Hello sir,
I am sanjay borde from aurangabad i am a red series member of club mahindra.
I and my family went to rajasthan for 8 days from dates 12 december 2017 to 20 december 2017. We check in to kumbhalgarh on 15 december 2017 and check out on 17 december 2017 afternoon.
I lost my iphone 7 at kumbhalgarh resort.
I had complained about it to management.
We reached to kumbhalgarh then we went to poolside for an evening walk. On that time my both phones were present in resorts room. I came to the room after my dinner. When i came to room the iphone 7 was not there in the room. But the second phone was in the room. Meanwhile, the housekeeping guy came to the room for setting extra bed purpose though i clearly told to the management that if i am not present in the room please don't send any person to clear the room. I have clear doubt that my phone was stolenfrom the room. Still, i didn't get any feedback from kumbhalgarh management.
I am requesting you to give me some strong solution for this matter.
This is not at all good thing for club mahindra reputation. We paid 5.6 lack rupees for the membership.5.6 lack rupees is not a small amount
I request you to take some serious action and solve my problem as early as possible. I'm expecting a new iphone7 from the club mahindra.
Please do the needful.

    I want to say that i purchase your club membership in february 2017from mr. Somnath roy is your sales executive in amritsar he said if i paid 10% down payment then i can hold my emi, when i plan for holidays than i have to pay three emi one time then can enjoy holidays with family in any club mahindra resorts,
    7n/8d in club mahindra resorts and two coupons for two nights in club mahindra resorts and 7n/8d days in rci or club mahindra resorts and club give me coupons also which cost of rs 13500/- that coupon use for food in resorts at the time of holidays and after all holidays experience if i am satisfied with the club mahindra holidays then i can start emi or one time payment, then 29/5/2017 i receive call from chandigarh club mahindra office for emi due for may then meena kashyap clear me their is no any plan like that,
    After that i regular call to mr somnath roy sales executive and mr sandeep a. S. M in chandigarh and clear all the thing with him but that person not clear me, my request is plz resolve my issue with immediate effect,
    Your executive told me lie, so their is no any my fault,
    I ask to mr. Somnath roy that he meet me but he not pick my call,
    Yesterday he said that he come to my home to meet me and solve this issue but now he is not picking my phone.

      I don;t think purple club really works, it always like indian railways can't get a ticket :)
      I think i would have been more than happy if mahindra resorts to some other promotion like 10l diesel free, or cash discount instead providing coupons which never work!! I have tried to contact customer care but there is no response just like govt. Organisation dont care for customers.

        My club mahindra member i'd is 2777407.
        I had applied for cancellation of this membership the very next day as i was misrepresented by your staff ms swati kakkar at pitampura branch delhi.
        Even after elapsing of about six months there's no whereabouts of cancellation and refund.
        Also there is standing instruction on my credit card for debiting the instalment, at least on submitting my cancellation request it should have been aborted but i don't have any correspondence from company's behalf regarding.
        I don't know when will i get my money back.

          I joined Club Mahindra membership on 18th Nov. 2017, I made down payment of Rs 37220.00

          As I feel "not to continue" club mahindra membership due to price and family constraint, I want to withdraw my membership application.

          I withdrawal my membership on 23rd Nov 2017 by writing a mail to relations at club Mahindra and they have acknowledge the same

          I have communicated the same to Mr. Jinu Thampy (Sr. Executive, sales) and Mr. Gaurav as I have applied Club mahendra membership through them.

          I was stunned when they said it will take around 60 days to get my refund back, I paid down payment via credit card and I find it very difficult to pay my credit card bill for 2 months as I would have converted that amount EMI if I have to continue the membership but that was not the case after membership cancellation.

          Till now I haven't get any committed date for my refund from their side. They are not taking the matter seriously, I doubt if they can give my refund within specified Time, their intentions are not clear such kind of non ethical behavior was certainly not expected from a Mahindra group company.

          They are not even picking up my calls and start ignoring me.

          Please help me in getting my refund back from Club Mahindra.

          We have taken the membership in march, whatever promises made by the team of Mahindra Holidays where not fulfilled. The team visited to us for membership is not responding. We also feel to cancel our membership.

          I have given the application for membership of club mahindra with down payment of 28500/- on 31st jan with my credit card and on 3rd feb i post a written letter of cancellation at chennai office as per condition given in form. Letter recieved by them on 4th feb but till now there is not any response also they are not giving any response at their toll free number.. So please try to cancel my membership and get the refund amount in committed 30 days.

          I was never informed at the time of taking on the membership that no pets were allowed. Now, I'm guessing its best for me to terminate the membership. They also promised vouchers which was not sent.

            I am member of club mahindra under red category (Membership id: 1647201), since 2010. I paid a down payment of approx inr 385000 at the time of agreement and an annual maintenance fee of approx. 20, 000 every year.
            The company has not complied with the said agreement at various instances and has not provided a valid resolution for the same. At the time of enrollment i was promised that through this membership i will get maximum availability at all the resorts. Despite of being a member of the second highest category “red category”, i am unable to make bookings with them on the desired dates and have to book other hotels on my travel dates.
            On january 3rd 2018, i tried to book a room at one of their properties in coorg from january 13th-15th; however, the club mahindra mobile application reflected zero room availability on these dates. On cross checking, i found out that their inventory was open for bookings on the same dates through other booking engines like goibibo and makemytrip. On probing further, i discovered that all of their 18 resorts in southern india were sold out for the said dates as per the club mahindra members app. Contrarily, these resorts reflected availability through other online booking engines selling the rooms at around 8000 to 15000 rs per night.
            Club mahindra is a hoax travel business company that loots people by making false promises and offering gifts at the time of registration. The whole idea behind paying such huge amounts as down-payment for red category and paying annual fees is an easy and hassle-free access to their properties when desired; but the company has been manipulating the inventory and denying access to prime members and selling the rooms on online portals.
            This way, company is minting twice the money this way. The inventory is blocked for members during weekends and holidays to earn revenue through non-members. I believe that the members have the first right over the bookings and inventory of club mahindra, having paid a lumpsum amount along with annual fees. The company can sell the rooms online on other portals if they have rooms available but it is inappropriate to sell rooms online and denying availability to its own members.
            I have faced other problems with them as below:
            On november 15th 2017, i made a booking for my cousin at club mahindra’s “pristine peaks resorts” in naldehra, shimla. Upon arrival he was asked to pay inr 1500 as guest charges. Despite of paying the guest charges, in addition, he was charged higher rates on the food menu which the company states as guest price for the same menu. They ended up paying an amount of rs 6000 for a single night, despite my membership. This was utter embarrassment for me in front of my guests and they could have booked any property of their choice at this price.
            In october 2016, i made bookings for my guests at the destination resort by club mahindra, kandaghat. Erroneously i made the booking under my name and not the guests’ name. I pre-intimated the club mahindra representatives about the error in booking and asked them to amend the same. A basic facility like amending the booking upon pre-intimation was denied to me.
            Having paid rs 385000 for membership of 25 years i get 7 days a year at any of club mahindra resorts. Which come down to 175 days in all and costs me around 2200 per day.in addition to this i pay a sum of approx 20000 a year as recurring charges. That comes to around rs 2860 per day. So basically i am paying rs 5000 per day for the membership. All food costs are extra and the rates at club mahindra properties match those of a 5 star hotel which leads to further expense of around 3600 per day.
            By buying the membership, i have not gained rather lost in following aspects:
            • choice of property is limited.
            • availability is in the hands of club mahindra and they are manipulating it. Thus despite having membership i have booked a hotel several times.
            • the properties are located far from the city centers and transportation cost adds up to total expenses.
            • i have to change my destination in accordance to availability at club mahindra resorts which leads to further harassment
            • without membership i am free to choose any destination of my choice and any hotel in that destination that costs me around[protected] with meals included.
            Sir/ma’am, i am very much disappointed with the services and responses of club mahindra officials. They have been justifying their acts of manipulation of inventory and deficient services time and again whenever it is brought to their notice.
            Maximum number of members are unhappy with their services and if you conduct a survey among the members, there will be negative remarks only. A company which is fooling its customer base and indulging in fraudulent practices should be banned from operating.
            I hereby request you to please get my membership cancelled and costs of harassments so caused be granted. I also seek a stern and strict action against all such companies operating in such manner.

              My club mahindra member i'd is 2786710.

              Even after elapsing of about two months there's no whereabouts of cancellation and refund.
              Also there is standing instruction on my credit card for debiting the instalment, at least on submitting my cancellation request it should have been aborted but i don't have any correspondence from company's behalf regarding.
              I don't understand what the heck is going on as it is a complete mental harassment from your company's executives.
              You guys are not following the due process in handling this issue and taking legal recourse via consumer forums and other avenues is only remedy left with me.
              So, for the time being kindly look into the issue as soon as possible and for god's sake resolve it.

              I don't understand how much time you guys want. You are providing hospitality services world wide but the complaint resolution process is very slow..
              You must be having a clear cut policy for time taken to resolve any issue.

              Really you guys have completely given me a mental torture especially the guy Mr. Saurabh Kumar who's posted at one of your branch at saharaganj mall, hazratganj Lucknow.

              He is complete fraud person.

                This problem was never solved. I am still waiting for the refund. Not satisfied at all with the customer service from Club Mahindra

                The issue is not solved, even the process is not started yet.

                FYI the reason for cancellation is due to lots of lies and fake promises done by your sales executive.

                He sold me a club Mahindra membership which even doesn't exist :-

                Total cost 68000 for 4 years membership.
                No yearly ASF.
                15 nights in club Mahindra resorts.
                5 gift voucher of 2 nights and 3 days 5 X 2 = 10 nights
                7 nights RCI ( In India and Overseas)
                15000 food vouchers ( as per sales executive one day buffet 3 meals costs only 400 rupees per member in CMR)
                7500 worth ruppes gold voucher.

                Advance paid by debit card on the table - 37220
                Remaining was supposed to be paid in 2 installment in coming weeks ? / Month ? Wasn't clarified.

                This much of lies from sales executive of club Mahindra wasn't expected.
                Even though Club Mahindra knows about this issue and they accepted the mistake done by their sales executive what is delaying them them to pay me back.

                  My original complaint on 21-nov-2017 and then again on 21-dec-2017 were closed without providing proper resolution.

                  I was interested in mahindra holiday resort scheme. I made an inquiry about the same. On 29th oct 2017, i got a response from your mahindra holiday. Mr joy and mr. Fahad had promised following things to me.

                  1. 3 days 4 nights complimentary holiday
                  2. 5000 gift vouchers
                  3. 7 days and 8 nights to any dream destination as complimentary
                  4. Complimentary rci membership
                  5. Regular benefits of mahindra holiday

                  During verification call, they denied 3rd and 4th benefits. Then i requested for cancellation of membership. Meanwhile, mr. Fahad called me and promised to provide all benefits but he took almost a month but didn't do anything. Then i got a call from club on 01-dec-2017 informing me about the cancellation of membership. They also promised me to call within 2/3 days but till date, i have not received any call from them. Without my consent, they has marked my case as resolved. I am still waiting for my refund.

                    As per my previous updates in my complaint against club mahindra, two deadlines set by them officiall over mail has passed, but they haven't refunded my money back yet.
                    Shame on the company for not keeping up to their words.
                    Please let me know the progress of the refund status and the actual time it will take for finance approval and revert of my money to my account.

                      Don`t take club mahindra membership for the following reasons :-

                      1. You would never ever receive booking for the accommodation looking for, even in the blue season (Lean season).
                      2. Reason behind this, only handful resorts and lacs of membership sold, still selling membership everyday.
                      3. They do not have adequate number of resorts to provide accommodation to its members.
                      4. Club mahindra sells membership, and do not provide booking to its members, rather they reserve the accommodation for non members and sell it to them at high price and earn money.
                      5. After selling the membership, the sales team would act as if they do not know you, they would not entertain your phone calls etc.
                      6. Aim of sales team is to sell the membership, after their monthly sales target is achieved after selling the membership to you, they do not have anything called after sales service.
                      7. As a member pay hefty amount / premium amount and receive no service, no booking confirmation, but pay to receive mental harassment.
                      8. Even if you book a resort before 90 days in blue season (Which is considered to be a lean season) there is no chance you would receive a booking confirmation.
                      9. Because the resorts are reserved for non members, to be sold to them and high prices.
                      10. False commitment - 7 days rci holidays have to be availed in one resort in one holiday period. It was concealed!! Who would stay in one resort for 7 days at a stretch??? Why was it concealed???
                      11. Would write mails to various govt officials / income tax departments etc for investigating club mahindra accounts and highlight their various fraudulent activities.

                        Hi,
                        On 11th november got offer message from club mahindra if i pay my full asf payment till 15th nov then will get voucher of rs 7, 000 for amazon/flipkart /big bazzar and life style.
                        On 15th november i paid full my asf and confirm with club mahindra and also confirm i need life style voucher after that i started my follow up with club mahindra via phone and email every time i had mention i need lifestyle voucher,
                        On 27th novemebr got message from club mahindra my amazone voucher of rs 7000 will reach before 27thdec again i started following up again i had mention every time i need lifestyle voucher evry time they confirm i will get it lifestyle voucher and on 25th november i got amazone voucher from 25th decemeber i m following up with email and on phone calls regarding my voucher, while on phone they always ask me for wait for 2 days ebry time same answer then no response and on email no response instead of mailing to manger and head member of club mahindra holidays.

                          We have received club mahindra gift voucher and wanted to book a holiday, however, do not find any availability within next 2 months. This may be possible, however, there is no response from several of the customer care number that i did try.
                          Need to contact club mahindra customer care as soon as possible. Voucher validity expiring in the mid of february.

                            Hi,
                            I have made online booking for prestige peaks naldhera, shimla for 30 & 31 december 2017 from makemytrip.

                            Hotel have compulsory gala dinner for new year eve which we confirmed over phone which cost 2500 (Member's only) & 2800 (Non member's) but one day before booking they exaggerate the rate with 3500 (Non member's) which is totally un-acceptable from brand like club mahindra.

                            Kindly look into the same.

                              We received a club mahindra holiday voucher under the purple club benefit of mahindra at the time of purchase of our xuv 500 car

                              With that voucher we were provided an option to select a resort from a list of pre-defined resorts and stay for 3 nights. But, since the time we redeemed the voucher, we are not able to get room for any date in any of the resorts across india. Also it was mentioned in the voucher that it will expire on feb 10th, 2018.

                              Please let me know if this voucher is really valid or we were just provided a fake voucher which doesn't even work

                                Due to my financial problem i already mailed and intimate you to cancel my membership, stop my ecs and refund my amount.
                                I am not utilized single holiday and even though you continue ecs payment is illegal.
                                Your customer care service is so bad and you didn't look at your customer once he get membership is worst.

                                  I saw lot of marketing campaigns and advertisements where club mahindra resorts announced very high-end samsung mobile (Approximately priced more than rs.50000) on buying a time-share week in their properties. Though, i didn’t require it for india but i thought it would be good whenever i travel abroad for vacation along with my family. Seeing the properties and collaboration with foreign resorts, i left my number at their internet site, following which their representative mr navdesh contacted me on 12 september 2016. Mr navdesh gave a presentation in which he mentioned that the advertised free samsung mobile is only with the highest costing time-share week but he pitched and promised that he shall get me a free 2 nights and 3 days stay to experience the company’s hospitality and comfort. I wanted to give this trip to my father as his surprise diamond jubilee birthday gift falling on 21 september 2016. He said that it shall only be possible if i make the the advance payment of rs.32, 160/- (Rupees thirty two thousand one hundred sixty only) on 12 september 2016 itself. I made the payment by card and he ensured that it shall be done and will revert back to me next day with the confirmation. Next day when i enquired from him about the status he started dilly-dallying about the programme. Two days later he informed that it will not be possible at such a short notice. Seeing mr navdesh’s positive attitude about vacation i had told my father about this surprise trip so that he and my mother did not make any other programme. Later when it did not materialise i had to loose face in-front of him and my entire family. I should have understood then that all those rosy pictures painted by mr navdesh were only sales-marketing antic but i had confidence in their brand.

                                  Once again i thought that i should take a chance of booking the above-mentioned free vacation on my daughter’s birthday, falling on 14 november 2016, well in advance. I tried to book it online on booking site. The response at the site was that i was not eligible or there was always an un-expected error glitch on website. I triedclub mahindra customer-care portal but did not receive any type of positive reply from their representatives. Though club mahindras people were inefficient in responding to my requirement but their efficiency was par excellence in receiving my time-share fee from the correct date. I was now getting disillusioned from the company.

                                  As a last straw, i tried it third time again for my parent’s marriage anniversary on 26-28 jan 17 at dharamshala through booking portal. It was again a wild exercise. Then i called up the telephone number for booking assistance mentioned on the site. I reached ms elena on phone and was again told by her that rooms are not available and i should have booked much earlier. But when i told her that booking was not going through on web booking option she replied that i should have called earlier. Then, she booked incorrectly, not as per my requirement, for check in on 26 jan 17 and check out on 27 jan 2017 without my consent. I had started to have this feeling that i will have to approach their representatives every time for my bookings/requirements and enjoy my holidays according to the company’s choices and whims. And because of this laxity of the company representatives i had to spend rs.25000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) to keep my promise with my parents and also i do not loose respect once again in the eyes of my recently married younger brother.

                                  Though flabbergasted by my experience with clib mahindra, i once again tried to book it for my anniversary and was told by ms elena again about 9-11 feb 2017 (In true to my earlier experiences) that my designated share room (For 1 bedroom as per my package status) is not available. As per her, for two days, i have to stay in studio room then in 1 br for which i need to shift from one room to another. I cancelled the whole booking because of not letting club mahindra spoiling my hard earned leave/holiday in shifting from room to another along with my two year old child and not enjoying my anniversary with my family. My parents were also to accompany me but now again because of company’s experience my anniversary enjoyment has gone for a six. This sort of inconvenience/management was not expected on holidays by clubs like these.

                                  I have finally understood and come to the conclusion that i will have to enjoy my holidays as per the will and whims of club mahindra resorts booking representatives. My experience with company representatives has washed off all the spectacular images and suave salesmanship of mahindra resorts that i had in my mind before going through all this. This experience has made me ask for refund of my hard-earned blood and sweat money rs 63000 (Approx.) deposited in the account of mahindra resorts.

                                    The case is the same as that submitted in my previous complaints. Club mahindra seems to be a failure in keeping up to their own statements and also there's severe lack of coordination amongst their own departments.
                                    My case has been followed up by mr sheikh salim, who as told to me by him has been trying hard for around 3 weeks now to get finance approval to process my refund.
                                    Doesn't it look like a total failure of their system, where approvals can be granted by just putting up a mail. I fail to understand the waiting time of 3 weeks till date for the same.
                                    They claim of being a very big name in the area of tourism and hospitality who have spent crises together to expand themselves.
                                    I doubt is it by cheating on people's hard earned money or else for a company with huge resources refunding a well deserved amount of 37000inr wouldn't have been that big an issue.

                                        Being a club mahindra member is the biggest nightmares of all time.
                                        When they sold the membership, all false promises were made and now they treat you like dogs. They don't give bookings on time which results in your holidays lapse. They r a bunch of well trained professional who r designed to say sorry/thank u only & who will never resolve your issues, instead, they wil try to convince or confuse u wit their rules & regulations.in fact, cm has never resolved any of my complaints in last 5 years. Their feedback team has called me multiple times & given me verbal assurance (Read as liars) but they have never resolved any of my complaints till date. Cm will never commit on a date & time when the member queries will b resolved. All rules r tailor made favoring cm only & rules r getting tougher & tougher for members as & when years r passing by. If a particular rule is favoring members this year, then it is not guaranteed that it will b present next year. Rules r modified by cm every year favoring cm only. There is no exit policy in this membership. Once u take their membership, u r trapped for 25 years

                                        . At every stage, cm will try their best to extract money from members wherever possible & u will experience this only after becoming a member. They have different kinds of marketing strategies to squeeze money from trapped members & the most common one is: i[censored] go on vacation, their in-house sales team will b behind u asking u to go for an upgrade. I. E., i[censored] r blue member, they will pester u to go for white, red & purple. Similarly, i[censored] r stu member, they will pester u to go for 1-br, 2-br etc. This shows how desperate they r & always looking for prey. When we took the membership we were promised studio with kitchennette, but in most places they dont have a kitchennette, so we are forced to have food from their restaurant /already a. S. F. For club mahindra is the highest inspite of rooms being given on cash to outsiders and a good portion being reserved for outsiders few unwanted rooms will be available for members who will be secondrated guests at these resorts. Though the members pay hefty joining amounts and high annual fees (A. S. F). This proves that pay and occupy is better than long term time sharing methods. This defeats the concept of time sharing and shows the hollowness of the club mahindra model. We were conned into buying this membership and we regret the same. Govt should bring in a legislation regarding such resorts and take stern actions and protect the members.

After this you will not get any holidays and with your money they buy properties and your money is gone and I wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.Weare also a victim of Club Mahindra. We find the Club Mahindra Timeshare memberships in India are all very deceptive and sheer profiteering without creating any value for members, Govt should intervene and some legislation should be brought in to protect the consumers

                                        The Step MOTHERLY TREATMENT METED OUT TO CLUB MAHINDRA MEMBERS .We had waitlisted our request and also informed hotel Poovar of our request but on arrival we were told that 1 BR and Studios get booked within half hour of opening of booking for the resort rooms and there are no cancellations thereafter. Indeed this is faster than even summer train bookings. We are dining at the restaurant here and we find it mostly empty even during peak hours and the resort itself has a deserted look. We have visited many Club Mahindra resorts at various times and seen the presence of crowds. Many of the Studio rooms look deserted. Even the staff here mention that it is a lean period.The front desk gentlemen were only interested in customers who had come through different travels and not in club mahindra members-- we had been dumped by Poovar resort management on second floor against our request for Studio though we are senior citizens and I have a bandaged hand due to an accident. I have been a member of Club Mahindra RED season for more than 9 years. It is a 25 years Holiday Membership.For becoming a Member one needs to pay the Membership Fee and Annual Maintainance fee -- above Rs.10000.. This happened three years ago .Every time you are not given rooms of your choice even if there are vacant rooms.members are not given the rooms that they are entitled .They try to reserve that for last minute bookings of Trip advisor .Make my trip and so on .If the club mahindra is not able to keep the promise of providing holidays for members then please return our money with interest ..

                                        Latest advertisement .Gift Wonderful Lifetime Holiday Memories to your Loved Ones.There is something for everyone only at Club Mahindra .Explore beaches, hill stations, jungles, waterfronts or the Himalayas with our 50 resorts.With such advertisements and their sales men with glib talk con the prospective customers.Once you are a member you are doomed .There should be some legislation and govt should do something to protect the rights o[censored]nsuspecting consumers against such fraudulent methods.
