Sir, My self dr. arun i had a meet with your executive on 5.10.2014 in Saharaganj because they called me. By confusion i paid your club Rs.22200 through my ATM. When i go through your rules and rest membership mony payment i get highly confused. So i have decided to not enroll as member of mahendra club.For this i have also complaint to same executive prakash goswami to refund my money but till now there was no refund has been done in my account. Please refund my money in my account as soon as possible otherwise i will take some legal action agaist club mahendra and that executive. With regards Dr. Arun

    dear sir, our membership no. 2540435, we had taken membership in the month of Jan '14 and as per offer letter provided to us we have validity till 31st of Jan 2015, and the RCI executes are misleading us and asked us to book before november end. and as per that we had booked it in a hurry for 15th of november 2014 for Europe and in European countries it is not at all easy to get vis, atleast need 40-45 days to get a visa. So kindly arrange some alternative for us.

      I was called to Hotel Bella Vista, Sec 5, Panchkula, on October 26, 2014, along with my wife to collect the complimentary three days, two nights gift voucher. But as soon as I told the travel adviser that I had attended the presentation two years back he immediately told me that the voucher could not be given as per company policies. I felt bad as we took out time for the meeting and in the end we were rudely told that the voucher could not be given. We asked the travel adviser that if we had not spoken the truth, then we would have got the voucher, to which he said yes. Besides, he told us that there was no check system. We even contacted your office in Elante Mall, but no response was generated from the incharge there, who was in no mood to give a proper response to it. We are shocked to receive such a bad and indifferent response from a company like Mahindra. If I don't get a reply from your side even now then I would speak out my mind through the newspaper column as I am a journo.

        Dear Sir I had purchased XUV 500 W8 on 22 Mar 2014 from Jam nagar. Registration no of my car is JH02AC3478. I was given a purple club gift voucher for availing 2 nights and 3 days at certain resorts of club mahendra.I have been trying to register my gift voucher after following the procedure as given in the gift voucher. I also filled in all my personal datails in the form appeared for registration after entering my coupen number. but i have not recieved any mail or sms to get the unique registration number.           I have requested for cancellation for Club Mahindra for over a 8 months since I have moved outside India.They told me the refund amount and when I agreed with the amount and asked them to cancel.They have been delaying for 8 months to refund money.Its delaying such a straight forward transaction.They have stopped replying to emails also.I have all their replies in email and plan to file a police complaint against them.Please refrain from buying it.

            Dear Sir/Madam, Since 11/08/14, I have been continuously writing to [protected]@clubmahindra.com regarding the grievance.But none has replied to my many mails in this regard... It is to bring to your kind notice that, I was given a offer for Rs.2, 22, 000.00 for booking Club Mahindra holidays for 25 years under "Blue Studio" through your DSA Mr. Anil Sadavarte([protected]) and his representative Mr. Gopal Salmote ([protected]) . They told this is Club Mahindra's 15th Anniversary holiday scheme. I was initially not told of ASF charges which later I came to know that it is to be paid at around Rs. 11, 000/- per Annum. When I come across the fact, they told that they will waive it off in the course of time and also taken my consent on it. But still the charges are incurring on my account causing double of offer value for 25 years. I am not agreed the offer with ASF charges. Pls. look into the matter and waive off the ASF charges or otherwise arrange to refund my complete payment made as of now...Awaiting your response at the earliest.             Very poor organisation especially on customer services post membership.

            I am trying for getting my account corrected including co-applicant change and it has taken 100 days for customer service to tell me that they can not do it as their BRANCH channel is different from ONLINE customer services. And both of them do not function in tandem.

            Further they are SENSELESS even if you are critically sick and can not go to attend your booked holidays. They will neither postpone nor recredit your holidays.

            Though they are very prompt in sending email / sms / phone calls for collecting ASF (Annual Subscription) even 1 month in advance of due payment. This straightaway means they are MONEY ORIENTED only and not CUSTOMER SERVICES ORIENTED

              I have taken Club Mahindra Membership and am very upset with kind of Service they are providing and way they handle it. They give you incomplete information and wrong promises to make you sign up for the same. And once you have signed up and paid the down payment, you have no way out. Consider your money gone waste. I took the membership in March 2014 from Mr. Abdul Khan. I receive the confirmation from them on email on 19th March. 1) He suggested and insisted that i go for White season and made me take it and actually when i went to book the same i get to know that the days in white season are not suitable to me at all. As those days when the schools are on. He could have explained me in detail about each season and the dates covered i would have gone for Red then. 2) i was told the ASF is inflation free and any kind of inflation will never have any effect on my payout amount. But it is not the way i was told, it can increase as per the inflation. CM Says - ASF is subject to change on the basis of the published inflation indices of Consumer Price Index numbers for urban non manual employees.) 3) I was explained, the ASF has to be paid only for the year i travel. CM says - Your ASF is due from the same month as your Holiday Start Date, and is payable at the same time every year. ASF is payable annually, irrespective of holiday utilization. 3) I was told we can split our holidays as and when required. CM says - The holiday cannot be split. Special offer must be utilized within the validity period. Reservation is subject to availability. No cash backs are offered against Club Mahindra holidays. For above discrepancies, the rep. again convinces me to do the welcome formalities and he shall help me with the issues. 4) On 2nd May i again wrote to them for not receiving the kit for 2-3 months. And belive me till date i have just received one Welcome letter thats it, and i have not received my Card, food vouchers etc till date. 5) I referred so many people and infact i had sent one whole excel file with around 200+ contacts of which 3 contacts have taken up membership and the referral credit was also done after i wrote to them. I have received the credit only for 2 contacts, in which also wrong points were credited and i had to get it rectified after following up with their team. 6) They are never reachable on the phone, you have to keep following up. 7) Post few months of me raising issues Mr. Abdul disappears and has till date not called me even after his senior contacts me and assures me that he will call me. 8) While signing up i had given clear instructions that i will only pay the down payment and first 3 instalments and the balance i will continue from January 2015 for which i was assured by Abdul that he will inform the concern department but till date i am paying the emi's. i have already paid 5 instalments. 9) Mr. Suchit informed that he will help me out with everything and requested me to go ahead with my bookings and then when i actually decide the dates and go to book i come to know that the dates i am looking for are of Red season and i can book them only 15 days prior, how is it practically possible to organise your vacation 15 days prior with travel bookings. 10) while signing up i was given 7 days of complimentary holidays but in their system it shows only 5 and now Mr. Abdul is not available to answer. And let me inform that i have everything in writing in which Mr. Abdul had explained me the membership. 11) And recently Ms. Preeti Singh, Asst. Manager - Member retention team calls me to address my issue and after explaining her everything she ends up saying that as i have gone through the welcome call and have accepted it she can not help it and also can not refund the amount i have paid so far (around 70K). And she also sends me the email stating that i have paid around 70k and they are sorry that they can not refund anything and urge me to continue with same membership and withdraw my cancellation request. I never expected such kind of response from them, instead they could have looked into the matter seriously and helped me out. Rather they just ended up stating that as i have accepted the welcome call i have to bear the loss or continue the membership the way it is. Can this forum or some legal department take some action against this entity and save others following a prey to them. as i see 22 pages of complain on the similar issues against Club Mahindra.               I also face the problem with club mahindra and these people are not taking any action .. I am following them since July 2014 but u will not get any solution from them .. and they won't return your money back once they get..
              Please like FB page to spread information about club mahindra fraud .. by searching fraud club mahindra page ..
              Soon I will share what all they talk over phone.. Such a ridiculous people they are ..
              I am also one of the sufferer . I think its time to spread the Cheating that Club mahindra is doing.

                I, Ayona Dutta had enrolled in club Mahindra membership on 6th Sep 2014 at an event held at a hotel in New Delhi. My husband, Pranay Sharma had paid INR 26, 200 as down payment from his credit card on 6th Sep 2014. On the very next day i discussed with my family members and due to personal reasons wanted to withdraw the membership. We had called the Club Mahindra associate who was dealing with us but after hearing that we want to withdraw, they had stopped responding to our messages, calls and emails. I had read the terms & conditions carefully & saw that with in 10 days if we want we can cancel the membership & get full refund. I had sent a written & signed cancellation letter to club Mahindra Chennai office on 9th Sep 2014 and to New Delhi, Pitampura office on 10th Sep 2014. Attached the copies of the same in the attachment. So far, i have not received any email or phone call which will address my concern. I do not have any hopes that any local person will look into it after seeing their money minded attitude. That is why i am writing a complaint here even before 10 days because i do not want that later they should say you have not informed us within the 10 days time period. I request you to look into this matter immediately and process full refund of my down payment of INR 26, 200 before i file a case in consumer court. Kindly contact me on my cell number if required.                 Thanks for taking this up.
                I have received a call today in this regard. They had informed me that they will check the progress of this issue from local branch (New Delhi Pitampura) and will call me back.
                After that i have not received any call yet.

                My concern is, i do not have any proof or formal acknowledgement that the down payment money will be refunded. Once can not rely on verbal communication only. There has to be some formal proof that the refund is in process.

                  I am member of club Mahindra since 2006.I am trying to book holiday for Dec.which opened on 3rd Sept at 9.30. I logged in at 9.20 for booking but at 9.30 service unavailable flashed up to 11.20 .Customer care lines were not available for this duration made at least 200 calls.How to book the holiday???Now my days will laps and I will loose my money.

                    cheating and fraud by mahindra holidays CLUB MAHINDRA (MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS) Dear Sir, I am Parshu Athani. My club Mahindra Membership Id IS 2476007, I was called along with family by Club Mahindra and with emotions of family attachments forcefully this membership was sold to me after first clear no from my end to their executives. I am giving a complaint against this Company as their executives made many false promises related to the membership benefits and mislead me for taking this membership. They claimed that all their resorts were of 5 star rated where as I been to one of their resort at goa Emrald Palms and didn't even found it a 3 Star kind of a Resort. 2nd Thing the availability of rooms in resorts. I Tried to go for a holiday in my blue season where in Mahabaleshwar I tried online and kept an waiting option also but didn't got conformation of booking in the same time i searched for 8-10 resorts in west zone where no rooms were available. I had made an immediate complain regarding this and have the complete conversation related to this matter with me. 3 rd issue is that I was not aware of lapsing of 7 nights if holidays not used for 3 consecutive years. I came to know it from their recent mails. After contacting them I checked that no such thing has been discussed with me and what mentioned with me was completely different as in discussion papers its been mentioned that you pay here and go any time you want. After further intervention the executives told me that the welcome mail and welcome call has been made by them immediately after taking the membership and in that call and mail they had informed me about this term and condition. I asked for the details but no such details were been sent by them and now they are not even responding to my mails and calls. where I am trying to contact the executives and their office staff at Pune at Dhole Patil Road. I request you to kindly check the matters, I have all the mails available with me since taking the club mahindra membership and many phone calls were been recorded by me which i had discussed with them. even the phone calls which they had not answered were been saved by me. I sick your support to take my money back which i had given to this company where i feel i am being cheated by this company by giving me the wrong information while taking the membership. Please do the needful.

                      Membership ID - 2521196 I have taken Club Mahindra membership a year ago & they did not explained about membership withdrwl. It was only explained about cancellation in 10 days. I couldn't opt for any holidays in my entire membership & now due to financial crisis, I want to discontinue & withdraw my membership. I filed cancellation request through email & I received auto email reply. I also had a call with relation member & she said she will escalate my cancellation to senior relation manager. After a week also, no response ; no update on refund. CLUB MAHINDRA IS TOTALLY A FRAUD. They ask u to send emails to multiple email ids and then nothing happened.                         Hello, I have booked membership on 15 AUG 2014 (form no.- june/2014/25YRS/049571) and i have to pay Rs.22, 200/= as my first EMI of Rs. 2, 22, 000/= . But i got massage on my mobile that Club Mahindra dedacted Rs.26, 200/= from my ICICI credit card (recipe no 07110 icici Ref-74332744228422765325658) . i informed Mr. Anand Kumar, Mobile no: [protected] ( Holiday Consultant) that you have deducted Rs.4, 000/= more. And also i Have not received any cash recite in behalf of my payment . Since Mr. Anand Kumar most of the time neither did pick my phone nor call back . I was feeling myself cheated. So, directly i have called the head office at Chennai. My complaint no is[protected]. Since, I have not used any holiday plan of this membership, and due to disrespectful n irresponsible behavior of your holiday consultant, i don't want to continue my membership.                             Dear Sir, I have signed-up for club mahindra member in Jan 2008 I was out of country so I have notify to their customer service that I would like to discountinue membership but they were contrinue to withdraw money via ECS from my bank account.                               I joined as a White Studio member in 2012. After my first vacation in Coorg, I was requested by the member relations officer to upgrade to red studio membership. I always travel with my whole family consisting of 10 persons. In order to enjoy my vacations during season time with my family I agreed to pay close to 2 lakh Indian Rupees to become a red studio member. But once the EMI is paid up I recently found a new term restricting the accompanying members to 4. Effectively there is no gain for me after spending 2 Lakh additional amount. I was totally taken for a ride. I have requested Club Mahindra to allow the red studio members to allow more accompanying members as promised during the upgradation process or I want the up gradation cancelled and the money refunded.                                 I am a club mahindra member. I had taken the membership on April 6th. I did it with the down-payment of Rs 26000/-. Then on i had paid 4 EMIs of 8468 each (as i chose to pay the remainder amount in installments of 4 years). My membership id is 2562024 Then when i evaluated and realised that it is not suiting my requirements and not benefitting me, i chose to cancel my membership. On approaching their office to cancel it, they said that no amount paid so far can be refunded.The amount paid so far is around Rs 60000/-. The reason provided was that 60% of the membership fee (332000) is non-refundable and i have only paid 15.5% of the membership fee. My regular membership activates from January 2015 after completion of 9 EMIs. As of now i have not utilised any of your services. How is it that you have a company policy where in you will charge people exorbitant amounts and not refund any of it while cancellation. Is this not a fraud. Moreover the person who sells its membership does not explain you the cancellation policy and the terms and conditions of the refund amount. We come to know of it only after we receive the membership details and club-mahindra welcome kit sent by post.

                                Club Mahindra is very bad in respect of cancellation or reviving a dead membership.
                                I am also a victim.
                                Dont go for Club Mahindra.
                                I have received your email. But can you please quantify your comment of 'several days' mentioned in your email.

                                  Dear Friends I am a club mahindra red season member and I have paid 4.5lk but no use because till one month I am searching for the destination to book the holiday which I like but I don't get through booking sites and the same time I approach the private organiser they will give the same resorts which I like. Really I am shocked and I have paid so much of money and I cannot get the availability!. Really I am not happy for there services and can you suggest how can I get the rembersment of 4.5 lk which I have already paid for the membership? Friend don't go for club mahindra and you please simple calculate assume I have paid 4.5 LK rupees there are providing only 7 days not for any other service. For the above amount simple interest 2% for month Rs9000X12=96000 for year=7 per night cost will 13715/-. We my self only go and book the room in 5* or 3* category they will charges you before 10000/- including Breakfast. Let me think why should we go for mahindra? Really this is very bad conduct and don't go for it. jayaram

                                    I have been following up with Kruti Bhandre from Club Mahindra for a change in the EMI schedule for the past 2 months. It was a FRUSTRATING as they never respond to call. After writing to member relations, I managed to file the form for change in EMI and also gave an upfront cheque payment. Insipte of all this, my account was debited with an EMI. As usual, Kruti and team have not bothered to answer calls and emails. The experience with dealing with the Marketing and Finance team has been DISGUSTING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ONLY MAKE FALSE PROMISES AND DO NOT DELIVER ANYTHING !!! WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND CLUB MAHINDRA TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS Rishi Kapadia

                                      It is with great disappointment that i have to put forth the following.

                                      Despite your one previous mail to me and various other emails by me it with disappointment that i have to mention that there is no further development in resolving the said issue.

                                      This is my second mail to inform you and apprise you that the EMI for the said plan NOT be debited from the credit card till resolution of the matter in hand. It is also to inform you that any action contrary to the above is not acceptable to me and will be taken as breach of trust .


                                      On reaching an agreeable resolution of the said matter in hand the same EMI would thereafter be paid without any extra charges whatsoever as this delay is accountable to Mahindra Holidays Ltd.

                                      I would also like to re- iterate that i may be contacted by email only.

                                      It is requested that this mail be acknowledged by email.

                                      i would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that your lack of any contact by email is not appreciated positively by me and is also considered evasive by self.

                                        Dear All, I have gone through the above links and was so irritated to see all o[censored]s been played by Club Mahindra with their shameless marketing tactics. I am also a victim of such tactics. I have purchased membership on 27th July 2014 and on 29th July I have placed request for cancellation (Interaction Id. 6971655) to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and all the executives and managers who were part of purchase process. Since that day I have called executives, manager and customer care multiple times and following are the excuses. 1. Sales Executive: Still trying to convince for retaining membership when he was not successful he used harsh words and said you cant take the money back by hook or crook. I have complete recording will share the audio file soon. 2. Manager: "You will get call from corporate office, I cant help." 3. Customer Care: "Sir, we are sorry to hear and our team member will call you today by 6.30pm." But still no call. I have emailed them multiple times but from there also no response. When I placed the request on 29th July, they still generated membership id on 2nd August 2014. Membership id: 2582059. With such behavior of their sales and customer staff and the response they give to customer is pathetic. I am surprised how come they are still there in market even so many cheating cases against them. For me it’s now the money which is involved, This is a case of abuse their executive has done and the harassment done by the company. I will make sure the company has to take a setback this time and proper litigation has to be submitted. I have talk to few members who are on the same platform. I will be meeting lawyer soon anyone who wants to join us is more than welcome. I will be sharing complete details, executive and manager name and details with audio files and scan copies and emails with you. Will discuss further steps soon.
