohan

                                    I have visited your store in Westgate mall on 26th Feb'15 and they have given me voucher for attending the session of an hour. The very next day I found that the voucher given to me was invalid and from that day I have complained about the same at various levels and nothing has happened yet. My voucher no is GJUH3Z928PB.
                                    I called the person who has given me the presentation but nothing happened. He gave me the number of one person with number [protected] who is Area head ( I think). but nothing has happened till date.

                                    I am happy that I have not handed over the cheque on that day as I found the package to be good one and was thinking of buying it. But now I am happy to take that decision.
                                    The kind of service you are offering to people shows that you are more concerned about selling the product than to serve or made happy clients.

                                        Hello, I was once called up by Club Mahindra office in Goregaon, Mumbai on Jan 2015 to attend for their seminar and was promised later on with some gift vouchers and movie tickets. I and my wife went there and spend close to 3 hours on their seminar. Since, I was not convinced with their stuff, they gave us 2 movie vouchers each with a month of validity date bearing 2 movie tickets each and a resort voucher with 6 months validity. When I booked my first movie ticket with their voucher, I received an email saying there is some error and cannot be booked. They told me to try again. After that, I tried again with new movie dates and timings, but still I got the same email from them. Frustratingly, I emailed them again and got an answer after a 4-5 days that there is some technical problem, hence they cannot block our tickets. They promised to issue me tickets very soon, but that time has never come.I finally gave up. Then, my wife tried to use their movie ticket voucher very recently. Again, she got the same reply. This is a fake campaign going on from club mahindra. No body should go and attend their seminars. I am sure their life membership package plans would also be same. Fake... Thanks Nimesh
