I got a call on 12/02/2018 inviting me to Mahindra holidays presentation in Jind, Haryana on 13/02/2018
At nowhere during the call I was told that only couples are allowed in the event.
On 13/02/2018 when my father who is a senior citizen reached the venue he was not only denied the entry but also treated disrespectfully which left him very dishearten.

This is very disappointing after paying the money we are not getting the proper response from your team rahul saxena and his agent vedang. We are planning to visit gir forest but the commitment which was made by guys are not up to the mark if we receive the same behavior will not pay the he pending amount and will raise the complaint against the club mahindra in consumer court.

I have enrolled for club mahindra membership on 3rd december 2017 for which i have made payment of rs 15000/- via cc, due to some family circumstances i called them back on 6th december to cancel membership application.

Formal cancellation mail was sent on 9th december 2017, on which 100% refund was committed by sr executive jagan naidu and his colleague.

Now since 2 months they keep saying that will get refund...

He gave us false commitments on overseas tours and dint match up to our expectations at all. We did not even recieve any proper feedback from him.

2) when i showed interest in joining the club, a person came to my house not once but a number of times and left no stone unturned to explain...

Tried redeeming my club mahindra holiday resort gift voucher which i got with the purchase of my new xuv500. But it is too hard to get hold of you customer service number or via internet, it always shows not available. By the time it shows available the voucher would have been expired. I also wrote a email not to provide gift voucher to mahindra dealers, instead they can give us some vehicle service.
