I have taken Club Mahindra membership with ID 2511758 on 26 June 2013 But due to personal reasons, i have cancel my membership on 02 July 2013.     Thanks for reply.

    As per last conversion with u r representative, Pratibha Juneja(Member relation), i should get refund of cancellation amount till 24 August 2013. Same thing i got on mail.

    But today is 28 August 13, there is still no sign of transfer of amount, even no one is replying to my mails.

    Can u please let me know, when will i get refund, after contacting concern persons?

    Or Can u please let me know, to whom should i contact?

      Request to refund our money with interest & harassment done to our family members.

      Request to Club Mahindra Holidays done

      Kindly cancel all our wait list bookings, As per promises o[censored]pgrade to RED membership & will not face any reservations issues. As we were unable to get any reservations 45days before our plan holidays & tried best with all resources.

      Kindly refund over money with interest & harassment done to our family members.
      We will file consumer case against false promises done to us against the full membership payment done for 25yrs with RED membership.

      ASF payment done for year 2012 without able to use Holidays & lost Rs30,000/- on travel cancellations.

      Club Mahindra Holidays — Non fulfilment of promises

      At time of registration on 12th Sep, 2008, we were assured of goa booking for Oct1 to Oct 4 and we were told that the membership would be conditional on such booking. After repeated calls and email exchanges with their representatives, I did not got any confirmation for the goa booking. I came to know after calling their helpline no that they have not received any request for goa booking at all.

      This prompted me to cancel my membership on Sep 22. At time of booking I was told that the refund would come within 42 days as per the policy. It is Dec 24 today and I am still awaiting for my refund. Right now the official stand is the refund can not be made till Feb due to some accounting problem. what happens to my lose of interest?

      I am utterly displeased with my experience of Club Mahindra. I have a feeling that these poeple make promises which they dont intend to keep.

      Club Mahindra Holiday package — Misrepresentation of facts

      My club mahindra membership number is 1372807.

      I was provided false information regarding the holiday package to me by the representative of clubmahindra. However when I received the package I could see a lot of hidden costs in the package. I had purchased the package based on the information provided by their representative. When I received the package I found the hidden costs in it.
      When I approched the company for refund for 2 months there is no communication from their end.
      They say the cancellation should have come to them within 10 days whereas the first communication from them came to after more than 10 days.
      Interesting! I had been to thier pondy facility recently and I liked thier hosiptality & the facilites which I would rate as high standard

      Well! What are the hidden charges like as I am going to meet up with a Mahindra club rep tomorrow to go over their membership offer. That would be of great help to know those at the outset.

      I want to bring some fact in your notice for suitable action

      According to sale made by your faridabad office of Club mahindra on 17/05/2009 on following condtions

      1.This sale is made as one time holiday package for 6 night and 7 days at (4 days munnar and two days at ashtmadi ) . holiday is to start from 15.06.2009

      2. The comapny will provide me two air Return ticket and 5000.00 food voucher for using in above holiday


      3. but after chasing whole month to Mr. Shanwaj Khan, Mr. Sanjiv Gupta and Rajesh Gandhi confirmation comes to me only on 12.06.2009 at 2.30 pm for two days at munar two day at teckkday, two day at ashtmudi but two return air ticket and 5000.00 food vochers is not providing me till 3.00 pm on 13/06/2009, so I cancel all reservation on after 3.00 pm on 13.05.2009 .

      4.Kindly look into matter and tell me when I refund back my money given to your company

      Club Mahindra Holiday package — not fulfilled as promised

      respected sir we joined club mahindra on07/02/10.with a promise that they would give us a laptop Sonyvaio,food voucher worth rs 5000,and a holiday package to goa on a fixed date of 24 march to 27 march. we took this membership only on these condition which they had accepted for rs 36,800. but now they refuse to give us a confirmation for our booking in goa for a studio apartment .
      This membership was done in pasific mall by mr.rajiv.
      kindly tell us what can be done about it if there is no confirmation or any of their promised deals are not to be fullfilled then please refund me my money

      Club Mahindra representative approached me for membership. I agreed to become member provided he gave me a stay in their Resort at Goa as per their own scheme for the days I wanted. Based on that I paid initial installment and agreed to pay monthly installments. First monthly installment was also paid. However they kept mum about the reservation at Goa. I reminded them from time to time. I also made the airline ticket booking but no confirmation of stay came from Club Mahindra . I had to stay in other Hotel on those days. After I came back I informed that since this has happened I would like to cancel the membership and requested for return of the already paid amounts. I kept continuously writing mails on this they also promised to refund but no refund came. I am tired of following up. Can you help
      STAY AWAY from the company Club Mahindra... I am a (un-happy) member too, even after paying so much, I do not get my holidays, they ask us to plan 6 months in advance, all services in their resorts are to be paid extra, dining charges are too high, ASF (annual subscription fees) to be paid extra each year in addition to membership fees (the ASF charges increase every year), not all resorts have kitchenettes... long list of issues which the management doesn;t care for, all they want is to make new members.       Indira - please stop posting the same old lines on all the complaints, whatever the resolution, please post it here so that everyone should know what CM is doing for the complaints.
      Dear Readers,

      You will be well versed with the Club Mahindra promise of visiting their outlets and seeing a 45 mins presentation for which they give you a free holiday voucher and cinema tickets.

      PLEASE DO NOT fall for this trap, though we diligently attended the presentation at their Kandivli premises for about 2 hrs, and respectfully refused to accept their offer as we thought it did not fit our cost-benefit equations - we were handed over only the Hoiday Voucher and not the cinema ticket vouchers.

      To top it, when we logged into their website to register and use the gift vouchers, the website says the voucher is INVALID. Repeated emails and calls to their offices have elicited no response.

      A humble request to all of you to not attend these presentations and if you still do - please make sure they hand you the vouchers and other promised gifts before the ppt starts. Make sure you check the validity of the voucher in their office itself.

      It's one of the biggest scams I have seen from a respectable corporate house like Mahindra.

        Never make mistake to Buy Mahendra Scooter / Bikes

        Hi,

        I am from Nashik-Maharashtra and I made big mistake by purchasing Mahendra Rodeo, about 3 years back. At that time this was the costliest scooter available in market and I bought seeing the price that price is high, so quality would be high. My friend suggested me not to buy this and go for market leaders Activa / Access / Pleasure

        People burns hands in something, but I burnt fully myself by purchasing Mahendra & Mahendra Rodeo Scooter. It has been around 3 years I purchased it, but till date it has not even made my single day happy.

        Today the dealer from whom I purchased it, is not selling this company scooter.

        I never got average above 25 in this scooter. Consulted minimum 15-20 times to company workshop but no improvement.

        In Rodeo, there is digital meter. Now that has spoiled. I contacted few garage owners here, but nobody is ready to touch any Mahendra Scooters / Bikes. Even garage owners are alergic to it.

        After lot of trouble, I contacted 1 garage owner ( Mahendra's Authorized Workshop ) . He told me this thing is not repairable and lots of other Rodeo owners are having same problem. He said if I want to replace it with new one, then he can get parts from company and parts will cost me +4000 plus his fees to change it.

        Today I am in such an awkward position, that I am not able to see how much petrol I have in it, what the average it gives, as digital meter is not working. My wife has to always carry 1 petrol bottle in scooter, because she never know when its petrol will finish.

        I contacted lots of second hand bike buyers / sellers, but nobody is ready to purchase it at any cost, or nobody is ready to exchange it at any cost.

        I am in really big trouble. There is nobody from company to take care / ZEROOOOOO after sales service.

        I suggest you not to take any of the Mahendra Scooter / Bike. You will never know when company will be out of business and there would be no one for you to take care of.

          I have taken club Mahindra membership in 2001 I have paid approx. 230000 but when ever I call club Mahindra they was not able to give me confirm reservation I have tried even two month prior but club Mahindra was not able for confirmation then I have stopped annual maintenance charges now my position is I am not able to use. if I wish to use then I have to pay all outstanding bills which I have not used because of no confirm booking I have visited many times and wrote many times for refund but club is not ready for refund or waive maintenance charges says not advisable because if you go for surrender u will get max 10 thousand refund we will deduct all dues with interest please help me in this matter thanks

          Club Mahindra Complaints - no refund — No Refund

          Hi,

          I took the membership (No. 1875917) on 7th May 2010 after receiving an invitation for a special offer ! I was even offered Lifestyle Shopping Vouchers of Rs.15,000/- in writing by Mr. Rocky at their Baner Branch which was later skittled down to Rs.10,000/- in the letter that I received welcoming me to CLUB MAHINDRA FAMILY !

          I took the bait and agreed to the terms and conditions paid Rs. 26,570/- as download payment with the balance to be paid in instalments of Rs.8348/- for next 36 months. As a special gift I was given a 2 nights free holiday irrespective of me taking up the membership. Was not given the blue membership I requested for so was forced to take up the white membership instead.

          On trying to get the 2 day holiday I was told that the dates requested were not available - 9th and 10th September, 2010. I wrote to them requesting for alternate dates but was suggested out of the way locations on dates that were available as per their convenience.

          I decided to quit the membership, sent them a mail and received a call imediately from one Mr. Samir - after explaining my position he calls back after an hor and agrees to the dates and location GOA that I had originally requested for, but said that it would be done only if I continue my membership. IS THIS NOT CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMER.

          Samir informed me that I was not entitled to any refund (Rs. 26,570/-). Does CLUB MAHINDRA treat customers like this, would like to know if there is a worse way of cheating from you at CONSUMER COMPLAINTS and is there any way for me to get some of my hard earned money back.

            I had cancelled my club mahindra membership (M No. 2430308). The cancellation together with instruction to not to deduct further payment towards my membership from my credit card, was informed to the company by an email dated 11th March 2013. Further I have received confirmation of the same from the club mahindra vide email dated 16th March 2013, stating that your membership has been cancelled and no further payments shall be deducted from your credit card.

            However after this, payment further payment was deducted from my credit card and thereafter no response is there from company's side. After writing so many emails, and phone calls for the same, no one is helping me out from this. The customer care is transferring the issue to andheri office, and andheri office is not responding to the issue. It feels like cheating to me. The amount is being deducted without my permission and I am felling like cheated. The company is a fraud and harassing me mentally.

            I want to be compensated and company should be punish for its fraudulent act.

              We are really surprised to see how Club Mahindra makes fool of people and their time.

              We got proper grilling for 3 hours by your Club Mahindra Raghuleela Kandivali office for taking membership. We were called for pick up of Free 2 Nights and 3 days Hotel Coupon for anywhere in India and free 4 Movie Tickets Vouchers. But we never know they will make fool of people like this. FIRSTLY, we lost our precious time in listening to their fake commitments which they might have not followed if we had took their membership. Thanks to God, we saved our money in putting in Dustbin tour plans made by Club Mahindra. We not opted for their membership so they are not giving any reservations for their FAKE FREE Coupons for Club Mahindra Holidays and INVALID Movie Tickets Voucher.

              Being part of Mahindra Group, Such a fake commitments will destroy your name in India and other part of world too.

              Here are your thousands of complaints by members and Non Members of Club Mahindra. Kindly have a look into the acts done by Club Mahindra and their sales team. Fake Commitments and Stories continues in pan India Basis. Club Mahindra trained so called Member Relations who wasted precious time of people and money too who took their membership.

              Club Mahindra — Fake Commitment

              At the time of Sign up / enrollment, they committed me that they will give us Sony Bravia Full HD LCD TV. I have the same in written also, but at the time of welcome call they said please let us check with our executive, because we will give LCD TV but that is not Full HD.

              From the date of sign up I am in follow up with them but no result till date. They just ask for some more time.

              They have very poor customer service and no fulfillment the commitments made at the time of signing up.

              They shows some things and delivers some thing else.

              I am planning to go to the consumer court as they even don't reply to the emails. Nor their executive transfers the line to the senior persons.

              And always says your request is under process.

                This is a complaint from Ms.Kashmira Billimoria holding club mahindra membership no. 2424554. We must have written end number of emails to the executives of club mahindra that we are not in a position to carry on with the membership due to a fatal illness that our family member is suffering from and all our finance is diverted in the treatment. We have pleaded asked for help but all that has fallen on their deaf ears. Club Mahindra does not believe in humanity and does not understand that medical treatment of some poor ailing person is more important then enjoying holidays. They are just not ready to listen to our pleas and help us out. Mahindra's are the most respected and rich cant they help solve a family's problem. We have been writing to them almost every alternate days but they land up with such diplomatic response and just ignore.

                Please please if we be extended help in this matter. I need to cancel my membership and get the money back so that it could be utilised in the sickness cost. Please help.

                    my Xylo D4 vehicle no. BR01PD 1548
                    has not started On dated 12.04.2013. We had run the vehicle from morning and
                    stop the engine/ vehicle at market parking but when we have try to start the
                    engine it did not started. In addition we have noticed that the engine has got
                    over heated. Then after pressing pump for a while the engine of the vehicle
                    got started.

                    We are regularly complaining this problem during servicing or works at sonali
                    Auto and you may check it in records. The delay in start and vibration in vehicle

                    We will like to draw your kind attention that we are reporting the problem
                    Since purchase of the vehicle and the problem and it was attended several
                    Times at your authorise service centre Sonali at Patna. But the problem has
                    Not resolve till date.

                    We are having a single vehicle and we have to visit frequently at different rural
                    Area in Bihar & Jharkhand. We have earlier faced very tough and dangerous
                    Situation as our vehicle suddenly stop in running condition and fail to start after

                      Very aggressive sales person one Mr. Tauheed Alam -
                      i. Assuring me that "white" is the best for me;
                      ii. Assuring that June Mahabaleshwar "Ho Jayega" - I made it clear to him that Mahabaleshwar is waht I want in June as I had already planned for this holiday
                      iii. White can book in "red" and "purple"
                      iv. bonus 5n/6d can be accrued
                      v. Only 2 slots (for special offer) are open and that it will be "gone" in a few mins
                      vi. I for 0% EMI and he told me to buy 4 years so that I can cancel if I dont like my first vacation
                      vii. I inquired for purple and he told me to buy white

                      Once sale is done, I come to know that:
                      i. Booking has to be done 6 months in advance (not mentioned to me at the time of buying membership)
                      ii. If you want to book in red it can only be done 15 days in advance (not mentioned to me at the time of buying membership)
                      iii. Now he tells me why didnt you go for "red"!! I was asking for purple but he insisted on "white" at the time of sale
                      iv. When i tried booking, apparently I cant book in "red" with my bonus days and if I want to I need to pay 9 emis and wait for 15 days before the plan!
                      v. In any case MAHABALESHWAR is full!!!!!
                      vi. I got a call a few weeks back telling me that the same offer is open again!!!!!!!!!!! how come it is open again when only 2 slots were left???

                      I am very frustrated an want to exit.. but I am being told I would get a full refund only if I would have applied 10 days after buying the membership!!!!!!!!! I was NEVER told this during the sale!!

                      I need refund of all my Money back as I have not availed any services AND i need immediate cancellation of the EMI transactions!

                        Dear Sirs, i am a Red season member of club mahindra since 2000.i am sorry to state that i never got the time period for the resort i wanted.I had to accomodate myself when their resort is not full.They put all sort o[censored]nreasonable conditions like you have to book this many days minimum which was never told while booking.Holidays are lapsed in the past without notice.I lost over 10 days holidays as i did not get wanted time slots.They recently made me an offer that if i stay for 4 days in designated indian resorts before 31st march,i would get 2 days extra in Bankok.Now they say I have to avail this before 31st march.I wanted in April for 2 days in pattaya and 2 days in bankok,they say Pattaya is not available till July.THis is the trick they have been playing with me all these 13 years.You go to them as non-member pay cash they will give you any resort anytime.They routinely cancel member activities to accomadate programmes of private paying groups.tkis happened with me in Coorg.so what is the solution?..s.g.hegde

                          I purchased Mahindra Xylo in 2010 from Sri Durga Automobiles on Rama road in Delhi. The body of the car is completely rusted in 2 years. This is really surprising and seeing such problem for the first time. I contacted dealer and help line number of Mahindra but they replied back saying warranty is over which is of 1 year.

                          I need to understand if car life is just 1 year. Its really surprising hearing such response and would like to go to consumer court to claim the loss. I would like to hear back from Mahindra on this.

                            My Club Mahindra Membership Id is 2426430

                            The length of the email below will suggest the amount of agony i have been facing for the last six months. I could not make it shorter, I request the concerned person to kindly go through it.

                            I bought the membership of White-Studio in Jun-2012, by making a down payment of Rs. 30000 and a four year EMI plan. At the time of taking membership the sales person informed me that EMI plan can be changed anytime without any hassles, but before the first EMI was charged i informed the sales person to change the EMI to the one year plan which was interest free. The sequence of events is as below

                            On July 4th 2012: I asked Mr. Tauheed (Sales person who sold the membership) to change the EMI. I was told it cant be changed as any change can be done only between 15th and 25th of the month. this was contradictory to what he has told at the time of selling the membership. He agreed to make changes in Aug-2012.

                            Aug 2012: To our agony, we found the plan was not changed, and when we inquired about it, it was told that since system upgrade is going on it will be changed in the next month. We had already borne the interest cost for two months

                            Sep 2012: Nothing changed, Again the excuse for not changing the plan was system upgrade. This is the first time i wrote a written complaint asking even an upgrade is going on, it is not our fault and all the interest costs should be waived off. At this point of time i was assured that it will be changed in the next month.

                            Oct-Nov-2012, Even with written and telephonic follow ups the EMI plan was not changed. And every month we kept bearing high interest charges. In the end we were told by Mr. Tauheed that EMI plan has be changed and that he is working to refund back the interest which amounted to approximately Rs. 17000 for 5 months

                            Dec-2012: The credit card which was given to Club Mahindra expired (Which was notified to Club Mahindra in Advance on 20th Nov 2012). I got a shock when i saw an SMS saying an EMI worth Rs. 7000 (As per the 4 year plan) is charged on my old credit card, and hence i could not pay the EMI in the month of Dec-2012. Quite clearly Mr. Tauheed lied to us here that the plan has been changed to 1 year. The interest amount by now accrued to Rs.20000

                            Now Fortunately or Unfortunately, since this month i did not pay any money, Club Mahindra woke up from the sleep, and started following up with us, and came to know the mess up.

                            It took us the whole month to explain what exactly we wanted (i.e. the refund of Interest and change of plan to interest free EMI plan), nobody in club mahindra seemed to understand the concept of EMIs and that by our cost has gone up due to their ignorance by charging EMIs to us on a 4 year plan.

                            Now, to make things worse Club Mahindra started to negotiate with us for the refund, by first giving us 2 nights free, then by adding few food coupons. After a month when we the matter escalated to Tauheed's senior Ismail and Mr. Sunny Sam from Member relations in Chennai, it was decided that interest paid in 4 EMIs (already paid) out of 5 will be refunded. 2 of which would be adjusted with future EMI's principal, and we would recieve food coupons for the value of the interest paid on the other 2 EMIs. Also agreed was that their will not be any interest charged due to unpaid EMI of Dec-12. At this point i was so frustated that i asked Mr. ismail not to charge any amount on my new credit card, before taking my consent and showing me the actual working of how emi's are being calculated now.

                            2nd January 2012: To my biggest shock of dealing with Club Mahindra, a suspicious amount of Rs.6680 was charged on my credit card without my consent(which in itself is a crime). Bigger sin i found was when i asked Mr. Ismail the reason for charging. he immediately replied that you agreed to bear the cost of interest on 2 EMIs, and that we will settle it against food coupons, we have charged the same.

                            When i told him that i want refund of that, and that i have already paid that how can you charge me what i am supposed to get refunded, he tried to avoid the conversation and said that he will revert back with the details within 2 hours.

                            When he called me back, the explanation he gave very confidently was that it is an adjusted EMI and that all the adjustments which were supposed to be made have been done. I asked him to give me details of every EMI and the interest paid with that. When the numbers came out, it was quite clear that just to close the complaint in a hurry, without understanding the situation, just like before a representative of Club Mahindra gave a loose reply to a genuine query. The numbers Mr. Ismail gave clearly suggested that he messed up with what actually supposed to be done and accepted that it is a mistake that he charged something which was actually supposed to be refunded, the exact Rs. 6680, which summed up to be the interest on EMIs for two months.

                            Due to my indulgence i found out mess up which club mahindra's representative have done. Had i been a little ignorant Mr.. Tauheed first and the Mr. Ismail would have easily covered up their mistakes and made a fool out of me. Moreover, their excuse for making the mistake is that, this kind of complaint is new to us, we are not supposed to handle complaints but we are still doing it for you, company is doing too much for you, and even threats like please accept our offer otherwise you would not get anything.

                            I tried writing mails to all the email ids, available on Club Mahindra's website. but apart from Mr. Sunny Sam, nobody else has been replying. He also helped only by taking it back to Mr. Tauheed and Ismail.

                            Request an intervention from the highest possible authority. This is not just a complaint but a case of ignorance,misleading, cheating and complete indifference towards the customer.

                            At this point i not only want the refund but also want a compensation for my time wasted following for the last six months with atleast an apology from the employees involved.

                              Hi,

                              I had taken membership of Club Mahindra in Sep, paid the 10% down payment and 3 months EMI of Rs 36,778 with cheque number 176320 from HDFC Bank, en-cashed on 18th Sep 2012. From Mangalore office Brijesh B and Chethan Shetty had visited me as salesreps.

                              I had sent a mail to the sales rep on 20th Sep 2012 to cancel my membership; but it was not done and he asked me to decide to continue with membership or cancel it after I experience 2 days stay at Goa. Now, the sales rep is not picking my calls and is not cancelling my membership nor my money is reimbursed.

                              During sales, the rep also had told that DAE membership can be exchanged with Club Mahindra holidays which today I realized that is not possible.

                              During sales, the rep had told that I will get 4000 worth of food voucher during my goa stay but that I didnt receive voucher and I had to pay in cash.

                              During sales the rep had promised additional 2 days and additional 4000 worth of vouchers. I didn't receive both of them till now.

                              Now the rep is not answering any of my calls and not picking phones or messages.

                              Couple of weeks back I received a letter confirming my membership saying that membership id is 2451609. I still didn't receive my membership card, still didn't receive food voucher and still didn't receive DAE membership.

                              I'm deeply disappointed with all false promises during sales and also not refunding the amount paid. As per contract if I had requested refund within 10 days of payment, I'm eligible for refund. I had requested refund but it was not executed.

                              Request you to cancel my membership and refund the amount at the earliest.

                                  We are a member of club Mahindra and pay about 14000 annually for their soo called maintenance but to be frank it does not seem to be happening. all throughout the year these people will not have rooms available for their members be it anytime of the year and they indeed go about promising during membership that we will be getting studio rooms to stay in but end up giving us some of their filthy hotel units which are soo small and the quality is soo bloody pathetic that an individual cannot stay in these filthy rooms of theirs and their call center too has a very pathetic way of responding.

                                  These people do sell their rooms to non-members instead of providing the rooms to the members.... we try to make a reservation 6 months in advance even then there will not be rooms available be it any season…..

                                  I think you guys just need to receive a legal notice from your members to return back their membership fees with interest only then will you all learn a lesson for your cheatings done to the members.

                                  SINCERE ADVICE NEVER NEVER TAKE UP A CLUB MAHINDRA MEMBERSHIP........ this will be my feedback for your pathetic service and response received and will never suggest anyone to take up your member plan.

                                    I am already a member mahindra with a bolero and I purchased a Xylo E9 model from Ashok Motors, Tezpur, Assam on 19/08/2012.First of all there was "fuel tank cover" problem which was to be repaired or to be changed later on by the dealer and I drove my XYLO about 2/3 Kms the engine was overheated but the overheating problem is normal told by technician. on 6/09/2012 I drove to the dealer after having a pre-telephonic(05/09/2012) discussion with the workshop manager, but that day there was no respond at all and so I rushed back without doing anything(300+300=600 kms). on the same day while coming back to my place there was another problem related to meter indicator including brake and so I reported to the workshop manager again over phone and I was instructed to take the vehicle back to dealer(again 600km), but I was frightened about the problem appearing in my vehicle. Therefore I had been requesting workshop manager and also to Mr. Anup Roy to send technician to my residence. At last 13/09/3012, two technicians came to my place and couldn’t solve my problem. After that they are forcing me to take the vehicle to the dealer but how can it be possible in this condition because what may happen on the way (300km) to dealer who knows? Workshop manager also told that the problem may be solved within 15/20 days (not sure) and for your information that the technicians are themselves not sure about the problem. God knows that the problem will be solved in the future because the technicians informed me that this problem never occurred in any vehicle. From 19/08/2012 till today my valuable time is wasted including money which is only because of the problem (irresponsibility of dealer).i wanted to solve the problem in my place instead of driving the vehicle to the dealer. I also talked to the dealer owner about the matter but there was no respond at all. Now can I ask Mahindra automobiles is this the relation/behavior towards a customer? That I have to crush my decision to go to Mahindra. Before I do it please arrange to change my vehicle including insurance because a new costly vehicle having this kind of problem cannot be driven by me and never. if the problem is not solved I would never recommend anyone to buy a Mahindra Vehicle looking at the way I have been treated. Please look in to the matter as it is against the conduct of customer protection act and I shall never accept the existing vehicle and I want a new vehicle at any cost within a very short time.

                                      Dear All,
                                      I would like to share my experience about club mahindra holidays which I just recently encountered at their Gurgaon DT megamall office.

                                      I was called and informed that I win a gift voucher of Rs 18000/-+Jewellery coupon worth Rs 5000/-+2 PVR Tickets.Since I was nearby and already knew that these kind of ponzy & fraudulent lucky draw are being run by reputed companies like club mahindra resorts.I was already prepared for their ponzy schemes.I thought no harm in giving it a try .

                                      At the enterance I am made to fill a form which required basic details.I deliberately left blank column for Mail ID which they fill on their own which of course was not correct.They ven didn't bother to check mail ID from me..After attending presentation for 45 mins which was completely sugar coated and full of complete bio data of Sales representative and club mahindra At the end they told me that since I have already won the gift voucher but do I like to scribe for any other scheme starting Rs 3lacs?

                                      I smiled at sales representative face and said straight forward NO.Even I told him that I don't want your free vouchers and was about to leave the place.Immediately his boss came with vouchers and with plastic smile on his face handed me over gift vouchers.

                                      Since wrong mail ID was mentioned so my registration could not be completed and stopped me encashing gift vouchers. On writing to them to correct my mail ID they straight away refused.These fake lucky draws are actually a process of elimination which club mahindra uses to filter innocent customers.Had I subscribed to their Rs 3lac scheme they could have offered me the moon.

                                      Request everyone to beware of TIME SHARE schemes run by any company.Its better to plan on your own.Everything is available on Google.You can check for tariffs of hotel,mode of transport etc etc..This way you will be saved of feeling guilty of your decision of choosing Time share company.

                                      One more point I would like to add that these fake lucky draws has club mahindra management approval that's why complaints are coming from PAN India.

                                      Would request everyone If by any chance you are thinking of joining any time share company THINK TWICE..

                                      Request everyone that whomsoever is reading this Complaint ensure to share this with atleast 10 more people.Use Facebook,Linkdin or other social medias to let max people know what is in store for them if they visit Club mahindra holiday marketing offices.

                                      Also avoid giving details to any club mahindra holiday representatives those you can found at Petrol pumps,Malls or nearby markets.I filled up the form on continous pestering by representative and also on being told that his job is at stake.He needs to fill certain no of forms today.Such a inhuman treatment is being given to their workforce by Clu Mahindra..

                                      I have done my bit and going to submit this case study to top B-Schools so as to publicize these fradulent practices.

                                      Club Mahindra — Beware of Club Mahindra

                                      I enrolled Club Mahindra Membership last year Aug'09. There was a special one day offer from Club Mahindra that if I singed same day, I get Tag Huer watch. I enrolled it.

                                      Its more than 11 Months now, I havent received promised Tag Huer watch. I have been comminicating with Club Mahindra regularly. Experience has been very frustrating. I have had at least 15 communications.

                                      Now club Mahindra wants to offer 20000 Rs gift voucher & Tag Huer watch cost 53000. What a offer 20000 against 53000 !!!

                                      Do not enroll wih Club Mahindra, they make all fake promises...

                                      Can somebody tell me how can I get this resolved?

                                      even i had worked with club mahindra holidays and resorts
                                      Rightly said by aggrieved customer.These companies should be taught lesson by avoiding them

                                        I have enrolled for Club Mahindra membership on 08-Sep-2012 by paying Rs 22400 for your white card membership as down payment with 48 further EMIs Via application form number Jun/2012/0418 from below office-

                                        L-1, 43, Ground Floor, Centerstage Mall, Sector-18, Noida, UP

                                        So they have offered me few additional holidays as same day sign-up bonus which I can avail after paying 3 EMIs( Rs 7626 each) , offers are given below
                                        1) 1 week worldwide holiday
                                        2) 4N/5D holiday in India
                                        3) 7000 RCU
                                        4) 15000 Cash back ( 7500 already deducted from Down payment and 7500 will be paid via cheque after 3 EMI payment)

                                        But very day 09-Sep-2012 I realized that I won't be able to avail any offer or holidays due to family or official responsibilities, So I visited the above office on 09-Sep-2012 and requested to cancel my membership/enrollment but they simply denied to cancel the enrollment and said even if I cancel the membership now I will not get my hard earned money back which is Rs 22400. But the form I signed states that I can cancel the membership within 10 days and money will be reimbursed.

                                        Since then I am constantly following up with these guys and even contacted Bhikaji Branch office of Delhi but not getting any responses. Bhikaji office representative is asking me to wait for Welcome call and Noida office representative are forcing me to take a holiday to experience the club mahindra but I am not interested in that.

                                        Now I am felling trapped and helpless as neither noida or Bikaji branch people seem to help me.

                                        I am expecting a prompt action from your side to sort out this matter and keep the integrity of your company in which I believed and enrolled but now I have starting loosing that believe and hopefully you can help me to keep the trust.
