On 21 June 2018 I had made down payment of Rs.36860.00 to Club Mahindra Holidays regarding enrollment for membership(APR/2018/25YRS/211660) for their club, the next day while i was going through their document i found out that they charge a yearly maintains amount, which they failed to inform me before doing the down payment. while going through their document i noticed that if i wish to cancel the membership, then i can do it within 10 days of doing the down payment, which i did as after noticing it on 25 June 2018.
In their document they had mentioned that the refund will be processed within 30 days. And i waited 30 days for my refund, then i mailed to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com and to keshavamurthy.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com( person responsible in making down payment) then i got replay saying the time to process has been changed to 90 working days. i was shocked to see this and somehow they convinced me to wait 90 working days to complete refund, but i kept on mailing them thinking i would get refund before. as i had paid this amount through credit card, i'm paying around Rs.4000/ month interest for the down payment amount.
19th November 2018 is where 90 working days completes and yet no refund has been made.
I had mailed them regarding this on 23 Nov 2018 once no responce, but again i 2nd time, A representative(Renju Panikar) called me and tried to convince me asking some more time, i told i cant wait any more and asked to refund, she said she will do soon and now its 28th Nov and no refund what so ever. It has been so unethical by club maindhra and huge frustration for me. PLS do something

    Based on given presentation and available offered we agreed to take membership and deposited amount of 36830/-
    After some days, when we asked to avail facility as committed by them, they are not able to provide facility and asking more and more money.
    Due to this initial bad experience we are frustrated and withdraw my membership, but they are not responding my complaint.

        We received a 2 nights 3 days club mahindra guft voucher but whenever i try to redeem it online there system say no available dates. I checked it by selected almost all their indian resorts and none of them are available for any dates for next six months. What is the point of giving the voucher if we are not able to redeem it. Pathetic service by club mahindra. Will definitely try to spread the word of not going for club mahindra ever.

        Still not received my 10000 rs refund. Wrote multiple mails but results are 0.

        In a mail time was given to me was 90 days but after that your team told me that 30 days more now it's more than 5 months.

        Now club Mahindra team says they sent a cheque to my address but this is fack.

        No cheque sent to me the details of address they are giving is not my even they are not answering my questions.

        This is not my address, you have delivered that to wrong address.

        Send me full address details of receptionist which you mentioned in courier.

        From where you got my address?

        All you are just passing time by saying we have delivered your cheque.

        Now in next mail I'll receive a message saying it will take 2 month to validate.

        This is not a fair customer policy

          I had submitted my expired food vouchers to your chandigarh office way back in july 2016 and was promised that the valid food vouchers would be sent across in no more than 3 weeks. Its past two years that the food vouchers have not been received. I have spoken to the chandigarh office couple of times but the issue has not been resolved.
          Could you please look into this..

            I am also one of victims of fake schemes and commitments of club mahindra. This is shameful that you guys cheat like this. I have membership since 2 months and paid 34, 138 INR (DP + 1 EMI). I'm a travel freak. I thought it would be a great experience, however, due to the way sales executives behaved to me, I thought to withdraw my membership. Mr. Varis Ajmeri, the one who explained me plan, was very rude to me when I asked him to plan my trip from free vouchers. He is asking me to plan out from my package instead of free vouchers. If this is the thing, then what's the point of giving free vouchers?? Moreover, for the same matter I wanted to visit their Ahmedabad based office. I turned up there on the given address yesterday i.e 22nd November and saw that office was shut down due to unpaid electricity bills. I got frightened naturally. I called my agent to ask address of another office, and to my surprise he refused to give office address. It was ridiculous the way he talked to me. Now I'm keep emailing this guys and every time I'm getting auto generated emails.

            I want my money back. In fact I read other complaints and everyone is facing the same situation. Why don't we people get to gather to take our money back. After lot of hardships we earned money for us and for our enjoyment. This is not the way somebody can cheat on us.
            I hope everyone, who is claiming for refund, and I can get our money back.

              Detailed emails are replied without even reading the content and point seeking
              alternative mode to physical travel which will cost Ir Two Lakh air ticketing..
              This is worse than 'sarkari' attitude.Shocked to experience such hostile attitude to member's genuine difficulty.!..

              It is misleading of mhrl customer care to state the case as 'resolved'.As of date the membership transfer[the key objective] to a transferee has not progressed, though the documentation instructed, as well hand over of mhrl
              certificate and card has been well defined on 26th Dec upon mhrl instructing the transferee whose contacts are already on mhrl record as shared in the detailed response to mhrl. The concerned transferee are desperately trying to contact MHRL PUNE to line up physical visit and make payment of transfer charges @11800 IR but no one is responding.
              Are we dealing with a government office or a private company.?
              Please step in to move this case for both exiting as well new member.

I purchased it from your employee mr. mani kumar and his CME ID is 21966, he is subordinate of mr ronit arora again your employee . ON the date of purchase, i put a condition that i want to have a trial so that i can be assured that whatever your company is promising will be given and both of your aforesaid employee assured me i will be provided a trial holiday if a pay a sum of rs 56, 190/- in advance and balance . They promised that i can have my trial holiday before 7th july 2018. So i gave him a cheque of rs 56, 190/- in advance . But when i made a plan to go on holiday they refused to give a trial and started making some excuses .

                I am feeling like i have been cheated . so i want my money back . Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will register a case with consumer court and post it on every social media website

                  I saddam qureshi hereby inform you that after completion of 90 working days club mahindra has not yet credited my refund amount. On call they promised me that they will make payment within 2-3 days but yet amount is not credited.
                  I have all call recordings with me.
                  I request club mahindra to refund my hard-earned money as soon as possible. Else i have to start legal proceedings against club mahindra.

                    Its regarding a fraud marketing strategy by club-mhaindra in the name of completely free gift vouchers.

                    On 13th nov, 2018, i have been called at hotel shankar palace beawar, saying i am a lucky person to receive a 3 days 2 nights stay at any of club-mahindra resort, 1 couple movie voucher and discount offer on kalyaan jewellers worth rs. 10000/-.

                    When i went there it was nothing but a straight forward marketing strategy to call people at office and convince them to be a member of cub-mahindra. They tried to convince me by all means in order to avail their membership. They said even though u become a member of club-mahindra or not, still u will get 3 gift vouchers at no cost today. Description of voucher was like a free movie tickets, a 3 days stay at club mahindra resort and a discount voucher of kalyan jewellers.in the end of the meeting i said, i cannot take ur membership unless i dont visit ur properties since its a matter of lacks. They said not to worry we are providing you 3 vouchers which i haven't received till date.

                    Pls note club-mahindra dont use such marketing strategies to fool people n waste valuable time with ur non sense strategies.
                    I am sure you are moving ahead and putting black mark on the tag of club mahindra. Your organisation can only progress when u can look ahead for customer satisfaction and not by means of fooling them.

                    I have got all phone recording how u fool people on phones.

                    Stop fraud else you will be out of market very soon

                      A lot of complained have been registered against club mahindra, regarding holidays booking, thier irresponsive behaviour and fake offers by their sales executives. When the truth comes to know by members, the minimum time period for withdrawl membership have been passed.in such condition club mahindra charges 60% deduction + annual charges.

                      My question is that if they are unable to provide booking to members then why they offer new membership in market, and taking away people hard earned money, with their one sided policy.

                      My membership ID is 2794074, as you know my previous complained which was closed by you, remarked as resolved, just after one month, that is still not resolved by you even after continue reminding to you.
                      My previous complained No. was [ID: 2043667]. You never try to reply via mail even I drop a lot of mail.
                      Your customer care irresponsible towards members, Non answering Calls.
                      Complementary Add ON 5-nights still are not added to my account. Voucher renewed as per your commitment in December but issuing date from October, validity six month, effective time to me only 4 months.
                      Club Mahindra is a painful name to me till now. I depressed a lot with your attitudes towards me. If you are unable to provide services than why you are snatching hard earned money of people and moreover forced to follow your one sided policy. You really harassed me a lot.

                        Club mahindra is a fake name. They cheat people by false commitment.in my case i was told to get stay at varca beach goa and later on they threatened me to take stay at another place just to save my trip. The person who was taking care of my trip resigned from his job. After all for the sake of my already planned holidays i had to choose another stay. Which is very shocking from the side of club mahindra.
                        I called their team many times but no response till date.

                            I have taken membership in Club Mahindra based on presentation given by their marketing (rep) Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh and Mr. Kumar Anand offered me following as complimentary:
                            1st 2N/3D complimentary holiday package (Voucher no EMCJ697QKS) between Issue date 20.08.2018 and 20.02.2019 (Validity period) . It is irrespective of membership, It was for attending seminar only. After discussion they agreed to provide same offer for 6persons at CMR also.
                            2nd 5N/6 days complimentary holiday package (CMR). It was also agreed for 6 persons (2BR)
                            3rd 7N/8 days complimentary holiday package (RCI) for International tour after three installments (EMI).
                            4TH 3000 RCV + Floating card + RCI Membership + 5000 Cash back after 9th installment (EMI).
                            Based on given presentation and provided offer we agreed to take membership with our family and deposited amount of 36830/-
                            To avail 1st complimentary we have booked our railway ticket for Udaipur (from 17th to 21st Oct) and had tried many times to book holiday package through online as well as through your representative Mr.Vinay and customer care representative also, but not able to avail any offer provided by Club Mahindra.
                            We have raised my concern with customer care through mail and phone also, but they are not able to provide facility as committed by them.
                            Due to this initial bad experience we are frustrated and asked to withdraw my membership and asking for refund of paid amount.
                            No one response from their side and continue submitting by post dated cheque in bank while we have already stopped further payments.

                              I have called a lot of times but you do not get any response from me. Called man yesterday and i was told that a call will be made within 1 hour but it will not come. After all what has happened, i was told on 28th september that the payment will come in 20 days and not come again. Whatever is it, let me clear today. Otherwise i will do court case. People will say that call will come but i do not have any calls i want answers today.

                                Hi,
                                Its regarding cheating done by club mahindra by offering false, fake, frivolous, vexatious & obnoxious club mahindra gift holiday voucher.
                                I have been called at hotel sepal bathinda, saying i am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of club mahindra resort. When i went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and convince them to be a cub mahindra member. When i was not convinced by them they have given me a gift voucher vide voucher number cuxh211zfw valid for 6 months and thereafter they issued me a registration number 206ga857ur.
                                When i planned my holiday and followed the all required procedure to redeem gift voucher, i was shocked to see that its not possible to book your holidays on any date as they say that all the dates are booked which is clearly a cheating and fraud on the part of club mahindra and they are making fool of the common people.
                                So finally its a trap named gift voucher which they put to catch new members for club mahindra.
                                Club mahindra's gift vouchers cannot be redeemed.

                                I have tried to redeem my voucher numerous to times on mobile app as well as through website but all in vain as the websites shows non-availability of the rooms till December 2021 which is very absurd. Last but not the least still i feel betrayed by the Club Mahindra Holidays and moreover i have sent you the voucher code and if possible you are free to book any resort anywhere in country and on the dates Convenient to you.

But due my financial crisis, i canceled my membership. Now i want my money return. I am trying to contact with agent, but agent said that he already left club mahendra. After that i contacted with his senior. He said that he is in vacation. After 15 days, i re contact him and he said that he also left club mahendra. What is this?

                                    I applied for club mahindra membership and cancelled the same on the very next day.
                                    As per company's policy it should be refunded within 90 days. But the same is not refunded me even if 10 months are over since the cancellation.

                                      I had an interaction with one of the club mahindra customer care representative about 4 to 5 weeks back and still resolution for the same is pending. I have been sending multiple mails but it remains unresolved and i always get the reply 'we are working on it'. I am unable to comprehend how much more time would it take to resolve and half of my emails haven't got any response yet. I feel this as a disregard and am highly dissatisfied with club mahindra service. Staff of club mahindra only seems to be interested in customer's money and doesn't care about providing proper service to it's customers.

                                      Club Mahindra is Completely annoying and does not have system to address customer service,
                                      So call relationship manager of Club Mahindra are only to be know as Cheaters.

                                      Better to stop such business if You can't handle it well.

                                        My name is manan panchmia. Immediately within couple of days after registering for membership i had sent the cancellation request. The cancellation request was registered on 11/7/2018 vide cancellation request no. 077361. After that continuosly i have been trying to call and mail them but there is no solution. There is always a new deadline given on mail which always crossed. Already 4 deadlines have been crossed but i have not yet received the refund and its almost 4 months since my cancellation was registered.
                                        Its really really unprofessional and unethical of you guys to just take away someones money like this. Such a big company like yours is giving such a pathetic service. Its a shame. I request you to take this on priority and do the needful.
