Thamil member relations manager not revert back call after commitment

Is this the customer service, accounts, finance of club mahindra holidays

I cancelled much before hand my singapore bookings. Customer service assured me rs 12, 000/- would be refund back to my account

From december 2017 till today feb 2018 they have not refunded back my amount

Vijaya kumar p and thamil both have spoken to me but no follow up or any feedback

Its been a terrible experience with clubmahindra holidays when it comes to refunds

Today i call back customer service member relations
Mr Thamil member releations manager after promising to revert back my refund.see that my money is refund.
Has not even to call back

The payment reference number for this request would be JHMP[protected]. 
They send the above message and said expect payment before 31st jan.2018 back in your debit card.how i paid.no sign till today.

I paid thru my debit card rs 12, 000/- for singapore stay on october 27th, 2017 as verified by vijaya bank branch manager and bank statement.
I cancelled my stay much before hand.email confirmation received from clubmahindra on email that full refund rs 12, 000/- will be done.
Till today the 18 th feb, 2018 i have not received my payment.
I have all theirs emails where they even went to an extent that they paid me.i shared complete bank statement as requested by them clubmahindra social media A, Shreemathi .
I shared complete.Till date not recived my refund.
It has added to stress, Time.i will want to file a complain against them adding interest and all the time they have taken to pay me.

Please look into it and i want to file a consumer case against them.
Cancel my complete member.get back every amount paid to them.

The amount of consumer complain against this club .i think consumer court should actively take up the cases
With my case refund.everything was clear in black and white.Even bank statements shared complete.
Till date no refund back.
A, Shreemathi social media clubmahindra too has not been able to resolve or revert back after she ask all my bank statement.

    My membership id is 2776815
    We took this membership from a club mahindra dealer / executive brijmohan tiwari
    He gave us false commitments on overseas tours and dint match up to our expectations at all. We did not even recieve any proper feedback from him.
    We requested him to cancel the membership but still our emi is getting deducted every month. I want you to cancel my membership on urgent basis and refund my amount asap or i shall lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

      1) i became a member of club mahindra in 2013.

      2) when i showed interest in joining the club, a person came to my house not once but a number of times and left no stone unturned to explain the benefits of the memberships and how many ways i and my family can enjoy the fruits of becoming a club mahindra member. He also helped me in booking my stay in a goa resort and also helped me book my air tickets.

      3) now 3 years down the line when i call up or write my complaint or requirement it falls on deaf ears as i just get auto generated mail followed by a dead silence.

      4) there seems to be a lack of personal touch and total non chalance towards members needs or woes.

      5) in 2017 i had booked a studio in malaysia resort for the three o[censored]s, my wife, son and myself for 3 days. The resort ' parkroyal' was empty and i badly needed to extend my stay by a day. I spent a lot of money in oversees call to member relation officer (International) from the resort at malaysia, first time my call was attended too but i got no help from them regarding my requirement. Thereafter they just stopped accepting my call though i was desperately trying to reach the member relation team keeping in mind the time in india.

      6) i had to shift to some other hotel spending a lot of my hard earned money although i had a number of days to my credit.

      7) when we take a vacation abroad being club mahindra member it would not be expecting too much if some person in authority calls up from the member relations team to know whether our stay is comfortable and if any further assistance is required.

      8) now again i have been writing and calling member relations [protected]@ mahindraholidays.com since last 7 days as i need to book one room for two days at amari vogue hotel at krabi in thailand as i know that club mahindra has some understanding with the mentioned hotel with an exchange rate of rs 7600/- per night but to no avail. There is a dead silence from member relations team.
      I am visiting krabi on 13 and 14 april with my wife and son and need to book of room during that period who do i approach for help?

        Tried redeeming my club mahindra holiday resort gift voucher which i got with the purchase of my new xuv500. But it is too hard to get hold of you customer service number or via internet, it always shows not available. By the time it shows available the voucher would have been expired. I also wrote a email not to provide gift voucher to mahindra dealers, instead they can give us some vehicle service.

        The above email was sent on nov 2, 2017, and one of your rep called and told due to christmas and new year all the bookings are closed, so he asked to try after jan 1st 2018, i have been trying to book from jan 2 but no slot available. Still dont understand why this kind of false information should be given,

          Club mahindra is cheater, their executive just useless, as i don't have more worst word for them. They offered me membership with false commitment & fake words. I take this membership with advance pay total of 2 years membership fees, as they told me if i want booking have to pay this total amount of 68000. I paid them this amount. But i ask them for booking. No one reply any this, just told membership no. 2799204, their executive never take calls. No reply for mails. I tell them i don't needs membership & make total refund. But they don't pick call. They are cheaters. Am going to file fir for this cheating & sue them.

            Hi i am nilesh angle my membership number is 2636331. I have paid the emi till january 2018 and i joined club mahindra in 2015 till date i have not opted any tour with club mahindra so i am having a inventory of 14 paid holiday days with club mahindra when i ask them let me use my paid holiday first and then only i will pay the next emi so they simply refuse to do so and said that system cannot allow to book holidays. When i ask them for refund no body is responding.
            Please do not join club mahindra.
            Anybody is aware where should we complain about club mahindra so that we can get the refund amount.

            let me know the procedure of refund of my amount. I don't want to continue with club Mahindra anymore.
            Consumer forum should take some action on the fraud done by club Mahindra. How can they claim that money cannot be returned. Consumer forum has to penalise club Mahindra for not refunding the amount of customer.

              membership money scam

              Club mahindra has proved to be a worthless company which is full of shameless people.
              Here is a scenario that might sound very common to you:
              1. You invite me for a session at a well known hotel.
              2. You try to sell me a piece of # with multiple promises of benefits and discounts and incorrect information.
              3. Turns out that all you said i will get is false. No such benefits reflected anywhere.
              4. I tried to complain...

              Sir/madam,
              I mrs. Dipti sanjay rana, membership no - 2785207, had purchased club mahindra membership in oct-2017 from viviana mall, vashi from ur executive heena g shaikh. So many calls for free holiday package were comming to my husband from club mahindra executive, so me&my husband went there. 30 min. Plan was discussed for 2 1/2 hour n not even any discussion for cancellation procedure. I asked her whether they have any resort in kashmir (Shikara). She replied yes, within few days of siging membership form when we called for cancelltion of our membership she didn't respond our call for 5-6 days.
              She haven't discussed with us about cancellation of membership. She rapidly filled the form n said" jo hamane abhi discussed kiya wohi form me hai n she only filled the form n gave for signing.
              Ur executive heena g shaikh cheated us why she didn't received our call? Why after few days only she received our call??? Is all was planned to ruin our money.
              Why you people not disclosing with ur customer that once you purchased membership you r trapped. I m so much disappointed.

              In d month of dec-17 my 1st installment was cut n in jan-18 2nd installment gone. Why you guys force any one if we r not comfortable with ur membership. Why heena g shaikh cheated us. Our hard earned money ruined by her. I want my money back. Even if i mailed at [protected]@club mahindra.com no body responded us.

                Hello all,
                I would like to inform people that please do not take club mahindra holiday membership,

                I have taken club mahindra membership in october 2015

                I have moved abroad in march 2016

                Till today jan 2008 - i have paid all emi's including asf amount and i do

                Not have any plans to visit india for next 5-10 yrs.

                When i asked club mahindra to refund my money & cancel the membership they simply said they cannot refund money as per the cancellation policy.

                Isnt this cheating people.

                Please beware *dont take club mahindra membership*

                I have already wasted 2 lacs without even utilising the membership

                  I cancelled the membership within the cancellation period by email. Club mahindra relation team also confirmed that they accept the cancellation and process refund within 45-60 days.

                  I waited for 90 days and written email to club mahindra relation team for the status of refund. After two working days, i received a phone call from the relation team confirming to refund by end of month and same was assured in email (Below).

                  "we regret for the inconvenience caused, this is to inform you that we are working on your request of cancellation and by 30th january 2018 the refund will be processed against your membership.

                  We hope we could have retained you as a member of our esteemed organization, however, we regret that we were unable to do that.

                  Hope you give us a chance in future to serve in a better way.

                  Please write back to us in case you need any further assistance."

                  Now the assured date is passed and still there is no action from club mahindra team. Hence writing this in this forum to seek support and guidance how to proceed on the next steps.

                    Hello my name is manish from navi mumbai and i want to cancell my club mahindra memership id number : 2733139 as its over crowded and always seen waiting list (Wl). I have paid one year amount with asf amount of blue studio plan. Now i want to refund the same, becouse i seen that they don't have appropriate accommodation as per commitment their property always booked...
                    Their respond is very bad i am wiring for their mail response from last 20 days and no one replying.
                    Please don't take their membership as they only fool people to show some beautiful resort pictures and in realty you always in waiting list.

                    No my issue not resolved, you people still wanted my left EMI,
                    You are not refunding my money and not giving me my 7 days which I earned for payment. I also paid ASF money then why you are not giving my 7 days to me.

                    Still round round reply, sorry time of joining your relationship manager never tell us that time of cancellation you will take it my whole money.

                    Its totally fraud, only you take the signature and we fool people sign it with blind faith and due to name of Mahindra.

                    Sorry but worst service and response I received from Mahindra, I request all friend to don't take it and also post my view on number of complain sites so that people will never take club mahindra member ship.

                    subsequently decided not to proceed with the membership.

                      Hi i regretly complaining to ur dept regarding booking in dubai resort qhen i always asked for booking ur employess always said no booking available and think to pay as[censored]r employees tries make me fool tht i have to pay full amc wat the crap it is i want my membership fee to be refunded asap otherwise this time i m filling legal against u people cz u said to the members no availability and in make my trip or other booking portals its showing availability tht great strategy u r following with the members if my issue doesnt resolve this time so i will file case against ur company for totally harrassment and cheating with the members.

                          Today i was invited at nissan showroom at safdarjung enclave.. New delhi.
                          I was received by two sales executive and finally got introduced to mr. Aftab alam (Sales consultant). Me also being from sales back ground.. First time felt pity not on the sales guy but club mahindra. Irrespective of bad name in the market.. Any business should ensure they have great sales staff to win customer. A great salesman can sell anything be it good it bad through his skill set. Aftab was such a painful experience for us.. No smile. Body language full of attitude.. From begining he was not interested in selling... Was just negative about pitch.. He said after 5 minutes.. Either it has to be yes or no today itself... Anypoint u feel no can leave the meeting anytime.. This was repeated by him every 10 mins... His questions were pure torcher along with his fleshy observing way towards us. He was only trying to check if our pockets were heavy and can make us fool on the spot. We said that we would discuss with our family and get back to u on this... He just got up straight away and made a very stinky face followed by the comment.."aap kya gharwalon se puchte ho paiso ke liye... Khud decision nahi le sakte.. Ajkal kaun parents ko involve karta hai..90% log budget ki wajah se bhaj jate hai". This was really rude from his part as he didnt want to trust the customer... He vanished and never came back.. We asked someone for our gift voucher and they made us wait for ages... Then came aftab with gift voucher and said too much crap on the capping of this free voucher and showed as if they were soing a huge favour by giving this voucher to us. I felt like slapping this guy straight away but then it wouldnt have resolved the issue. At the end we had to leave the voucher as self respect is key for anyone.. When i said one of my friend has club mahindra and said not to buy due to few issues with brand.. He promptly said"wahi bolega ki booking time se nahi karte... Rooms available nai hote
                          .. Restaurant bahut mehenga hota hai etc". He himself was against club mahindra being paid for their work... My advice.. Please train ur staff on selling skills..in todays u dont sell product.. U sell urself and anyone would only buy uf made a good relation with client.. Today club mahindra has lost a potential client not because of issues with ur product but because on worst customer service given by him. These kind of employess are parasite to the company who lead to the downfall.

                            Havent Cancelled my Club Mahindra Membership More than 1 year..havent received my full payment till date ...have paid sme amt throught Credit card
                            in the settlement latter the credit card no mentined have no idea about it

                              I dont know how many times i am complaining regarding refund which i paid to you when you came to me and begged for taking membership. Now after reading this you will tell me to text you on facebook and as always i will text you on facebook and you wont reply. Customer ko aur kitna pareshan karoge. I think i should write a suicide note mentioning club mahindra stabbed me with 1.5 lakhs. What say?

                                I took club mahendra membership on 30th dec 2017 and requested to cancel my membership on 3rd january 2018 as mentioned in terms and conditions if i cancel membership within 10 days i will get complete refund. Several times i have called and mailed customer care to know the status of refund but they are just saying that it's already cancelled but cannot update on status of refund. I even told my sales manager about cancellation and want to know about refund status he said it is cancelled and already in process but i had not got any refund till date not anyone ready to reply. Whenever i had mailed they mentioned they will get back to me in 24-48 hours but no one contacted me yet. I request club mahendra to refund me my money back else i will have to take actions. This is my last and final warning.:

                                  I have taken club mahindra membershipin year 2008 with intention to spent premium time with my family. I have opted for blue membership, however never got the booking. The only booking i got was for varca beach goa resort. Thereafter, wherever i contacted club mahindra for booking and always got response that resort is already full. I was recommended to upgrade my plan from blue to white so that it will be easier to get the booking. I too agreed but the result the same due to which i stop making asf payment yearly. It does not make any sense to make the yearly maintenance payment and there is no booking. Why should i make asf payment when i am not getting any booking. I got several calls from club mahindra team and i informed the same and they assured that they will provided me the booking. However, they never provided me any booking. There are many instance which i can share on this false commitment. I have also recommended by brother and he too is facing same problem. Believe, club mahindra is just trying to fool their customer. If your customer based is increased than u should provide more information else after few years you will not get any customer. I am sorry to say but this is pathetic experience.

                                    I have taken your membership on 17 dec 2017 and paid 37k for that. After that i requested our rm to reserve our hotel booking for srilanka for feb 2018 for that he said yes. I also agreed to pay three installments in one go so that we can go ahead with our bookings. I followed up with out rm multiple times and he dint have all the details about the properties, how to book, whether we can book or not. Every time he gave some # reasons and after 8-9 days he said we cannot book for that property. Then we said pls cancel our membership and we want the refund. He said we will get that in sometime and also said u will receive call from club mahindra. Pls make sure that you refund my 37k and i dont want to continue my membership further.

                                    I have got calls regarding this but no solution yet. Everytime the speaker said that he/she will call me again after having this sorted with management but then they never called back

                                      I have been struggling for past 3 and a half months to get my much deserved money back.
                                      Have made numerous calls to club mahindra customer service for the same. During this time i have chatted with many customer representatives, a new voice every other day that i now have lost count.
                                      Every time i had to startwith explaining them my problem. This was getting frustrating for me and i had almost lost hope that i will get my money back.
                                      Until one fine day mr sheikh salim, took my call and assured me that he will assists me in my issue and be with me till it gets resolved. He has indeed kept his words, and finally i have received my refund.
                                      It becomes very difficult to trust someone when you have a feeling of being cheated.
                                      But people like mr salim can change that perception with their goodness.
                                      Wishing him all the very best in his future endeavours.
                                      May god bestow him with lots of success, good health and happiness.
