I have taken club mahindra membership on 5th october, 2017 and paid 27k as advance payment. Within 10 days, i contacted them to cancel the membership. They are refusing to give me advance payment back.
They do not have a clear policy of cancellation at all.

They are not responding to my calls nor having proper contact person. They are very poor at service.

Guys let's come together and fight against fraud club mahindra management.

Fully agree with you. Same is the case with me and they are not responding at all.
I don’t have Facebook account.
Please explain why call center is not working - it’s going in loop; after pressing options it again starts from beginning and asking for language.
I sent you 5 mails with my contact number so you can take number from there and contact me. Why Facebook???

    I have taken club mahindra membership on 9th october, 2017 and paid 37k as advance payment. Within few days, i contacted them to cancel the membership. They are refusing to give me advance payment back.
    They do not have a clear policy of cancellation at all.

    Friends please do not take membership of club mahindra unless and until you have a lot of money to blow around.

    I got call from Club Mahindra agent and the lady other side was very rude. I already sent an email for cancellation of Club Mahindra membership but they are denying to stop my next EMI and they are denying to pay back ma downpayment. Seriously the worst experience I have ever encountered. I am suggesting everyone, please don't take Club Mahindra membership.

    Today I got call from club mahindra excutive the agent was very rude I really suprise such a reputed company agent behaving very casual to the agent

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have signed the membership form but did not paid full amount (Only paid some amount) and on very next day i decided not to take the membership based on the reviews from my friends and at this moment i am experiencing the same.

      So, i requested for the refund and they agree upon it, but it is not more that 3 months i am following with mr joy ([protected] / [protected]), and mr madhav nirmal ([protected]). Now, they stop receiving my calls. I tried all possible ways to connect with them and after that i decided to complaint. Their behavior is so strange, at this stage they are behaving like this then after taking membership then one can think how they behave afterwards.

      Based upon their service, i can think if this really a fake or what. And also want to suggest others not to go with club mahindra as your sales representative will not respond to you after taking membership, they will ran away. When you have any query in future at that moment you might have paid your entire membership amount and there will be no one to solve your query and they will not take care as you have paid entire payment.

      My humble request to club mahindra team to refund my amount at the earliest possible. And be aware of these 2 people joy and madhav.

        As per the earlier discussion after posting this above complaint on comsumercomplaints.in, you guys has committed to refund the money within 15 working days. Now i have believe on your statement and waited for it but still i don't see my hard earned money refunded.. Why the held up for more than 6 month to refund the customer money. What you guys are going to do with it. This is my hard earned money and i need refund asap.

        If you guys don't want to return the money, will fight in consumer court. I will not let my money eaten by you, not even single penny.

          Hi,

          My club mahindra membership is 2772572. I want to cancel my club mahindra membership.

          During the sales presentation by club mahindra, when i was sold this membership, i was told that by becoming a club mahindra member, i automatically become a member of the rci network, where i can transfer any of my 175 club mahindra nights to rci for getting free accommodation on their properties.

          I kept calling up my relationship office - tushar mallik ([protected]) to check about the rci part of my membership, and he said that i would receive the rci booklet in some months. He had mentioned i would get it by jan 2018. Recently, i called rci and they said that my rci membership would get activated in may 2018. That is a disconnect.

          Recently, i called rci and i was told certain things that shocked me:

          If i want to use club mahindra nights to book rci, i am compelled to book 7 nights in rci in one go. I was not told during the sales presentation that rci needs to be booked for a minimum of 7 nights.
          If i want to avail a stay at an rci property not only do i need to book it for 7 nights by transferring 7 club mahindra nights, i also need to pay rci a booking fee of rs. 9200 (Approx/-) for properties in india and south-east asia and a booking fee of rs. 24000 (Approx) for other international locations. I was not told about this payment for the rci booking. I was given to understand that it was a simple transfer of nights from club mahindra to rci.
          I came to know that i only get a complementary rci membership for only 2 years, which i was not told during the sales presentation. I was told that i get an rci membership along with the club mahindra membership, which would imply that the rci membership would be valid throughout the tenure of the club mahindra membership.

          When i called customer care at club mahindra, i was promised a conference call among club mahindra, rci, and myself, which has not yet happened.

          I called tushar mallik (Club mahindra sales and my relationship officer) twice. On both occasions he cut my phone with a message that he would call me back later, which did not happen. Then, finally i managed to speak with him and explain my frustration. He said that he would check with rci and call me back within 2 days. Five days have passed and i have not received any call back. I tried calling him but he keeps cutting my phone.

          I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of ethics and the communication issues and i wish to escalate this matter and am also considering cancelling my club mahindra membership.

          Please do the needful.

            Member ship no 2773396, had paid the amount in the month of july.17. Have asked for refund of money immediately after applying for membership from club mahindra holidays just get a auto reply that i will get the refund with 90 working days, its now more then 90 days but till today i do not know when will be getting the refund. Nobody replies to the mail and toll free no nobody answers

              My complaint is related to the asf amount is being charged to the customer. I had raised a query to member relations club mahindra on 15-sep-17 to understand what is this asf amount, why it charged despite of paying heavy amount of membership and how is it calculated. Why it was not disclosed by the sales rep while selling this memebership?

              In response to my query on 23-oct, i received some calculation formula to calculate this asf. The overall calculation is based on a base amount, for which no one has an answer how it was decided initially to reach to final figure of 14711.00. And now they have even stopped responding to my emails.
              There is one more concern i have related to rci membership. Last month i have come to know that we have this rci membership only for 2 yrs. This was never disclosed by you sales rep while making the sales.
              On top of it, on 15-nov-17, i received a call from rci explaining about the usage and rci booking. The representative from rci said for every booking we have to pay for 7 days to rci. Which means if we are utilizing 2 days out of 7 days holiday by doing an international booking via rci then we have to pay 9200/- (Approx) as a conversion fees for complete seven days. And if again we are doing another international booking via rci for 3 days out of 5 remaining days, then again we have to pay this 9200/-.

              This is very surprising as it was never disclosed neither by your sales rep. Nor by the call made after sales. I am completely bedeviled from all these surprising and hidden items. I would never recommend any of my friends to go for club mahindra membership.
              Looking at these type of incidents, i have lost confidence in club mahindra. I would like to know you, how could we close this relation?

                  The company calls people in the guise of celebrating 25 yrs. When i reached the venue i was give the voucher for 2n/3d free stay. Which is not usable as most of the accommodation are shown full and some are for 1 day only which is not accepted by the system.
                  1) i filled the form in a mall long back and on the same form they call repeatedly.
                  2) once i used the vougher but when they gave me voucher on next invitation it cannot be used as it shows the m. No or email under this is used. They force me to give other m. No. And email id. On registering i do not get any booking due to above mentioned reason. There is no use of complaint.
                  The company is cheating the people and lowering the high standard of mahindra group.
                  99.99% of indian companies whether insurance, bank, travel agencies, airlines and many more just copy and paste the answer. They do not read our complaint at all or instructed not to do so.

                    Booked the membership at udaipur in the last week of august. We have informed just 2 days after our payment, that we don’t want the membership as you have hidden some fact about the variable membership fees. This was agreed by the sales manager and she informed that they are starting the refund process. Its more than 75 days since i have made the payment.
                    If the amount is not refunded with interest in 2 days, i am taking the legal route to claim the amount.
                    Never thought such a reputed company will behave so badly with the customers. Once again, i like to mention that you have not lost just 1 customer, but all the potential customers known to me and the trustworthiness of the brand mahindra.

                      Do note one thing; do not ever buy club mahindra membership, this company shows big things while buying membership and provides nothing. They told me about providing accomodation anytime while paying for the membership, and after paying the down payment of 1.5 lacs, they refused to provide accomodation. And at the time of asking for money back, they start making excuses and that money never comes back, i have been mailing them since 2 years but no proper reply. This is my 5 th complaint and a request to you all to not buy this club mahindra membership. Instead i bought royal karma membership and it is far more convenient then this.

                        I was interested in mahindra holiday resort scheme. I made inquiry about the same. On 29th oct 2017 i got response from your mahindra holiday. Mr joy and mr fahad had promised following things to me.

                        1. 3 days 4 nights complimentary holiday
                        2. 5000 gift vouchers
                        3. 7 days and 8 nights to any dream destination as complimentary
                        4. Complimentary rci membership
                        5. Regular benefits of mahindra holiday

                        But i have rec'd none of this.in fact i tried to contact these people but now they are not responding.

                        Now i am not interested i am not interested in this membership. Request you to pls cancel the same and refund the total amount to me.

                        Got a call from Mahindra Holiday on 22nd and they confirmed that they will get back to me in two days. I do have recorded conversation of this. I am still awaiting a call from them. This is a pathetic service given by Mahindra Holidays. I have tried to contact sales team after this but no solution received. Can you pls cancel my membership and refund the amount debited to my credit card.

                          I applied for membership on 3rd aug and next day asked for cancellations with full refund, they told me via email that will tk 90 business days which is itself ridiculous who takes these much of days to cancel. And still they didn't refund my money. They have to give interest for using my money without any reason. Also i am not avaiing any services so why do they hold the amount without any reason. N no communication at all for refund related. So atrocious.. Never go for such membership

                            I availed membership of club mahindra in may 2017 on emi basis my member id is 2765254.
                            The official from whom i had taken the membership had told me as whenever i need to withdraw the membership i can easily do and the money will be refunded at the earliest. Now on contacting the official he is saying that we will not get the though we have not used.
                            I am in serious financial crisis and badly in need of money.
                            I seek your help n support to get the refund.
                            Please let me whom i would need to approach??
                            Also what are the steps for membership withdrawal.

                              I became the club mahindra membership on 31 july 17 and within 24 hour, i. E. Vide email dtd 1st aug 2017, requested to cancel the membership and to refund the down payment of rs 22490/-. On 3rd aug 17, reply received from club mahindra that "we would like to inform you that we are working on your request and we will get back to you within 4 working days." after 3-4 reminders of mails, on 17 aug 2017, reply received from club mahindra that "we hereby confirm that we have started processing the cancellation formalities and you will receive the full refund of the amount paid by you in 60 working days."

                              Vide email dtd 20-oct-2017, 02-nov-17, 13-nov-17, 14-nov-17, 15-nov-17, asked for status of refund of rs 22490/- but till date no reply has been received. Today is 17th nov 17 and 108 days already has been passed, no refund has been received. Kindly do needful.

                              Have you got your money back. I am also in same boat and waiting from last 160 days but no refund. They only commit new date when you asked for refund but money will never refunded to any of the customer. Atleast I never heard that Club Mahindra has refunded the money.

                                I bought the membership from club mahindra at ahmedabad, after doing the down payment of 22200 and i was very happy that now i’ll be the part of the club mahindra.
                                After some days i just felt in accident and now i need money very badly so i’m requesting to you please refund my money, i’m in bad condition in term of monetary please help me out though refunding my money.

                                  I have taken membership on 31.07.2017. Later on i decided to cancle my membership as sales person told me that you can cancle your membership within 10 days and you will get full refund. I had mailed for cancellation and also had telephonic conversation since 02.08.2017. They assured me that your cancellation process has been started and you will get refund within 90 days for which i had also get official mail from club mahindra. But it is already 3 months passed and there is no refund from club mahindra. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  After getting call from club mahindra social media deptt.2 weeks back, there is no response again.they promised to call me in 2-3 days after checking refund status, there is no response..
                                  I am again reminding that if there will be no response from club mahindra side I may proceed for legal action.

                                    Refer to my previous letter regarding my disputes are not repeating and always you are asking for the payment of maintenance.
                                    Please refer my previous email and correspondence will you please let us know my present status of the membership. You are requested to clarify my account.
                                    I have not enjoying any benefits of the club membership. Every time new person come and discuss the matter lastly mr. Swapnil has come, thereafter nothing is done. Why you are not clarify the matter with members? If i want to enjoy which benefits i am going to avail?
                                    First of all you settle my dispute and clarify the accounts. You may contact on my cell no. [protected] and send your representative for clarify and clear the matter.
                                    If i will not received any clarification, i have to take drastic steps as being a senior citizen, i have invested my hard money in your club to enjoy my rest of life. You are requested to look in the matter and quick action to be taken.

                                      Hi, i am avinash from manipal, karnataka. Since i am a frequent traveller, i thought of taking some holiday membership.

                                      First thing which came to my mind is club mahindra. Called up the sales rep mr. Krishnanada from mangalore. I always had a good opinion about the cm. He explained different packages, i bought a clubmahindra membership (No. 2731623) of white studio in the month of december 2016. I was promised an iphone 6 (The offer was also shown in the internet). I had already complained about it, since it's already 6 months, and i didn't receive the product yet.

                                      In the month of february 2017, i had requested the sales executive mr. Krishnanada from mlore office to convert my white studio into a red studio and i would pay the full payment at once and had also paid the annual membership fees. (I have paid 5lakh for membership and 12 thousand for amf). No dues, no emi pending.

                                      Here i was not aware that mr. Krishna had made a new membership and my previous membership was pending and was not even cancelled. I was told that rs.55, 000 i had paid for the white studio had been adjusted to the red studio. But recently i got to know from the office that, it was never cancelled, and deduction of 2 emi of rs.8902 had been already deducted from my bank balance
                                      See here i feel cheated, because i have been promised an iphone6, i have not received.
                                      Rs.72, 804 has been deducted from my account without my notice. I have a good impression about the company and therefore
                                      I need an immediate action towards my problems. I have mailed all the proof which ever was requested.
                                      This is really getting worse. Everytime i complain i get a call from the executive within two days, after they hear my problems they never call back.
                                      Never thought that club mahindra would be so unprofessional.

                                        Dear team,
                                        On confirmation received from customer executive that the rooms are available from 10th to 17th december, i made advance payment towards asf for the holidays credits. However, now i was told that rooms are not available for the particular dates. Thought i am told that the matter would be considered, i would like to inform that i have my flight bookings done and i am travelling with my parents who are senior citizens.
                                        Request your interference with respect to my bookings as i am highly counting on hotel bookings at the park in association with the club mahindra.

                                        I am very happy and satisfied member (Membership no. 2681055) of club matundra and rely on hotel bookings from you when it comes to travelling. Request you to once again please cooperate and extend all possible support to me in terms of confirming my stay at singapore.
