Subject: Complaint against dealer cum service centre.
Respected Sir,
I am a customer of your company since July 2009. My two wheeler flyte Engine No.: PFEPE211035, Chassis no.: MCDPF181V91E04459, Registration No.: AS 03F-6663; Meter reading 8500 km has always been serviced at Modi Disel service station at Tinsukia. But I am really upset with the kind of response I got from dealer. I gave my scooter for repairing four times causing the same problem to the show room people. But still they did not repair it properly. What should I do? They are not looking to the scooter repair seriously. Is this what Mahindra’s customer satisfaction? I purchased the vehicle of Mahindra with more expectation but I am now more frustrated. I spent lot a time and energy for this.

Reg: not getting proper service

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased 10 scooty for sell them into market, i hve my own shop in khyala, near keshopur depot, new delhi.
So, the main problem for me is that no body is going to purchase your mahindera duro because of not getting proper services from you and Moreover they compare dis product with activa(Honda)which is more comfortable from Duro.

So, please contact me or solve my problem and i also have 25 years experience in this moto field and that true.(why customers are not purchasing your product).

    Dear Sir,

    I was invited to ClubMahindra outlet sector-35, chandigarh over phone, to which I visited along with my family . After spending an hour with an marketing executive Mr. Bhanu & Vinay, I was forced to convienced that I should take the membership. I asked him let us take a day to think over it and go through the product details and than we will take the decision. But, his aggressive marketing skills made us to take the membership on the spot, on 7th Feb 2012 by paying Rs.16833 on the spot by credit card. They filled the form & made 10 EMI vide credit card & i issued 2 cheques of HDFC bank in advance.

    After going through the document I came across clause that there is annual subscription fees of Rs.9681(which is extra). On the very next day i.e. 8th Feb 2012 I approached their office & given application for cancellation & receipt was given by Mr. Vinay & was told that your refund will be paid by chq. with in 1 month .I agreed with them but till date there is no refund has been received. After that I got one sms message on 02/03/12 saying wecome to club mahindra family. Next day i got sms that your membership no is 2406447.

    I called your call center about the story they told me that you 'll get a call from our office with in 2 days but till date nobody called up.
    I had called last week & given complaint no 3722955 for refund of my down payment paid Rs.16833/-

    please help me out of these fraud people & to get my money back.

    Club Mahindra — Refund Of Downpayment

    I am Arindam Das from Serampore (Hooghly) took the membership of Club Mahindra. I got my membership activated on 09th of September. Then I found certain blogs and post over the internet saying that many loopholes about the Club Mahindra Holidays. The membership clause says if one cancels within 10 days then he/she will get the whole money back of the down payment which is 33, 725 Rupees for this case. So I have sent one email on 19th of September for cancellation of my membership (Membership Id# 1369707). But now when I contacted the Kolkata Branch Office of Club Mahindra I got different response. One representative from Kolkata branch office of Club Mahindra says that if you give your first EMI I will ensure you will get 20, 000 Rs as returned money back. This is not a good example of business ethics rather it is a case of cheating common people. I am a Software Engineer and currently working in UK. I have put my hard earned money here. I am eligible for the money back. Though this people are not ready to give my money back.
    I am Kushal Pal Singh from Delhi. I took the membership of Club Mahindra. I got my membership activated on 09th of october. After a week, I requested for the cancellation of my membership.     Bitter Experience - No Transperancy - Poor Service

    I am a member with RED One Bed Room.
    The membership No: 1485634. The amount paid is Down payment of Rs.43, 727/-

    Today, ie on 1st July'09 I called the customer service for reserving munnar resort from 22nd August'09 to 30th August'09.Your executive told me to wait till he checks and he told me after 3minutes that it is not available from 22nd but available from 24th Aug'09.As it is blue season I asked him to recheck and he took 5minutes to recheck and told me that it is available from 23rd Aug'09.Before confirming the line got disconnected.
    I called again after 20 minutes.Another executive attended and I explained everything to her and she made me wait 5 minutes and said I have to take one bed room accommodation as one bed room is not available. I told her that the other executive has checked and informed me that it is available.She rechecked by taking another 5 minutes and told me that I have to take two bed room accommodation only.when I explained her that mine is a small family as such I do not need two bed room and at the same time I do not want shorten my holiday by utilizing bigger accommodation.

    I feel that there is no transparency in your reservation system.When one can book domestic as well as international flights online and train tickets and bus tickets online and hotel bookings online, TTD is providing online booking for e-seva and accommodation, then why aren't you able to provide online reservation. I feel there is something fishy about this.You are creating artificial demand and making us pay extra amounts.

    Immediately I have come to the conclusion that the company is fooling the public I requested for cancellation of membership and return the down payment that I have made.I have already mailed two times for the cancellation.

    I request you to note this as a notice to the company.

    My Membership No is 1875917, is there any way for me to get back the down payment of Rs. 26, 570/- because I have lost faith in this company's capability in giving me a satisfactory holiday !
    Club Mahindra... STAY AWAY from the company... I am a (un-happy) member too, even after paying so much, I do not get my holidays, they ask us to plan 6 months in advance, all services in their resorts are to be paid extra, dining charges are too high, ASF (annual subscription fees) to be paid extra each year in addition to membership fees (the ASF charges increase every year), not all resorts have kitchenettes... long list of issues which the management doesn;t care for, all they want is to make new members.     Indira - please stop posting the same old lines on all the complaints, whatever the resolution, please post it here so that everyone should know what CM is doing for the complaints.

    Mr.Vinit Parekh also gave me false information, when i checked here i dont like approach of any of mahindra executive.so i mailed him to terminate my membership as it is in 10 days now no one is answering my phone or no reply to my mail.Mr. vinit told you cant terminate membership because u took in anniversary offer.i know this is not correct because when i told him to send email stating that.he not replied.
    mr. saurav tell me what i have to do to take my downpayment back as it is within 10 days.

    Hi All,
    I have this CM membership and I already have paid 5 emi's on top of the initial registration, what I have experienced are here below:
    (1)even after you ended up paying your full membership amount you will have to pay 9000+ amount for yearly maintenance fee (even if you wont avail your holiday) so just keep in mind that for rest of 25yrs you will have to pay 9+ every year.This they will skip or just one liner where certainly you will miss that.
    (2)The so called gift vouchers : now lets say if you are in mumbai then you cannot redeem you gift vouchers against any of the resorts which will be close to mumbai. In other words you will have to take leave and bear the travel expenses and then go far to their specific resort just to redeem those vouchers so be prepare for this also.
    (3) AVAILABILITY: being a working class guy we all know taking leaves are not always easy and if you are lucky enough to get one month before and planning to enjoy your holiday in CM resorts then I am very much certain that you wont get the availability or if it would be there it must not be matching your leave taken. SO FIRST CHECK THE RESORT AVAILABILITY THEN SEEK LEAVE FROM YOUR MANAGER ...lol
    (4)FALSE CLAIM: as CM says they have so many resorts within india, when you will plan for your holiday you will limit your choice, they have only limited resorts and there is one fine line " if you visit one resort then for another fixed period you cannot avail the same" so check this also.
    (5)Quality of resorts might be 5star as what they claim, not sure but certainly dont limit your choice as you might want to visit Goa you might not get resort availability there and they may ask you to visit uttranchal, for the EMIs you paid you may get very good hotels at the same season and same quality when CM refuse to give you availability.
    (6)The cancellation poilicy is also vague, if you call to cancellation they will just point you to CLAUSE NO. X PARA Y so careful keep your EXIT DOORS OPEN.

    My figures are paining now to type this endless flaws and how CM trap you by showing the lollipop, guys before jumping just take some lesson from people who are already drowned. Those were my experiences if you do want to take this CM membership do clear yourselves about all the mentioned points above.
    I have enrolled for a membership on[protected] through one of the Sales manager named Mr. Prakash Mishra from Growels, Kandivali branch. I was cheated by some lucrative offer and so paid him Rs. 26, 200/- through my credit card. But later on I realised all the offer and promised and not correct so I decided to cancel the membership and get my refund of Down payment as promised by the Sales manager and mentioned in the Application form.
    I am being trying to contact the Sales manager from past 2 days but there is no response from his side. Which is very obvious proof of services offered by Club Mahindra. I would like to escalate this issue to highest authority of club mahindra and still the there is no responses I would ask my lawyer and press to intervene which would not be good for Club Mahindra.

            This matter starts from that day,when I have participated in mahindra drawing competition ,through my school.after 20 days I got a phone call from their sales executive, that you had won a free trip vouncher to all over india of 3 days and 2 nights.They call me at saphire hotel in yamunanagar.but when iI reach their,they asked my father to take membership of 1 to 2 lacks etc etc.

            Fraud Gift Vouchers
            Club Mahindra Holiday Resort looks luxury name but I had a very worst experience. I had been called by one of the sales executive informing about Prize ( i.e. a free Gift Voucher ) which I won from Mahindra Holiday resorts India.

            The story starts from here, when I wanted to avail that I came to know that you can avail this voucher only at the specified period, not on weekends and you have to apply three months in advance and they will confirm based on the availability which they will never do.

            My only suggestion to the viewer here is that they are not transparent and consistent in their delivery so please be aware. I would like to attach the mail exchange which I had with them.

              We are really surprised to see how Club Mahindra makes fool of people and their time.

              We got proper grilling for 1 hour by your Club Mahindra Rajouri Garden office for taking membership. We were called for pick up of Free 2 Nights and 3 days Hotel Coupon for anywhere in India . But we never know they will make fool of people like this. FIRSTLY, we lost our precious tiime in listening to their fake commitments which they might have not followed if we had took their membership. Thanks to God, we saved our money in putting in Dustbin tour plans made by CLub Mahindra. We notopted for their membership so they are not giving any reservations for their fake FREE Coupons for Goa Holidays.

              Being part of Mahindra Group, Such a fake commitments will destroy your name in India and other part of world too.

              Here are your thousands of complaints by members and Non Members of Club Mahindra. Kindly have a look into the acts done by Club Mahindra and their sales team. Fake Commitments and Stories continues in pan India Basis. Club Mahindra trained so called Member Relations who wasted precious time of people and money too who took their membership.

                No refund of membership amount after cancelling membership

                Hi.
                I had taken membership of club mahindra holiday. They had given me some offer. Next day, i went there to cancel my memmbership. They refused to cancel it and said they will not refund any amount also. Its not mentioned on there form, that there is no refund even if you cancel membership next day.
                I had called there customer care so many time. They are not giving me any information in this regard
                Nobody is telling...

                Repeated sir,

                I bought club mahindra membership ten years ago.

                My club mahindra membership no. is[protected]. season white 1 bed room.
                In the name of 1) mr. indravadan amrutlal shah, 2) sachin indravadan shah. at staying in flat no. 7, mahavir darshan complex, 267, bhavani peth, pune 411042

                I mr sachin i. shah son of mr. indravadan shah and write now i am stay in mumbai

                I bought this membership on jan-2002 at rs 1, 49, 000/- i paid full payment that time his sales person does not says about asf charges which are now 12, 000/- per year. this membership is valid upto jan-2034 which is total 33 years membership.

                Membership of rs that time i taken at rs, 1, 49, 000/- and its asf charges of rs 12, 000/- every yearly, and every year it asf charges are incese of rs, 2000,/- to 3, 000/- so on my total 33 years. approx years * asf charges which is 33 years * 12, 000/- asf p. a. = total asf charge rs. 3, 96, 000/- which is higher then the membership


                From last ten years any person doesn`t call us for payment of asf not send any conformation letter for the payment of this charges.

                Today when i want to book for holidays so i call in its pune branch on no. is[protected] to spock miss geeta
                O she said that your asf charges are pending of rs. 96, 997/- and my whole past holidays are also lepas

                I worte 3-4 mail to the [protected]@clubmahindra.com regarding my problem. on last mail i worte harshly about my problem on same day from chennai i received call on[protected] this no. a lady en sour that my problem solve within 3 days but still today its not solve. and i call on last saturday regarding of my problem status its still not done and every time says working on this problem.

                O i want to londge complaint about this company for the last 20 days for the heasment and giving very bed service

                I had paid Rs25000/- in the month of Feb 2009, and was informed that if i cancel the membership within 10 days, the entire money will be refunded back. ( all written documents available)

                I have informed them within 10 days for cancelling the membership as required, but till date i have not received the amount. Called the several times but no accurate response and just delaying the activity by giving different dates for refund.

                  I Tarun Juneja had applied for a Club Mahindra membership two years back. They offered me a trip with the membership worth Rs.2,75000/-. I paid the initial money Rs. 47000/- approx. but after availing the trip I found that this is not worthwhile. Then I stopped rest of the EMI and requested them to cancel my membership on phone. After a long time I got a mail from them asking for reactivation of membership. But I wrote them that I want to cancel the membership and asked for the refund of Registration amount of Rs.47000/-. Now these people are denying for the refund. Please help me out if I don't want to take the membership why I am being penalised for a huge amount of Rs.47000/-.

                  Had taken membership( ID-621458)in march 2008 in name of my wife.and withdrew the membership in the stipulated period as per their documents, and as per the documents the money was to be refunded within 30 days.I have contacted the office at Bikaji Cama place every month but of no avail. Twice the reps of the company gave mails giving specific dates for refund but nothing happened. what can I do

                    We had recently been to the Tungi Resort,Lonavala had a worst experience of our life. When i was getting the booking done & interacting with your helpline & the employees based in Lonavala, no one mentioned on the distance from main lonavala nor about the roads. I being pregnant is not suppose to drive through the type of roads we travelled. Also once we reached there while walking towards the view of Lake Pavna near your reception area there is a step for which there is no sign baord 'mind your step' neither anyone who was to guide as its not much visible. I had a terrible fall & got an alignment fracture on my left foot. What if something would have gone wrong as i being a pregnant lady anything was possible. Also heard from people around that earlier also a few people had a fall from the same place, then why was it not taken care of. I would like you to take this matter seriouly and compensate for the loss i had, I need immediate action on the same.

                          I was driving my car in the ring road when I reached the 5 Block Jayangar Mutt circle I stopped my car in red signel on 10/01/2012 at 6.30 pmbut a tempo traveller name of ABB of SRS travels it dashed my car in the back but he din't stop in the red signal. I contacted police who was in the signel din't respond he told go to police station and give complaint. Because police people will get bribe from SRS travels. He went but when I went back of him I coud'nt get but could stop the vehicle I found another vehicle of the same ABB company vehicle of the same SRS travels. But when I stopped him of number KA01 D 431 he started using bad words. So went I contacted SRS travels Kalasipalya head office they told to contact Venkatesh. But Krishnappa of number[protected] came and told Company is not responsible for it and I din't ge any thing. He told everyday SRS vehicle will be creating many accidents in the city what can we do we will not pay anything to you if you want you can give police compaint and calim. But company will not give you anything. If the licence is given to such a company like SRS or any other they will cause many problem in the city. Just because the want to reach on time. You should not let SRS travels to run the company you shoud cancel the licence of the SRS travels and take all the SRS travels vehicle and put in the police station. So that further no one will ever cause any problem in traffic.

                            After this experiance the only thing which come to my mind is its a
                            "Pathetic" Company & will give this feedback to all my firneds. I know
                            my mail will not matter to you but, in long run you will take a big
                            hit on this.

                            I visited your center at Hub Mall Goregaon and spend my 1 hour on your
                            idiotic scheme. I was promised a Gift voucher and movie tickets. Only
                            got a gift voucher [movie tickets - jaane do, I think company can't
                            afford that]. Now when this voucher was send for redemption following
                            reply was given to us [Please check trail mail]

                            If you want I can give you complete recording of our conversion [As my
                            no is registered with press].

                            If you cant fulfill your promise dont commit such things..Once more I
                            want to reitterate that your service and commitment is "Bakwas"

                              It is true that the club mahindra executives promises wrong commitment to sale their club mahindra membership

                              After seling the membership they transferred to other location to make peoples fools in other locations

                              Hence if any body is cheated by such executives plz send the details of cheating and fraud done by the company,

                              So that we can lodge fir in joint manner and discuss the matter with local adminstartion where the resorts are located

                              We will also start blog campaigning against the fraud done by the company and their executives

                              We will organize jointly press confrense to rais the issues so that other innocent peopels specially senior citizen and family will not chetaed in future

                              Mare writing complain on internet will not effect the company activity hence we must come front in one banner so that we can fight with this big corporate

                                Club Mahindra has invited me and my wife for a club mahindra promotion in Nov'11, on completion of presentation was offered a free holiday coupon and couple movie tickets. Only free holiday coupon was offered stating that its valid for 6 months. when Applied for it got a email from customer service team that its not valid and you can not avail holiday on these dates as you need to book holiday [even free holiday option] 6 months in advance.
                                When coupon is given for 6 months how can we book holiday before 6 months?
                                When complaint was made Club Mahindra representative Mr Prince told me this is the process and can complaint if required. what kind of service is this?

                                i am fully agree you are lucky that you cheted early and not joined the membership but i have cheted by the company after depositing the large EMI

                                  At the time of selling their product they explained that the cost of one night stay in their Resorts would be less than Rs. 1500.00 & they told that many offers will be given if we become member immediately [same day]. So, I paid Rs.5000/- as advance & balance I did not pay as I learnt from the application form that the maintenance charges are higher & this was not mentioned during signing of the contract.
                                  Later I got repeated calls to pay the balance, so that my membership will be made & can be cancelled during the recession period.
                                  So, i became member & immediately applied for refund during the recession period.
                                  I got got a mail immediately the the refund will be done within 30 days, but now it is nearing 80 days, still the refund has not come.
                                  I am writing mails every couple of days, but there is no reply.
                                  Even I have written about approaching the consumer forum & still no reply.
                                  I have all mail copies & telephone call records with me
                                  My club mahindra membership was cancelled as on 12.10.2011 but still i have not recieved my member ship money refund.
                                  kindly help to resolve this issue at the earliest.
                                  I am getting a very bitter feeling on the whole Mahindra group & thinking of selling all Mahindra group shares.

                                    on 05.06.2011, at 1516 hrs. from [protected] I received the Text Message (Message :-Exclusively for U and Ur spouse A free 3 days Luxury Holiday Voucher as our priority customer . Sms & Confirm ur Name , Car & Res. Location & await a call in 2 days) I resoponded the message
                                    and i called to collect the voucher from Club Mahindra Office situated at Metro Junction Mall Kalayan east

                                    On 06.06.2011 at 1900 hrs. while i visited in the office alongwith my spouse to collect the voucher , I been told to receive the voucher, the condition is that i have to listen the 1 hour presentation of club mahindra .

                                    The executive started showing us the clipings on laptop of Holiday Homes of club mahindra , He was tring to enroll our name to the club mahindra by showing us attractive packages, Lastly after 1 hour & 15 minutes talk we were agreed for the membership and we paid the down payment
                                    Rs. 16837/- through credit card . we have signed the agreement paper and came back home , after some days i got the confirmation call , i confirmed my membership then i received the full kit of papers, membership card, id password etc. while i gone through the rules and regulations i found that some of the points are not discused and not explained to me by the executive , It was Hiddened at the time i accepted the membership

                                    The following points are not disscussed at the time of membership

                                    1. Executive not informed about the HSD part
                                    2. Executive not informed that I can not use the complimentary offer in Varca goa resort
                                    3. Executive not informed about the ASF will get revised every year...
                                    4. Executive told that I will get the food discount upto 30 to 40% when i will visit resort...actually it is only 10%
                                    5. Executive told that EMI was i am getting charged is interest free .

                                    Therefore I found that i have been cheated by the executive , I contaced to the higher Executive Mr. Ajit Torte and explained my grivences and requested him to close my membership .

                                    EMI Rs. 4293/- month are kept on hold by club mahindra , i requested the authority to close my membership and return me back the down payment since i have not been explained about the entire pacakage / scheme/ of the Club Mahindra at the time of membership

                                      Sir,

                                      I have received a call around 2.00 p. M., on 17.11.11 from club mahindra holidays inviting me with my family (Mandatorily) to their office at mulund, mumbai to collect gift vouchers, which we have purportedly won, by participating in lucky draw coupon distributed in “r-mall” thane during our shopping therein on 13.11.11.

                                      Further it was insisted, that we should come only on that day i. E. 17.11.11, as they have organized a meet for their customers on the eve of their foundation day. By evening, we have received 4 reminders from their office, seeking confirmation of our visit.

                                      Based on the request, we have visited their premises on 17.11.11 at mulund, mumbai at around 8.30 p. M. We were advised to wait for 15 minutes and later finally attended by ms. Mittal bhalla, senior relationship executive. She gave a presentation for about 45 minutes, about club mahindra holidays, details about their various holiday homes and schemes of investments in brief etc., we were further lured by offering 5 additional / bonus benefits for spot enrollment as a special offer for that special day. Based on their customer oriented approach (!), we have enrolled our self for 25 years membership, swiping my credit card for rs.27, 500/= being 10% down payment and subscribing for ecs debit for the balance amount. Though she explained some details, we have not been provided with any information leaf-lets about the product to have a holistic approach about the product and terms and conditions.

                                      Back home, on collecting details from various sources and on working out the cost benefit analysis, we have decided to opt out from subscribing to the scheme offered to us as the same was not found beneficial. Immediately on 18.11.11, i contacted ms. Mittal and conveyed my request for withdrawal and requested her not to process my application further. I also requested her to refund the amount collected, as the option for withdrawal without any cost is available to the customers uptill 10 days of subscription (As per their rule book). I have also conveyed the same to her through an email on 18.11.11.

                                      Ms. Mittal advised us to visit their premises next day to have a formal chat and formalize the process. As directed, we have visited their premises on 20.11.11 and had a lengthy discussion with her and mr. Anand khanvilkar the branch head as introduced. At the end of the discussion, mr. Anand told that our request for withdrawal will be considered immediately and also requested us to look in to the option of one more entry level plan (Rs.1, 75, 000/=) on a future date. I have confirmed and conveyed the discussion points that we had at their office on 20.11.11 night, by writing a mail to ms. Mittal on 21.11.11 and once again requested her to process the refund on withdrawal of application.

                                      The request was followed up with ms. Mittal and feedback mail id of club mahindra for confirmation and updating on refund through mails dated: 22/11/12; 25/11/12. However no response either.

                                      On 29.11.11, received a reply from ms. Sharayu kulkarni, member relations, confirming that my request for cancellation is registered on 29.11.11 and assigned number 038-998. It was further informed therein that the request will be processed with in a month’s time i. E, by 29.12.11. I immediately informed club mahindra that my request for cancellation was dated 19/11/11 and not on 29/11/11 and requested them again for speedy processing.

                                      Again i started following up with mails dated 02/12/11, 04/12/11, 09/12/11 with officials concerned apart from following up with ms. Mittal in her mobile number.In response, ms. Mittal in her mail dated 10/12/11 informed that she is now transferred to vashi branch and advised me to follow up only with mr. Anand khanvilkar and mr. Sagar kajabajae by giving their mail ids. However, i requested ms. Mittal by return mail to co-ordinate as she was the crm for my application. Since then i started keeping mr. Anand and mr. Sagar also in loop for all my further communications.

                                      I again started following with all the officials concerned through my mails dated 11/12/11, 12/12/11; 13/12/11; 14/12/11; 20/12/11; 22/12/11; 24/12/11; 26/12/11 & 28/12/11 followed up with telephonic request with call centre agents on 28/12/11.

                                      In response, i received mail from ms. Padmavathy kannan on 28/12/2011 stating that they are referring the matter to vashi branch and revert back in 3 working days. I responded to her stating that as the matter is overdue now, and requested her to expedite the issue immediately.

                                      Surprisingly within an hour’s time i received one more mail from ms. Sharayu kulkarni, member relations stating that i have to wait till 15/01/2012 for the refund. Puzzled by the mail again i strongly protested for their attitude and requested them to process and respond immediately without any further delay. Again i followed up with the entire lot on 29/12/2011 and 30/12/2011, but no response.

                                      It is a pain to note, for scouting membership, the relationship manager’s follows up frantically (In my case 4 calls in three hours of time) and lure the customers with offers.

                                      However, don’t bother even to respond once their work is over, “so customer centric (!)” approach.


                                      My prayers:

                                      A. I pray for justice, for the indifferent attitude of m/s. Club mahindra holidays in not retuning the funds even after 40 days without assigning any reasons for the same.
                                      B. To refund my money along with interest @ 36% (I have paid them by swiping my credit card and the bank charges me with this interest) for the delayed period. I. E 30 days from the date of request for withdrawal.

                                      Date of payment through credit card was 17/11/11.
                                      Date of withdrawal : 19.11.11.
                                      Time for processing as per their terms is 30 days.

                                      Hence, i demand interest for the delayed period from 20.12.2011 onwards till the date of payment.

                                      Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund delay

                                      I was lured to take a membership of club mahindra holidays. I sent in a request for cancellation of that membership on 02 jan 2009. (During the cool off period). I was assured that the refund will take 30- 45 days. Inspite of constant there was no response from the clubmahindra side regarding these queries. When they were contacted i was told that refund is possible only in month of may. Reason they can't cancell too many memberships in a month. Is it my problem if they can't do that. As per their company written guidelines and as per their senior staff the refunf should be there in 30 days (max 45 days). Now after 60 days i am told that (that too after atleast 10 reminders) it can be done only in may.

                                      Responsibility to pay me interest for the same.

                                      (A) using my funds from 19.12.11 to 08.01.2012 (19 days).
                                      (B) for the mental torture that i have received, due to irresponsible /

                                      I made a complaint on deficiency in service and sought proper compensation for the same. After prolonged communication the company has refunded me the amount but still to pay me interest for the delayed period (As per their tat). I am just attaching the communication for redressal once again.
