Since june i m trying to cancel my membership but every time your agents are telling no amount will be refunded and are convincing to pay the instalment for more 3 months and when i am calling customer support team they are telling your complete amount will be refunded. They are assuring me that this month onwards your instalment will not be deducted but every month to 10000 are getting deducted from my account. You people are misguiding us. I m sure you people too don't know about your rules and regulations. Its ok if it's 1 or 2 months, but it's 5 months now. And even i m telling to cancel my membership you people are just putting the instalments on hold for 3 months and despite of my several request you are deducting my instalments. Please explain me why??

    I had taken Club Mahindra membership on 26 May 2018 and made an initial down payment of Rs 28930.00. Subsequently, I developed some health issue and sent mail to Club Mahindra for cancellation around 01 June 2018. My membership was cancelled on 21 June 2018 which was intimated to me through e mail and I was told that the initial down payment made would be refunded within 90 days. This time limit has exceeded and in spite of sending numerous e mails to member relations / contacting the Delhi branch office, till date the refund has not been made.
    It is requested that my complaint be investigated as to why Club Mahindra is not refunding my paid amount.

      Its regarding a clubmhaindra gify voucher,
      In month of oct 2018 i have been called at fortune park hotel in ahmedabad, saying i am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort. When i went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a cubmahindra memeber. When i awas not convinced by them they have given me a gift voucher valid for 6 months starting from oct 2018.
      When i planned my holiday and followed the all required procedure to redeem gift voucher, i m not able to complete voucher redeemable process. After that i have tried to call concern person three to four time he said you won't be able to process due some technical reason.
      So finally its a trap named gift voucher which they put to catch new members for club mahindra.
      Club mahindra's gift vouchers cannt be redeemed.

      Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from club mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra. Its not my frustation but its the story of most of the people who deal with club mahindra. If you google you will get lot many reviews more or less like mine.

      So when you plan your holiday go for some other options and save your vacations from getting screwed.

      No it is like that only, I have contacted executive 4-5 times to book resort for given coupon but he has always give new excuse. So it seems it club Mahindra just made me full. Whatever resort I m asking for book they say it's full

        I have subscribed for club mahindra holidays, while subscribed sales executive have me lot of commitments and manager also came to my home to convince me. Now i haven't received any offer and my subscription is not updated. Now while i'm trying to reach them they are not responding. Suggest should i file a complaint since i have all evidence

        I Attended their seminar, At the end of the presentation got the holiday voucher as a reward for buying a car.
        But it is just not redeemable and also which ever resort you select, no rooms are available.
        Now, tell me how can i trust this company and risk taking the membership.

          Unresolved - club mahindra holidays — no holiday confirmation


          Its been over 8 years since i have become a member of club mahindra and i have not got a single holiday. I did not get any holiday confirmation whenever i have tried.

          I feel i have lost my entire money which i have paid to club mahindra with no returns at all. Honestly, as a customer, i feel i have been cheated by the organization

          I want to have my entire money back from club mahindra.

          And its wrong to say that your team has resolved the complaint.

          My status is the same as before.

            We have sent mail to cancel our membership 10 days ago but still haven't received any response. We want to ensure that our next emi is not deducted. We are trying to reach out to the their contact no[protected] since a week but it's of no use. Kindly send your response asap! We don't want our next emi to be deducted which is on 6th nov, 2018.

              I m here to register a complaint regarding Club Mahindra Membership.
              We got a call from club Mahindra saying that you being a Maruti customer, we are offering you a free trip of 2nights and 3 days for free of cost and were called for an hour of presentation at one of the hotels in Ahmedabad. Due to continuous follow-ups, we attended the presentation which almost took 3-4 hours to finish. During the time we were forced to take up the membership which had the basic value of 35000 and which after giving tens of new offers and promises convinced anyhow to take up the plan to 25000 for 10 years. This was finally convinced to us by Mr. Rahul who told as the senior official on their team. We were told that will receive the welcome kit in 4-5 days which we received after a month and a half, after taking the membership.
              We taking the membership were clearly promised that Mr. Akash will be their customer representative and would arrange for the trips. After receiving the welcome kit, the EMI started right from January 2018 and we would be able to take the first trip or the free trip only after paying the march EMI. After march when we tried to call Akash for the trip and suggestions, he was not a single time available on the phone calls. We repeatedly tried to reach him calling every week after week, but there was no response, and the same case with Rahul followed. Finally, we received a call from Akash in April end saying that he has left the job from club Mahindra and he would ask some other official to take up your account. Not a single person has come over to attend till date for any of our needs. Mr. Rahul is not yet in any contact after offering the membership. Continuous phone calls from our side were made to get in contact when one day we registered the complain on CM facebook page. Mr. Mohit called up just the second day, saying that you need some assistance. We clearly made him clear that we would like to freeze the EMI cycle and end up the membership right from that very day. He clearly refused us to freeze the EMI cycle and told us that there is no policy against any reimbursement of the money. Instead in return, he started giving us suggestions for continuing the membership and forcing us to follow EMI cycle. We were sure to discontinue the service, so he told us to wait for a few days for his call, which happened to be his vacation leave and after returning too he didn’t revert. In July we received a call from him, saying that we don’t have any policy to return the money. Then we went to the CM office in Ahmedabad, where we met Mr. Amish who instead of listening to our complaint started offering us the trip to the different destination, which we were completely not wanting for. Till date, Rahul has not tried to contact us after making all those fake promises. It is usually a big waste of time talking to these officials for 30 – 45 minutes, explaining each of them our problem and then again they ask to call on the same day or within 2 days. In the end, there is nobody calling and if someone reverts, they don’t have any solution to stop our EMI cycle and reimburse for the money they have from us.
              Finally, we have talked to our bank, to freeze the EMI which is deducted every month on 7th. Its really surprising to find not a single personnel knowledgeable about the product offers, details and terms and conditions involved in the membership.
              We strictly advise, not to take up any membership when it is forced with a bundle of offers and discounts. And to club Mahindra guys, whoever is concerned, we kindly ask for the reimbursement of the complete amount along with the interests. The worst experience that we had with such a labeled company, who claims to be so much and poor offerings.

                Dear all,

                I had a stay last week (July 6, to july 12, 2018) at our club mahindra bangkok property, i faced the following difficulties and resulting which my holiday was spoiled, i had written emails also from there but no responses were received :

                1. Rooms check in was too slow and were made to wait a lot inspite the rooms been there m sure.

                2. Rooms were too smelly and ac not working.

                3. Furniture was horrible and painted with wet colours resulting into several of my clothes catching colours

                4. I have sulphur allergy used in paints and have catched up with bad cold and cough till date, wasting my 2 days in room.

                5. Except chef lucky, all chefs were not ready to provide jain food as they were feeling pain of cooking it separately from the buffet and kept giving excuses.

                6. The lady waiter at the restaurant kept billing us for everything and anything 80 bhat for a piece of jaggery and so on, 600 bhaat for breakfast for which chef and waiters were fighthing for what to make in jain food and finally we ended up paying that for no food and left the resturant. I felt like a cheated customer and being a member its my right to know what action you are going to take on this.

                7. External tour operators are sitting in the premises and over charging for everything to our members and if refuse to go with them they harrased me a lot and asked the taxis not to take me anywhere, i strictly propose to remove them from our property asap, else i would put this in social media and raise this to highest level in mahindra's.

                8. Front desk sudesh and chef lucky were very helpful.

                9. Room service and house keeping is at its worst.

                Not even a 2 star property and service levels way to low of our standards.

                Inspite of several follow ups no apology and compensation received.

                  One of my guest went for 2 days holiday

                  They cut double the room nights for no reason

                  It is really suprising to note the following - same situation, same guest, same resort and same time and only 2 days

                  Booking in red season in naldehra 29th-30 th june (2.1 room nights deducted) 2 studio

                  Booking in red season in naldehra 30 th -1st july (7.7 room nights deducted) 2 br (He stayed in 2 studio appt)

                  Is not very suprising and contradictory. It is like club mahindra is just fooling and cutting room nights and deceiving

                  In all guest stayed for 2 nights in red season — that is all and you cut 9.8 nights

                  I am really suprised and disaappointed

                  For the same one night in the red season you cut 2.1days and same place, same season, same no. Of nights you cut 7.7 days
                  For two nights in all you cut 9.8nights

                  What calculation is this???

                    With regret i wish to inform that, none of my concerns have been resolved so far. Not so good experience at all.

                    - vouchers to my upcoming trip provided are incorrect (Issue in no. Of persons)
                    - inventory balance deducted twice leaving me no space to book further holidays
                    - pathetic customer service/sales pocs.

                    If you wish to resolve, please provided a space where i can provide my details such as membership id, email, contact number.

                    Hope some one takes customer issues seriously & on priority.

                      आपकी टीम ने 11 जून को मथुरा में pc jweller शो रूम में camp लगाकर मेरा club mahindra holidays के लिए 28930 ₹ एटीएम के माध्यम से क्लब महिंद्रा को भुगतान कर रजिस्ट्रेशन किया था तथा मुझसे यह वायदा किया था कि मेरी kit आगामी 15 दिनों में मुझे प्राप्त हो जाएगी किन्तु बडे खेद का विषय है कि kit आज तक अप्राप्त है ।
                      तथा मेरे sale ajent mr. Arsh khan द्वारा भी किसी भी प्रकार की कोई help नही की गई।मेरे द्वारा आपको कई बार मेल किया गया।किन्तु आपके द्वारा कोई सहायता नहीं की गई।
                      यह एक बुरा अनुभव है और मैं स्वयं को ठगा महसूस कर रहा हूँ।

                        Club mahindra guys are genuinely taking their customers for granted, on one side i have been making request for rooms but every time i am declined of room because of no vacancy or purple season rooms hence not eligible.

                        Now on top of it they have deducted my seven days of holiday, i have written to all people including their country head but no one has ever come with a solution. Instead they break the email chain to avoid the trails.
                        Further to add more worries, they have almost doubled the asf, one doesn't get holidays and if it is not utilized it gets lapsed.
                        They do not even tell how much would one get on cancellations.

                          I would like to bring to your attention the issue that I have been facing with Club Mahindra

                          I was invited to one of their presentation Vadodara, Gujarat on September 16th. However at the presentation, I was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – A clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by MHIL.

                          Anyways I opted for the membership and had to pay the EMIs starting November. However; after much deliberation I realized that the offer which I have accepted might not be with my financial plannings and I sent out my cancellation request thru email and written application to Ahmedabad and Chennai centers on September 21st.

                          MHIL called me up on the day itself however I was not able to attend the call on the same day that was September 21st and I wrote an email to connect with me the next day.

                          MHIL did called me back on September 22nd and noted my grievances and then acknowledged my email on the same day stating they have received my request and it has been forwarded to the respective department.

                          Since that day till today - I have been following up with them on their call center and on each instances they are telling me that I would get a call on the same day or the next. I have yet not received any call from them. I really fail to understand that being such a reputed company as they are - how much time would it take to update their customer on the status of the request they might be working on.

                          I was seriously thinking on opting for this membership in future as my financial obligations ease up; however with this kind of attitude of their is now making me think otherwise.

                          I sincerely hope they would care about their customers and would look into my issue

                          This complaint has not been resolved; so I was informed on Oct 27th thru email that my refund will be credited to my account in 100 working days; on March 28th I followed up with Club Mahindra as it was more than 100 days.

                          They shamelessly informed me on Saturday March 30th that it will take 12-15 working days more to refund my money.

                          This is utter unprofessional from Club Mahindra and also a clear case of breach of trust and commitment.

                          Can anyone please advise how should take legal actions against them? As I do not have trust in them.

                            As i took the membership for the Europe tour with my Family as my husband came for the vacations from dubai to india and while we were contacting them again again for the tour, no reply was given by the company as they do not stuck on their commitement . Meanwhile they made a false commitement with us for the europe tour and in the mean time my husbands vacations were over .

                              I have a club mahindra membership since 2015 and in year 2017 my membership was wrongly used by club mahindra for booking 2 reservations for some unknown people. Have been contacting club mahindra from so long but there is help from their side and instead club mahindra executives gets impolite. I have 2 club mahindra memberships and i am facing some or the other misconduct for both memberships from start. They have been constantly looting people on the name of selling memberships with false promises.

                                Details of the compliant are as follows.

                                Dear concerned,

                                I would like to bring to your attention the following sub standard experience we had during our recent holiday in ganpatipule.

                                1. The room sizes were no where close to a studio. They are simple hotel units. There is no extra bed/sofa-cum-bed/pullout cot as standard of the room furnishings, as is the case with other resorts. The room has a single seater sofa. How do you consider a room like that as a studio. It is just a hotel unit, nothing more.
                                2. The quality of the mattress was pathetic. It is completely sagged in the middle with the supporting frame at the bottom broken. I had a very bad backache waking up the second day. Fortunately, the club mahindra representative, mr shaji, came to my rescue and changed the rooms. The second room has only one seater sofa. I did not bother to bring into mr shaji's notice as i was made aware that only one studio checkout happened that day, which was allotted to us. So i felt like there is no point in bringing this to his notice. But, how do you expect a family to sit and relax in a single seater sofa? And you sell the room as studio.
                                3. The toiletries were of sub standard quality. We get much better toiletries at other club mahindra resorts.
                                4. The activity center doesn't have any air conditioning. How do you expect that we sit in a shed with out ac in the afternoons with very humid weather and have a relaxing holiday? How can the kids play for longer duration there? I am not talking about full day, but atleast couple of hours.
                                5. No activities of interest during the three days of our stay. There is no team at all to conduct any activities.
                                6. The swimming pool is another experience altogether. I got bitten by insects in the pool on the first day. I have traveled to so many of your resorts and traveled across the world, but never had similar experience in a swimming pool. The next two days, we did not dare to venture back in to the pool.
                                7. Power outages all the time with out proper generator back-up. I lost the count of the number of times the power went off. With the humid whether, it was simply unbearable.

                                The only saving grace was the helpful club mahindra representative mr shaji and the chef mr vikram. If not for these two people, it would have been a nightmare.

                                You may say that this is an affiliate/associate resort. But that cannot be an excuse. We have been to affiliate and associate resorts earlier and never faced similar issues. We never felt like we were staying in a club mahindra resort during the entire stay.in fact we felt like we were staying at a 2 star hotel with unprofessional management after paying for 5 star facilities. The is not acceptable.

                                We definitely have not paid lakhs of rupees of membership and thousands of rupees every year on asf for these kind of sub standard facilities.

                                I want you to refund the full points deducted for this booking back into my account at the earliest. Also, i would urge you to take immediate corrective measures at this resort to make it a club mahindra standard resort.

                                  I saddam qureshi had claim refund for rs. 36830 which i paid on 23rd july 2018 within 10 days i cancelled the membership as specified for full refund claim however i have not received my refund amount yet.
                                  Now club mahindra people and sales executive me rohan is not taking my calls.
                                  M worried about my payment.
                                  On this 25th october 2018, given time of 90 days will elapsed which club mahindra had promised in the mail.
                                  I request club mahindra to pay my refund as soon as possible. I am attaching reply of club mahindra team which specifies time frame within which they must credit refund amount.

                                      I bought club mahindra membership in 2014 and since then i have faced so many inconvenience while booking any resort which ever resort i want to book it shows no rooms available due to same my days has been lapsed and there is no assistance for the same from club mahindra. I was promised from club mahindra that i pay my afs dues so lll be credited my days back but nothing of that sort has happen.

                                        This complaint is regarding the voucher that has been received few months ago...
                                        The voucher was issued by a guy named "shiva kumar" issued on[protected] valid upto[protected]
                                        With address k g oxford business, centre srikandath road, ravipuram.
                                        As i had booked my tickets to goa this month... When i tried to redeem the voucher they told it has been redeemed by some other random guy.. (Fake mayb).
                                        People plzz dont trust club mahindra stuff... Very mich disappointing and shameful.. Never trust these bunch of fake people...
