Dear Sir

We ( Moni Phukan and Minakshi Phukan) on 14th November 2013, applied for a Club Mahindra Membership after a brief 20 minutes presentation given to us in their Vadodara office. All explanations were verbal and no copy of terms and conditions were given to us for study.
An amount Rs.27600.00 was taken from us thru Credit Card as initial processing fee.

1.- On 15th November we finding the offer unsuitable requested for cancellation of the applied membership,
personally visiting Club Mahindra Vadodara office. Request denied, cancellation letter was not accepted.

2.-19th November, we again confirmed our desire to cancel again and request for refund of our money.

3.- On 21.st November CM representatives visit us at office and residence insisting us to continue and change
plan to suite our requirements.

4.- Under insistence we agree for change in plan .

5.- On 27th Nov Conditions and instruction given to us to submit documents and PDCs. As the new conditions
were not suitable we again confirmed cancellation.

6. -On 28 Nov we were visited again, talked on phone to continue.

7. -30th Nov, CM representative visit us insisting to continue. We ask for written confirmations of promised offer
and facilities.

8. - Written confirmations denied, and CM representative visit us and gives us the copy of Terms and Conditions
for the first time.

9.- 7th December we are called again to deposit further amount of money and to continue. We refuse and
request for refund. We were told as per terms and conditions we are not eligible for refund.

10-. 11th December we are again called and asked for a meeting. We refuse any further talk on the matter and
ask for cancellation and a refund.

11.- Continuous e-mails and personal visit insisting our continuation till this date.

12.- On 12th April Club Mahindra demand an amount of Rs.160000 from us as Annual subscription amount
from us.


This is a harassment and a dirty trick to extract money from people. Once an amount is paid Club Mahindra does not accept cancellation which can be clearly seen here.
On top of everything they are demanding Annual Subscription Fee from us.

We want Club Mahindra Holidays to refund our initial paid amount
along with interest.

The Club Mahindra member relation calls me to say why I am not eligible
for refund and shows me a mail I had sent on 25th December
and all other mails are not considered.
This was my reply to them.

Dear Ms. Ekta
Either you have not read the full content of my mail (which you have
attached) or you just do not want to see it and understand. The mail
from Priyanka telling me to submit photo ID and co applicants signed
letter was after I consistently repeated my wish to cancel. If this is
the accepted cancellation procedure then why was the need to send Photo
ID and a co applicants signed letter was asked from me before on

1. 15th Nov in visiting your Vadodara office and informing for cancellation by your representative Mr. Chaube and Miss Surrya ?
2. On all telephonic talks and visits made by your representatives ?
3. 28th November when Piyanka was told to stop all procedure ?
4. On 4th December4.
5. Or even on 7th December when Mr. Chaube was categorically told to close the issue.

It is clear that you simply did not accept the cancellation and delay.

6. Why did Mr. Sunil Yadav called me to pursued me to continue ?
7. Why did Mr. Kalpesh again mailed and visited me insisting the same thing even after our saying no so many times?

It again shows your intentions.

8. Your asking us to pay for your ASF amount again confirms that.It is a
very obvious tactic you are adopting not to cancel and refund and is
not acceptable. All the conversations thru mail are attached here.

    Hi I attended one seminar at their Mumbai office and they gave me one cine rewards voucher. The Cinerewards voucher is a big fraud. They say we need 48 hours to book the tickets and despite 96 hours they dont revert. They dont even bother to take ur call and answer back. Its looks like a scam/

      My membership ID is 1696725 (Yash Chopra) email id: [protected]@gmail.com Mobile No. [protected] I am not getting water cottages in ashtamudi resort in June 2014 for my preferred dates rooms and cottages are available to non members on nivalink.com, travelguru.com and booking.com What is the point of taking so much money from members if it is also open for bookings to non members. I am looking at my legal options as this is fraud. why is ClubM offering their resorts to non members?

        On 24March2014 evening I have purchased club Mahendra
        Membership having Main applicant Mrs.Anjali H.Dhore[protected] I have paid
        Rs.26, 200 by cash but due to personal & financial Reason I had applied the same for cancellation on 25 March 2014 I got call from Chennai Office(on 26March14 at 12.17pm) they said that my cancellation is initiated & Vashi office will call me 2 days for refund procedure but till date nobody called me from Vashi office I am calling them regularly they just replied that processes is initiated & their representative will call me but no one called me.
        As mention in their terms & condition applicant can cancel membership within in 10 days from applied date and will get 100% refund.Please help to get my money back

          I am a member of Club Mahindra from 1999 August under MNo[protected].My membership in another resort was transferred and on payment of additional amount I was given this membership.At that point there was no mention of ATF or suspension of Holidays for non usage.I have lodged several telephone complaints as well as emails regarding cancellation of membership and refund of advance as I am a senior citizen and not able to travel but except for reminders of ATF no action is taken.I request you to take up this matter and solve my problem.

            Gift voucher not given to me and taken my 2.5 hours of time

            I am with my family in mussorie for a holiday .The club mahindra representative meet me in mall road, mussorie and tell me that i will get a 2 night three days voucher free by visiting our office with family .I said i have no time but he again and again request me that sir please visit ones for an half an hour only .After that i taken to club mahindra mussorie resort, they sitted me 2.5 hours approx in there resorts and not given me any gift...

            We were attend the small programme in Club Mahindra office at Jaipur location...during that they issue two Movie Vouchers to me of Cine Rewardz.

            So please take necessary action against Cine Rewards Team… because according to that they are creating problem every weekend time when we required movie tickets.

            I am continuously taking follow up with Cine Rewardz team but still not provided the tickets always they send the rejected mail to me “Regret to inform you that your Booking Request is rejected"

              My Membership ID is 1387602 I had travelled with my family to Club Mahindra Varca Goa from 5th to 8th March, 2014. My brother stayed in Room No. 1211 and he forgot his daughter's gold earrings in the safe. We called up the resort and the housekeeping staff found the earrings. I was asked to send an email to Mr. Ravi Shanker in housekeeping that the gold earrings be handed over to him as his wife was travelling to Bombay on 16th. I sent the email on 10th March. Thereafter I called up Ravi Shanker on the 17th when I was informed that his wife's grandfather had passed away and she was no longer travelling to Mumbai. I thereafter called the member relations on 18th March, 2014 when I was told that I should forward the email that I sent to Mr. Ravi Shanker, which I did. Mr. Raj Shekhar in member relations promised to call me back within an hour. I did not get a call back. I have been following up since the past 2 days with no response from the Member Relations Team. I called up the reception at Club Mahindra Resort asked to speak to the Manager. My call was not transferred to the resort manager and was instead transferred to a chap named Vikram. His standard response was that I should speak to Ravi Shanker. My complaint is only this much. Doesn't Club Mahindra have a policy on return of goods lost? I have mentioned to them time and again that I am ready to bear the courier and insurance cost...but I don't seem to get any straight answers from them.

                My family and I ( 3 Couple) recently took a vacation to Goa. We chose to stay at the Club Mahindra Varca Beach Resort. We had a booking for 3 nights for 3 studio rooms i.e.[protected] to[protected] but due to poor service and rude behaviour at the reception, we decided to check out on 15th feb 2014.

                Following Problems Faced By Us.

                Location: This resort is in south goa. Most of the popular beaches, shacks and casino (places that you would visit) are in north Goa. It takes more than 2 hours to reach popular destinations like Candolim, Calangute, Fort Aguada etc. So we decided to rent a car, but the tenant refused to provide the car, the moment he came to know we are staying at Club Mahindra Varca Beach Resort .

                The taxi union outside the hotel asks for more than double the regular charge. They charge 30% more than amount taxi union charge at the Club Mahindra Emerald Palms which is not even 1-2 km away. The hotel staff behaves as a mute spectator and continued to express their helplessness. Hotel staff do not take responsibility of rude behaviour of the taxi driver.

                Room Service: For every single thing you need to ring reception (Front Desk) it took us 20 min and 100 attempts to call front desk as the no. is constantly busy or no reply. They took 45 mins to deliver the lunch i.e also incomplete ( salt, onion, pickle, was missing).Then we ask to repeat the order of breads it took them 45 mins, top of that they got the incorrect order. We made a complain to the front desk and ask to speak to the duty manager but nobody respond. The food at buffet (Breakfast) pathetic, serve cold food. There were live counters for South Indian food there was only one guy at each of these stations( dosa, eggs, paratha, poori). There are about 10 people standing in front of each of them. I go to the poori and paratha counter and ask for 1 each and he gives me stuff that he's already made!!! I thought it was live counter!!! Sad state. No one cares to serve water.

                Front office: Complete bunch of rude people, club Mahindra members are being treated as “Taken for granted” because we have taken the membership for 25 years and we are their slaves. Hotel staff do not have the courtesy to drop the luggage in rooms i.e. also need to be done by us. We think the staff are not really trained or expected to woo its guests, probably because of the timeshare concept. No Body Smiles, no one actually bothered about guests or their complaints and requests. Reception at any time would be full of guests who are either complaining or dissatisfied. They refused to take the Club Mahindra voucher which is given at a time of membership. Hence we had a loss of Rs. 7000/-

                No response received from member relation even though after sending the complaint 5 times.

                There is no need to say sorry Club Mahindra Team because u don't even give a damm to it..people are actually fools who takes your membership. u dont have proper customer care, ur all commitments are completely lie. Please stop this business of making other fool and get the money for ur family. before leaving ur home for selling ur product, see ur kids or mother's face.then do this drama..and let me know whether u can sell it or not.
                Plz Stop this fraud business.

                  I am a member of this holiday club from 2001 and have been paying my fees regularly. After 12 years the company comes to me with a pending claim of a pending instalment not recovered during my early payment schedule. This was explained as some accounting error in their system. Although i was hesitant i proceeded to pay because i didn't want to be claiming anything free of charge. However when i pay the amount it online it gets automatically transferred to my annual fees quota which is much lower than my pending payment. The company calls me to say the system again failed to park the funds in the right area of payment hence i need to pay the annual fees at the earliest failing which I may lose my membership. I have sufficient time to pay my annual fees but the staff is pressurising me to pay or lose membership due to their own system error. All this for their accounting error done so many years ago.

                    I had cancelled my club mahindra membership a year ago. Later in Oct-Nov 2013 the club mahindra pune branch send mr. shailendra to meet us to retain the membership. He talks really sweet and fools customers by asking for a acknowledgement saying we would like to retain the membership. After few days a emi hits your account and Club Mahindra without intimation and permission access my bank account details and hits a emi without my permission.

                    I am asking for refund from past 3 months and have got no reply from any personnel or branch. I have more than 12 email complain numbers and have really frustrated by this Club Mahindra.

                    Feels like slapping that Mr. Mahindra of Club Mahindra who takes away money from my account without my permission. "Frauds and False commitments"

                      it seems to be cheap marketing gimmick ...didnt expect from such a reputed group...even i faced similar problem...movie vouchers cannot be redeemed as they always get rejected due to technical error...

                        Hi, I am Saee Sanjay Bare. I have taken Club Mahindra membership on 30.1.2014. I have paid Rs. 22200/- as down payment. As my husband lost his job and we are going through financial crisis, on 10.2.2014, i have applied for cancellation of membership and asked for the refund of down payment. I have got auto generated mails from them that the process is going on & today I got call from their representative that, my membership will get cancelled but as per company clause, i cant get the refund of down payment.                           Sir, The trailing mail is self explanatory, i got your email ids from lucknow office, this is regarding my cancellation and refund of the advances that i paid and the correspondence is attached for your reference, Mr rohit from lucknow office had a long talk about my grievances and he agreed to that he will get my money refunded after we had a conference with MR shankar( on the line who sold me this policy), during the conversation it was proven that he misguided me and sold me falsely right after i purchased i have been approaching Mr. shankar to refund but he told me you once confirm with the HO call from mumbai then we can get your refund, second he never gave me the copy of the application i signed which i confirmed during the telephonic conversation in mumbai, when he so called frodged with me while selling this policy i registered a complain no 6184257, i got call from lucknow office MR. rohit after a long conversation and understood the grievance, he assured me he will do the need full and its in the process, today when i call again to lucknow office, message i get it can't be done from lucknow office and gave your email ids. I'm very sorry to see this poor example set by such reputed tag mahindra if you can handle a simple grievance how come you promise for such long term investment and relationship of 25-26 years I would request to take possitive action immediately.                             Dear Member Relations I went for a 48 month EMI plan under the advise from your Sales representative (Mr Sachin- Kanidivali thakur Mall Branch) that if the amount is paid off in the first year, no interest will be charged. I have been trying to get the accounts cleared after 11th EMI. However now i am being informed that the interest will be charged on the 12 months also. I would have not gone with the 48 month EMI, i would have kept it at 12 month only. My phone conversation with your call center representative (Mr Vishnu) also covered these same issues. He had taken my query and passed it on to seniors (i am not marked in that mail). Yet there is no revert. It is frustrating to keep calling your call center where there is no resolution since i am not able to get through accounts team. I am trying to reach your Andheri office- and that number doesn't even exist. I have to plan holidays and i have continued to pay the 13th and 14th EMI. I am ready to pay the interest being charged for those EMI >12 months. However it is unacceptable that i be asked to pay 16% for first 12 months also when i was told they are interest free.                               I am the member of club mahindra in the name of piyush kanungo my id is 2202044.
                              I have a booking for goa on 21/2/14 to 24/2/14 im my name but due to some reason i am not able to travell but my guest are travelling for which ui have already send u the guest list from my official email id and i am also ready to pay the guest fees also but still you are not allowing my guest to travell. It is but obvious that i have booked more than 1 room so my guest will be travelling. At times we dont get booking and when we get booking you are not allowing to travell. Co is only interested in making members but they dont want members to go to there resort when we see online booking is full and if we goto any agent they says booking is available.

                              I have even posted on tweeter they replied give us the contact details i gave contact details also but still no reply thay are not bother at all about the members .

                              I have told my friends about the bboking now it is the point of my image but mahindra is not at all interested to help there members.

                              CLUB MAHINDRA IS NOT INTERESTED IN MEMBERS BENIFIT THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE MONEY THEY ONLY GIVE MEMBERSHIP NAD NO BOOKING.I AM COMPLAINING FROM LAST 1 WEEK BUT THERE IS NO REPLY FROM CLUB MAHINDRA.I DONT NO WHY THET GIVE SUCH MEMBERSHIP IN WHICH THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE BOOKINGS DUE TO SOME RESON I AM NOT TRAVELLING BUT MY GUEST ARE TRAVELLING SO WAHT IS CLUB MAHINDRA HAVEING PROBLEM I DONT UNDERSTAND.

                              I HAVE SENT THE GUEST LIST ALSO FROM MY MAIL ID STILL THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING THIS IS THE WORST CLUB THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THER MEMBERS AT ALL.


                              DONT TAKE SUCH MEMBERSHIP IT IS BETTER TO TAKE ANY OTHER CLUB MEMBERSHIP.

                                We went to Cherai resort of club mahindra on 13th February 2014 and upon reaching there we were told that there was no rom available inspire of we having a confirmation voucher provided by club mahindra. The local staff offered us a stay in a local resort close to that place with no amenities and security. It's a shocking experience and this is an open fraud in the names of providing holidays.

                                  the only thing i will say is never go for club mahindra presentations, and dont go for club mahindra membership, they are always denying the resort availability and on the top asking for ASF fees.. if i have paid them the whole money of membership that doesnot mean they should always deny the bookings... i want my money back.. i will advise everybody dont go for membership, if any body wants to know about its pros and cons call me..
