Dear Sirs,

I had subscribed for membeership of Club Mahindra Holidays and resorts on Dec 31, 07.

I intially I had subscibed for 'White Sudio' membership and I had paid Rs. 32, 109/- and was to pay remaining in EMI of Rs. 2887/- for 36 months.

In June 08, they offered me to upgrade to 'White 1BR' memebership. For which I paid Rs. 60, 541/-. and remaining in 11 EMI of Rs. 19, 419.

With new membership, I requested them to adjust fees paid for earlier membership against EMI for new mebebership. I had sent email to sales person, brach manager, zonal manager, client relationship manager, etc. No one in this orgnisation thinks it is worth reposnding to clients emails. No body bothers to reply to mail. Only way to communicate to them was go to their office and meet their sales person. He will only give some false execuses and do nothing.

I this whole exercise, I realised that this organization totally lacks professionalism.

With this bad experince I decided to cancel the my membership on August 23, 08.

    I have taken Club Mahindra Holiday membership on 9th Jun 2008, that time only Kolkata Club mahindra Banch has swapped my credit card ( for Rs . 29, 978 ) in terms of collecting a initial deposit money for Membership, before this they had already confimred me that if i don't want to continue this mebership just i need to make a request by '[protected]@clubmahindra.com", finding it was not a good offer to me i have opted to walk out from Membership . so on 10th Jun2008 i have launch my cancellation request .
    On 30th Jun i have got a confirmation mail that my cancellation request has been registered & processed further to assure me get my refund cheque by 45 days from 30th Jun 2008 ..
    During this period also i have tried to contact them lot of time, they told me that i will be getting refund cheque by the mention date only, but after 15th Aug 2008 also i did not get this i have re-raised this issue with them again & this time they have sussred me to wait further for another 10 days so i was waiting since 15th Aug2008 to time time but this time also they are not responding ...
    Can we do something for this ...

    What should i do ..this is simply a cheeting ..these people use to see accross saveral public places like big bazar, City Centre & they are trying to take contact information by some free gift offer & after filling these try to wash out mind & forcing us to be a member ...

      Iam club mahindra member of there red season card, I have introduced my friend Mr jitendra to club mahindra because there sales executive Mr Dineh sharma promised to give us 8000/- cash discount, and now we have paid all moneny to the company, but now neither he is paying the amount nor he is replying

        Club Mahindra is making people fool. It's executive by making false statement and very efficiently snatch the money fom your credit card on the spot. Before starting the presentation they make sure that you are carring credit card.
        And they push you to make the payment on the spot as they know, if person goes out from there will never come back

        Pls be aware of this fraud

          I have file transaction dispute against Club Mahindra and going to take legal action. The executives dont provide you correct terms and conditions. All the sudded after 3-4 weeks you receive a big list of terms of condition and you understand then that you have been made complete fool.
          The one condition is there that if you want you can cancel your membership with in 10 days of first transaction and they have to refund your money. But this information you get after 3-4 weeks only. They just play the trick to snatch money from you.

          When you go to attend their presentation the Club Mahindra's executive make sure that you are carrying credit cards and money can be taken from you on the spot. Then only the presentation is started. If you give some indication as you dont, you may have to face some insulting statement.

          Be aware never make the transaction on the spot, whatever is the offer.

          a similar thing happened with me too.
          i am also thinking of LEGAL ACTION.
          club mahindras are actually a big cheaters. I am also suffering with the problem and filed a case against them to district forum court lucknow.
          Club Mahindra holidays is a business that's built by cheating people into taking membership for holidays. The terms of the contract are not explained clearly by the agent trying to sell Club Mahindra membership to you, you will only realize the fraud after the initial payments are made & you receive detailed contract by courier, indicating what exactly you have signed up to. We were tricked by Club Mahindra sales staff into taking membership & we have requested them to cancel the membership & refund the money after realizing what kind of of fraud it is. As of now there is no response from them & we intend to go to consumer court to file a case against them. I would like to suggest people to be well aware of contract terms before taking any holiday membership from Club Mahindra.

            I am a member of club mahindra since last 05 years. My membership no is 28445.
            Since last 03 years i am contineously requestig m/s club mahindra to temninate my membership and return my hard earned money lying with them since last 05 years.
            The matter was also requested through your site, but any fruit ful results is still awaited from m/s club mahindra.
            It is further requested kindly take the matter with m/s club mahindra for return of my hard earned, as my family is facing acute finacecial crisis.

              I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall actual product (with the inefficient services) and with the serious discrepancies between what is stated in the documents (and what was conveyed to me) and actual acts of MHRIL (Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd.). Also, the Sales-Executive Sh. Vipan Lubana (Mob. No. [protected]) misrepresented on certain points and made commitments which are not being met.
              All this has forced me to request MHRIL to stop collecting payments against the membership id : 308350 and make an immediate refund of money already received by MHRIL.

              Some of the inconsistencies, inappropriate practices, deficiencies in product/services and incomplete disclosures are given below:-

              1. I was told about a look-in period of 10 days and the same is also stated in the terms and conditions. But, I received these MHRIL documents well after 10 days (perhaps to bypass the above look-in period). This is confirmed by the fact that even the covering letter in the welcome kit is dated 11.07.07 i.e., a date after more than 10 days of joining).

              2. I was told that RCI membership documents shall be delivered to me within 25 days of enrolment, but as per MHRIL documents this period was 45 days.
              Inspite of many messages for expediting, recording many complaints and even e-mailing to this e-mail address, I could receive the RCI membership documents only after 20/09/07 (i.e., much after 45 days). Even the RCI welcome letter is dated 11/09/07 i.e., much beyond the stated 45 days’ date.
              Also, the reply from this e-mail address came only on 26/09/07 apologizing for the delays. I may add that I have already received many apologies for other deficiencies/inefficiencies in service in approximately 3 months of membership.

              3. When I tried booking the Free RCI holiday, the RCI guide told me that I would have to pay a utilization fee of Rs. 5250/- + taxes @10% (an amount which may vary as per the location/accommodation available). Further no accommodation was available on my preferred destinations and dates (Northern hilly areas around mid- October 2007).

              When I asked for booking for some slots in 2008, he informed he was authorized for only upto 90 days advance booking in case of a complimentary holiday.
              Further it was told that my preferred locations were already booked upto March 2008 and that whenever I request for booking against this complimentary holiday, it would be nearly impossible to find a vacancy and therefore I should give my consent to whatever slot is available or let this complimentary holiday go waste as he has seen in case of many members.


              4. The welcome documents received by me show that somebody “Sh Sanjay Goel”, whom I don’t even know has referred me to MHRIL. I talked to your Sales-Executive Sh. Vipan Lubana (Mob. No.[protected]) about this wrong done by MHRIL, he told me that it is done to get incentives though he agreed that it was really a fraud.
              All this and many other discrepancies observed amount to incomplete disclosure, deficiency in service and fraud on members.

              I paid a lot of fees for an excellent product and services and not for receiving various apologies, inadequate services, inconsistencies and harassment. All this has caused a lot of mental harassment and agony. These inconsistencies and inappropriate practices warrant proper highlighting through media and legal action

              Rajan Varshney himself tried to cheat the company Club Mahindra Holidays actually.. He thought that he will utilize all the free offers n will leave the membership in the cancelletion period of 10 days n will get the refund also...But he could not do so because of the cleverness of Vipan lubana. Moreover he is a defaulter of the company, he is not continuing his emi's, when he has used one week in goa, taken the camcoder from company and consumed 5000 Rs food vouchers.. He is a big defaulter & moreover trying to be over smart...

                Dear Sir/Madam:


                We had taken membership of a Red Studio with MHRIL on 22nd January 2008 and paid Rs. 41, 880 (Rupees forty-one thousand eight hundred and eighty only) towards the initial payment. Subsequently some of the terms of the special offers that were verbally conveyed to us at the time of registration were not honoured by MHRIL, namely the following:

                The 2-weeks international holiday offer through RCI for travel at any time for a period of 2 years, with a minimum of 3 days' stay at any one destination. It is now described to be "not valid for travel during peak school vacations and festival periods", with minimum 7 days’ stay at any destination. Subsequently the offer was downgraded to 2-weeks ClubMahindra domestic holidays instead of the international holidays offered earlier.
                The special offer of 6 free Air Deccan tickets, on which we have been subsequently asked to pay all 20taxes and fees amounting to over Rs.2000, while the understanding was that the tickets were completely free, as specified by MHRIL executives Mr. Ranjan Shukla and Sanjay Kumar Shaw.
                All this had left us feeling cheated, with the belief that ClubMahindra does not honour the commitments made at the time of booking membership, and secures members under false pretences. A prolonged exchange of emails ensued and MHRIL promised to meet us in person to sort out the matter, which also was not done.
                We therefore requested MHRIL on March 1, 2008 (through fax and email) to cancel our membership and give us a full refund immediately. The same was acknowledged by their call centre[protected] on March 4, 2008 at 5:25 PM by one Deepa (cancellation reference no. 639488), and we were promised a full refund within 30 – 45 days.
                Despite our cancellation notice on 1 March and request to stop collecting further EMIs, MHRIL attempted to collect the EMI on 7 March 2008 through our credit card authorization, though the card was blocked by us in anticipation of such an action.
                A complete silence on emails or any other communication regarding the refund was being maintained by MHRIL since the Company’s last email dated 16th February from one Ms. Parveen, asking to meet us. Subsequent to our lodging of a complaint (complaint ID 138608) on 16th April 2008 against MHRIL with the National Consumer Helpline with a fax to ClubMahindra intimating them of the same, MHRIL communicated with us again, and told us that no refund would be given, quoting a clause in their membership rules. However, a copy of these rules were never received by us, and we have no way of verifying the same.

                MHRIL took our money and enrolled us as members under false pretences, and though we have not used any of their facilities offered, they now refuse to give us a refund (though the same was promised earlier within 30 - 45 days).

                MHIRL should not backout the promises made before signing the deal while pursuading for membership or through ads . It not only makes the aggrieved member feel like cheated but also other existing members recently joined may nourish undue apprehensions for their association with MHIRL. For a giant institution like Mahindra, it is not at all impossible to honour the commitment, whatsoever, made at the very begining, but it is sure that certain complaints tarnishes its image in eyes of all who understand. It is better to rise to the occasion immedaitely by listening to the aggrieved by granting him atleast all due, instead of refund as asked for, for having a good association with MHIRL else how he will survive of membership?

                I will not agree with the situation . I have stayed in CLUB MAHINDRA Binasar valley aND BELIEVE ME IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE . WE TEND TO COMPLAINT AND BLOG JUST BECAUSE WE ARE CONSUMER /MEMBER . FOR ME THIS IS A VALUE FOR MONEY . wE CAN NOT WRITE OR BLOG JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GETTING REPLY... THERE IS A WAY TO ADDRESS . i THINK i HAVE GOT THE VALEU FOR MONEY.
                I had made an application through Motilal oswal for 2625 Shares vide application no.91366139. I have received 713 shares in my demat account no [protected] but I hane not received remaining amount of Rs 68, 832 towards unalloted shares.

                  I had taken membership (membership no-425103) on 28.10.2007 which due to some constraints, we requested for cancellation on 1.11.2007.However, I was misguided by the sales person who said that get your KIT then apply for cancellation and he confirmed that it would take a month for getting money refunded. I did so and put one mail to customer care on 6.11.2007 but no action was taken by them. The cancellation was finally registered on 26.11.2007. After a long follow-up also I have not got my refund which is amounting to Rs.29161.It is more than six months now. Everytime I visit the customer care dept, I get some excuse from them.
                  Plz help me in getting my refund as soon as possible as I am paying interest on my credit card

                  Club Mahindra — Not refunding money since last six months

                  I have opted for cancellation of my membership within 10 days of my application.According to the policy document of club mahindra, amount paid by me should be refunded in total within 31 days of cancellation.
                  My cancellation was registered on 15th of Jan, 2009 and still money is awaited. Despite of calling their customer care so many times, no certain date of refund is given.
                  This is the way they work. There is no professionalism, No business ethics. They themselves don't follow their own policies. They don't honor any commitment. This is a complete fraud company. Such fraud companies should not be allowed to do business.
                  After writing this mail, Mr. Rahul from Corporate office, Club Mahindra, Chennai got in touch with me and helped me get my refund amount within a week. He was very supportive throughout and I am thankful he addressed my issue on priority basis.

                    Dear sir,
                    On the 9th of december 2007, i visited the club mahindra outlet at mega mall, gurgaon and showed interest in becoming a member of the club. i was told to submit 15% of the membership fee as down payment and was assured that i could withdraw from the membership within 10 days of paying the advance if i did not like the holiday plans. i made a payment of rs.29161 vide my debit card
                    (ref no.[protected] on the spot. i was allotted a membership id number of 557581. however on returning home and after discussing with my family, i decided to withdraw from the membership and sent an e mail to this effect on the 11th of december (within 2 days). i spoke to and have been speaking to the relationship officer at club mahindra delhi office miss isha adhikari regarding my refund.
                    I was told that the refund would be definitely released by the end of february 2008. however even after repeated telephonic followups, the refund is still not released till today. now i have been told to wait till the 2nd week of april 2008 and no reasons have been given. i seriously doubt the intentions of the officers concerned and hence want the intervention of this forum to get my refund released at the earliest. also, the errent people should be taken to task for their negligence in causing an issue where none existed resulting in loss of valuable time and effort. you are requested to take immediate action.

                      It is through your esteemed columns I wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHIL).

                      a) It all started with an invitation to attend a presentation of “Club Mahindra holidays” at Noida. However at the presentation, I was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – A clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by MHIL.
                      b) After having being forced into buying the membership (17/Jun/07), till date I have not received the membership letter.
                      c) The free gift option selected by me (Sony handy cam) was later changed by MHIL to airline tickets without any explanation. I refused to accept this change in free gift.
                      d) On various attempts to contact MHIL, I found out to my dismay that the telephones at Noida office were unattended. Calls to cell phone were not answered & the assured ‘call back’ also did not happen. I called up the corporate office at Chennai (18/Jul/07) regarding the above matter and I was told that they would revert back soon about the matter. But again I had to be disappointed as earlier since there was no response from Chennai office of MHIL.
                      e) When no action was in the offing against above matter, I got disillusioned with this kind of treatment from MHIL. Therefore I decided to cancel my membership and instructed MHIL (19/Jul/07) by E-mail regarding same & to make a full refund immediately. On this I was told by MHIL staff that a full refund is only possible if cancellation is made within 10 days of application of membership. This is a clear case of cheating & dishonesty by MHIL as they had enticed me into buying the membership without apprising me of the Rules & regulations, something which was obligatory on their part.
                      f) Subsequently, I wrote to Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan, Managing Director, MHIL (25/Jul/07) with all the grievances but there was no reply.
                      g) After sending the same complaint to [protected]@clubmahindra.com (30/Jul/07), I got a reply that my concerns were being looked into & someone would get in touch with me shortly. However after repeated correspondence through E-mail regarding the matter, no action, not even a phone call has been forthcoming from MHIL to resolve the issue.
                      h) Instead of refunding the full amount, I was shocked to receive letter dated 05/Nov/07 demanding that the remaining amount due against my membership be paid. This aforesaid letter dated 05.11.07 advised me to reply within 14 days from the date of the said letter or else face cancellation of membership. This letter was dispatched from Chennai on 10th Nov 07, five days after it was allegedly typed.

                      Now on what basis MHIL is going ahead in this relationship & demanding balance due when they have not yet come clear & resolved past issues. Even after serving them a notice from a lawyer (19/Nov/07), no action has been taken.
                      It is disgusting to know that “Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited”, part of the reputed Mahindra group can be so insensitive to its members & hopes to build its business over unsatisfied customers.

                      I am also facing the same problem. I too have asked them to refund me the money but till now I too have not received a satisfactory information nor the status of my application. I had taken the membership in the month of Feb 2008 and with in 10 days had applied for the cancellation of the membership in black and white but they say that they have lost the application and then I mailed them my grievance but could not get a satisfactory reply. they just tell me that a correspondence will get in touch but no action. when ever we try to contat nobody picks up the phone I don't how they keep their office unattended. Lastly I would like to know what step r u taking to get the membership fees back. Kindly advice me.

                      This has become a regular attitude of Club Mahindra...I am facing similar problems...first now these guys say that unless I book a resort 6 months in advance, there will not be any availibility...this is absurd...Till now they did not send the complimentary food coupons and now I have come to know that the validity of the same is 1 yr from the date of purchase and almost an year has passed since I bought...

                      I wish to cancel the membership...Please let me know if they refund the money on cancellation ...my membership is fully pending and unused...

                      The free gift option selected by me (LCD TV) was later changed by MHIL to 5days holidays without any explanation.
                      I wrote to club Mahindra to cancel my membership and refund my money, but till date no action was taken and no satisfactory reply was given by MHIL.
                      Also have instructed them to refund my money they without my permission have started taking EMIs from my bank against my membership number which is not at all acceptable.
                      I can produce the emails and calls records made to MHIL if you require.
                      Pls help me in getting my money back pls.

                      Club Mahindra sucks and will go STERLING way for sure..Thats the only solution for them...The ionly differnce is that it will be very difficult for Mr. Anand Mahindra to run and hide...

                      I have taken the Club Mahindra membership and paid Rs 38851.
                      My membership no. is 1424624. I have applied for cancellation of my membership within 10 days i.e. on 31.12.2009.
                      During cancellation, MHIL executive told me that you will get the refund within 30 to 45 days but now 77 days are over but there is no communication from your side.
                      Till date I have not got my refund. I have talked several times to your customer care, no executive call me regarding this.

                      I fully agree with complaints against Club Mahindra, I am member of them for two years, their response and client service are disgusting. Whenever I tried to book, always there is no room, I don't see a point in assciating a holiday company when you can't use your holidays as per your plan and convenience. When you visit their office they show you moon, but in reality they don't have infrastructure and resources to fullfill their commitments.

                      I have taken the Club Mahindra membership and paid Rs 50K.
                      I have applied for cancellation of my membership within 10 days i.e. on 07.02.2009 through courior as well as email forwarding cpoies to ho at Chennai and local office at Chandigarh
                      During cancellation, MHIL executive told me that you will get the refund within 30 to 45 days but now more than 4 months have passed there is no communication from clubmahindera.
                      Till date I have not got my refund. I have talked several times to your customer care but there is response. A complaint is being filed before MRTP commission as well as consumer forum for thre recovery of amount paid.

                      I have applied for cancellation of my membership third day..however I got a confirmation mail saying it was effective 7th day, which is well within the 10 day full refund period. During cancellation, MHIL executive told me that I will get full refund after 45 days. I have been following regularly post 45 days, its over 90 days now. I am everytime assured a callback whihc never happens. No level of escalation is responded back to.
                      Why should they use our money free of cost of so long? Shouldn't we get some interest on the money, if is not paid within a stipulated period? This is a clear case of fraud, repeated planned cheating. Let me if we plan to join and file a case together.
                      We were invited at your Noida office at Centre stage mall by Mr Anshu with a promise to get a gift holiday voucher and two tickets for PVR cinema to see the presentation.
                      We were given holiday voucher and were promised to send PVR cinema tickets with in 2 days at our residence in Noida.Regret a week has passed but no PVR cinema tickets were sent to us.
                      This is a false promise which can not be expected from a company like Club Mahinrda

                      Club Mahindra is not owned by Mahindra Group as it does not have the pride and presitige of the group. The staff is full of false promisers and cheats, their head is Ramesh Ramanathan.

                      DO NOT become member s with Club Mahindra and lose your hard earned money.

                      I have learnt a lesson and cheated of Rs.1.5 Lakh by Club Mahindra on 3/9/2009 and have decided to see that the complete report is published in print.

                      Club Mahindra — Non-refund of money even after 2 months wait

                      I took membership around 2 monhs back where executive have offered my many extras. I kept on calling her but I did not get any reply her later when my membership details arrived I came to know that these are different from what I was promised. I opted to cancel my memebrship. I put a request for cancellation on 25-Aug -09. Since then I have been following club mahendra CC but I am just getting false promises and no information. I get the status that it is in progress but no more information beyond that. I am still waiting for information on my 25000/- rs

                      It makes me feel that withdrawing my membership was a very right decision taken by me and club mahindra fails to prove itself a good service company.

                      I have been given a complimentary holiday offer (vide certificate no.[protected] for 2 nights 3 days at the time of taking membership of Club Mahindra.

                      One of their staff from Sales department, Mrs Manashi Basak has assured me to provide 2 rooms for two nights 3 days at Fort Raddison, Raichak, West Bengal. Accordingly, I have registered my request on 10th Oct’09 at MRC through reference no. 392067 for a reservation on 20th and 21st Nov’09 at Fort Raddison, Raichak and I was assured that with in 48 hours I will receive a communication on my reservation status.

                      Again on 15th Oct’09, I got in touch with Member Relationship Centre (MRC) to check status of my reservation request since I have not received any communication from MRC. Then a person from MRC has come out with a different story and communicated to me that 20th and 21st Nov’09 are coming under RED season of Fort Radisson and I need to shift my reservation request by a week. Accordingly I have requested for 27th and 28th Nov’09 night. This time too, I was given same assurance that within 48 hours I will be communicated. But I never received a communication from MRC.

                      However, I have not left my hope, again on 20th Oct’09 I got in touch with MRC and a person called, Adhi has come out with another story and said, he can’t give any assurance since Fort Radisson does not belong to Club Mahindra. However, he has assured me to revert back within 48 hours.

                      Ultimately, today morning I have realized it while talking to MRC people that Club Mahindra is no way different than any other small organization who runs Holiday resort time sharing business and gives false assurance and commitment to their customers at the time of selling. Since I have such a bad experience with Club Mahindra at the beginning, I can’t think of 25 years of long association.
                      SHOCKING!! is the way these people operate .. Really falso practices of sales, amazing pressure to buy memberships .. very bad quality customer care .. no value add on services .. ur holiday is for relaxing and they will make sure to make it miserable .. the website always has techinical faults especialy when u r making payments ..

                      I am one of the so called"Member". After reading above complaints my case is not different (its about membership cancellation which I applied on 2nd day)
                      The way customers have feedback with clubmahindra, its really hard to belive or trust on any one at clubmahindra(when you say please send the concerns). I am sure you must be aware of the rootcause of these issues and the way it could be resolved for customer.
                      If this is the way clubmahindra is cheating or having really bad feedback, it would be in no time your Clubmahindra would shutdown.
                      I am also surprised how the management of Mahindra, one of the welknown companies are keeping quite. Please bring justice as injustice cannot go far...

                      Hi I am a member too (RED season 1 BR) and face the problems of getting reservations, the waiting nowadays is 6 months. They do not allow refund or surrender and it seems they are pulling of a SCAM. While many o[censored]s will not have time to take the matter legally, we can support those who have already fought for their rights in various courts by making this a larger issue. The rules of not being able to surrender and getting refund on a pro-rata basis seems illegal as per Indian laws, may be lawyer friends can take this up.
                      Also there is one thing that we all can do and this is to prevent every friend and relative who is being wooed by the aggressive sales team and lure of free gifts. The is a Gandhian way of protesting against a company that cheats its customer s with false promises.

                      I was eager to be part of Club Mahindra for their name and had trusted Mahindra Group. But to tell you the truth in my opinion, Club Mahindra cannot be trusted due to the bad experience I have faced and pity service. The people are trained not to say the Truth and want to give lame excuse. I joined this Club Mahindra in Feb-March 2010 and was eligible for Sony Bravia or cash back. As per cash back offer, sum of Rs. 10, 000/- was to be received, after 45 days from date of payment of 2 EMI. But this sum is till date not received by me. When I wrote and inquired on 05 Sept 2010, I received a call on 09th Sept stating the signatories were not available to sign cashback cheque. It was a surprise, how could it be? Ideally I should be receiving the cheque around June-July 2010. I didn't understand how does the company functions without signtories and secondly, why it should be me following up and receiving such response after 2 months. Does the company not know of its offer and that it needs to give to its members. With this incidence, I formed my first opinion of lack in service level. To add to the fire, it was promised, within 2 days I would receive the cheque. Communicate received on 10th Sept 2010. Quote, "We wish to inform you that we have sent across the cash back cheque ( 014820 dated 8/9/10 for Rs10, 000/- ) by todays courier." Till date I have not received any cheque, but have received 3 courier chits from Blue Dart saying "Sorry to Have Missed You". Details as a) No. 311036 date 14.09.2010 (b) 311054 dated 13.09.2010 (c) 311759 dated 15.09.2010. But I dont understand how come courier person come on 14.09.2010 and put receipt no. 311036 whereas 13.09.2010 receipt date is 311054. This was immediately brought to the notice of Club Mahindra customer service 39880000 to take action and update me about the cheque delivery. But as usual there was no update given. I planned to cancel my membership and requested to provide me with closure procedure on 26.09.2010, 17.10.2010 and 23.10.2010 and refund back the entire money. As usual, Club Mahindra has not reverted to me till date. This kind of poor service and unethical approach, I would suggest people those who planning or are existing members to think twice before they put their hard earned money. I am sad to say and see the brand of most trusted person "Mahindra" lacks service. It would be good for Mr. Mahindra and its group to un-tag its name and avoid reputation loss. It is better to lose one business rather than have impact on entire line of businesses and bad name on personal front.

                      I would like to inform Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan to have an better approach of maintaining the existing customer rather than only going to have new members. As existing members can help you to gain additional member in the family by referral and loyalty. But when existing member plan to leave, he does not goes alone but along with him trust in the company moves out, this leads to losing not one member but three (existing, new and old).

                      Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan, now since I have decided to leave, would appreciate if you can look into my case and please advice the procedure of closure and refund the entire amount at the earliest.

                      I agree, I never manage to get a booking. Now I am trying to get my money back. If I want holiday in Corbett I am offered Yercaud, if Panchgani then they offer Gangtok and dates always change. It is the biggest mistake of my life.
                      I have to not received the refund which they have agreed to pay, they keep postponing the dates, I'm due of my credit card payment however not received and confirmation from them.

                      I was the franchisee for club mahindra for 1 year and i can assure u that they are the biggest thugs u will ever find...U will never be able to take holidays on ur dates and their resorts are just like ny 2 star or few 3 star resorts...Just stone them wenever u see sales people from club mahindra...Best of luck
                      No one should take the membership of Club Mahindra.This company is there just to make fool, they will not recognize you after taking their membership. I am the biggest fool who took purple membership & wasted my hard earned money.

                      Yesterday I went to their office in Pacific Mall after getting a free holiday offer and a promise of 2 pvr tickets. Initially the girl Puja (not sure if her name is real or not) tried to be very sweet and showed us every possible benefits of club mahindra. She kept on telling us the benefits of entering the membership of club mahindra for more than 2 hours. Puja and her manager Akib tried every possible gimmick to lure us into their membership. The wanted us to sign their paper on the spot and even made us a monthly installation chart of 8k/month for over 4 years, WITH AN ADVANCE OF 28000 BUCKS. I still did not budge and enter their membership. In the end Akib gave up and told Puja to give us the free holiday vouchers, for which Puja did some acting and said the net is not working and she will send it by mail and PVR tickets will reach me through courier, which of course did not happen.

                      Guys, LEAVE ASIDE THEIR MEMBERSHIP, DON'T EVEN THINK OF GOING FOR THEIR FREE VOUCHERS ETC. THEY ARE A BIG TIME FAKE COMPANY FULL OF FRAUDS.

                      Case details : We had approached club mahindra for membership on 15th April and post hearing Bilal and Sachin we were not interested in the membership. Mr Sachin kept on forcing us to take the membership. Hence to get out of the place we informed him give us one days time, he said you take the policy today and come back tomorrow we will return back your money instantly and swiped my card for Rs 19200.

                      Immediately next day, we informed them as not interested in the membership and please refund me back my money.

                      Till now we have not received our funds back but only excuses like Bilal is not well and Sachin is not well. Nobody even bothers to call.

                      Our biggest mistake was taking Club Mahindra membership (Membership Number 2564972)

                      History:

                      At the time of meeting the preference of Purple, Red season was not informed completely to me.

                      I was always told that White would be suitable for me and after 3 EMI's I would be eligible to visit the places of Red & White. However, I could not get any booking done whenever I wanted to spend the holiday.

                      Gopal was the concerned salesman who fooled me.

                      I categorically asked that i will take holidays during school holiday breaks and we generally travel in group.

                      He said then you must opt for White Category. I did that.

                      Breach of Trust:

                      I wasn't informed about the ASF Fees which came to me as a surprise.I digested that.

                      I have paid approximately Rs. 60, 000 in total and after even paying 4 EMIs I could not get the bookings done.

                      Every time when I tried to contact Mr. Gopal, he said he would surely get the bookings done and after sometime he started saying that we are marketing guys and are not very familiar with the Club Mahindra website and no booking was done even after paying 4 EMI's at that time. After this I took the decision of stopping my EMI.

                      I am disappointed. The holidays gets booked the moment it gets opened.

                      Till date I did not get even a single chance to get any bookings available in the last 1.5 years.

                      Now when I have stopped the EMI payment the lady named Preeti says that I again need to start paying my EMI that too of minimum Rs.11, 000 - 12, 000 with intrest, then I would be eligible to book for the holidsay.

                      One thing I would like to mention is that even though I did not utlize any facility of Club Mahindra, why would I pay the penalty?

                      I requested for cancellation but I was dissuaded by a lady called Preeti from cancelling. Even she was very rude while talking and was not in a position to hear about my queries.

                      I want my money back from Club Mahindra of Rs. 60, 000 and the interest on the money deposited. In lieu of not being given a chance to book any holiday even after paying Rs. 60, 000.

                      She on behalf of Club Mahindra has refused me to allow for booking any holiday in liue of the stopped EMI payment and also, Club Mahindra is not returning my money back.

                      So in both the ways Club Mahindra is at the taking out their benifits and I am loosing out my money as well as time. I did not seesuch a disgusting behaivour from a reputed comapny like Club Mahindra.

                        Dear Frieds,

                        What would I say. It is the same old story with different perspective. It's been over 3 yrs for me in Pune and I came with the intention of settling down in Pune. All works well and so far gioing well. I have seen the many good things changing over this period and worst things I saw is the changing AUTO RICHSHAW wala's roudy behaviour. Everytime when taking a rick, whether it is a day time or night time, we have to pay him over the meter. Reason is same as usuals that they have to come empty in return journey. For them, night means no time as such, if its dark outside (then it may be 5:00 PM during winter), their night starts and then their DADAGIRI starts demanding much more than meter rate. Hardly anyone carry rate card and these guys never had change. So we have to pay him in round figure.
                        I am fade of all this and looking for some place or website link where complaints can be registered.

                        Guys, this is the high time now to take footahead againest this before its too late.

                        i have a scorpio 2003 model, when i was driving that vehicle in bad condition high way near madurai(tamil nadu) suddently my vechicle goes to left side, also steering too tight, i get down and check that the front left wheel top side goes inside as "/" this shape, then i called near mahindra show room called zuzee moters, i take that car to zuzee, mechanic told me to change the full chases, i contact with insurece company, they came and took the photos, now almost three month my vechicle is there, insurece they are saying that only accident they will issue the cover, then what is a right way to get my vehicle

                          I have request for reservation in panch gini Dt-9,10,11,december you are not given us any ans sins 15th day so iam not gating any reservation from train or plain.you give us gift vouchar. its last date is 17th december you extend our date forHOLIDAY you give us in JANUARY in MANALI ya PANCHGINI. date give us any DATE in JANUARY.. month.other wise i knowing your company is froad.I AM GOING IN COURT if you not giving answer BECEAUSE I request five time by phone to SARVAND & MOHITDHAR as your representative.                           FREE THINGS dn't come easy, you need to brag for it.

                          You wnt it free & then you have the adacity to say then same company is Fraud, have you earned for it.
                          @ Rajat: Hey !!! Are u an employee of Mahindra Holidays or has Mahindra paid you to write this comment??? Why are u making a statement that free things do not come easily, even after u know that those so called "free things" are already promised by the company?

                          You think that u are smarter? Maybe everybody in this world is not smart like you and therefore they get into the traps of fraudulent companies like these...

                          Please understand that the company is trying to fool people by not giving what it has already promised... and people have paid for it ...

                          From your comment, it seems that you are holding the poor person responsible or at fault here who opted the scheme from Mahindra Holidays rather than condemning the fraud company itself ... shame on you ...

                          Seems that u havent faced or came across such situation and absolutely cannot understand the pain behind these types of complaints where the person has lost his / her hard earned money ...

                          I think that govt should interfere here looking into these large number of customer complaints and take some strict action like cancelling the company license for a perticular period and making the responsible people go to jail ...

                          Please give responsible comments ... read / understand the problems of people who are already suffering, rather than demoralizing such person.
