I have my membership with Club mahindra and for the apst 3 years i have not been able to book any holiday. It is a very unpleasant experience with club mahindra and i will need to take up with this the consumer court. Not sure if this is a statute authority to raise a complaint.     Dear sir,
    I am very sad to inform you, that i am your customer, i am being questioned by club mahindra by calls and sms through club mahindra, they are asking me the deposition of my membership fees of year 2012 & 2013 for twice, although i have submitted my membership fees on 26/12/2013 by voucher no 1581 to mr deepak at agra .
    Then there, i am getting calls on daily basis for the deposition of my membership fees, iam not understanding what is this, should i complaint to the authorities or complaining for fraud .

    Kindly update in your records, to stop me for taking any actions against you.

    I am also trying to communicate for the same from senior officials
    I am also attaching the reciept.

      My club Mahindra member number is 2497232.

      I never meet such big cheaters like Club Mahindra in my life. I was thinking that Mahindra have a very big brand name & it will never let it down but I am sorry to say that I was wrong. Mahindra is now only money minded; these companies don’t having any mean with customer satisfaction. I am a very long time Mahindra Customer through its vehicle & finance & I had a very respective view for this brand Mahindra which is now finished completely.

      I was made club Mahindra member by a local agent of this company. The agent came through its local finance office reference. I was not interest for its membership. At that time I was discussing with my family members for CHAR DHAM YATRA PACKAGE after 2 months.

      Your agent asks us that if I become member than CLUB MAHINDRA can arrange very luxurious package for them & due to membership we can get discount on it.

      But we ask him that for only one trip we can't become member, I was not interested for long time membership & don't want to pay more. Your agent ask me that if I becomes member, then I will get package immediately & later on if we don't want to continue, we can leave the membership. Since we know the Mahindra Company very well, I agree for the same & paid cash next day. I got membership latter & other documents by post.

      But after paying money & becoming member your agent never replied our calls. We complained at your customer care then we come to know that CLUB MAHINDRA neither have any resort/guest house in CHAR DHAM nor provides packages for the same. We complained against their local agent & explain everything to them & asked for membership cancellation & full refund.

      Customer care told me that we will give reply regarding the matter as soon as possible. But after passing long time, I didn't get any response from CLUB MAHINDRA then I write a complain mail on 12.07.2013 whose reply came on 16.07.2013 (MHRIL=[protected]' COMPLAIN). We got many calls for rethink about continue membership & asked us for a meeting but after confirming meeting time & date nobody called us from 10 months, I am only getting mails for payment. after it also we write many mails for refund & action against local agent but I didn't any any reply


      ON THE ONE SIDE YOUR COMPANY STAFF REQUESTING ME OVER PHONE VERY POLITELY TO RETHINK OVER MY DECISION TO LEAVE THE MEMBERSHIP & ON THE OTHER SIDE I AM GETTING MAILS & CALLS FROM YOUR COMPANY THAT IF I WILL NOT PAY FURTHER INSTALLMENTS THEN I WILL LOSE ALL OF OUR PAID MONEY. IT SHOWS THAT YOUR COMPANY DOESN’T HAVE ANY MEAN OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, YOUR COMPANY ONLY THINKS ABOUT MONEY. YOU DIDN’T TAKE ACTION ABOUT HOW I WAS BEING CHEATED OR WHY YOUR LOCAL AGENT MAKE MIS-COMMITMENT TO MAKE MEMBER?


      I THINK IT YOUR COMPANY POLICY (MAKING MEMBER BY MIS-COMMITMENTS) TO MAKE MEMBERS; SO THAT IF MEMBERSHIP STAY CONTINUES THEN YOU GOT THE MEMBER OTHERWISE YOU GOT THE PREMIUM MONEY PAID TILL DATE, WHAT A GREAT POLICY YOU HAVE.

          I got a call from Club Mahindra and they told us to collect our gift voucher for 4nights/5days along with a crockery set for which we have filled a coupon in a super market in Pune. We went to club mahindra Pune office. They told us that the coupon is absolutely free but they also wanted us to listen to their membership scheme. They took our 2 hours and given us detail of their membership. We refused to join. We did not opt for their membership so they are not giving any gift voucher. That proves that these schemes by club mahindra are just to attract and nothing genuine. Club Mahindra is a fraud. They have wastes our time. We want that every one should be aware of their fraud scheme.

          I agree to this complaint. I am a victim of this fraud vouchers given by club mahindra a couple of days back. They took my 2 hours and promised me 2n/3d but it is impossible to book in any resort as they all are booked so these vouchers are as good as useless. Earlier they had promised i could use these vouchers for any club mahindra property but now they are only giving limited options and resorts.

          They are cheating people and consumers. I am solely writing this to make people aware of the fraud advertisement and campaigning club mahindra is doing for people to join their membership.

            After a brief 20 minutes presentation given to us in their Dehradun office. All explanations were verbal and no copy of terms and conditions were given to us for study. An amount Rs.27600.00 was taken from us through Credit Card as initial processing fee. Now I got to know that the promises made by their executive are false. I have been following up since last 10 days and asking for refund but has been experiencing very bad response. I had not enjoyed even Rs. 1 benefit out of this. . I feel cheated that my hard earned money is stuck with such a large organization I have been calling your customer care from past i week and there is no response from your side. This is highly disappointing once we become members, then there is no duty of yours. I am expecting a call as soon as possible. My member id is 2568263

                till now there has not been ticket issuance to me.
                Though, I expected this from a company like cinerewardz but not from a reputed and a "trusted and renowned brand" Club Mahindra...

                Its not a question of tickets anymore. Its about faith in an institution. What has happened is equivalent to fraud on the part of Club Mahindra. I have decided not to use any Mahindra product or service.

                  Hi all, Usually I don't write negative feedback but after being pained and hassled beyond comprehension, I'm left with no option but to share my experience so that others can benefit. I took white studio membership. I was given 5 complementary days without any condition. I was allowed to use them on any of the Club Mahindra's properties. However, when I checked availability of Lonovala (pre-launch property) in June. They said it is not available as it completely booked for June. They mentioned that since it is a pre-launch property the booking opens one month prior to your booking, i.e. July can be booked not before June. They suggested me to call on June 2 for July booking. I called up the same day, but I was surprised to find out that they can't book it again as I don't have regular holidays. They can't make the booking on complementary holidays. On top of it they mentioned that the Lonavala property is in 'Red Season'. How can they define red season when it is yet to launch? They are giving booking to members with regular holidays. Shocking!!! I think Club Mahindra is just coming up with any erroneous argument. The truth is they don't have inventory for members as they take non-members too. Their sole business to cheat people and fill their pockets. I am terribly disappointed being a member of Club Mahindra. Such a waste of money I guess. Very poor customer service and fake promises. A very true proverb 'insaan thoker lagne se hi sikhta hai'. Please do not take any membership if you want to save your hard earned money. They will give you show you the world which doesn't exist. Please save yourself. I hope to save at least one person by my note.

                      I filled the membership around June 2012. Post the same, I got to know that the promises made by their executive are false. I have been following up since July 2012 asking for refund but has been experiencing very bad response. I had not enjoyed even Rs. 1 benefit out of this.                         Membership no: 2473592 I had taken membership of Red season studio at Rs.4 Lacs. The purpose of taking membership was to get family holidays at decent clubs and on our convinient times. I was told that being a member of premium club and red season (high value), I will have an access to all their clubs as and when I wish. My experience while booking holidays is totally contradictory and it generally requires booking in advance of atleast 2-3 months, which is not possible for me due to my hectic business schedules. I tried booking holidays on-line as per their guide line however I could not get availability. Their customer care no. is also not accessible most of the time. After lot of hassles and arguments with their customer care, I could get my bookings. But after paying a hefty amount for the club membership for the timely availability of holidays, if one does not get the availability then the purpose of taking membership is defeated. In fact, they have made more members then their actual inventory of rooms. This is a sheer deficiency in service and hence I requested for refund of membership which is denied due to lack of such policy of refund. This again falls under "restrictive and monopolistic trade practice" I sincerely request you help me recover my membership fee of Rs. 4.0Lacs.

                            I am a club mahindra member however I am hardly ever able to get a availability in their resort at any time. I looked into the matter and found out that CLub Mahindra is selling out all its rooms to booking agents/travel websites who then sell the rooms to non members. As a result, as a member, I am not able to book a room through club mahindra website but as a non member I can go to a travel agent and book myself a lub mahindra property for the same daty. This is absolute fraud. CLub Mahindra representative Ekta has also admitted this to me over the call that they do offer their rooms to non members and they cannot do anything about it if a member does not get an availability. However, they charged me a heavy membership fee and even charge regular maintenance fee. But actually I am paying a maintenance fee so that other non members can enjoy the property at my expense. This is absolute fraud and I am filing a consumer complaint against CLub mahindra for refund of my money.

                              Dear Concerned, I am Ajay Jain, Managing Director (Oswal Soap Group, Rajasthan) a member of Club Mahindra Holidays from last 3 - 4 Years with following Details - Name - Ajay Jain Member ID - 115511 Co applicant - Preeti Jain Email ID - [protected]@gmail.com I have booked holiday with following Details - Place - Kumbalgarh, Rajasthan Date - 24th May 2014 - 26th May 2014 Occupancy - 4 Adults in 2 Tent Rooms Problem - I have booked this holiday on 17th May 2014 (Saturday) and by mistake have booked it on my name due to technical error on your website. I have to cancel this holiday as guest booking is not available in Kumbalgarh Resort at this time (as told by your Customer Relation officer) and get back my points. Please try and help me getting back my membership points as for this small mistake I will have a loss of major amount which I can say is not fairly correct. I understand that its a mistake commited by me while online booking but is it correct on your part to deduct 2 points which cost me approx. Rs. 20000 for such small mistake. There was no such information available on the website that Guest booking was not accepted for Kumbalgarh Location. Please arrange a call back for me on +91 - [protected]

                                Membership ID 2354141 - C P Ravi Kumar I had opted for the membership of Club Mahindra vide the above membership ID. I would request you to refund the amount of Rs.40, 000/- paid by me about in July 2011 towards down payment and EMI of my membership. In spite of my repeated requests and reminders, they have failed to provide me the membership facilities and freebies offered at the time of signing up for the membership. I was promised a 32 cms LCD TV, 7 nights holiday with RCI, Rs.5000/- worth of meal vouchers plus some free stays at Club Mahindra resorts in India. None of the above freebies have been given to me in spite of repeated requests. Thereafter, I had no option but to stop payment of the EMI. Thereafter they are asking me to pay `interest'. I dont know why. Club Mahindra is the one who should be paying me interest for the Rs.40, 000/- it has kept since July 2011. I have been repeatedly asking them to refund me the Rs.40, 000/- paid by me as I do not wish to continue the membership due to financial constraints. Howevever, till date I have not received the refund from them.

                                  Phukan) on 14th November 2013, applied
                                  for a Club Mahindra Membership after a brief 20 minutes presentation given to
                                  us in their Vadodara office. All
                                  explanations were verbal and no copy of terms and conditions were given to us
                                  for study.
                                  An amount Rs.27600.00 was taken from us thru Credit Card as initial processing fee.

                                  1.- On 15th November we finding the offer unsuitable requested for cancellation
                                  of the applied membership,
                                  personally visiting Club Mahindra Vadodara office. Request denied, cancellation
                                  letter was not accepted.

                                  2.-19th November, we again confirmed our desire to cancel again and request for
                                  refund of our money.

                                  3.- On 21.st November CM representatives visit us at office and residence
                                  insisting us to continue and change
                                  plan to suite our requirements.

                                  4.- Under insistence we agree for change in plan .

                                  5.- On 27th Nov Conditions and instruction given to us to submit documents and
                                  PDC. As the new conditions
                                  were not suitable we again confirmed cancellation.

                                  6. -On 28 Nov we were visited again, talked on phone to continue.

                                  7. -30th Nov, CM representative visit us insisting to continue. We ask for
                                  written confirmations of promised offer
                                  and facilities.

                                  8. - Written confirmations denied, and CM representative visit us and gives us
                                  the copy of Terms and Conditions
                                  for the first time.

                                  9.- 7th December we are called again to deposit further amount of
                                  money and to continue. We refuse and
                                  request for refund. We were told as per terms and conditions
                                  we are not eligible for refund.

                                  10-. 11th December we are again called and asked for a meeting. We refuse any
                                  further talk on the matter and
                                  ask for cancellation and a refund.

                                  11.- Continuous e-mails and personal visit insisting our continuation till
                                  date.

                                  12.- On 12th April Club Mahindra demand an amount of Rs. 1160000 from us as Annual subscription
                                  amount
                                  from us.


                                  This is a harassment and a dirty trick to extract money from people. Once an
                                  amount is paid Club Mahindra does not accept cancellation which can be
                                  clearly seen here.
                                  On top of everything they are demanding Annual Subscription Fee from us.

                                  We want Club Mahindra Holidays to refund our initial paid amount
                                  along with interest.

                                  The Club Mahindra member relation calls me to say why I am not eligible for refund and shows me a mail I had sent on 25th December
                                  and all other mails are not considered.
                                  This was my reply to them.

                                  Either you have not read the full content of my mail (which you have attached) or you just do not want to see it and understand. The mail from Priyanka telling me to submit photo ID and co applicants signed letter was after I consistently repeated my wish to cancel. If this is the accepted cancellation procedure then why was the need to send Photo ID and a co applicants signed letter was asked from me before on

                                  1. 15th Nov in visiting your Vadodara office and informing for cancellation by your representative Mr. Chaube and Miss Surrya ?
                                  2. On all telephonic talks and visits made by your representatives ?
                                  3. 28th November when Piyanka was told to stop all procedure ?
                                  4. On 4th December4.
                                  5. Or even on 7th December when Mr. Chaube was categorically told to close the issue.

                                  It is clear that you simply did not accept the cancellation and delay.

                                  6. Why did Mr. Sunil Yadav called me to pursued me to continue ?
                                  7. Why did Mr. Kalpesh again mailed and visited me insisting the same thing even after our saying no so many times?

                                  It again shows your intentions.

                                  8. Your asking us to pay for your ASF amount again confirms that.It is a very obvious tactic you are adopting not to cancel and refund and is not acceptable. All the conversations thru mail are attached here.

                                      Hi I attended one seminar at their Mumbai office and they gave me one cine rewards voucher. The Cinerewards voucher is a big fraud. They say we need 48 hours to book the tickets and despite 96 hours they dont revert. They dont even bother to take ur call and answer back. Its looks like a scam/
