Some one called from club mahindra holidays n they told u r the winner of lucky contest, come n collect the free voucher. I went on november 2017 at hilton hotel, chennai.. They asked the permission to tell about mahindra holidays. And they said it's not compulsory but we must provide the free voucher, whether u join the member or not. We spent 45 minis there..
Finally they told the free voucher will send through ur email. But till...

I got phone call from club mahindra office and telling me that you are selected for free coupon to stay in club mahindra hotels 2 n + 3d tour. So, you come and collect your coupon from hotel silver leaf.. Vapi. And they said that you have to come with your family only.

First of all I am not able to contact club mahindra by any means - call / email.
I tried number of times their toll free number and another Chennai number but no luck. Sent email to member relations but only once they responded that they will get back within 2 days. After 3 days one reply came asking to submit KYC and cancellation request but it was not clear what I need to send and also no info provided about refund so I asked more...

I, shrikrishna anant sawant informed for cancellation of bliss membership and refund for full amount due to false, mismatch information given by sales person richard, andheri mumbai office. On telephone mahindra club person agreed on telephone for refund and forwarded request to concern dept. But even after 2 & half month (21.9.2017) i have not received my money back. I have send mails but receiving only auto generated mails. No response...

Again no solution from club mahindra and fake promises, as a member i requested for cancellation within 10 days for full refund. As per their policy it takes 45 days to cancel the contract and refund in 15 days. However after so many attempts to contact and push for the same they started the process after 90 days (3 months almost) and asking time for 15days more. I have been call for some explanation of club mahindra holiday i have hear all they told but i want first check how booking works so the gentleman mr sachin at vadodara issue me one gift voucher for 2n/3d stay and ask me to book in off peak period but when i am trying there is no any place where i can get 2n/3d only showing for 1day and you can't book this is what they fool all...

I have never seen such a pathetic service and response anywhere except club mahindra once you become a member, no one is bothered to resolve your query or issue.

They simply dont take care of our issue's, sales team is interested only in obtaining number game of member's as per the given target to them, after that they are very silent and selfish. I am escalating my issue since last 3 months to the customer care team and also...

I have taken club mahindra membership on 5th october, 2017 and paid 27k as advance payment. Within 10 days, i contacted them to cancel the membership. They are refusing to give me advance payment back.
They do not have a clear policy of cancellation at all.

They are not responding to my calls nor having proper contact person. They are very poor at service.

I have taken club mahindra membership on 9th october, 2017 and paid 37k as advance payment. Within few days, i contacted them to cancel the membership. They are refusing to give me advance payment back.

Friends please do not take membership of club mahindra unless and until you have a lot of money to blow around....

My complaint is related to the asf amount is being charged to the customer. I had raised a query to member relations club mahindra on 15-sep-17 to understand what is this asf amount, why it charged despite of paying heavy amount of membership and how is it calculated. Why it was not disclosed by the sales rep while selling this memebership?
