The case is the same as that submitted in my previous complaints. Club mahindra seems to be a failure in keeping up to their own statements and also there's severe lack of coordination amongst their own departments.
My case has been followed up by mr sheikh salim, who as told to me by him has been trying hard for around 3 weeks now to get finance approval to process my refund.
Doesn't it look like a total failure of their system, where approvals can be granted by just putting up a mail. I fail to understand the waiting time of 3 weeks till date for the same.
They claim of being a very big name in the area of tourism and hospitality who have spent crises together to expand themselves.
I doubt is it by cheating on people's hard earned money or else for a company with huge resources refunding a well deserved amount of 37000inr wouldn't have been that big an issue.

All my details are already provided.Mr Sheikh Salim is trying to follow my case but he to seems in despair waiting for finance approval.
I have to rather question that if you are asking for my details now, what have you been doing for past 3 months.

      Being a club mahindra member is the biggest nightmares of all time.
      When they sold the membership, all false promises were made and now they treat you like dogs. They don't give bookings on time which results in your holidays lapse. They r a bunch of well trained professional who r designed to say sorry/thank u only & who will never resolve your issues, instead, they wil try to convince or confuse u wit their rules & regulations.in fact, cm has never resolved any of my complaints in last 5 years. Their feedback team has called me multiple times & given me verbal assurance (Read as liars) but they have never resolved any of my complaints till date. Cm will never commit on a date & time when the member queries will b resolved. All rules r tailor made favoring cm only & rules r getting tougher & tougher for members as & when years r passing by. If a particular rule is favoring members this year, then it is not guaranteed that it will b present next year. Rules r modified by cm every year favoring cm only. There is no exit policy in this membership. Once u take their membership, u r trapped for 25 years

      . At every stage, cm will try their best to extract money from members wherever possible & u will experience this only after becoming a member. They have different kinds of marketing strategies to squeeze money from trapped members & the most common one is: i[censored] go on vacation, their in-house sales team will b behind u asking u to go for an upgrade. I. E., i[censored] r blue member, they will pester u to go for white, red & purple. Similarly, i[censored] r stu member, they will pester u to go for 1-br, 2-br etc. This shows how desperate they r & always looking for prey. When we took the membership we were promised studio with kitchennette, but in most places they dont have a kitchennette, so we are forced to have food from their restaurant /already a. S. F. For club mahindra is the highest inspite of rooms being given on cash to outsiders and a good portion being reserved for outsiders few unwanted rooms will be available for members who will be secondrated guests at these resorts. Though the members pay hefty joining amounts and high annual fees (A. S. F). This proves that pay and occupy is better than long term time sharing methods. This defeats the concept of time sharing and shows the hollowness of the club mahindra model. We were conned into buying this membership and we regret the same. Govt should bring in a legislation regarding such resorts and take stern actions and protect the members.

After this you will not get any holidays and with your money they buy properties and your money is gone and I wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.Weare also a victim of Club Mahindra. We find the Club Mahindra Timeshare memberships in India are all very deceptive and sheer profiteering without creating any value for members, Govt should intervene and some legislation should be brought in to protect the consumers

      The Step MOTHERLY TREATMENT METED OUT TO CLUB MAHINDRA MEMBERS .We had waitlisted our request and also informed hotel Poovar of our request but on arrival we were told that 1 BR and Studios get booked within half hour of opening of booking for the resort rooms and there are no cancellations thereafter. Indeed this is faster than even summer train bookings. We are dining at the restaurant here and we find it mostly empty even during peak hours and the resort itself has a deserted look. We have visited many Club Mahindra resorts at various times and seen the presence of crowds. Many of the Studio rooms look deserted. Even the staff here mention that it is a lean period.The front desk gentlemen were only interested in customers who had come through different travels and not in club mahindra members-- we had been dumped by Poovar resort management on second floor against our request for Studio though we are senior citizens and I have a bandaged hand due to an accident. I have been a member of Club Mahindra RED season for more than 9 years. It is a 25 years Holiday Membership.For becoming a Member one needs to pay the Membership Fee and Annual Maintainance fee -- above Rs.10000.. This happened three years ago .Every time you are not given rooms of your choice even if there are vacant rooms.members are not given the rooms that they are entitled .They try to reserve that for last minute bookings of Trip advisor .Make my trip and so on .If the club mahindra is not able to keep the promise of providing holidays for members then please return our money with interest ..

      Latest advertisement .Gift Wonderful Lifetime Holiday Memories to your Loved Ones.There is something for everyone only at Club Mahindra .Explore beaches, hill stations, jungles, waterfronts or the Himalayas with our 50 resorts.With such advertisements and their sales men with glib talk con the prospective customers.Once you are a member you are doomed .There should be some legislation and govt should do something to protect the rights o[censored]nsuspecting consumers against such fraudulent methods.

        I have been contacted by club mahindra sales manager from pitampura delhi location, they asked me first have a complementary trip then if you like it you can register as a member, i was very interested, they told me i will get free voucher which can be used for a family for 4 people for 2 nights and 3 days. But it has been months i did not got my voucher, request you please help us as these sales people are spoiling companies name.

        I have been contacted by Club Mahindra, After their regular calls I fix up the meeting a sales manager with his executive visited to my office and he explained me benefits:

        1. He will register me under blue membership, as i told him we are family of 5 ( 2 Couples + 1 yr Old child, He told either he will give 1BR or 2 Studio / Hotel Unit in Kerala.

        2. He told me after my successful registration he will add a referral in my account and give Rs.10, 000 vouchers.

        3. I was suppose to around Rs.27, 000/- for down payment, for that he was carrying swipe machine.

        4. As per his advise I booked flight tickets to Kerala.

        5. In between I got another call from Club Mahindra from some other office they said this will be fraud, they will block your money and return after 7-8 months.

        6. Then I asked the same person who came to meet me, then he said you need to pay Just Rs.27, 000+ 1 EMI of around Rs.6, 000/- and he will block dates for February for me

        7. When I asked him to send everything in email and it will be under my membership, He said Yes.

        8. I told him I will escalate this and ask your senior if we can get this, then he changed his words and said he was giving me trial complementary holidays for 7 nights in 3 locations in Kerala.

        9. He wasted my 15 days saying he will give a voucher for trial menbership is Rs.35, 000/- but he is not giving anything in writting.

        What to do Now?

        What is going on Is club Mahindra fooling us or what is going on?

          This is to bring to your notice that the membership was taken on 02nd july 2013 and cancellation was conveyed to mr yashswant lokare at raghuleela mall, kandivali on 9th july 2013 which is within 10 calendar days as per your cancellation clause no. 8.1 about cancellation of the membership. Therefore kindly look into the matter and arrange for the refund of the down payment and 4 emi's ie 22200 + (5662*4= 22648)= 44848/-

            Club mahindra holidays is a fraud company. There executives make fool to the customers by wrong commitments. They show so many offers and very before paying the money their behavior is good and seems very humble, cooperative. They will follow until you pay the money. Once you pay the money, their behavior change and you will not be taken care. Company's staff will not pay the attention about your problem and they will try to make you fool. Every time they make false commitments and mislead you as well.
            When you fad up with the services and ask your money refund, they will not refund your money and stop picking the phone.
            There will not be no communication regarding your payment receipt on email and other material information regarding membership.
            All their sale executives says fraud each other them selves. Their executives do not disclosed all the hidden charges, terms and conditions.
            Sales executives will show you lucrative dreams which is quit different from reality and once you pay the money you will regret on your decision.

            I am very much fad up with services of club mahindra holidays and i am asking my money refund for thr last four months but they did not refund my money till now and now again saying to wait for next four months for refund.
            Every staff member says different story and no clarity and transparency.

            I wrote a mail to the ceo of club mahindra holydays mr, kavinder singh, but no action has been taken till now.

            Due to my bitter experience with club mahindra holidays, i will not suggest anybody to subscribe membership of club mahindra holidays.

              Your sales executive approached me in august 2017, and described about the club mahindra and collected part payment against membership charges.
              Next day i got confirmation call, and they described me about the membership plans, since there was difference in what your sales person described and what was described on confirmation call, i requested to refund my amount as i was not interested any more in membership.
              Since last 4 months there is no response from either your sales representative or from your sales office.
              Sir, please let me know if i will get my money back or not?

                Why my complaint is closed as resolved. I am still waiting for my refund. I was promised refund almost month back but still, funds are not received. I have had to make payment to the credit card. You guys are really taking very long time to close a case.

                I was interested in mahindra holiday resort scheme. I made an inquiry about the same. On 29th oct 2017, i got a response from your mahindra holiday. Mr joy and mr. Fahad had promised following things to me.

                1. 3 days 4 nights complimentary holiday
                2. 5000 gift vouchers
                3. 7 days and 8 nights to any dream destination as complimentary
                4. Complimentary rci membership
                5. Regular benefits of mahindra holiday

                During verification call, they denied 3rd and 4th benefits. Then i requested for cancellation of membership. Meanwhile, mr. Fahad called me and promised to provide all benefits but he took almost a month but didn't do anything. Then i got a call from club on 01-dec-2017 informing me about the cancellation of membership. They also promised me to call within 2/3 days but till date, i have not received any call from them. Without my consent, they has marked my case as resolved. I am still waiting for my refund.

                  My name is sanya bimal and i am the direct dependant of a purple club mahindra member, samir bimal. We have been paying for the purple membership for over 8 years, out which we have been able to take a total of two holidays. This is because of the constant unavailability of the desired dates and desired resorts.

                  Currently on your website, the month of february has been marked as a blue month, however, i have been waitlisted for my holiday to goa. It is worth noting that your website has been hanging for the last three days and it was impossible to even click on the waitlist button. Calling anyone in the club mahindra office has been a useless and time-consuming task as i am put on hold indefinitely. Considering i have been calling from outside india, it is not possible for me to keep calling your offices due to the time difference. Finally after downloading the app {which told me that i had high chances of getting rooms and then as soon as i was waitlisted, said that my chances were low} i was able to waitlist myself.

                  It has been brought to my notice that the club mahindra resorts i am wishing to book, has made rooms available to a number of guests who are not club mahindra members. Please understand that i have already made my travel arrangements and am highly upset with the kind of services provided. The reservation toll-free number provided by you is incorrect. I would like to urge you to contact me via email as soon as possible.

                    Every time i call them., the answer is they are waiting for approval from finance department.
                    Wondering if they are going to keep up with the promised timeline this time.
                    I am also thinking of escalating this issue further.

                      My membership id is 2777040 and i want to cancel my membership due to following reason-:
                      1. Clubmahindra has given us free coupan for 2 days holiday in aug 17 but till date we are unable to use it as most of your resorts are full.
                      2. Response time is very poor
                      3. Prices are also very high as compare to others.
                      4. While providing the membership sales representative offered us many things... But now he is not responding is properly
                      5. Foods are very costly
                      .
                      We have already given approx rs. 70000, but till date we have not utilized a single holiday in your resorts as it always remains full when we got holiday from our job, so there is no meaning to go with club mahindra membership.

Now its more than 15 days and i am still waiting for the refund. Will club mahindra tell for what are they waiting for. Its now four months and i am still waiting

                          Booked the membership at udaipur in the last week of august. We have informed just 2 days after our payment, that we don’t want the membership as you have hidden some fact about the variable membership fees. This was agreed by the sales manager and she informed that they are starting the refund process. Its more than 100 days since i have made the payment.
                          If the amount is not refunded with interest Immediately, i am taking the legal route to claim the amount.
                          Never thought such a reputed company will behave so badly with the customers. Once again, i like to mention that you have not lost just 1 customer, but all the potential customers known to me and the trustworthiness of the brand mahindra.

                            I would request you to intervene in this matter against club mahindra holidays and take strict actions against them on grounds of luring and fooling customers and then not refunding their money.
                            It's been 67 days now. They had promised full refund within 60 days which lapsed on 11th december.
                            Every time i call them. The answer is they are waiting for approval from finance department.
                            I want to know how much time does it take to get finance approval. There has to be a time limit. And after that how much time will be taken to get the amount in my account

                              Hi, my membership number is 1573405... I am a senior citizen and have the white membership; we are members since 2010. Every time when we want to book prior, the reservations are not open, when they are open, the studio is not available in desired dates... We have been trying and finally cancelling many of the planned holidays... It is an extremely exhausting process... Vee disappointing.

                              Hi Dr. Vasishta, with reference to the interaction with our MR Executive (ID - #[protected] we hope that you are satisfied with the solution provided. We would be awaiting your revert regarding the booking dates for March.
                              The dates suggested do not match with our schedule at all.. it was mentioned to the executive. We fail to understand when we request the booking in advance, it is denied because it should be only 15 days prior that bookings are done, and when we try 15 days early; the bookings always seem to be full and NO AVAILABILITY seems like a constant.. however when you want to make us the members, there are all sorts of false promises... very dissatisfied by CLUB MAHINDRA... I may ask, if the rule is BOOKING 15 DAYS PRIOR.. then give us bookings from 5 or 6 Th JANUARY as you promise.

                                  Your executive mr. Rohit ([protected]) have convinced me and i took membership

                                  But he may have forgot, missed, lied or manipulated two three concerns which were very important in taking decisions regarding owing membership.

                                  But when i received call from your confirmation team[protected] on 12.12.2017 at 2.24 pm and when she told me these things i really got very upset.

                                  Later mr. Rohit called me again and tried to convince, but then why these facts where concealed at first instance will be my question.

                                  So i request you to cancel the membership and refund the amount paid. No more further discussions plz.

                                  Also since last four days i'm calling customer care[protected], but only recording is being played (Your call is important to us, your call will be transferred to next available agent) and phone gets disconnected after 5min.
                                  How much busy you all are : it only means that there are less executive as compared to your clients or there are many complaints that company is just attending complaints only.

                                  If this is the scenrio right now then we can assume further.

                                    Today i called customer care and mr. Suresh with out resolve my quires purposely disconnected the line. Again i tried ms. Saraswathi came on line put the hold on call about 20 minutes. Then supervisor came the line and he also resolve my quires and simply told that make the call back arrangements with in 24 hours. The whole communication happened 45 mins in the morning time. This is affected my morning schedule at work place.

                                      They deny to provide promised services after 4-5 days so i asked for refund. They told me that it will be done within next 15-20 days.
                                      Since then i am chasing them but no answer from them. Now their representatives have stopped picking my calls. Such unprofessional attitude i have never seen from any good company.

                                        I made a booking in club mahindra holidays. They didn’t inform me the variable maintenance charges and hence i decided to cancel my membership. I informed them just 3 days after my signing my form. Each time different person calls me and asking for 3 days time. It is almost 3 months now, and there is no proper response from the company. Brand “mahindra” is definitely not customer friendly. Also will never recommend such brands.
