Club mahindra took my details off of lg register, gave me a call and offered free holiday package as a winner and then called me to the showroom to pitch there membership.. They said irrespective of my decision i will still get the package.. But the condescending toned sales guy named malik misbehaved even now i haven't received any package email.. Forget about package but even after complaining there not even an apology email.. My friends had told me about how club mahindra behaves.. Should have listened to them.. Will make everyone listen now

    Plz help me as this is the second time we have been harassed by the club mahindra people... Making false promises n selling their membership... We having written acknowledgment but still our problem has not been resloved... I have names to of the people in mahindra who i wish the dont ever get jobs because they r such unethical people... Plz help us we r middle class people who wish to save a bit ndoing it for our kids.. N still one year has passed payments made but cannot book ny holiday... Help..

      Subject: withdrawal of membership application & full refund of downpayment.
      I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause part b, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment rs. 37220/- under above mention clause
      (Total rs. 37220/- by sbi credit card) date of joining is 07/09/17i send u mail about cancle my member ship on the Date of cancellation: 15/09/17
      From last 5 month, I m sending u mail continue as a member I was in disadvantage due to wrong method used by concerned marketing team and I have lost all trust on the company "club mahindra za" I m really v.disappointed from club mahindra side ...Refund my money other vise I will taken up seriously with head office and will not take my step back .we r waiting from 15 september. All members are fraud .From panipat branch mr. Gourav and his assistant subham .We r troubling so much for refund now your all excuse over .don't forget I will contact in consumer court if you will not resolve this .I urgently need my money .So ki dally refund it ..

        After filling the coupon somewhere we had recieved a call that we shall visit club mahindra programm once.
        Since we do travel a lot, we had trusted and gone to meet them on 14th june 2017 gurgaon.
        We were attended by a club mahindra sales supervisor (Mr sumeet - [protected]), while selling of the package he told us that we can make initial payments of 35700 rs+ 3 more payments of – 9998 rs to activate the membership and after a cool off period our membership will be activated.

        I have categorically told him that we do not want to spend almost 1 lac in advance before experiencing the services as our trips are planned in summers (June '18 onwards).
        Also i have other financial obligations from nov-april. Upon that he clearly said we can make down payment and first 3 payments and then stop the payments till june which will be 1 years for membership.in the meantime we can avail the introductory offers within a year or he will extend it for 2 years if we call him and let him know (Which can be extended to another year if we contact him)
        Before completion of 1 year if we like the package we can continue our membership for 25 years.

        Now when i was calling up the booking department, i was told unless i clear my past dues i can’t avail anything. That means i will end up paying 1 lac before i plan anything.

        I do not have any written notes from sumeet on stamp paper/club mahindra letter head. However whatever was told to us us and was made us understand on paper by him is with us which has the same info as shared by him. I also tried contacting him several time however didnot get any response or call back.

        I want to cancell my membership and get a full refund of

          Till today the 19 th feb, 2018 from december 2017 an amount of rs 12, 000/- has not been credit into my debit card by club mahindra holidays.
          After sharing the bank statement in black and white, they debit the amount on october 27 th 2017, and not credit back the amount till date feb 19 th 2018.
          A. Shreemathi who handles the social media of theirs has not been able to. Help much. I will need to take a very strong route to file a complain for their blatant lie.

          These two have just been sending emails with no results.

          With regards to your email, we would like to inform you that finance had reconfirm that they have processed the refund to your account, however we request for the confirmation mail from the finace we are waiting for the same. We will update you once we get confirmation mail.

          Still not received my refund rs 12, 000/- after a shreemathi has taken the bank statement. Verified i have not received my amount debit on oct 27 th, 2017.
          Till today the 20 th feb, 2018 they keep sending mail. Will get back.
          Finance has received all details
          Branch manger too has mention clearly no credit done.

          We have shared the debit done by clubmahindra on 27 th october
          I want this to be put on highest priority. Will take up with national consumer too.

          They cannot cheat customers

            Hi, i am sandeep kumar co member in club mahindra package with membership id 2752394. Me and my brother girish kumar earlier had a zest mahindra holiday membership for which annual maintenance charges were not paid for 3 years and membership was not in use. The club mahindra team approached us and convinced us to convert the zest package to club package with additional charges. They transferred some part of the zest amount which we had paid to club package and we too accepted as it was attractive.. They made us pay inr 40000 as down payment and converted the rest into emi if 8700 for 36 months. We did pay the first emi but later found it difficult as we got hit by financial crisis and hence stopped from 2nd month without even using a single benefit from company. And then informed club mahindra thru call as well as email that we want to cancel the membership. We were expecting that since we had not used the benefits, at least the down payment would be returned but club team told us that this is not possible as per their policy. Now this was never explained to us and secondly it doesn't make any sense. We just either need the down payment iao 40000 back or transfer the down payment and emi back to our zest membership and make that active so that we can use it or the last option is to provide us with free packages or night worth 40000.

                My membership id sis 2760195 which is taken in the month of may 2017. The marketing team who is involved in the membership is gauraha. Peeyush and kunal. Kelkar. I got to know of the mahindra membership plan through some promotions in the pune seasons mall and have filled the form by showing the interest in the plan. Mr. Peeyush was assigned for my membership plan and he called me up and fixed the meeting in the month of may 2017.in the first meeting, he came to my residence and provided me an overview of the plan, the benefits and property details and payment options for various membership type. I rejected the offer as the payment plan did not suit me due to interest component involved.

                In the second meeting, mr. Peeyush gave a call through his superior mr. Kunal and assured me that we will do some internal adjustments by logging your membership and liaising with accounts team and as such you can make the payments as per your wish and no interest will be levied. Following are the way through which mr. Peeyush and mr. Kunal has duped the member by giving false commitments and hiding the facts.

                A) in the series of the meeting (Face to face and through phone), mr. Peeyush never told me that once the member take the membership he cannot cancel and the amount paid is nor refunded in any circumstances by club mahindra.

                B) he gave the false commitment that you can pay 30% of whit studio membership and your membership will be active after the company receives 30% payment. Once it is active, you just have to pay yearly asf and can plan your holiday at any resort offered by mahindra and through rci. You can book the holidays through app or mahindra website. However, when the 30% amount was paid, the system was showing the emi dues from me since it was logged in through 12 installment. This was never told by anyone and as due to wrong information and cheating, i was never able to book my holidays till date.

                C) mr. Peeysuh told you can enjoy the benefit of 30% of the membership amount paid and in the event you want to cancel it, you can cancel the membership any time. This was another level of cheating.

                D) member can cancel the membership anytime and if you have not availed or used the membership days you can will get the full amount refunded within 60 days of the time frame and company will issue a cheque in your favor as full and final settlement.

                E) member can make the reservations without depending on anyone (Sales, member relations) by using the app and website and no dues will be shown in your name.

                F) peeyush and kunal took the undue advantage of their positions by giving the false commitment and assuring to member which was not as per company policy.

                From last six months, i am following up with peeyush earlier and now with mr. Mohit who is part of retention. Mr. Mohit has given me few options regarding flexible payment, however, this is not what i expect and does not suit my financial plan.

                As a member, i was in disadvantage due to wrong methods used by concerned marketing team and i have lost all trust on the company “club mahindra”. I would request you to take this a serious complaints to the people involved and club mahindra pune branch. Further, i would request you to refund my entire amount paid till date by issuing a cheque / money transfer to the following account in the next 45 days.in the event, if no amount is refunded or action is taken against the undersigned, i will be taking up this matter seriously with head office and will not take my step back in reaching out to board members of the company and if required to consumer forum/ social media platform.

                In the absence of any response from the club mahindra in next 3 days, will assume that you accept and take this email on record and the membership amount shall be refunded in the next 45 days,

                  I bought membership of club mahindra through their sales event at amritsar.
                  I paid full amount of package (White - studio).
                  The day after my sales processing is over, the club mahindra team started ignoring us.
                  They committed to provide support over email and phone, but they did'nt picked up the customer care phone and no response given on the email.
                  I provided details for the singapore package, which is part of package and club mahindra initially committed to book that holiday in one week, but even after one month no action taken on my request.
                  I had wrote too many mails and also approached the sales personnel but no adequate action taken by the club mahindra.
                  I also paid asf as they told me that it is neccessory to avail the offer.
                  Now, after paying about 4.0 lac rs. I am still facing no support and zero service.
                  I want complete refund of my money and dont want to continue this relationship with club mahindra.
                  I didn't use any service of club mahindra till date which is part of package, so the money shall be refunded completely.

                  After discussion with Mr. Saleem, the booking of Hotel rooms done, but not as per commitment given during sale.

                  My package includes Hotel rooms with Buffet Breakfast but i got a confirmation voucher only for rooms, after discussion with Team Mahindra still not received updated voucher.

                  The City tour booking related Query also not resolved till date.

                  I didn't Received Revised Voucher till now with inclusion of Breakfast

                  I also put emails to member relations team but no reply received.
                  I tried Number [protected] but number came as not valid.
                  I also sent SMS for call but no call received.

                  I had raised a request to club mahindra regarding change in dates of my booking, if possible along with revised voucher with inclusion of breakfast, but Club Mahindra didn't bother to respond to customers.

                  My actual booking date is 24-27 May 2018 but i want to change now for 26 to 29 May 2018, If possible

                  But no response Received.

                    I have been called for a presentation about club mahindra, and at the end of the presentation i got a free voucher for 2 days stay at any club mahindra property in india. Since the time i got, i trying to book a resort but none of the resorts the booking are available. Even i tried a date till may 2018.

                    The question is even if i had chosen to buy a membership, the same would have happened. And i'll just keep the voucher and enjoy my holiday at home.

                      Bought club mahindra white studio membership with down payment of 29, 000/- and emi option. All the emi paid and approximately in total 400000/- rs paid.
                      Always after a very hot discussion we are able to get the holidays. From last two years that too not possible. Hence i have decided to cancel the membership but yet they are not cancelling and are not refunding the membership amount.

                      Total refund amount 500000/- (Membership cost + annual subscription fees).

                          Dear Sir,
                          I got a call on 12/02/2018 inviting me to Mahindra holidays presentation in Jind, Haryana on 13/02/2018
                          At nowhere during the call I was told that only couples are allowed in the event.
                          On 13/02/2018 when my father who is a senior citizen reached the venue he was not only denied the entry but also treated disrespectfully which left him very dishearten.
                          Such type of behaviour is not expected from professionals of such a reputed conpany that of yours
                          If your employee can't inform and attend guests properly it is better not to invite them than to humiliate them.
                          Such type of behaviour is not only inappropriate but should be condemned.

                              I am a member of club mahindra. Olready done full payment. Inspite of it they never show availability of rooms. Outsider can book easily. All commitments done by agents were false... Totally fraud. All voucher given by company were fraud. All offers were made for cheated with client. I have a big surprise that this company is looting indian citizens openly. Our govt should bann on club mahindra with immediately order and effect. This company is not for family entertainment but it us established for family embarrasment.

                                When club mahindra representative came to my house for selling membership he made few statements. He was advocating red membership to us with following pointers.
                                1. There are rooms of two or three people with one extra person provision and you can book accordingly.
                                2. If your membership is of red and if you book in white or blue season we will count lesser holidays as you are booking in season below your membership meaning on booking of one day we will count that as 0.5 day.
                                3. He also said if you book in season above your membership (Purple in my case) we will count it twice. 2 holidays would be deducted for a single day as you are booking above your normal band.
                                This looked to be a fair deal for me hence i went for red membership. But ground reality is way too different.
                                1. Often room are already booked during weekends even of you try to book as 9:00 am when booking for those days open.
                                2. I cannot no matter what, i cannot book for more than four people.
                                I booked for kanha from 18th may check-in and 21th may checkout for four people (As that’s only possible through system). Then i called booking number to ask whether i can have booking for six people as those many people we travel often. When repeated no in reply she finally said she would place for approval in this case and i need to wait.in case of rejection my original booking on four days would remain as it is.
                                I called back in couple of days to ask what happened to my approval and it was said the me that we have approved it and now it is waiting for resort to approve it.
                                I really don’t understand why i have get approval from resort when i made deal with club mahindra and paid them hell lot of money. After four working days my approval got rejected and not only this even my original booking of four people got cancelled!!!
                                It’s been five years i bought this membership and i am entitled to have total 7*5=35 holidays. Here is the bifurcation.
                                Usage summary (In holiday)
                                Holiday entitled: 35
                                Holiday booked/blocked: -7.11
                                Balance 27.89
                                Maximum balance* 21
                                Excess holidays lapsed: -6.9
                                Account balance 20.99

                                In total i have paid around 2.5 (For membership) + 12*5 (As maintenance) i. E. Approx. 3+ lakhs rupees only for 7 days of holidays!!
                                I have no intention of continuing with this membership and pay maintenance of 12 thousand which anyways keep on increasing each year for non-existing five stat amenities holidays.

                                  Hi got a call from club mahindra people for their promotion, they promised me that they will explain about their plans just for 45 mins and provide them assured gift voucher of free holidays. We reached almost 20 km with family and listen to their plan for more than 2 hrs. Finally we left without any gv and then with multiple followups w received gv online but you will not believe since past 3 months i am checking the availability to book any resort but sorry to say, there is no availability shown on any of the 40 resort for 3-4 months ahead. If there that will be for only one day and that you can't book, you need to have arleast 2 days availability of days this is totally cheating of people by a reputed company.

                                  If you forecast the non availability of resort at all the locations then why the hell are you giving those gift vouchers to people?

                                  Please be a responsible and committed company. Resolve my issue asap.
