This is to request you to cancel my membership and my contract that i signed on 19/01/2019. My member id is 2852817. I have found a lot of discrepancies in what i was told by the sales officer sachin who attended us and gave us the presentation. We were told misleading things about yearly maintenance fees, club m select membership and discounts thereby, our complimentary holidays that have been given to us, about booking flights with mahindra and lot of other things.
We trusted him because he was representing mahindra group and we did not expect fraud things about it. We told him about our friends’ experiencing difficulty in booking and other things like minimum two or three nights but he said the policies have changed much now.
He said the offer was valid only for that day and he talked us into taking it then, though we wanted some time to think over. Unfortunately we have had a bad experience and feel cheated. Please cancel our membership and refund us our money.

    Dear club mahindra team;

    Kindly hear me out on my problems and do the needful;

    1. On august 15th 2018 took delivery of mahindra xuv 500 automatic; ka-05 mx-7567.
    2. I was issued a voucher as a complimentary holiday for this purchase.
    3. As i am already a club mahindra (Cm) member i requested for including the holidays into my existing account; nobody responded and gave up.
    4. As a member from 2009 i hold cm with great admire and has become a status symbol in our entire family.
    5. I tried booking from the voucher and i can say ; it was a beggars choice to book the resort and finally ended up in getting at allepey something. (10th april 2019 to 12th)
    6. But unfortunately the new almanac for our religion was not published at the time of booking and coincides with my fathers annual ceremony which i cannot miss to conduct. This was my mistake.
    7. Hence requesting for giving an option to change my holiday dates ; as a special case
    8. I also suggest for existing cm members the complimentary holiday clubbing into existing would be a best options.

      The person Mr. Yogesh, Syed from Club Mahindra after joining only I relisied the words was not true. And not answering the calls. Every time I make a call They were allways in meeting . As i want to cancell my membership .

        Based on given presentation and offered we had agreed to take membership of club mahindra and deposited amount of rs.36830
        When we asked to avail facility against provided offered they are not able to provide facility and asking more and more money.
        Due to this initial bad experience we had frustrated and asked to withdrawn my membership and refund of paid amount.
        After many chase up we received response from member relations team they have agreed to cancel membership but not agree for any refund paid amount.

          I joined club mahindra membership on 2nd december 2018, i made down payment of rs 28, 500/-

          As i feel "not to continue" club mahindra membership due to price and family constraint, i want to withdraw my membership application.

          I withdrawal my membership on 11th december 2018 by writing a mail to relations at club mahindra but i did not get any update after that i was forwards same mail at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com.

          I have communicated the same to mr. Himanshu (Sr. Executive, sales) as i have applied club mahendra membership through them.

          I was stunned when they said it will take around 60 days to get my refund back, i paid down payment via credit card and i find it very difficult to pay my credit card bill for 2 months.

          Till now i haven't get any committed date for my refund from their side. They are not taking the matter seriously, i doubt if they can give my refund within specified time, their intentions are not clear such kind of non ethical behavior was certainly not expected from a mahindra group company.

          Please help me in getting my refund back from club mahindra.

              Its regarding a clubmhaindra gift voucher,
              In month of December I have been called at club mahindra office, Hilton hotel, guindy, saying I am selected for getting a new car in fbl show room (hyundai i20 asta)and to receive a 4 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort at any places in their list. When I went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a cubmahindra memeber. When I awas not convinced they are ok and told me that they will sent me a voucher through mail I'd and asked me to provide mail I'd to his inbox .he told me gift voucher valid for 6 months .When I planned my holiday and followed the all required procedure to get gift voucher, but they didnt reply on time, not attended my calls, stating some reasons like mail will be received in spam and I clearly told them that I did not yet recieved any mails and how come mails come to spam ?he was telling some fake reasons and my plan went in vein. When i called them they said we already replied you which was obviously a fake reason. Now from past more than 2 weeks I am tracing them but they dont reply to mails and when I call to customer care[protected] they say we will do the needful and convey your message to concern person (which is again a lie).
              So finally its a trap named gift voucher which they put to catch new members for club mahindra.
              Club Mahindra's Gift vouchers cannt be redeemed.

              Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from Club Mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra. Its not my frustation but its the story of most of the people who deal with club Mahindra.If you google you will get lot many reviews more or less like mine.

              So when you plan your holiday go for some other options and save your vacations from getting screwed.

                I am mr. Deelip sakharam ingle become member of club mahindra from indore and paid 25000/- as one instalment afterwards i was unable to pay remaining fees and we also moved from indore to another city. It is approximatly in 2010 i also dont remember exact date. I had tried to contact club mahindra but all was in vain. Right now also i am not sure about any body will contact me or think about my membership or refund of mony paid in 2010. If now also nobody care about it i will file the case against club mahindra in court. My cell number is [protected]

                  Mountain club resort - not getting booking even in advance notice
                  I have bought the mountain club membership with membership id - namc - 19605 from ansal plaza, office. After making payment of 1lakh - for 10 years. The plan looks good to me at that time and the person shehbaaz sidiqui who was the manager there has promised getting 100% bookings after giving maximum 15 days notice. I have notified on 2nd jan, the customer care to book 5days for me in goa on 8 -12feb. (I. E more than 1month in advance). Till today i have not get the confirmation from customer care. I didn't understand how much in advance i have to told these guys to get the confirm booking. Sehbaaz has promised on call that i got the booking and don't worry but till date no confirmation. Moreover now the shehbaaz is transferred to some other company and some new person is looking this in janakpuri, delhi, office. He is also saying that i am trying on priority to get the booking for you for 8-12 february2019.. If i will not get the confirm booking then i will update this comment.

                    I have brought member ship from club mahindra [ no 2822712] on june 6th 2018 and cancelled it on june 9th 2018. Since then its a such a torture to beg to club mahindra for the refund of my initial payment. Its been 7 months now and even after their representative had sent me some payment details that payment is sent to my card on 7th dec 2018, i am still waiting and wasting my precious time in following up with them. They are still checking and working on it. Such a bad experience..

                    Still waiting for the update . received one call on 18th Jan and after that still no further info from Club mahindra . thats the pattern for last many months ...one call and then silence ..why should i pay 36 % interest on my credit card for months ? is that the new business model of Club mahindra ???? so frustrating and unethical on part of them . god knows when i would get my money back !!

                      I have been given false commitment by club mahindra sales representative about wavier of asf for 4 years.

                      However after few days of selling the membership to me, he is not traceble (Mobile not working).

                      Called mahindra customer care about this, they replied to my initial 2-3 emails but later stopped responding.

                      Even their toll free customer care number is not responsive - (Call automatically disconnects after some time).

                      They were behind me before purchasing the membership and now i am not even able to connect to their customer care. Have been trying since so many days.

                      I want to close the membership and get back my money.

                      You wrote to me that you will get back to me by 22nd Jan 2019 on my membership closure. But you did not.

                      How can I trust Club Mahindra when they don't follow what they give in writing?

                      I am attaching the images of the emails sent by member experience team.

                      I have written several emails and their automatic reply that they would contact me in 2 days which they never do.

                      I am tired all this.

                      Club Mahindra - Request you to show atleast some level of professionalism. You guys are in the hospitality Industry and you cannot be doing this to your customers.

                      Misleading customers cannot be your way of working.

                      Please Cancel my membership and stand by what you assured me of.

                      I have written several mails with proofs of conversation.

                      Please close my membership and return my money.

                        I attended club mahindra holidays promotional event held in a hotel. I filled the membership form did not know it was also ecs from. I was not allowed to go through the full membership form of 10 pages. I believed club mahindra holidays is a reputed company and would not cheat. I was told that a copy of all documents i am signing here will be given to you before leaving the event. They gave me an envelope and said all documents are inside it. I opened it only after coming home and to my surprise there was just marketing brochure inside it.

                        After that, i got verification call from club mahindra holidays mumbai office for my membership verification and during this verification process i came to know there are many hidden terms and conditions. I rejected their membership and asked the executive on phone to not to proceed for membership activation.

                        The next day i asked the executive who sold membership to me to cancel my membership for which he said he can not do anything. I have all proof in email.

                        Still, they activated membership and created ecs to deduct monthly emi.

                        I want them to immediately cancel ecs, cancel my membership, refund my money and stop cheating people. If they can not run company using fair practices then shut it down.

                        I have already sent many emails to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com. One sent recently. I want full refund of money. I had already communicated my Grievance during the verification call and before my membership got activated to Club Mahindra executive and To your Mumbai office. I have still not received refund.

                          We had booked our holiday at Club Mahindra's Varca Goa resort vide my membership no .. ( booked against Cv No. 1982793.) We arrived on 09/10/2015 at 11 am after a long drive from Mumbai. We were made to wait for 4 hrs (since we reached at 8.30 am) as the room was getting done up. Inspite of giving so much time, we noticed after occupying our room that the microwave was not functioning and the toilet flush was broken. With repeated requests it took over an hour to attend and resolve.

                          Evening we asked housekeeping to send us some plates and spoons and we were shocked when we were given used plates by housekeeping. On subsequent day when we went to have buffet break fast, we shocked to note that the plates were not sanitized and were dirty and greasy. This was bought to the chef in charge who agreed to look into it. I had given this as feed and also wanted to meet the GM who refused to meet us nor give us time.

                          Till date they have not resolved my query and have eaten up my paid maintenance because of their refusal to attend to my complaint. I am now seeking to get refund of my membership amount paid along with maintenance I paid but not used due to Club Mahindra attitude.

                          I am Vikas Mathur. My MAF number is APR/2018/25YRS/216757.
                          Have not got my refund even after more than 6 months. It was promised that the amount would be refunded within 3 months, but even after repeated follow ups and mails to memberexperience & memberRelations still have not received the amount. Hence please look into the matter asap.

                            The cancellation request was registered on 03/08/2018 and the refund was supposed to be processed in 90 working days. We are already on 9th of january and my refund has not yet been processed. I have already tried to reach out to you in this regard several times but there has been no feedback.

                              My overseas residing member and co applicants have duly submitted all details with soft copies on specific instructions reflecting due compliance by email dated 26th december 18 and a reminder on 3rd january.19
                              There is no acknowledgement nor action taken, if any, to complete the process by mhrl pune which must be the worst of branches of mhrl.
                              The transferee has threatened to take the matter to court

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                My member application form (Maf) number is oct/2018/25yrs/240795 (Refer copy enclosed). I would like to withdraw my club mahindra holidays membership application under the clause part c, 8.1 of the agreement and claim full refund of the down payment rs. 39, 840/- under the above-mentioned clause.

                                The application was filled in by your senior sales executive, mr. Chandru anandhan on january 6, 2019 at hotel green park, chennai. The down payment amount of rs. 39, 840 was deducted from my credit account at 1606 hrs on january 6, 2019.

                                Kindly expunge all credit card details that were collected for this purpose and retract any emi instructions that may have been intimated to the bank.

                                Consider this request for the withdrawal of club mahindra holidays membership application for full refund on priority and kindly refund the down payment amount and cancel subsequent emi instructions, if any, at the earliest.

                                Fake commitment by sales executive Mr Sagar Srivastava and his manager Mr Gorkha Ahmedabad base office. He has not responded my call and no given any service. When I was joined club Mahindra membership. They given promise to all type service.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I would like to complaint about really unprofessional and fraudulent commitments made by your employees while selling your products and their carefree behaviour after cheating with the customers on your brand name.

                                  This is in reference to the member id 2846834 in name of mr. Manoj kumar agarwal. I had bought your bliss membership on 30th november 2018 from your executives mr mani kumar mob:- [protected] and mr ronit mob:- [protected] which i term as biggest mistake of my life.

                                  Trusting your big brand name 'club mahindra', we believed in the offers and vouchers which they offered us at the time of selling, but to our utter surprise we now came to know that all these were meant to cheat and loot us.

                                  Soon after taking the payment, these two executives became unreachable and did not pick up our calls. After we made several complaints through mails, they called us only to ask for more time.

                                  Your executive accepted the mistake and promised us to refund our rs 10000/- and asked s to accept the membership which is still blocked for no reason. But it has been more than a week we have not received the refund.

                                  To add salt to our wounds, our monthly emi is been deducted even though our membership remained blocked and we still not able to receive any communication for our problems.

                                  This is really very very fraudulent and cheat behavior shown by such a big brand or in name of such big brand.

                                  I request you to kindly take this matter on priority and solve our problem. Kindly contact me on [protected].

                                  I hope your company do not endorse such fraud and cheat ethics and would help us out in this regard as soon as possible.

                                    ...just recovering from a horrible "holiday" thanks to the "skills" of some motivated call-center “customer-care" ### !
                                    first it was a "managerial" 'hide-n-seek' goof-up at LePoshe Kodikanal for 4 days ! ... and later they assured a great stay n sent me to a "stay-in-room" 6 days at munnar, all sight-seeing + photography hobby stuff i had planned at Munnar came a cropper as the roads LEADING to them was totally blocked ( roads otherwise also were like a pot-holed minefield ) .
                                    this was supposed to be a well earned rest and family time, only now my family wont hear the word "CLUB-MAHINDRA", total 12 days wasted not to talk of the ridicule from my children, over 40k spent on a wasted holiday which has sapped my energy, i am not exactly in the "25-35" years bracket ! ...no designated car parking for self driven vehicles, all prime car-parking designated to "TAXI", diesel was just 30+ km trip and so was the ATMs !
                                    I can post all call recordings ...more than 20+ attempts at calling them .

                                    take my word for it the Munnar place has deteriorated so much in over the 15 years i have known it, forget "gold-crown" ...this is no longer deserves even a "copper-crown" !

                                    ...as usual no effort by the "head office" to bother on my misery, company has been asking people at the lower end to "stall" and deffer ... old tricks ! ... it would only be a brave or really stupid person to "embark" on another "HOLIDAY" as the company would like to counter !

                                      I took the membership on 4-9-2018 and the same day i told them to refund because they lied to me about the package. Then they told me that you will get the refund from our office club mahindra, jasola branch (New delhi). I contacted the branch and i was told that your refund will initiated in 60-90 days. Now given duration has passed and they are still giving lame excuses that we will call you by the end of the day. No one call, msg or mails you. They have totally unprofessional, liar and fraud employees.

                                        My membership number is 2831688.The sales person name is Vinodh and he gave lot of false promises and didn't allow me to read the documents as the documents were handed over to me after paying initial amount of 36K and remaining in 48 installments.He told me that at any point of time, i can cancel my membership if i don't like the service and all money will be refunded any time.I waited for 3 weeks with no membership id and i got frustrated as they never replied on the same.I called several times and decided to cancel my membership by calling Customer experience.After one month, another sales person named Sudheesh called me and asked for an appointment.He came to my home and requested me to continue the membership and he also confirmed that i will get full refund if i cancel anytime.He told me that he will take a special care on my membership and requested me saying Vinodh(1st sales guy) will loose his job if i continue to cancel.He collected all cheques.I asked him to deposit the cheques starting novemeber but he deposited the cheque in october itself despite several reminders.I am very much disappointed with the service and cancelled my membership on october 14th, 2018. There was no response from Club mahindra side and i went in person to their office in chennai .I met a person swapna and a sales Team head .They apologized me saying that both the sales persons gave false commitments to achieve their sales target.Also they told me that they will get a special approval to refund all my money(46K - 36k advance + 1 EMI).I have recorded complete conversation for safety.Its almost 3 months completed now and there was no call or email from their side.Whenever i call them, either they ignore my call or say email sent for approval.I want my money back.I can release all the audio calls if needed.Pls. do the needful.

                                        I have informed the Customer service also several times and local office in chennai.I need my money back.My relationship with Club mahindra is enough to remember.I trusted the brand and the sales staffs and though i am educated, i was cheated literally with false commitments and still running after them to get my money back.Please help to return my money back.

                                        This issue is not resolved.Club mahindra spoke to me couple of times and promised me for a solution.Today i got an email from a person called Manikandan saying they cannot refund the money.Another person names Thameem was in touch with me in this regard and i tried to call him today with no reply.This is not resolved.I will attach all my phone recordings tonight.How come this status show resolved??.Beware of Club Mahindra!!!

                                        Club mahindra promised me to give a vacation as a goodwill to resolve this crisis but that too they cheated by dragging and never pick up calls if i ask for updade.Thameem was the person who got involved in this.Club mahindra seems to be an unprofessional club and i request people to be aware and if possible don't take membership in this club.
