Membership ID

Dear Sir, Madam, My club mahindra membership id is : 2767141. During Sales discussion of my membership, i was not told the Hidden and False terms in the contract. There were so many clauses to avail a holiday and complimentary nights. I would request my Hard Earned money of close to 1 LAKH INR which was looted by Club Mahindra Sales Representative and others. Please request your kind attention and action on this.

Even with several emails, requests, i never got REFUND of my money and there is HIDDEN TERMS which was never told. I am pasting below the names and conversation as proof for my case. In case any further details required, please let me know.

"Till then the EMIs will be held, thus marked as “Hold” and they shall not be debited." what will happen after 12 months to the EMIs ?, please confirm.
I fear and i am concerned that i was not at all told about all these hidden points during my membership enrolment.
I would have never taken such a membership which has so many hidden clauses in it and it never has clear and transparent answers to a member.

I have already undergone a very bad mental phase because of this, atleast i would expect clear cancellation Post on club mahindra letter head with authorized signatory at the earliest.

Initial discussions i was not told that contract will have waiting period of 12 months for cancellation.

So far i have not received the hard copy through post with Authorized signatory on Club Mahindra letter head on my membership cancellation. Please let me know on the same.

I havent received the physical letter by Post to my residential address with Authroized Club Mahindra signatory stating my"Membership is cancelled" and all my ECS payments are "STOPPED".

Not sure what is happening ?? This is very frustrating and i never expected such a unprofessional situation with my membership.

Can you check immediately on this and let me know on the Letter by Post to my residential address ?

Hi Lakshmi, I would definitely need in club Mahindra letter head with authorized signatory stating my membership is cancelled. Can you send it to my postal address immediately. Not sure how many times I have to write this. I have not just lost my Hard earned money by initially investing in your club, but it was a nightmare experience where a simple letter of cancellation is also not being sent after so many requests and emails. If you can attach a original signed pdf version of my cancellation letter I will go through it.

I need Proof in Physical Letter Head Document mentioning that my membership is cancelled and NOC for ECS is cancelled. What is stopping in sending me that document ?

Without Physical Letter on Letter Head with authorized signatory, how can I trust or believe this ?

I am really worried now, even with so many email requests I am getting same answer.I am really having very tough and very bad time with these kind of same answer.

I was never told about unique or 12 month process for contract cancellation. This is really very frustrating.

Please send me the letter and NOC immediately. Please DO NOT give the same reply or ANSWER again and again.

So far i have not received any update on my REFUND, its just one call i had received post which there is no further action or progress on my complaint.

    Since 5 months we had paid for membership with club mahindra but till date the discrepancy in package offered and package updated in their system has not been resolved, the issue is between their sales and finance team and we as customer is suffering. We request for the refund of our total money paid and cancel our membership.

    Till date even though we had provided direct payment authorization for emi we are sked to in dubai through ouur credit card.

    Since 5 months we are just receiving calls and mails for payment.

      This is Vinay, deprived member of club mahindra (White Studio Member) and the co-applicant is my father.

      With deep pain and after a lot of failed attempt to reach in last 20 to 25 days with the member relations a of club mahindra and then with the concerned representative of club mahindra in mysore which was expected I am representing this very serious issue in this forum in writing on the issue of the membership number unknowingly availed by my father inspite being a coapplicant and is seriously regretting to withdraw the membership due to personal, the age old and health reasons on the market reviews.

      In the situation i hereby request your good self to please cancel the membership and refund the amount to the account as shared in the member relations email which has no response, yet again an anticipated one!

      Should you have any clarifications request you to please revert to the undersigned and request you to process the refund at the earliest considering the age of the senior citizen.

        With reference to my policy no 2772890, i had cancelled my mahindra club membership, as there were many discrepancies between initial interaction offer and actual term & condition. I am struggling from jul 2017 till date but there is only standard reply will get back in 4 to 5 days. Hope club mahindra is a cheating agency in india and no response of mail too. I sorry to say that your services are degraded day by day.

          Along with the purchase of xuv 500 car from mahindra in october 2017 we were given the club mahindra resort reservation gift voucher. Since october last year, we have been trying to get a reservation. All the time the club mahindra booking website shows all the resorts are booked. Whenever we try the call center, it is not reachable or by any chance we get the line we have to wait for 20 minutes to get a call center executive on line. They too say "no slot is available try after a month in the website". If we look at the amount of time we spent on their website and their customer care numbers, we feel we are really cheated. If we knew that this is the case then i would not have spent time on this. I would advise never trust club mahindra; they do not value a customers time.

            I have withdrawn by application within 10 days of filling form, as per your refund policy i was suppose to get my 100% amount within 30 days

            Now its more than 5 month but i have not received back my money.

              This group s r leisure travel group is illegally selling club mahindra rooms to non members. When i cancelled my booking 15 days prior my travel they are charging me 5k cancellation fee.
              This group sells membership to non members at a lower rate and makes money. Even the club mahindra people are involved in this. I got to know this when i booked a room in coorg and this travel agent was very discreet about it. Without the staff involvement this is not possible,

                Club mahindra had its exhibition in iitf 2017 in delhi & i visited there n 22nd november 2017, wherein i have been offered & sold club mahindra membership with some attractive benefits, i requested to please let me go through the terms & conditions of the membership but the executive didn't allowed the same in hurry and got my signatures the membership form. I believed on her words & paid rs. 34, 220/- through my axis bank credit card but i didn't expected from such a big name that major conditions of the package will be hide & misleading facts will be presented. On buying the package i got the complete set of documents & i read it in detail after returning from iitf, after reading the complete documents i realized that many major facts & conditions are hide with us on the time of sale, we waited for call confirmation but no confirmation call received hence we requested for cancellation of membership on 4th december 2017 vide email. Club mahindra admitted for refund vide their email dated 11th december 2017 wherein 60-70 days were indicated to refund the amount. I had written to company several times but no concrete status given to me, the time given by the company for refund has expired & we are still looking to hear from the company about any conclusive approach to refund & get are money back. I would request the concern authority to please take some immediate action to get my money back.

                My concerns are :
                1. Sales executive mislead customers
                2. Club mahindra holding money of customer for such a long period & not refunding.

                    I had opted for Bliss membership under membership ref. No.2790523
                    MAF No. OCT/2017/BLISS/001509

                    However, membership is not suitable to me and family members. Hence, decided to opt out and submitted request for cancellation by email and also by letter on 02/1202017. Both email and letter were received by your Mumbai office. This was confirmed by one Mr. Karan of your Mumbai Office.

                    as stated above reason for cancellation was season chart was not suitable to my family as also complete information was not given by your marketing person, and your call center people are not responding to properly and arrogant.

                    I tried to speak your membership relation persons however call was never successful as operator never transferred to concerned department .

                    Several email responded only saying please cooperate your request under process and will be done within 60/65 days .

                    In fact, in terms of your bliss membership refund has to be made within 45days(rule no. 8.1) now 3 months are over and there has no response. Over and above message is being you are being contacted by phone and no response from you.( In fact no call has received from any MHRL representative.

                    Kindly intervene urgently and ensure immediate refund.

                    I may add that I was fortunate to interact with top executive of Mahindra parent group while dealing their finance & Foreign Exchange from SBI when there was excellent cooperation

                      I had called mahindra’s club holidays representative at my home to understand the more details about services. I paid rs. 10000 to him just to hold the offer but, later on unfortunately i decided to discontinue with his offer.

                      Now as per rule i should get my money back but now representative is saying he can’t pay me back as this is not in his hand and now not picking up my phone calls.

                      I am not getting is this a way a big company doing cheap work with his customers.

                        Dear madam/sir,

                        I was contacted by telemarketing personnel of club mahindra on my mobile no. [protected] last week 2-3 times. Upon their request i went to meet sales executive mr. Bharat singh (Mob. No. [protected]) and mr, vaibhav pandey (Mob. No. [protected]) on 25/feb/2018, sunday (About 7 pm) at pc jewelers, civil lines, allahabad. They informed me about club mahindra membership and showed videos of some resorts.
                        My wife mrs. Neelam maurya also accompanied me.
                        Impressed by their presentation we decided to join club mahindra under season"blue" and apartment "studio" with 10% down payment and emi of rs. 9090 and annual subscription fee of rs., 14711.
                        Down payment being rs. 28930, i decided to pay through my visa credit card. Mr. Vaibhav pandey carried out the transaction and also got a small slip signed by me without telling me the purpose. Meanwhile i asked about mode of payment of emis and i was told that it could be paid by net banking or credit crad or by cheque. But during transaction and my signing of the small slip i was not asked about my choice for paying emis. We were given some documents and carbon copy of the application form before leaving the premises.
                        Next day (26/02/2018), under suspicion i contacted mr. Vaibhav pandey and asked about what would be the mode of payment for emis. He told me that it would be paid through credit card as i had signed the authorisation slip for the purpose. I told him that i did not want to pay through credit card and i should have been informed about that. He told me to deposit cheques and directed me to contact mr. Bharat singh.
                        Under confusion i contacted some of my friends who are or has been member of club mahindra and found many differences between what i was told by mr. Bharat singh and what was the reality.
                        Like:
                        (1) we were told that pick and drop facility from my residence will be provided without being informed that there is extra charge for that.
                        (2) i asked about sight seeing and i was informed that it will be provided without being informed that it will be charged.
                        (3) though regarding food i was informed correctly that there will be 25% discount in club mahindra restraunts..
                        (4) i was informed that i can enjoy first holliday after paying 3 emis but in brochure it is mentioned that atleast 7 emis must pe paid under our chosen scheme of payment.
                        (5) i was informed that if i do not want to avail 1 week holiday in any year then i donot need to pay annual subcription fee but this is not the reality.

                        Being disillusioned i decided to withdraw my membership and i contacted mr. Bharat singh on 26/02/2018 at raj marble shop, civil lines allahabad at around 1pm. I requested him to return authorisation slip of credit card. He told me that since application form had been sent to lucknow office so i would have to wait till evening (6pm) to collect that.
                        When i enquired about cancellation of membership, he told me that rs. 11 500 would be deducted and only remaining amount could be refunded but later i came to know that entire amount count be refunded.

                        I am feeling totally helpless and i do not want to be a member of club mahindra right now. I request you to cancel my membership or its processing and refund full amount (Rs 28930 paid through visa credit card ending 5882 at 07:35:38 on 25/02/2018 pos machine of hdfc bank).

                        Though i admire resorts of club mahindra but at present i want my amount refunded. I will try to join the club in future with fresh mindset.

                          Sales person arun (Mob: [protected]) / kannan (Mob: [protected]) from club mahindra called me on 21-feb-2018 and requested me to attend the "club mahindra sales presentation" on 22-feb-2018 at "poppys hotel coimbatore". He also promised me a free complimentary gift voucher (3 days and 2 nights stay for 2 adults and 2 kids) will be emailed in 48 hrs from the ending of presentation. I took half day leave from office and took my family to the attend the presentation. But still now i did not receive the gift voucher. Surely club mahindra and their team are fraud.

                            I have already once complain on this but issue is still not resolved.Kindly go through the below written mail which i send to club mahindra but i got message everytime that we could not able to connect to you.(why they dont give me their no. so that i could connect with them)...so my refund is still not paid to me and everytime they are fooling me that they had refunded all...mail as follows

                            Dear sir
                            Regarding telephonic conversation for refund of membership amount.It has been reiterated from your side that refund has been issued for membership id- 2773371 via check of Rs 4000/-(check no.91813 of yes bank in the name of Shekhar Sharma) dispatched same on 19.12.2018 (that i have recieved)and remaning amount has been credited in crdit card vide ARN no, -74332747350721233549721 (as per mail by Club Mahindra & also confirmed by you on telephonically) but it was already confirmed by club mahindra mail that same ARN no. is for refund of Rs 22490/- of another member I.e. Mr. Madhu sheshant Bara, membership id-2773338.-

                            Please explain that "How it is possible that with same ARN No for two refunds of two different members" for Rs 18490/-(for membership id[protected] and second of 22490/-(for membership id[protected]

                            We both had paid amount of Rs 22490/-from same credit card on 31.07.2017 (screenshot of the same is attched). But till date, we have only recieved 22490/-as on date for membeship id[protected]as confirmed by mail sent to Mr. Madhu sheshant Bara) in credit card and Rs 4000 of cheque in the name Shekhar Sharma member id 2773371. Screen shot of the proof of the same is attached.

                            As evertime you are claiming that refund has been done, so provide valid proof.

                            So in my view still 18490/- is pending and you are not clearing the matter and every time there is different excuse from your side and giving false information everytime. This is a crystal clear case of forgery.

                            kindly refund the remaining amount of Rs 18490/- and close the matter.

                              One of your sales guys from bangalore named mohammed yacoob has committed an online payment fraud... He has used my card with out my knowledge. Request mahindra to take action against this and also he said he will. Return back the advance amount which i paid at an event held at jw mariott bangalore. Failing to take any action will cost the company its brand reputation and this will be taken to the consumer court.

                                I met the representative and he shared me the details which compelled us to enroll for membership. They generated some discount code which he said is valid only for his visit.

                                I had requested for wait of 1 day to check out my finance options before i engage in to commitment. But the executive mentioned that it is valid only for today and we would not get same offer again. But i knew there is a free lookup period of 10 days where you get full refund, which is part of agreement as well. So i landed up paying 50k via my credit card and signed off for that day.

                                The form is not yet processed and i do not wish to continue with membership offer further and wish to get full refund.

                                  I bought a club mahindra membership in month of march 2017. I joined with white studio plan with 10% down payment and 48 EMI plan. Even i made 1 st emi also. But due to some financial circumstances I was not able to continue this membership. As per club mahindra refund policy if a customer cancel his membership before verification call then he is eligible for full refund which he had paid. I have sent many requests to club mahindra member relation from the month of July in its regard, But I have not received my refund. Every time I mail for the money, I get a new date. As per company's policy I should get refund within 60 days. Club mahindra employees are more interested in earning more interest than satisfaction of their customers. I should not have to beg for my hard earned money but I have to do it from last 7-8 months I am very disappointed From Club Mahindra's service as it is a well known brand but the service I received is very cheap. After all this i send a email to CSO of club mahindra mr.Oneel verma and CEO & MD of club mahindra Mr. Kavinder singh. I am really very shocked because i didn’t get any reply from them. This situation is really stressing me out because I am in need for money. I am very depressed. Kindly help me.

And i got a reply that refund will be processed with in 70-75 days.in the era of digitalisation any txn will processed with in fraction of second, then why your process will take 75 days to refund the amount.                                       The club mahindra membership was taken on 29-jan-2018 but i requested for cancellation after 2 days due to deficiency of services i. E. On 31-jan-2018. The transaction of rs. 27680 was done using debit card. As per club mahindra policy, if we cancel within 10 working days, full refund will be done. I have been following up with sales executive mr. Keshavmurthy since last more than 20 days but still have not received refund. Please help me as they are violating their refund policy. I have all the call recording of conversation i had with sales executive and also all relevant mails

                                      1. The payment of Rs. 27680 was done using card transaction on 28-Jan-2018
                                      2. Cancellation was done on 30-Jan-2018 i.e. within 2 days

                                      Even after consistent follow ups and request, Club Mahindra did not confirm cancellation till 13-Jan-2018. This further delayed the process.

                                      Another fraud is giving out wrong information to customers about refund timeline

                                      During initial registration, Mr. Keshavmurthy (Sales Manager) said 45 days for refund, Mr. Hussain then told 60 days, then in mail, they are saying 90 working days

                                      This is clear case of mis-leading customers and fraud. Now they are pushing dates unnecessarily.

                                      As per RBI guidelines, it will not take more than 7 working days to revert any card transaction and Club Mahindra is clearly violating this by not returning customer hard earned money

                                        I paid full down payment of rs.177935. By cr. Card on 22.01.18 along with my membership application form maf no. Oct/2017/bliss/001355. I mailed my membership withdrawal notice just within 7 days on 20.01.18 with a request for immediate refund. My mail was acknowledged but the refund has not been received till date. I have sent more than 4 reminders but there has been a vague, inconsistent, repetitive response everytime. It seems to be a wilful delay technique which is not expected of an organisation of repute. My payment has been withheld without any rhyme or reason causing me financial loss and damage. Request help.

                                        It is not resolved till date and looking at the number of complaints it seems Arun Nanda, Mahindra Group, Kavinder Singh are as big cheats as Nirav Modi and they must be charged before they leave the country.
