I've almost paid 11-12 emi for the membership id 91006884. None of the company people intimated us for the cancellation nor availing any benefits. We tried calling the office none of them respond. They are like it's cancelled. How do i recover the paid amount or avail any benefits from the company? Until the membership is done the company calls us repeatedly, when such issues arises none of you people bother to respond to your customers!!

    Very negative image of this company / group

    Based on given presentation and offered we had agreed to take membership of club mahindra and deposited amount of rs.36830
    When we asked to avail facility against provided offered they are not able to provide facility and not agree for refund also.

    A time period of 90 days was given for the return of membership fees of 30k.its been more than 100days we haven’t recieved our money back. More than 10calls are made to your centre and their is no such response. Dont force us to take such actions that it will affect your image.We want pur money backk its very important

      I have joined club mahendra membership on[protected] for white membership 1br. For 4, 43, 400 rupees. From which i have paid 38840 and rest of amount for emi option. His represantative did not explained for anually maintanance charges fees. So i requested him to to kindly cancel my membership as per his policy of (Within 10 days we can cancel our membership and money will be refunded to account) i called to his complain center no [protected]. They told me send mail then they will call in 5 working days i sent mail to [protected]@mahendraholidays.com, on[protected] the second day of my joining. After waiting for 6 to 7 days they did not called me i again called to costumer care the answer was same, we have forwered your complain, our representative will contact you in 3 to 5 working days. Now it has been a month and still no call came from them. And i have contacted them for more then 6 to 8 times still answer is same. Sir they are making fool please take some strict action my club membership id no is 2846841,

        Hi,
        I am a member of club mahindra joined in the month of october 2018. (Blue - 10 year plan - emi for 36 months).
        I haven't been able to go for my voucher holiday or any other holiday till now.
        I have contacted one of your employee for assistance and no positive response has happened from his side till now.

        A down payment of 28500 has been done and emi for 2 months has also been given.

        So kindly stop the emi transaction for this month (January 2019) onwards and
        I request you to cancel my membership and kindly refund the amount spent here.

        Sorry to say very bad experience from club mahindra though this was unexpected and disheartening.

          We are members of club mahindra, we were encouraged to book white/studio holidays without being informed that getting a holiday season is near impossible.
          Whenever we try to book, the space is always not available.
          It is obvious that the number of members registered is far more that what they can provide.
          Once again on 18 december i once again tried to book a holiday. We had 21 days pending, but to no avail. I also sent a mail with our grievances, but no reply till date.
          Today 7 days have lapsed without resolving our issue.
          We get several reminders for payment of annual maintenance, but no much effort is made regarding lapse, nor any move is made to help us use our vacation. If vacation is not possible we want full refund of membership and all maintenance paid. Member no. 2575317

            Thanks for your email confirmation of booking at naldehra and we have redeem this booking and enjoyed there.

            My complaints is regarding holiday confirmation voucher which was received either on mail / sms. We don't know about check in - check out time since i am a new member.
            It feels me awkward & harassment not to inform at the time of tour booking (Like train ticket / bus tickets)
            Which is still not matured its membership maturity time is 9 months.

            So resort management first deny but arranged a room on request confirming rs. 2000/- for early check in charges. Also we are not treated as club mahindra member guest and charged fully for dining and other activities.

            First my request and complaint to refund at least early check in charges.

            It team : certainly this mistake from your side and you should involve to resolve it.

            Hope you understand my problem. If you are replying positively i will treat as un resolved matter and you oftenly provide this type of service.

            Complaints needs to Resolve as Resort has charged for Early Check in Charges before 2.00PM.

            As you confirmation Voucher was not attached in email as well as Verbal communication done from Resort.

            I come to know when we were raeched at Resort and Front office Manager not treated well.

            So Need its Refund for Rs. 2000/-.

              Reference to membership no : 2690071

              This is to bring to your kind notice that due to unfortunate events (Demises in the family just few months ago) and two daughters health issues being infant since almost more than two years. We could not avail or redemption of allocated holiday coupons. Request to revalidate/extend holiday coupons and other international offer. Earlier i had spoken and intimated members relations center very now and then. I had paid complete membership in november itself. Initially, there was sales executive mr anand who left just in 30days.
              Later after 15months, there was mr majad khan, andheri who also left suppose to guide. We belongs to middle class family not afford any false information / cheating.

              Recently i have received another communication to pay the annual subscription fee (Asf) for a studio white membership. When i joined club mahindra membership, no one ever explained me that every year i have to pay such huge amount in the name of asf? If i have to pay this much money every year and this is going to increase further, what benefit i get from club mahindra?

              I was told while taking membership that asf should only be paid when we utilise holidays now they have made a rule that whether we utilise or not we have to pay and above that they would charge 18% per annum on dues and on that they will block any paid inventory if we don't pay the asf.

              Offers such as
              5 days of club mahindra holidays complimentary.
              Food voucher worth rs 5000/- (Expired : requested for revalidation / extension)
              One week international free rci holiday. (Expired : requested for revalidation/extension)

              I asked them was this international holiday free of cost absolutely? They replied back that i had to pay “only” for my travel and anything which i ask for as extra. They clearly specified that i didn’t need to a pay anything to rci as club mahindra would pay it as part of special offer. Even food was to be paid as per club mahindra rates (Around rs 750/- for 3 adults per day). And these payment terms were valid for entire duration of my membership with rci (For three years).

              Hence, request to revalidate food vouchers, international free rci holiday and allow to avail regular holidays based on availability in month of march 2019.
              We will pay asf in phase manner either monthly or quarterly options but not at one go.

              In case of not providing solution, will publish in media, newspaper and compliant to sebi / iata as cheating providing false information.
              Because tried with customer care and member relations as no face to face communication.
              There should be face to face communication with clarity.

                Team, club mahindra holiday executive mr. Harish nelluta (Employee i’d 27005 from sales team) approached me to buy 3 years holiday trip package called gozest in first week on november assuring i will be able to use it for upcoming dec trips during christmas and new year. Later for 3 weeks he disappeared and no phone calls. That’s when i started contacting there facebook team and finally concluded that i was made all false promises and they agreed to cancel membership with 90 days return policy (Which i am still challenging and no response via any of channels - calls, facebook or tweeter). I need my money back asap, please help. Attached are all details required right from conversations to there cancellation email and policy they told (Of course after joining).

                  This is reference to my club mahindra member id 2486796. Recently i have received another communication to pay the annual subscription fee (Asf) of rs. 15, 300 for a studio white membership. When i joined club mahindra membership, no one ever explained me that every year i have to pay such huge amount in the name of asf? If i have to pay this much money every year and this is going to increase further, what benefit i get from club mahindra? Moreover, they are so rude when someone try to understand genesis behind the asf and if there is any option for me to cancel my membership.
                  I would like to raise this complaint against club mahindra to immediately cancel my membership and issue a refund of the amount i have paid initially. I am ready to get the amount adjusted on the pro-rata basis for the holidays i have utilized as of now, but the remaining amount should be refunded as i am not willing to continue with this fraud company anymore. Please help me to come of this fraud.

                    Hi,
                    I have got a call from club mahindra holidays for attending a 45minute call at jw marriot, vital malya roads next to ub city bangalore. Before the call they told me that even if i don't pursue they will give me a free voucher for attending the session.

                    However, the marketing people told me at the end of the session free voucher is only applicable for people taking membership. I felt really embarrassing. I have come all the way from electronic city bangalore. You can as well be candid and set the conditions before calling for the meeting. I didn't expect this from club mahindra. Later they told they will send the free voucher by email but none i have received.

                      I would like to use this forum as a last resort to complain about club mahindra. The experience that i continue to have with them is borderline harassment. I am a direct dependent of a purple (Highest category) member. We have been members for the last 8years and have been only able to book holidays successfully twice. The last time i attempted to book their goa resort well in advance, i was told that nothing was available. But when friends of mine (Non-members) tried to make that same booking in their capacity of non-members the service was immediate and the rooms were magically available. I have been trying to book rooms for their pondicherry property, 3.5 months in advance; the app shows me that those dates are available but i am just not able to make that booking. It’s been over 3weeks that i have been trying to do this. The flight tickets are constantly going up. People’s plans change. This is club mahindra’s ridiculous tactic to dissuade it’s members from attempting to use up their accumulated days.

                      Their customer service told me that she would get back to me in a day maximum. When she didn’t and after multiple follow ups i find out that she’s conveniently on leave and nobody else has the capacity to cater to my complaints.

                        Your company held an meeting in bhilwara and invited me to attend the same and i got a call that it's 22 nd anniversary of your company and for which they send me this messege...
                        3 days 2 nights club mahindra holiday vouchar,
                        1 couple movies voucher,
                        Club mahindra holidays,
                        Hotel tulip continental,
                        C-993/3, near gayatri ashram, ajmer rd, bhilwara, rajasthan, be with your wife and comfortable for 45mins to get details about offers and product.

                        And i attended the meeting where i meet your representative named abhishek sawariya of jaipur having a post of sc in your company...
                        That guy was so mannerless and so impatient..
                        As we started the conversation he was forcefully selling your membership.. We were there to get information about your company but you have employees who says to us...
                        Free me jane me maza nahi hai sir... Ap jaise bahut dekhe jo membership lete nahi sirf vouchers ke like aate hai... When i said i will think and confirm the same at the venue in two hours... Then he again said maine dekha hai log kehte hai membership lene ki aur 2 gante baad hamara call nahi lete hai.. And then he said mujhe nahi lagta ap le bhi sakte ho membership... And when i enquired about the vouchers then he said.. Ap waise bhi membership ke like aaoge 2 gante bad hi le lena vouchers membership lene ke bad... And he also said bahut vouchers hai mere pas hum yaha baatne hi aaye hai vouchers.. And he was talking like he personally is giving vouchers to the customers like ki wo bhik de raha hai hume.. Never seen such a bad behaviour and conduct from any representative yet and after all that when i complaint about him to seniors there were no one to take care about that and further his seniors said drop an email on our website.. Tell me is there no scope of ethics in your company... My brother has membership of your company named nilesh anchliya you can check.. And i was also interested but that behaviour has made me think ki jis company ke representative itne attitude me bat karte hai jaise ki wo vouchers nahi bheek de rahe hai...
                        And he has not given me any vouchers which your company promises to give for the visit by us...
                        I am so angry with the conduct of your company representative..
                        Is this what your company promises to give to it's customers...& now i am hoping against the wish that i will get justice and that mannerless guy abhishek sawariya will get dismissed from your company...

                            I am atul narayan agrawal, and on 23rd dec 2018 my wife and me attended your seminar on club mahindra holidays and that time i had registered with your 10 years plan, with paying amount rs.28, 500/- as down-payment using sbi credit card with opting emi with hdfc credit card and i got sms for the membership id 2843614.

                            However i didn't get contacted even once after sale of membership to me, as for now i just want to know that i confirm from my bank yesterday my hdfc credit card is not eligible to get emi for the same, so i want to cancelled this membership and will get new membership for the 25 years.

                            Could you please proceed cancellation of my membership with club mahindara holidays with full refund.

                              Hi,

                              I had become a club mahindra member by paying around 43000 in bangalore on august 5th.

                              Later i decided to cancel the membership. I called up the customer care and i cancelled the membership in september. Around 15th of september.

                              To my shock they said it takes 90 days to process my refund.

                              Now it has been more than 90 days. They haven't processed my refund yet. I have made the payment from my credit card.

                              Because of such unprofessional behavior from a mahindra brand i am struggling to pay the credit card bills.

                              My member id is 2831678.

                              Please suggest me how i can take it to the legal end.

                              Hi @club mahindra holidays customer care, I think 3 tomorrows have passed. I haven't heard anything about it yet.

                              This exact behavior is what causes the frustration.

                                My membership i'd 1436454 they change rules according to their profit. I was told while taking membership that asf should only be paid when we utilise holidays now they have made a rule that whether we utilise or not we have to pay and above that they would charge 18% per annum on dues and on that they will block any paid inventory if we don't pay the asf. That's disgusting will tweet to mr anand mahindra. Didn't expect this from a personality like him

                                  I have just mail to mahindra at mail id
                                  Customer experience and asked for cancellation my id 28488196. Plz do the fast and return my money 28500. As i sales executive did not give me the public relation manager mail id. I have mail to customer experience. Mail id. Plz resolve it and rfund my whole amount with in10 days they give full refund. I gave money on 17 dec 2018. Today i cancelled it because salws executive did not do it

                                    I have requested cancellation of membership of club mahindra holidays right from the week i paid advance and they all promise the moon and no feedback from their dubai office so far it's 6 months and nobody seems to be bothered except sending reminders and harassing clients without even understanding why the client does not want to continue very very unprofessional

                                      I have a membership of club mahindra. Member id : 2616624. I paid more than 2 lacs as of now also paid yearly maintenance charges which are almost 15k.
                                      I am feeling like i am fool to pay this much of value to club mahinfra, since if want to book a resort it shows all dates are booked and no vacancy.
                                      If i approached to support center they suggest to go for higher membership and pay more money. What is this? Am i fool i paid more than 2 lacs till now? What is use of these maoney paid by me?

                                        This is in reference to the telephonic conversation i had today with club mahindra sales executive mr sarim khan.
                                        I applied for club mahindra membership by paying a down payment sum of rs 38330 to mr sarim khan yesterday (27/07/2018) at cafe coffee day, nainital, but after reading terms and condition i want to cancel my membership. I was mislead by him while explaining me the terms and conditions.

                                        1. He told me he is giving 50% discount on membership fee which i checked is the normal membership fee. He said to take the membership instantly if i want 50% discount.

                                        2. I was told there is 25 yrs of ric membership which i later found is for 2 yes subjected to extend by extra payment.

                                        3. I was told amc is fixed which i later found increases every year.

                                        Very much disappointed by the sales staff mr sarim khan and mr arvinda singh.

                                        My member id is 2829724.

                                        Kindly cancel the membership.

                                        This was send on 29 july 2018.
                                        Now it is more than 4.5 months and still i havent got my refund. I have been in touch with customer care team on a daily basis and i am being told i will get a call back from concerned team which i never get.

                                        I have been in touch with mr tom and mr benjamin in chennai office, mr pawan in delhi office and all of them were not able to provide any solutions.

                                        I talked with vidya padaya on 10 dec 2018, who said will call me before 12th dec 2018 with a resolution. After numerous calls to the customer care, i finally was able to get a call back from vidya padaya on 14th dec 2018 and she said that i will get my refund within 10-12 working days. I told her to give this to me in writing and she said that she will send me this email by 17th dec 2018. I didnt get any email from her till that date and called up customer care executives many a times. Now, today, on 19 dec 2018, i got an email from vidya padaya increasing my refund time stating i will get my refund within 12-15 working days. Very unprofessional attitude by club mahindra and its team.
