    my self hetal shah, mem Id: 254664. Sir, It's shameful for the big company. Their employees, agents, management all are plotting, lingering, supporting each others mistakes, frauds, cheating by systematic way with the members & with the people... Since, 2007 I'm fitting for my writes & my problems. Still unsolved. By lingering, twisting the matters... many problems, mainly two big things, 1) RCI free 1 international week; Got with the membership. Club Mahindra's Vapi agent Mr. Bakul shah booked & used it without in forming &/or took permission from me. Lots of conversation, More then 500 calls & emails, with the RCI & Club Mahindra. By lots of afford I cancelled the booking, Also I got the cancellation & rebooking letter from the Club Mahindra. But, still no one have given rebooking - still no result. Only blamed each other & misguided us, showing different excuses, lying & now also blaming me... 2) Malaysia Package: Club Mahindra pay or offer the package to the member who makes new member-s. By this way, I made many members. one of the 3 new red members, instead of offered 20000/person=60000 total & Malaysia family Package, I choose Malaysia family Package. But they forgot to issue. By reminds few times they realize their mistake & issued the package almost 5 month late & sort notice to fly. But for foreign trip & child exams in march we objected & their mistake so, they extended the package but they asked extra money per person. I refuse & objected. Many discussion they role back. But till, it might be to late that they can't managed - arranged trip to us. Later, they ordered cash back offer of just 17500/3persons instead of 60000/3persons as earlier. So, i refuse & still demanding... Still, I request & demand a lot many conversions by emailing, calls, ... Sometimes they assure & later they refuse by misguides, false excuses, ...         Myself Meghna Kothari, have bought membership in Mar and after following for 2 and half month with them they gave me my kit plus during purchase we conveyed that emi should start from Jan 2015 which they agreed but then too they send me emi approval for July for which I fought ad they said ok will do in Jan only but due there errors they debited from credit card authority letter the claim and didn't submitted banker the start date letter just provided my signed half cop and now not at all responding or refunding emi... Pls help club mahindra is really cheating and number one in giving false promise to clients. Regards Meghna Kothari

          I got a call from a marketing executive of club mahindra holidays from [protected]. She told me about the lucky draw and called me for recieving a lucky draw gift of 2 days 3 nights stay in club mahindra hotels. I went in their dehradun center on 23/11/2014, thety discussed me about their membership plans for one and a half hour. after that they told me that they will send the lucky draw gift on the email. They did not send it all. You guys are just wasting the time of a person by telling about the false lucky draw and u r making people fool. This type of cheap marketing policies were not expected from a Mahindra's organization.

            Dear sirs, i have taken membership of club Mahindra (white plan) and allotted a membership no 2597987. I have already paid two installments and ready to pay 3rd installment forthwith if asked. i have already booked tickets for Goa visit in the month of July 2014 and specifically told your executives Mr. Shanker Mo. No.[protected] and Ms. Neha Mo. [protected] that i would be visiting Goa along with my family on 18th December to 23 December 2014. Keeping this in mind i asked them whetherr club Mahindra resorts will be in position to provide accommodation on the said dates in Goa to which your executives promised. On there representation/Misrepresentation i have joined your esteemed club and took membership. However when recently i tried to contact Mr. Shanker and Ms. Neha- to dismay and surprise- they refused point blank and expressed utter inability to provide accommodation in club Mahindra Goa. Not only this for 15 days i am in regular touch with Mr. Shanker and Ms. Neha and all this while they assured me that i would be getting accommodation in club Mahindra Goa on my arrival there on said dates.For the last one week they either hungup or handed phone to others whenever i called them and these other persons gave flimsy and evasive answers.The whole idea was to get off the hook any how.Today when i messaged and expressed categorical intention to sue them for cheating under section 420 IPC they eventually replied in the negative as narrated aforesaid. I am duped and taken for ride by your esteemed company and your representatives. The whole purpose of taking membership is frustrated .Denial of accommodation at eleventh hour has further compounded the problem as i have already booked tickets in July and at this juncture refund is wholly out of question. Your callous, negligent, irresponsible attitude has left me in the lurch and completely bulldozed my holiday plans. Under the circumstance i request you to kindly make arrangement in your resorts in terms of my plan and membership on arrival in Goa on said dates for me and my family failing which i shall be constrained to lodge an First Information Report against your executive and company. Finally after 3 months of long discussion, reminders through mails and on social media today i received your hard copy of 1 week of RCI holidays which i had lost because of your mistakes, 50% of what i suffered. Even though i received my rci week back i am still disappointed by club mahindra as i have lost my entire airfare money. I NEED REFUND OF THAT TOO. Regards Shritam Navandar

                I purchased membership for 6 person @ 2, 22, 000 on 2nd October when their representative made a detailed presentation. I also submitted a cheque for 1, 11, 000 and 4, 625 as it EMI. They also said that in due course there will be a verification phone call from Chennai. After taking due signatures and also payment their representative (Taheer and Mohsin) backed out from the commitment for 6 persons and said for the scheme is for 4 persons.Now when the verification phone came we turned down the membership and demanded return of money which now they say shall deduct 60, 000. We have stopped the payment for EMI however we are surprised at the non committal attitude and we solicit return of full amount Please note the cheque shall be returned for want of failing services and dispute in non fulfilling the commitment. This is a clear case of cheating under section no 420 of IPC The person involved are Mr. Tahar Campwala Baroda Mr.Mohsin Khan Baroda

This is in Kolkata, I have travelled cities, and the worst behaviour I get is from your agent. I hope your company will approach us more professionally next time.

                    HelloSir, My name is John Lionel and My ClubMahindra Member id is:[protected]. Here I just wanted to escalate againstthe false commitments and cheating done to me for refunding my money against cancellation. I wascontacted from MahendraClub, Cochin, Kerala office for an appointment (30thJune 2014) of just 10 mins during my office hours just to give an idea ofMahindra club holidays. I too was interested in knowing about the product as Igo for holiday trips almost every year. The marketing representative came to myoffice and we spent about 30 minutes and he explained me about the advantagesof having a membership with Mahindra. During my discussion with the sales representative, I clearly told himabout my preferences and priorities, ie, as I already have a membership withcoutryclub and few more options, this time specifically I told him that I wasspecifically looking for a abroad holiday options and he told they have resortsin Austria, Thailand, Dubai etc.. And on top of this they have an affiliationwith RCI which has more than 3600 resorts worldwide. I told him that I am goingto get an US work permit shortly from my office and the next 4-5 years I’ll bein Seattle, US. Hence looking for some holiday options in Seattle and my natureof holidaying is mostly on wildlife and hill stations kind of thing. Hepromised me that I’ll be having so many options in wildlife resorts where everI go in US or anywhere else. I haveclearly told him my preferences many times and he too agreed with mypreferences and promised to fulfill the same. He insisted me to sign thecontract then and there itself saying since he was coming from cochin, it’sdifficult for him to come once again to collect the documents and payment, butassured me if I find holidaying with Club Mahindra is not suitable for me, Ican apply for a refund even after enjoying my first holiday trip with ClubMahindra. He did not even bring a brochure or any other thing to give me moredetails on the resorts or the locations. He said, he would send the documentsby post as soon as possible. I simply trusted the brand Mahendra and signed thecontract for a blue season studio membership for Rs 2, 20, 000. I paid 22, 000.00Rs for becoming the member of Club Mahindra through my ICICI credit card. After some 3weeks, I received the documents about the resorts and it’s locations in US andI found not even 1 resort was in my taste. There are so many mountains andforests in Seattle state and not even a single RCI resort is even in thefringes of the location. So the next day I called the sales rep and told himabout this and he was not very sure about the RCI clubs in US. He asked to senda mail to memberrelations to cancel my membership. I sent a mail to thememberrelations dept and one Ms.Lakshmi from Chennai contacted me and enquiredabout why I was trying to cancel the membership. I have explained her my storyand she agreed with me and said she would forward this to Cochin office fromwhere actually I took this membership. From Cochin office so many people ( Mr.Vignesh and Ms.Sini)contacted me and tried to convince me. I told them about my case and requestedthem to cancel my membership. Initially Mr.Vignesh agreed to cancel memembership, but with a cost of 40% of my down payment (Rs 22000), but I wasasking for a 1005 reimbursement as I didn’t enjoy even the free complementholiday voucher. Though it was a 100% fault on their side ( as they gave mefalse commitments), they simply dragging the process of cancelling themembership for months. . I got disapponted with the services and false commitmentsof the club mahendra people, so I have applied for the cancellation & refundof paid amount on July 2014. Even after multiplemails and calls I didn’t get any properresponse from Cochin, I sent a mail with a warning as below, John Lionel <[protected]@gmail.com> Sep 1 to MemberRelations Hi, It's almost 2 monthssince I requested to cancel my membership, but I didn't get any confirmationfrom Cochin office. Seems cochin office is not serious about taking thecomplaints. If I don't get any response in the next 48 hours, I'll take thismatter to the chairman of Mahindra group. Literally I was not given any time tothink about taking the membership, but in between my office hours, therepresentatives met and forced me to sign the documents saying they cannot comeonce again from Cochin office and any time after enjoying the first holiday Ican cancel the membership. They swipedmy credit card on the sitting itself by around 5 pm and the same day theydeducted money from my account as well just to trap me and not to give anychance. But I never expected such a fraudulent act from a group like Mahindra. When I was contactedfrom the Chennai office, they never said this cannot be cancelled, I think it'sa problem with the cochin office guys. As I said, If I don't get this mattersettled in 2 days, I may force to take this to the next level. My actualholiday with Club Mahindra supposed to be starts from October-2014. I received the complementary holiday voucherafter 3 weeks of signing the contract. In this scenario how do I cancel the membership in 2 weeks’ time after enjoyinga holiday? I have explained this so manytimes to Mr.Vignesh and he written a reply like above. Since he did not respondfor the repeated reminders in the last 2months, I was forced to write a mail with a warning message saying if hedoesn't respond I may escalate this to the next level. For that he retaliatedtoday by writing the above mail as if I can do whatever I want and he doesn'tbother. Again I wrote the below mail to Mr.Vignesh and I didn’t getany reply so far, Hello Mr.vignesh, I don't understandwhat you are talking here. From the day1 I have been requesting to cancel mymembership and you just keep delaying it intentionally and not replying so far.I don't really understand what you mentioned here as 'further to ourdiscussion'. What we discussed is about cancelling my membership and you said40% would be deducted as charges, but I asked the complete refund as assured byyour representative. In your presence, yourrepresentative agreed that I would get the complete refund even after enjoyingthe first holiday, but you are arguing refund is only if I applied within 15days of enrollment. As I told you many times and repeatedly, I didn't evenreceive the membership kit in 2 weeks’ time. Even before getting the membershipkit, even before knowing anything about the holiday plans you have, why wouldsomeone has to cancel the membership? When yourrepresentative came to meet me, I told him very clearly that in the next 5years I'll be in Seattle and I am specifically looking for a holiday option atSeattle and that too my taste of holiday is wildlife and hill stations. He sendthe list of options I have in Seattle only 4 weeks after I opted for this membership. He insist me to make thepayment on the first visit itself on the condition that I can cancel myholidays any time in the first 3 months. He too agreed this in your presenceexcept the 3 months time. As soon as Ireceived the list of holiday options in Seattle, the very next day I have contactedthe representative to cancel my membership. We spoke a lot and Iexplained you everything. You agreed for a refund of 60% of what I have paid, but I asked for a complete refund. Now what made to make a statement like I amnot eligible for any refund? After the abovemail, even while I kept asking for cancelation of my membership with clubmahendra, again they have deducted Rs 16500.00 from my account in July 2014. Ihave called multiple times to Ms.Sini, customer care representative at cochinoffice and she promised she will payback my second EMI with interest chargesand penalty . Now it’s almost 3 months and I didn’t get anything from Mahendra. Here I request you todo the needful get my money (22000 + 16500 = 38, 500.00 ) back as early as possible.                         Hi, I attended one seminar at Club Mahindra Vashi office and they gave me one cine rewards voucher. The Cinerewards voucher is a big fraud. They say we need 48 hours to book the tickets and have not reverted to me even after 15 days. Emails to them go unanswered. This is a scam by Club Mahindra and a case of cheating. If this is how they treat prospective customers, how shabbily will they treat those who have paid for their packages?                             I have been cheated and harassed by Club Mahindra. Since mid August I've been liaising with them for assistance with travel bookings. I was told booking cannot be done so early for December and that I must contact them in September. When I reached out in September and asked their agent Divya to send me the details on mail, I was told they are not permitted to send mails. Being a working person and I cannot spend time during my working hours discussing a holiday plan. Somehow I pleaded her to send the details on mail. She sent me a mail with documents which I could not access since the files she sent were in a non readable format. I again requested her to send the same to me as a word document, so that I could read it but she simply refused! I told her to close the membership because it was of no use to me if the Club Mahindra staff are so uncourteous and cannot help. I have made payments of over INR 2.5lacs to them but have not used a single holiday and now when I wanted to make use of it, I'm treated like this! I then reached out to one Mr Lalit (supposedly the store manager), at their outlet in the atria mall from where I had purchased this membership and asked him to get this cancelled. I was once again convinced to give them a chance. So he said he'll get the details for me and help me organise my trip. Most places I asked for I was told I cannot a avail of the booking or there was some problem or the other. So I changed my plans and gave him alternate options to get the details for me and also to let me know how many more installments are left to be paid. He told me he would find the details and get back to me by 8Sep14. However, after that meeting with Lalit on 6th September, he went absconding. I have not heard from him till date. Neither did he call, nor did he answer my repeated calls! Highly unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour from a Store Manager!! I realised that I was just given a rosy picture at the time of the sale and that I have been duped and cheated by Club Mahindra. So I requested them to close this membership, immediately stop the EMIs hitting my credit card and refund all the money that I've unnecessarily paid Club Mahindra. I wrote in to their member relations team, copied one Ms Roma Balwani, copied their group communications teams, spoke to their call centre agents but to no avail. They kept telling me that my case had been forwarded to the relevant team and they kept deducting my card account, despite me asking them not to! This is absolute CHEATING! I once again wrote to them, as none of their executives would ever be available on the phone and their call centre people would only say 'we'll get back to you'...which would never happen. I finally got a call from one Ms Preeti, mid October, who finally confirmed telephonically that she had got the EMI debits stopped but refused to close the membership and refund the amount to me. She insisted on a meeting in November 2014, to which I agreed. When she visited me on 01Nov14, she again tried to convince me to continue with the membership, however, not solving my problem, but instead insisting that this is how Club Mahindra functions and that if I want to use their services, I would have to manage on my own and use their website and do the hotel booking and that none of their staff would be able to assist with the same. She also stated that they do not help with any complete holiday plan. This is contradictory to what I was promised when the membership was sold to me! So I told her that if this is their attitude, then I am forced to close the membership, for which she got me to sign some form requesting for withdrawal of the membership. She had confirmed that she will get back to me with the refund amount and confirmation of the closure by Monday, 03Nov14, but I did not receive any mail or call from her. Finally she sent me a mail on Friday, 07Nov14 in the evening stating that they would not refund any money to me and since they are not refunding any money, I should rethink about the closure! This is disgusting and pathetic treatment of customers! If Club Mahindra was genuine, they would have apologised about the way their staff had fooled me into buying this product and then not helping me with my holidays, but this just shows that Club Mahindra is only interested in fooling and duping people like me! At the time of selling the membership to me, I was given a very glorious picture. I was told that I would be helped in planning my entire holiday. I was then asked to upgrade to Red Studio so that I can avail of the facilities in December which is peak season. I was told that I can take guests with me too, only that my no. of nights would be reduced basis the extra person joining in. But all of these are false promises. I'm now told they can't help in planning an entire holiday, I cannot avail of RCA and not get bookings in their hotels at locations I want to visit, I cannot take more than 3 people (including me) when I had clearly enquired at the time of signing up if I can take 5 people along with me. My ask from Club Mahindra is to REFUND all the amount I have paid so far to Club Mahindra, as I have not used the membership facilities at all. In her last mail, Preeti has also stated - That they would charge me 60% cancellation charges (INR 299, 400/-) - how can they charge me this amount when I am closing this membership because of harassment and mental trauma that I have had to go through because of their mismanagement and false promises and cheating. In fact, because of them I had to make last minute bookings from elsewhere and have had to pay double the amount. So in fact they should be paying me for all this trouble and money I have had to spend because of them! She has also charged me for some holiday cost (INR 15000), but this I have been repeatedly telling her were free vouchers given to me by their staff at the promo they ran at PVR and this I would have got even if I had not signed up for this membership. So then what is she charging me for?! She has then added an RCI enrollment cost of INR 2000/- - RCI at the time of taking this membership, I was told was a 2 year free membership and if I wanted to continue after that, then I would need to enroll. But here I want to cancel my Club Mahindra Membership itself, so where does this enrollment cost come in from ?!! Then she speaks of Cost of Gifts dispatched (INR 6500) - what is this for I wonder??? She has also stated a charge of INR 24, 160/- as ASF overdues. Why must I pay an Annual Subscription fee when I am withdrawing the membership! So as you can see, this is how they have arrived at their conclusion of not refunding my money back to me. Club Mahindra staff and the organization itself are cheaters and have duped me! Please help me in resolving this and getting back the money that Club Mahindra owes me!

                            I had taken club mahindra membership by a webadd and faced a lot many problems and wrong promises with membership id 2596294
                            As usual method, they dont reveal charges on your mail.They give different charges to different pple and theive a lots of money.After completion of your payment of 22, 000 they call the customer and large no of descripencies exist in terms and condition between the sales person has told you and those are enumerated by company over call after grabbing your 22, 000 rupees
                            in my case they were as follows:
                            the sales person told me lifetime free RCI(payment for their partner company that aranges your foreign tours) but the in phone call told just 2 yrs of free RCI
                            in RCI even he told, that the European hotels you have to pay 6k for own indian, 8k for other Asian and 10 k extra for European rci accommodation where as phone call told me approximate 20 k additional for European accommodation in extra.
                            he told holiday transfer to family and friends free where as phone call told it chargeable.
                            sales person told me free accommodation for two adults and two children for 25yrs whereas phone call told extra charges for babies above 12 yr
                            I thought that if company started playing fowl only after grabing 22 k how much they will play after grabing 2 lakhs?So i decided to cancell the membership and i called and mailed them multiple times but their care agents only told that they will forward problems to seniors and they will call me .even after applying for cancellation before almost three months on mail and call no one responded.their persons are fully trained in trapping the pple and no one responds to the mail or call.

                            Even after applying for cancellation before three months, they deducted my emi on february and denied to return.

                            so many pple are harassed in registrations, the things are not like that they show.first they grab up pretty amount and they fowl play.so i urge to unite all pple against this company who is running on cheating basis rather than facility.even blue and purple members are not given registrations on time and company is imposing lot many extra unexplained charges.they cheat pple.i guarantee that the rates on any hotel booking sites and travelling agents are far lower than the company imposes on customers.and in extra they grab 2 to 6 lakhs from customer in advance.later they dont care and at many places staff and maintainance pple quarrel with customers.

                            so i have decided to file a suit plus rs 10 lakhs harassment charges in consumer court.i have recorded all phone call recorded and all mails in my database proving i have applied for cancellation in december and still they didnt cancelled my membershipa and garbered my 16, 650 in february.still i urge other members to unite with me and file FIR in consumer courts of different cities with harassment charges according to your work pattern who are harassed in any of different manner as i stated above.on final talk the customer care agent has given last date of 8 th april for resolution.if they will not return my last emi of 16650 and 40% of rebate of previous amount as per company rules which i signed i will file an fir in consumer court 8th april onwards


                            I i urge other pple also to join me and fight united against this buggers.My cell no and identity are as i stated above

                              I received call from Club Mahindra at an odd hour requesting me to allow their representative to visit my place to explain about membership. I was not interested at all but entertained call thinking to just get info on the same. Their sales executive came at my place at 9 pm on my regular working day and was so adamant / persistent in me taking membership that he didnt go till 11 pm. I was told by him that I can cancel my membership later on if I am not comfortable but not once in 2 hours when he was at my place he told me about no refund policy. I paid up more than 26000/-. Later when I called up for cancelling membership around a fortnight later due to personal reasons i was told that there is no refund policy. I asked them that their executive never once told me so and I wasn't given time to go through the terms and conditions. I have sent 5 mails to them. But they haven't replied me once even confirming my cancellation request. Further they have Audacity to present cheques given by me in clearing so that they make some more money out of me. Latest cheque was presented today i.e., on 7 th Nov, 14. This company is behaving like a cheat and not confirming me about cancellation of my membership and not reverting me on my refund status. I am highly pissed off by them and do not know where to go and complaint against them And their ill practices. - Asheesh

                              My membership number is 2587164 and chain of mails with club Mahindra started on 27th Sept'14 for which I haven't receive any reply. Interaction ID is MHRIL=[protected]. I want refund of my RS.26000/-, cancellation of membership &amp; it's confirmation and non presentment of any further ECS debits. Else I would be forced to escalate the matter.
                              I bought the membership today and did make it a point to ask the sales guy, beforehand, about the refund..which is basically-No refund. Took it never the less. Let's hope the experience and service is as polished as presented. :|

                                Dear Sir/Madam, During 1st of September i had requested member relation team to confirm RCI that direct dependent will be travelling to a resort booked through RCI. Next day i received confirmation from club mahindra, immediately i booked the air tickets and the holiday with RCI. On 6th September from nowhere i get a mail from club mahindra stating that my request has been rejected. I cancelled my air-ticket. Lost the entire flight amount of Rs 30, 000 as there was no refund and also lost RCI 1 week holiday. After initial complaints every time a different customer executive used to call and every single time i had to explain my issue to them. All of them which includes Ms Sakina, Ms Somya, Ms Sapna.E, Ms Nandita, Mr Rajesh, Mr Vishnu and Mr Bala use to tell me GIVE US DAYS WE WILL SORT OUT YOUR ISSUE' This went on for more than a month out of these Mr Vishnu was lecturing me on difference between "WE WILL AND WE CAN" AS IF I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH LAUNGUAGE. MS SAPNA WANTED THE EXACT DATE AND EVEN TIME OF MY BOOKINGS. DEAR SAPNA- WHEN YOU CALL FROM YOUR DEDICATED NUMBER CALLS ARE RECORDED ALONG WITH DATE AND TIME WE DONT HAVE THAT FACILITY TO CHECK THE EXACT DATE AND TIME ABOUT OUR BOOKING FOR THE LOSS OF RS30000 AND 1 WEEK OF RCI HOLIDAYS THEY ARE COMPENSATING ONLY 4 NIGHTS WHICH I AM NOT READY TO ACCEPT.                                   I was asked to attend the Presentation for 45 minutes. I did do that and then a Guy called Balakrishna who took the session says we will give the Voucher by email. I was not given the leela Palace bowling voucher. The Guy met me at the Leela Palace Mahindra Holidays office. I spoke to the Sales lady who called me Rajini and then her manager Asha they said I attended for 15 minutes which was told by Balakrishna, later the call was conferenced between balakrishna abd asha and balakrishna's version suddenly changed and said the vouchers could not be generated. Mahindra Holidays is setting a cheating expectation to the Customes . I need Justice or I will have to file a complaint . I do have the recordings of the conversations that I had with the Mahindra guys.

                                    Membership No. : 2531452 I am Adv. Lakshmi Menon From Navi Mumbai. In 2008 my husband had taken Mahindra Club Membership. But due to some business issues, it got cancelled. I wanted to renew the same, however your Manager from Vashi Navi Mumbai - Mr. Ashwin Iyer met us and informed us that since five years have lapsed, the membership got expired and we cannot renew the same. On the installment refund, he also informed me that if within five years we had made a request for refund, we would have got the same, He discussed the entire procedure of facilities, holiday seasons, admission, termination, cancellation. The meeting went for nearly 3 hrs and beleiving him, i took the membership of white studio. I was even given complimentary stay of 8 days and coupons of nearly Rs. 8000/-. I took the membership on 16th Nov. 2013, made a down payment of 26200, and installments till Nov 2014. I also paid annual fees of Rs. 12600/-. I have some major health complications, and therefore was keen on knowing the cancellation procedure and refund also. I got a mail which said i was not eligible for any refund... I tried contacting Mr. Ashiwn Iyer, but he doesnt even attend his call.. mahindra Club website does not disclose any of its rules and regulations. While seeking refund if they speak about rules, it doesnt make sense. I signed the admission form at 10 pm. and the form was filled by Mr. Iyer . I relied on Mr. Iyer and he has only cheated me by making wrong submissions to me. I have paid Rs. 110000/- without availing any services from Mahindra. and if you tell me to forget the refund. then i have to file criminal case any all concerned. It is very sad to note that a company under the banner of Mahindra has to play such a foul game for their vested interest. Its my hard earned money which i had pumped in your company to gain some purpose. If that purpose is not happening it is your duty to consider the reason for the same. I have taken this membership only relying upon your personnel. If he makes wrong statements compelling me to believe the same, then the company is at fault. I did not get refund for my husband's membership because we slept for five years and admit that the fault was on our side but now the fault is on your side... You are therefore requested to look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

I am appalled and ashamed about the quality of services your company provides leading me to believe that it is a fraudulent company. The reasons being as under: 1. Your company gives me the movie vouchers and even though I claim it and get confirmation email (as provided earlier) I still can’t utilize it because your company now does not take responsibility even though given by you. You are just passing the buck to a third party and asking me to do all the trouble. That just reflects on yours pathetic and fraudulent nature of your company. 2. Your executive Ms Esha Dhara ([protected])/Mr Lalit Ngehani at Atrium mall, Worli, Mumbai issues a vacation voucher and when I request for redemption and it can’t be done, she promises me a extension or issuance of another voucher for a later date and later on does not responds to phone. In such a case your company asks me to go chase her!! As far as I know she is representative of your company and promises she makes are on behalf of your company. Is this the way your company manages? This make me to think whether your representatives like Mr Sanjay, Mr Mithun, Ms R Lakshmi with whom I had conversation over the phone, can I really trust them? In such a case it would be better we communicate only via email. I was planning to extend the 10 yr Club Mahindra membership to 25 yrs, but alas I am now planning to terminate the services as I don’t trust your company anymore!! judging by your management skills. Following are the requests I am proposing 1. Kindly settle the above mentioned queries at the earliest at the highest level with priority. I am expecting I shall receive similar services as was my expectation about your company and reputation which your company once had. 2.
