Dear, I have club mahindra membership for many years. I was sold the membership by sales personnel saying that I pay need to pay AMC if I tak vaction for that year. Also promised me to dispatch the membership kit to my foreign address. To my surprise I did not received the membership kit for almost 9 months. When I complained via E-mail I received a feedback that they do not dispatch it to foreign address. But lots for communication they dispatch it to my foreign address. Due to this delay I could not cancel the membership, as membership refund is possible with in six month, which was already passed due to delay in dispatching all details. When I complained about that I am being cheated by CM sales personnel and I want refund of the subscription. They refused saying that I will only get 50, 000/- out of 2, 50, 000/- because I am requesting refund after 6 months. Since I do not have any other option I have continued the membership. Now How I can get refund because the sales personnel sold me membership by giving wrong information. As club mahindra is refusing to refund and not answering my e-mails as well. This is Ankur Khakhar here. I too have been a victim of the fraud/ cheating by club mahindra. I am going to take this fight with these unethical and fraudulant practices. But you and I alone can not do much, we need to get united and we need to get other such people who are being and have been fooled by Club Mahindra.

      Hi, I think Club Mahindra trained their Sales team in manner that they should report the office with100 cheques otherwise they will not get their salary.

      As I was going through the comment and review, I totally agreed about their rude behavior, un professional behavior even I found them humiliating the client if you call them for presentation and not buy the products.

      Few Names I dealt with was Mr. Khan, Mr. Sunil Tiwari. They even comment to a extent of your inability to purchase their product. The Comment I got was " You can not afford our product then why you called me ?"

      I am very much sure, the whole management of CM is involved in this.

      Just beware and don't called their Sales man for presentation.

        I had taken the membership on 5/11/2013, wide my membership ID is allot ed 2529805. As company sales persons are called me frequently up to my membership when my payments are cleared only once call for confirmation.At the time of taking membership they told that after clear my both payments we are sending some kits etc, which is not received till today and they commit to refund amt.Rs.7000/- which also not send, and also they commit to arrange some persons who will arrange and planning for my holidays which I plan for Jan.or Feb.So now I am very frosted with these types of services and behaviors so I am now not interested and kindly refund my all payments.

          I am Satish Immanena, who has been a member of ZEST Mahindra holidays since 4 years. Recentely in the month of September a representative by name, Nihar, from Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd, Leela Holiday World, B-15, leela galleria, Leela Palace, Old Airport Road, Bangalore – 560008. tel no:[protected] contacted me for upgradation of membership. He was supposed to meet me in this regard on 24/9/2013 but never turned up. As I was planning a weekend holiday on 23/11/2013, I called the customer care on 21/11/2013 for reservation. To my surprise, they said that my membership has been cancelled as I have applied for upgradation of the same. When I narrated my experience with Mr. Nihar, they were not in a postion to help me out instead, I was told that I will be getting a call from the concerned department which never happened. after some research, I found out the actual people to be contacted and spoke to Mr. Sandeep from their Koramangala office. I understand that they have an application for the new membership and cancellation request for the previous membership signed by me. It is a clear case of fraud and forgery as I have never signed nor seen a application form for the new membership. Now I am waiting for them to sort out the matter internally and get back to me.

              Dear Sir, I have purchased the membership of club Mahindra holidays in March 31st 2013 with Membership ID # 2494568 with initial payment of 21900 INR. Thereafter, i paid another 70000 rs but Club Mahindra is still asking for 2.5 lacs of rupees against my initial agreed amount of 3 lacs. Two payments are not reflected in the statement they provided. I have initially opted for 4 years payment plan recommended by their sales person, they are charging a interest of 14% per year on that, when i came to know this, i had given an application of changing to 1 year interest free payment plan with 1st installment as per 1 year plan. they are still asking for the interest amount & saying their local representative has misplaced the payment plan change request so they are not able to change it. I don't understand why would I suffer due to their staff negligence? Pl interfere & resolve the matter. Regards, Anil kumar, [protected]

                  My name is Wenster Isaac Dsouza and I am one of those also frustrated with Club Mahindra Holidays in UAE . I have also been cheated like many others in Dubai and International and have decided to take some action against them here in Dubai Court for that I was thinking that if we all do it together then we can bring them to their knees. We have paid huge amounts of money to get these memberships and these people behave as if they have done us a favor. Today (October 17th 2013 ) I had a fight with the Dubai Branch of Club Mahindra. Really shameless people.

                  I am in the process of collecting as many names as possible of Club Mahindra members who are frustrated so we can jointly file a case to get our money back in Full along with interest and penalty. We can also go to press to Sue them in UAE and Ban them .

                  I am based in Dubai and work for a Local Bank out here .

                  Brief description of the bad experience you had: Well i was informed by Mr Sandeep the Sales rep from Dubai region that the Fees would only be INR 15500 for 24 months what i need to pay, and after few days i have got a call verification to confirm my payments due to my Indian Cheque from OBC presented and i got to know that i have to also pay them INR 12000 every year for maintenance Charge and i have told them to Stop Processing and send me proper details regards to this issue as i will not take the membership is that's so as i will land up in paying them an amount of INR 6 Lakhs above for this CM Membership . And there was no information given to me regards to a time frame of 10 days is required that we need to inform if we need to cancel our Membership after signing the Documents for the Process, so its now since few days they have been in touch with me and calling me and they inform me that they can only refund me 60 % of the Amount payed as per their Policy . If i need to cancel and also they are asking me for Proof of when did i inform the sales agent that i will Cancel and they need written Evidence or Emails which i haven't done as i used to just be in touch with the Agent Mr Sandeep on Phone . I need all UAE and Gulf People to Back me up in this Protest and meet me so we can take this issue to the Dubai court as soon as possible .

                    One of your agent called on my wife’s number this Saturday i.e.[protected] and asked her to come to nearest Mahindra holidays office to collect movie ticket as well as free 3D/2N holiday voucher.
                    When we reached the office they told us about the 45 min presentation which was not disclosed over the call.
                    We agreed for the presentation and even paid the 10% initial down payment towards the membership. But I don’t want to continue with it and want to cancel the membership.
                    I just wanted to know What is the company policy against cancellation of the membership as it has been only 2 days that I took the membership.
                    And what procedure I have to follow to get my money back.
                    I have not submitted any identity proof so they have still not generated any member id against my name.
                    I asked the agent she is saying amount will not be refunded. But if I have not submitted any identity proof then how can they say no to refund my money back.

                    As per the conversation above i have provided my contact details at the given link.
                    Kindly contact me asap. I have taken the membership on 12th oct but now i want to cancel it and as per your cancellation policy as i m in the resicission period i should get my initial downpayement of 10% i.e. 22, 200 rupees back as refund.
                    But your agent saying that i will not get my refund back, Mind you i have not even submitted any identity proof with the document.

                    I Amit Chaudhary and my wife Monika Chaudhary have taken the membership of club Mahindra on[protected]. But we want to cancel this membership.
                    We have filled the membership form but have not submitted ID proof & PDC/Cancel cheque. We have done the initial 10% down payment of 22, 200 Rupees to club Mahindra via debit card.
                    Membership ID is not yet generated as we did not submitted any ID proof.
                    As per Terms and conditions given in the form we are cancelling the membership with in 10 days of the initial payment so we are liable to get our down payment refunded.
                    I contacted Shahida your club Mira road office manager and she said for refund i have to submit two PDC, one cancelled cheque and ID prood so that they can generate my membership ID and then start the process of refund.
                    So as requested by your Mira road office manager Shahida I gave her 2 post Dated cheque of 7th Dec 2013 and 7th Jan 2013 and a ID proof so that they can generated my member id and then process cancellation and refund process.
                    I have also gave her such a letter in written so that can consider my membership as cancel and start the process for the same.

                    I repeat please consider my membership as cancelled and as i am sending this request with in 10 days please refund my money as well.

                      I have enrolled for Club Mahindra membership in Jan/09 and given booking amount of Rs 50000/- Member ID:- 1432919 Due to some reasons I have send email to stop EMI on Feb 5 2009 and cancel Club mahindra membership on Jul 1 2009. But they have not returned a single rupee from my booking amount. This should not be done as its not a small amount for a middle class family.

                      This is Ankur Khakhar here. I too have been a victim of the fraud/ cheating by club mahindra. I am going to take this fight with these unethical and fraudulant practices. But you and I alone can not do much, we need to get united and we need to get other such people who are being and have been fooled by Club Mahindra.

                        I was called in for an presentation in Mumbai- Infinity Mall Centre. I reached there on time, and after a wait period of 30 minutes, I and was taken in for an presentation. And without starting the presentation, the first question asked was "WHY HAVE YOU COME HERE". The representative Mr ROOPESH was totally rude, irresponsible. We were made to believe as if we had come there only to collect free voucher and we are something beggar or so... I was totally shocked and left with no words the kind of attitude the representative had, and very sorry to say I left the place and had a fight with the repsentative, and I didnt take the free voucher. The presentation so called is only to make fool of people and CLUB MAHINDRA doesn;t have any respect to wards its client or customer. I strongly protest and will continue to do so in future also. Name sameer from nawashahar, he told me all about the plans and took rs 25, 700 from me and rest for installments. But unfortunately on the same very day my car met with an accident which costed me for more than 30, 000 bill, and at the same time i reviewed what he has committed and the actual payment to be made to club mahindra, there was a diff of 65, 000 in that which was not told me at the time of filling the form. Still he immediately deposited 21, 700 in my axis bank account and promised to give back remaining amont i. E rs 4000 after 10 days as he has spent it. But as on date i have requested him number of time on ph to give the same. But he is not responding. Plz take the matter seriously and help to get my money back from this agent from nawashahar.                             Membship Club Mahindra (written as CM hereafter)- ID 2340838 since May 2011 Facts-In May 2011, Gunjan Dutta made me member of CM for one bedroom red zone on the price of Rs 4.65 lacs and ASF of Rs.12629 payable in 2102 Feb on holiday start period. The authenticity of the prices of the same was confirmed by his the then manager Mr Bhardwaj and subsequently by their welcome latter, attached herewith for your ready reference, and welcome call by their relationship management deptt recording of the same must be available with their RMD deptt. In March 2012, I recd an invoice from Club Mahindra for Rs. 13593 in place of Rs12629 as mentioned in their documents, subsequent mails and welcome call. This was highlighted to the concerned deptt and after much telephonic discussions and e mails, the additional amount was waived off and under protest I made the payment of 12629 .I protested thru a call to Isha Adhikari that it was term and condition of contract and can not be waived by them the recording of the call will be available with Club Mahindra after 26th March 2012. In March 2013, I recd an invoice for rs. 15091 for ASF amount with an increase of 8% due to increase in CPI by Reserve bank of India on last ASF amnt and which as per the calculations, should have been 13629 .I brought up the the issue for correction before them thru mail and to correctly invoice Rs 13629 incldg taxes. I explained the whole case once again to them along with documents and as canned copy of documents, i have all the emails, wrote to their MD Mr Rajeev Sawhney, Chairman Arun Nanda, Group CEO Mr Anand Mahindra but except VN Gopal no one responds and VN Gopal accepts that it was a mistake but asks me to accept the new amnt of ASf with the possibility of waiver of extra amnt only for this year only or they would terminate my membership with deduction of the holidays i enjoyed since 2012 as well as registration benefits. When I wanted to know the status of the interest on my membership amount of 4;65 lacs since may 2011 to till date at 15% market rate they are maintaining silence. They have blocked me from availing further holidays till i make the payment of ASF as they demanded although my membership amnt is still with them. Relief I want-. I have been blocked from enjoying the benefits of membership although they have my 4.65 retained with them. 2. If i discontinue my membership then they would deduct a major part from 4.65 lacs with their own rates along with registration benefits while they are responding to my request for 15% rate of interest on my 4.65 lacs membership fee. Similarly they have not mentioned abt refund of my last years ASF of 12629 with interest if they are deducting the accommodation tariff for the holidays i have stayed in their accommodation. 3. Their highhandedness and adamant attitude, non customer friendly attitude, fraudulent behaviour has made my two past two years miserable and frustrating in writing mails speaking to their executives and meeting their executives. 4. They have been threatening meto accept whatever amnt they have invoiced me and accept their instructions dishonoring their own agreed and signed terms and by calling them MISTAKES while all the facts clearly indicate that it was agreed terms confirmed by the membership amnt, welcome letter ( scanned copy attached herewith), welcome call( recording available with them)subsequent mails. 4. Unfriendly and apathy shown by thier MD, Chairman and Group CEO towards the request of their member towards the organisational adamancy, fraud and breach of contract by honoring the conditions which supports them anything or condition which does not support their wrong intentions to loot the hard earned money of mine they call that as their mistake and dishonor it. 5. they are intentionally disrespecting the law of the land and constitutional rights of consumer to take away the money of the customer, if not stopped than they would keep looting the money of customer. Compensation-1, I want that the ASF amnt as mentioned in their welcome letter dtd may 2011 should be honored for all the years of membership i.e. 25 yrs form holiday start year 2012 i.e RS. 12629 should be considered as base for calculating the CPI increase for 2013 i.e. 13600 calculated at the rate of 8% increase incldg taxes and 2013-14 amnt should be considered basis for ASF calculation for 2014 and 15 and so on. 3.Immediately, my membership should be unlocked from enjoying the benefits. 4. If they discontinue my membership then they should return my full amnt of 4.65 lacs with market interest along with ASF amnt Rs 12629 whic i paid for th eyaer 2012-13 5. Rs three lacs for my loss as if i take similar taype of membership of some other organisation then i will have to pay at least three lacs rs extra which if I would have bought in 2011. So this loss should be compensated. 6, Rs. 3lacs for my frustration and stress because of their apathetic and unfriendly behaviour and non hearing my issue by their top mgt.

                                Dear sir,

                                After getting various free stay coupons from club mahindra we intended to be come a member of their club. We paid the intial amount of rs.16833 on 29.09.2011 and afterwards 3 emis of rs.4293each. But after one emi i called up on their customer care no and explained about my serious finacial problems. I requested them to cancel my membership and refund my deposit amount & emis as i did not use any of their offers / coupons. Their customer lady told me that they will do so & refund my money & also gave me a reference no-3494552 for my request for which she told i will receive a call on the same matter within 24hours. But i didnt get any call from them even after a month. When i put mails intially they argued. They told they wont refund my money but they will cancell the membership. Even after telling this they kept on deducting money from my account. When ever i put any mails i just get an auto generated mail from them that they will get back to me.in the mail they dont mention any thing since it will become a document of evidence. They mention they regret & over ph they tell they will settle my account & refund my money but after that they keep quite.
                                Now i want to take action against them as they simply deducting money from my account. Now they have to pay me for taking this money illegally even aftaer several mails from my side. I want them to refund my money with interest & they have to pay double money for giving me mental torture even after getting so requests. I have all the mail copies as evidence with me. Kindly help me in getting back my money & in teaching them a lesson.

                                I dont want to discuss with u people as u people are cheating customers & taking un due advantage from them. I was keeping quite even after u people did so many nusances. Again on 10th u have deducted mnoney from my account. I will not bear this any more. U people have to pay a price for giving me so much mental torture. I will not leave u people any more. I have all the documents with me. How i have followed up with u & how u people have resolved my problems. Ur comapny is a cheat. I dont mind to tell it openly as it hurts me & the way u people have treated me. I want my account to be settled within 7days. I'm not going to keep quite this time.
                                I received a call from club mahindra on 16th from one of their depts in mumbai. I was told that they regret for this mistake. She told that I will get the response w/o fail by 18th. There is no response from their side. Again I received a call from the no-[protected]. I was told the same thing that they regret. Upon asking him about refund of my money & settlement of my account he assured the same thing they they will come back to me.Even if I call back on the same nos-[protected]/[protected], no body is responding.
                                Can anybody help me to take this organisation to court for illegally taking money from my account, for not settling my account, for not refunding my money. And for trying to take the advantage of the inability & softness of people who they think can't fight back. Can any consumer court fine them 10 times the money they have taken from me?????? Can I get any justice??????? Plz some body guide me.

                                    We have just taken our Membership of CM. ID no is : 2517460. While taking the membership, it was promised by an executive of CM that they will provide Credit Vouchers of Rs. 10000. within 15 days. but after 22 days it wasn't reached to my home/in my a/c. After tour of coorg we received the CV of rs 5000, instead of rs.10000. This is first fraud done by CM.
                                    Secondly more serous, we have already told to that fellow that we will decide about continuation of membership after our visit of coorg but that guy has done FORDGED SIGNED ON ECS FORM and presented to my Bank. I have talked number of times to their Chennai office but nothing done after 10 days
                                    I want justice for the concern matter immediately.

                                        Membership ID- 2479172‏ I agreed to a membership. I paid. However, IMMEDIATELY, ON THE SAME DAY, after payment I regretted inability to pay and requested refund. I refused to 'CLOSE THE CALL'. However, I was given assurance if I permitted to close the call, my refund issue 'will be looked-into'. However after protracted calls and emails I was only offered alternate packages and more alternate options and more free stays. I have refused all. However, after every comunication the sales/marketing people manage to keep the option open ended as if I am the one who is to revert back. The fact as I have told them is I DO NOT WANT THE MENBERSHIP. I am requesting for refund. Silence is all I get.
