Joju varghese, mobile # : [protected] got in touch with us and even talked to me regarding this member and got him enrolled into your system. This gentleman mr. Joju varghese is not picking the phone anymore. Mr. Oommen varghese was referred to club mahindra on the basis of the regular sms & emails sent through your marketing department. Unfortunately, he has fooled us and i have not received any waive off from you for this member. Please do not fool your members in this way and if no strict action is taken then, i will be forced to take other means to keep your members safe from these fraudulent mails and sms sent.

    Dear sir,

    Mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd,

    I had withdrawn my membership application under the clause
    Part c, 8.1 of the agreement by e-mail to memberrelations and letter to chennai office by courier on 22.05.2018 which was applied by me on 17.05.2018 by paying rs 199150/- by application no. Apr/2018/25yrs/219868.
    Mail was acknowledged on 25.05.2018 and i was advised by prashant baviskar sales representative club mahindra surat office to get membership id - for fast refund and i get call from customer service and get membershipi'd on 01.06.2018. Then i again mailed to memberrelations for withdrawn of my membership and refund. I got mail on 08.06.2018 informing that my "cancellation request is raised and future emi are kept on hold and you will receive your refund within 90 working days"
    Then on 14.09.2018 i mailed for how long it will take to get my refund to memberrelations and memberexperience and they replied on 15.09.2018 that only 59 working days had been passed you have to wait for 31 days till refund is processed.
    Now i think more than 90 days had been passed but i haven't get any credit till date in my credit card and in bank account.

    Please take this request of refund application on priority
    And provide me the refund at the earliest.

      Hello everyone
      I have taken the membership of club mahindra (Membership with id 2820640) in may 2018.
      After evaluating everything, i decided to cancel my membership within 10 days after its start, i have mailed and sent all the relevant documents for cancellation, they have agreed for cancellation of the membership and said within 90 working days my money will be refund... Refund process takes only 90 working days (As mentioned in brochure) but in my case it has been more than 100 working days.
      I have called them a number of times on their customer care number. They asked to call back in few hours. But no body replied in all the case.

      Recently i have mailed them regarding the refund, no official revert back to solve my problem. It is really a mental and financial harassment from such a popular firm...

      Please suggest me some idea to get my payment back or should i approach the consumer court to get my money back..

        I have taken Club Mahindra Bliss scheme wherein you were represented by sales representative namely Mr. Richard Dsouza along with Mr. Amit (Full name not known).

        I was given assurance that after I take the scheme I will receive following benefits:-
        a. Food Vouchers (Rs 3, 000) to be received by courier which I received.
        b. Amazon Vouchers (Rs 5, 000) however this was suppose to be personally delivered by him which I have not received till date.

        I called Richard several times asking about the vouchers and he kept on saying that as soon as he will receive he will handover to me. However seems it is not happening. Lastly I have messaged him stating that I am raising my query before customer care to which he not replied. Have raised several email complaint but seems waste. There seems to be no mechanism to redress the dispute and to address my concern. Seems the staff are very well trained as to how to get away from complaint mechanism.

        It is very sad that for completing a sale, company's representative give false benefits. Question is not about Rs 5, 000/- but about ethics and how truthful you are.

        I have raised several request to process my request and immediately send Rs 5, 000/- amazon vouchers.

        Its been more than 9 months and yet by dispute is yet to be resolved. I dont know the name of the person, but i did get a call that they have processed my voucher of Rs 5000/- but have never received the same. Seems to be just a drill.

        As a result of said dispute I could not use my points and thus food vouchers which i got initially with kit also got wasted. What was suppose to be fun and relaxing moment has now resulted in disaster including loss of benefits i.e. Average of Paid Membership amount for 1 year, ASF amount for 1 year, food voucher of Rs 3000 expired as could not be used due to dispute, promised vouchers of Rs 5000 not received and worst wasting time to write mail and complaints.

        Atleast they should have courtesy and added equivalent points to my account if cannot fullfil the request of vouchers.

        I was given assurance by one of the executive that my dispute will be resolved as soon as I submitted complaint on this portal. He promised me that within 20 days I will receive my Amazon Voucher. To my suprise to this superficial attitude of falsified executives I have not received benefits as they promised.

          I amol kumar call customer care for membership, they send rohit kumar for the mahindra membership on mar-18, he told me that if i will take franchise then down payment of membership is free. I agreed to take franchise in the name of my wife sandhya ghodkar. He took rs 150000/- cash from me. He told that next day you will get mail for your deposit as well as your membership as i not carry receipt book.
          I received mail for membership but not received any mail for deposit of rs. 150000/-, i talked to customer care and told them everything. They connect with rohit and in conference call he accept that he took rs. 150000/- from me.
          But still company not taken any action on him.
          Also i told customer care that i will not deposit any single emi of membership untill this case is resolve, but the company is deposited my cheque to bank without taking my permission. Total deposit with the company in my membership if rs. 72000/- and i have not untilised any tour from this amount.
          I only want that company will return this amount to me as soon as possible. Because they tool this amount as mis representation.
          I will recover remaining 150000/- from rohit kumar through fir with him.
          Kindly cancel my membership and deposit approx rs. 72000/- in my account as soon as possible.

            I have taken membership of club mahindra. However, after receiving some installments they stopped responding. They stopped taking our calls and on going to be their office they were not ready to listen. We then asked then to stop our membership and we want to discontinue. On sending repetative mails also they are not discontinuing our membership and every month the money is getting deducted. I badly regret taking this sceme. As a consumer, i felt cheated. I want my money to be refunded and i shall request everyone not to take this membership. It is nothing but a fraud.

              I want to cancel my club mahindra membership, i had send email regarding the subject on 29.10.2018, i had been informed by mail that i will be contacted in two days but there is no response from the company.
              Marketing persons are making false statements to sell the membership, it shows how reliable company is? How one can relay upon such company? I want my membership cancelled and my hard earned money back. I have not availed any holidays yet.

                I am co applicant in clubmahindra bearing membership no:1482559. I find this companys service is very bad in all respects. When u send any mail to the member relations with any query and you get instant auto response in my case with reference no. 'mhril=[protected]' membership no1482559.
                After this nobody will bother since possibly illiterates are working in this company who think the query has been attended by the system auto acknowledgement.in my case the email query started on 16th oct 2018 and so far i have received a number of auto response bearing the number above. Wonder how such private company works with irresponsible non diligent personnel where the management acts like a cat having milk with closed eyes and think that they have the best service in the world. No checks are established in this company to find out whether emails are responded after auto response. A poorly managed company. Be careful when u try to become a member of this company since it is not worth the money you spend with poor service at all levels.

                  I have been a member of club mahindra since 2015 and it was through a common friend i got to know about their holidays and i decided to meet a person.
                  1. I was provided a wrong package meant only for senior citizens
                  2. I was told emi would be through checks and they kept deducting money from my sisters account
                  3. I tried to plan holidays with them by calling the same agent who had fixed my membership to guide me on how to do that and he never came back. I had to plan different for my parents.
                  4. I never used any of the services from club mahindra and i was still charged and i still face this stupidity from them and they still keep deducting money from my sisters account for no reason even when i havent used any services
                  5. They now say they will not refund the entire money even if i have not used any services, for what have i paid more than 2 lakh inr?

                  I demand for a full refund immediately. They have not been responding to my emails, earlier they used to regularly call for initial 4-5 months and later they simply ceased to call me. My sister trusted me with with the membership and all club mahindra has done is shame me in front of my sister. Useless services and useless promises.

                      I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause
                      Part c, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment rs 38, 840/- under above mentioned clause.

                      My maf number is 221910. (Refer copy enclosed)
                      The application was filled in by your sales rep mr. Shubham choudhary 1st nov 2018 at bangalore. The down payment amount of rs 38, 840/- was paid from my debit card on 1st nov 2018.
                      Please expunge all debit card details that you collected and any instructions for emis that you may intimated to the bank.

                      Date of filling application: 1st nov 2018
                      Date of payment: 1st nov 2018
                      Date of cancellation: 2nd nov 2018

                      Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority

                      It's been 5 days since you replied here that someone will get back but I haven't got any call from anyone. Dint really expect such unprofessional behavior from a big company like Mahindra but I have to say I am highly disappointed.

                      It's been almost 20 days and I haven't heard anything concrete from club Mahindra. I just got one call from a person and he said money will get refunded in 40 to 45 days, I asked him to send me a written confirmation over mail. He replied that mail confirmation will come in 1 or 2 days but it's been 4 to 5 days since that call also.

                      Club Mahindra is a looting company. Even after receiving cancellation application, they started processing my membership. I am getting mails that membership ID is activated. When I call them, they say someone is looking into cancellation process already. If someone is looking into cancellation then why activate membership and why send mail that we have realized your down payment. This company is extremely unprofessional and they are taking away people's hard earned money

                        With reference to above i would like to inform you that i had requested you to cancel my new membership application with immediate effect and refund the advance of rs. 36, 830/- (Rupees thirty six thousand eight hundred thirty) paid to you for the same. (Written application letters for cancellation reached your registered and corporate office with 10 days as mentioned in your terms and conditions).

                        I had received two welcome phone calls from your department, i explained to them my reasons to cancel the new club mahindra membership. I was assured that the matter will be conveyed to the concerned department and my cancellation request will be processed soon. After that there was no reply from you in any way. On 10th august 2018, i again sent you letter through courier and speed post to both your corporate office and registered office requesting for refund.in next few days, i received the phone call from your department saying that the cancellation request has been processed and i will get the refund immediately after 90 days of joining date. The 90 days period has been over on 18th sept 2018. I have been trying to reach you by phone, but to my dismay and surprise, i am not able to reach you on any number/helpline of your organization of such a high repute!

                        I request you to refund, without any delay, my advance payment of rs. 36, 830/- (Rupees thirty six thousand eight hundred thirty only) with interest @ 18%. Also requesting you to immediately return two post dated cheques drawn of bank of maharashtra, tararani chowk branch, kolhapur.

                        You are requested to issue me d. D. Payable to sushil girdharlal keswani, kolhapur.

                        Request you to refund the above amount without any further delay.

On 10th August 2018, I again sent you letter through courier and Speed post to both your corporate office and registered office requesting for refund. In next few days, I received the phone call from your department saying that the cancellation request has been processed and I will get the refund immediately after 90 days of joining date. The 90 days period has been over long back, but amount has not been refunded yet, neither your organization of such a high repute has sent any reply / feedback / correspondence.

                        After quite a struggle I managed to get your Washi, Mumbai, office number[protected], where, I was told, my case is being processed. I am calling number since few days to enquire for the refund but not getting satisfactory reply.

                        I request you to refund, without any delay, my advance payment of Rs. 36, 830/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Only) with interest @ 18%. Also requesting you to immediately return two post dated cheques submitted to you of Bank of Maharashtra, Tararani Chowk Branch, Kolhapur.

                        You are requested to issue me D.D. payable to Sushil Girdharlal Keswani, Kolhapur.

                        Request you to refund the above amount without any further delay, else will be forced to take the matter legally.

                            My name is alka. My husband take their membership in july this year. From then till now we are not able to plan a single trip with them. Most of the rooms are not available and if rooms are available we are not eligible for that. None of their representatives help u. They always have an excuse. Now i want to cancel my membership till now i paid around 70000 and they said this amount will be forfeited by the company. Even if they are showing problem resolved it means ur money will be forfeited. I m highly disappointed. They all are very bad.

                              I want spend my offer days which is given by club mahindra at the time of membership taken. Non of connection between asf & emi.

                              If i used my offer days & then demanding to you for another booking then you have to ask for the same.

                              My question is if i pay my asf & due emi then you will be able to book my holiday...?
                              My question is your sales team member call me & offer me 3 days exculsive free holiday, any destination in india if i buy a new membership.

                              When you proposed such kind of offer to your new member then why i am not eligable for the same, i am existing member since last 16, 17 months & spend near about rs 1, 70, 000. & never ever experiance single day.

                              Better if you call me or give me your contact no so we can talk & find out solution.

                                Its regarding a fraud marketing strategy by clubmhaindra in the name of completely free gify vouchers.
                                In the 1st week of oct 2018 i have been called at raghumahal hotel in udaipur, saying i am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort. When i went there it was nothing but a straight forward marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a member of cubmahindra. They tried to convince me by all means in order to avail their membership. They said even though u become a member of club mahindra or not, still u ll get 3 gift vouchers at no cost today. Description of voucher was like a free movie tickets, a 3 days stay at club mahindra resort and a discount voucher of kalyan jewellers.in d end of the meeting i said i cannot take ur membership unless i dont visit ur properties since its a matter of lacks. They said not to worry we are providing you 3 vouchers which i havnt received till date.

                                Pls note club mahindra dont use such marketing strategies to fool people n waste valuable time with ur non sense strategies.
                                I am sure you are moving ahead and putting black mark on the tag of club mahindra. Your organisation can only progress when u can look ahead for customer satisfaction and not by means of fooling dem.

                                I have got all phone recording how u fool people on phones.

                                Stop fraud else you will be out of market very soon

                                  Its regarding a club mhaindra gift voucher which was issued to me on 16/sept/2017,
                                  In month of sept 2017 i have been called by club mahindra office,, saying i am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort. When i went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a cubmahindra memeber. When i was not convinced by them they have given me a gift voucher valid for 6 months starting from 15/sept/2017 to 15/march/2018.
                                  When i planned my holiday and followed the all required procedure to redeem gift voucher, they didnt reply on time and my plan went in vein. When i was trying to redempt the voucher. Now from past more than 8 months i am trying to book, but its not getting true. I think its a very bad way of fooling people taking their precious time and at the end fooling them.
                                  I was feedup of this but now finally i got this voucher in my drover and was trying again to use it but its shoing expired.
                                  Wats the use of any voucher which cant be redempt wn its valid.
                                  So finally its a trap named gift voucher which they put to catch new members for club mahindra.
                                  Club mahindra's gift vouchers cannot be redeemed.

                                  Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from club mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra. Its not my frustation but its the story of most of the people who deal with club mahindra. If you google you will get lot many reviews more or less like mine.

                                  So when you plan your holiday go for some other options and save your vacations from getting screwed.

                                    Since june i m trying to cancel my membership but every time your agents are telling no amount will be refunded and are convincing to pay the instalment for more 3 months and when i am calling customer support team they are telling your complete amount will be refunded. They are assuring me that this month onwards your instalment will not be deducted but every month to 10000 are getting deducted from my account. You people are misguiding us. I m sure you people too don't know about your rules and regulations. Its ok if it's 1 or 2 months, but it's 5 months now. And even i m telling to cancel my membership you people are just putting the instalments on hold for 3 months and despite of my several request you are deducting my instalments. Please explain me why??

                                      I had taken Club Mahindra membership on 26 May 2018 and made an initial down payment of Rs 28930.00. Subsequently, I developed some health issue and sent mail to Club Mahindra for cancellation around 01 June 2018. My membership was cancelled on 21 June 2018 which was intimated to me through e mail and I was told that the initial down payment made would be refunded within 90 days. This time limit has exceeded and in spite of sending numerous e mails to member relations / contacting the Delhi branch office, till date the refund has not been made.
                                      It is requested that my complaint be investigated as to why Club Mahindra is not refunding my paid amount.
