Dear Sir/Madam
We Mr. Sudhir Chaudhary and Sarita Chaudhary went Nainital for holiday, there some of your club representative gave very attractive offers and sold us membership of club jeva for 5 years on 11th June 2016, we innocently believe on their false commitment and pay them Rs. 20, 000, Mr. farhan offered us complimentary two days two night free stay any where in India, we stayed for one night in Haldwani Hotel AMORE, He promised to pay all Hotel's Bill but now he is refusing everything, since last one week he and his boss Mr. Nirav is making fool o[censored]s, they asked us bank a/c to transfer money but nothing they transferred, We are very much dissatisfied with club jiva services, requesting you to refund our money of Rs.20, 000, we don't
want anything else in place of money.

I have been cheated by club Jiva on 11th June 2016 in Nainital, I read so many post how thousands of innocent people cheated by this fraud company, we individually cant fight them, we should fight together to stop such scams going on, request every body to join hands together to fight against this fraud company.

    Respected sir/madad,

    My name is satish k mehta i have taken club jiva membership in the month of december 2015

    When i went to mount abu on 25th dec 2015 one of club jiva official had ask to take one gift voucher and also ask us to show our dob proof and visa or master bank card for calming the gift, post showing both the require things they ask us u can scratch the gift card but not on that place (On the road) but they ask us you need to attend small seminar that will run near by 40 to 45 minutes. So we said ok and we went to the place (Hotel) and one of your official (Edward) has came to us and explain about the holiday details it took almost 2 to 3 hrs.

    Post completion of above activity jiva official has asked that this membership ideally we are offering for 3 lakh for 25 years but due to some offer we are giving this for 1.6 lakh for 25 years. It sounds good i said ok but i said dont have that much amount to pay to you then he said i[censored] have credit card you can swipe that and convert amount in to emi and said what ever will be interest we will adjust the same in our membership and said there will be rs 20000/- interest you need to pay more and they have offered me this membership for rs 1, 40, 000/- i immediate paid rs 50, 000/- to jiva to mr niband pawar (Nibandh pawar no [protected]) he has signed all the documents on behalf of jiva and thay have given me the membership documents, for rest amount (Rs 90, 000) they told me that they will ask some one to visit my residence which is in borivali east devipada mumbai:- and said our office at jogeshwari.

    When i came back to mumbai i have checked that for rs 140000/- loan i have to pay rs 56000/- interest which is not affordable for me so i had spoken with mr niband pawar, he has assure that will have call for you and will ensure there will not be any additional charges you have to bare. Every alternate day i am giving him a reminder on the same stating that still nobody has called me for membership and answer from him is always same that he has already informed at head office that is in jogeshwari but nobody is calling me again, this continually happens for many days.

    After few days mr nibandh pawar has met me and said he will revised my plan to 5 years on same amount which i had already paid to him that is for 5 years. I said ok and in few days on mail i have received the mail on revised plan as i had plan to go for vacation to use my membership i found i have still not received my membership card and user id and password for registration, i following with then since last dec 2015 but till date due to wrong commitment i have received nothing.

    Thanks for your revert, Multiple email I have already sent on [protected]@clubjiva.in but I have never received the Positive response, and it seems that you guys are not interested in resolving customer complaint . Just tell me one thing when I will received my amount .

      Dear Sir/ Madam

      On 4th June, 2016, me and my wife were at condolim, goa. One Mr. Manoj approached us and offered free holiday saying that there is some promotional scheme going on at Goa and requested to attend a presentation next day at a hotel close of Hotel Alor Grande where I was staying. On 5th June, we were made to sit in a hall where loud music was being played.

      The sales persons Ms. Sonali Singh and Mr. Aditya ([protected]) explained me about the membership and made so many attractive promises which seemed unbelievable. However, I kept on listening to them and during this period I was served chilled water and tea. After consuming water I started feeling drowsy. I suspect they must have added something added in my drinks. During conversation, besides offering cheapest hotel prices across the world in 4 and 5 star categories they even promised that they could arrange for the local conveyance (two wheeler & four wheeler) in Goa for me at a very cheaper price. Finally, they committed me Red Membership for 10 years for Rs.56, 000/-. Though I was hesitant in accepting their offer and asked them about the refund of amount in case I want to discontinue later for whatsoever reason. They assured that if I am not satisfied and cancel the decision of membership they will refund whole amount after deducting an amount of Rs.800/- to Rs.1000/- nominal administrative charges. I asked them to mention this clause in the agreement and they prepared the same accordingly and insisted me to sign on the agreement. Then they swiped my Citibank credit card for Rs.56, 000/- and I went back to my hotel along with one agreement copy, payment receipt and brochure of Club Jiva. When I asked about my membership card, they told me that it will be couriered at my home address within 10-15 days.

      As I was feeling sleepy, I went to my hotel room and slept for 2 hours. In the evening, I thought of trying their services for local conveyance at a cheaper rate, as promised by them and called on the given mobile Number [protected] and requested them to arrange for a car and a two wheeler at a cheaper rate. Ms. Sonali Singh took the call and told me that the driver will call you and bring the vehicles at your hotel. I waited for 2-3 hours but nobody turned up. However, again I called her in the evening around 7 pm, then she told me that the driver was unable to reach on your mobile. I was bit surprised as I mobile was easily reachable and well within the network and I was attending all other calls from everywhere. I told her to send the vehicles next day morning but nobody came. Now, it started creating doubt in my mind about the genuineness of their promised services.

      Then I thought of going through my agreement and I was shocked to note the following facts :-

      Firstly, I was committed for RED Membership but it was mentioned BLUE Membership in the agreement.

      Secondly, it was mentioned at point 12 of the agreement that the agreement is neither cancellable nor refundable whereas I was told that if I am not satisfied and cancel the decision of membership they will refund whole amount after deducting an amount of Rs.800/- to Rs.1000/- nominal administrative charges. It seems they have duped me into this fraudulent transaction and played a trick with me by changing the pages of agreement. When they showed me one agreement before signing, it was mentioned that if not satisfied, whole amount will be refunded after deduction of nominal charges. They must have changed the pages while taking my signature.

      Then I started searching about this company online and then I realized that I have fallen prey to this fraud company like many others who have already posted their online complaints on Indian consumer complaints forum against club jiva. I was very much upset and then I immediately called on the given mobile number and informed them about this fact. First, Ms. Sonali received the call and then handed over it to Mr. Aditya. They both appeared scared but Mr. Aditya told me not to worry, just send an email to [protected]@clubjiva.in and your amount will be refunded within 10 days after deduction of around Rs.1000/-. I had sent an email but to my surprise I received the following reply :

      Dear Member,
      Greetings from Club Jiva!!!
      Thank you for writing to us

      We would like to inform you that your refund request is forwarded to concerned Team.
      Confirmation TAT is 15 working days.
      So we'll get back to you once we will get confirmation whether your refund is approved or not.

      For any Further queries feel free to contact us.

      Then I immediately sent the following reply :-
      Dear Sir / Madam,

      Thanks for your prompt response.

      Please note that as I have already spoken to your Goa Executives viz. Ms. Sonali Singh and Mr. Aditya regarding my refund and they have assured me that after deduction of nominal administrative charges, the whole amount will be refunded within -21- days. Hence, there is no question of getting confirmation or approval regarding my refund.

      Kindly advise me the tentative date by which my money will be refunded so as to avoid any kind o[censored]npleasantness on either side.

      Hope the matter is clear to you now.

      But I did not receive any reply to my above email. Then I tried to call on the given mobile number but nobody is receiving my call. Frustrated, I called up the customer care where Madam Nisha told me that the amount is not refundable. I was deeply shocked and upset to hear her reply.
      One more thing I have discovered that this company is not five years old as they claim.
      Now it is proved that Club Jiva is totally fraud company and it lures and bring the people to their rented office where their Sales/Marketing team can fool them with all fake commitments and trap them in an unfair and illegal manner, and duping/cheating them of their hard earned money (and never fulfill any promises/commitments made earlier and illegally use their money as an investment amount in Club Jiva business sought by misrepresentation and unfair means.
      I have checked their feedback and credibility on internet and was shocked to know that Club Jiva has a very bad name and very bad reputation in the clubs and recreation market and so many customer complaints available openly on the internet.
      The modus operandi of Club Jiva is to lure and bring people to their rented office, make people members, forcefully and wasting time that’s too in a vacation. We need the refund our entire amount and at the same time, a very strict and timely action should be taken against them in order to save the other innocent tourists.

      One of the executives of the company Ms. Simi has assured and confirmed to me their company have completed and executed all the formalities regarding recharge of my amount of Rs.56000/- back to my Citibank credit card account. Hence, trusting her I am withdrawing my complaint. I am hopeful of getting my recharge of Rs.56000/- in few days into my account. I would also like to thank Indian consumer complaint forum for their support and cooperation.

        On 17th may 2016, myself and my spouse were at condolim, goa. We were accosted by one mr. Lokhande and were offered free holiday worth rs.21000/- for attending a presentation next day at a hotel in baga, goa. This lokhande also instructed me not to tell them in the presentation that i am retired and came to goa under sponsorship. On 18th may we were made to sit in a hall where loud music was being played and we were mesmerised by the music. My head was reeling with pressure. Their salesman was talking about some foreign countries holiday and we were made to sign some documents before releasing us. After i came to my senses, i realised that i have been cheated into making a payment of rs.91000/-
        On 20th may i wrote to club jiva asking them to cancel my membership and refund my money. I received an automatic response from them stating that they will look into the same and revert within 10 days.
        Today i m having a debit of 99000/- in my sc credit card and am unable to pay the instalments.

        Request you to help in getting the refund against the same.

        The fraud happened to me and my wife. We went to visit Goa recently in May 2016 and we were caught by Club Jiva agents in Condolim on 17th May-2016, saying that we are so lucky that we got a gift and to bring that gift we have to go to the one of their own resorts which is Baga Beach, Goa.
        On 18th May 2016, we were picked up from Hotel Radisson and taken to their hotel. Once we reached there, these Club Jiva employees made us stand for 15 minutes and in the meanwhile asked us to show our ID Proof & Credit Cards that we have and asked us all our personal information on how much limit do we have in these credit cards. Then took the Xerox copies of my Pan Card and Credit card both Front and Back & they told us that it is important for them to take these copies to give the Gift. After that they said we have to attend some presentation of 1 hr. however Unfortunately the presentation went for some 2.5 hrs. Then they brought some other employees of Club Jiva, and these three employees took back our gift card first without scratching the options on it and then took us to one another office room inside the same us Presentation on Club Jiva, and during that time, Their Sales Agent Viswas, from Club Jiva Marketing team, gave us a booklet and list (Xerox copy) of 77 IRA list of resorts, where-in they repeatedly informed us that once we pay the entire amount, and the maintenance amount of Rs. 5500 every year, there is no need for us to pay anything else While utilizing our holiday week in any of the 77 IRA list of resorts plus the 8 own Home Properties of Club Jiva, plus 2 hotels/resorts in Switzerland. Also, one another commitment was given to us that if we become a Club Jiva member we shall receive the DAE Gold Advantage card valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 10 years. And additionally they also promised us that in Bangalore, we would get the 10 years membership of The Club (Mysore Road) Bangalore, valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 10 years, and we need not pay anything for it. We wanted to check on any feedback of Club jiva as We wanted to check the credibility and goodwill of Club Jiva amongst their members/customers on cellphone internet or by calling our friends, who have similar memberships, however we could not get any mobile network at their Club Jiva sales office (we suspect after discussing with other victims that they had used cell phone jammers, and mixed sedatives / suspicious chemical in water and coffee.). Due to tremendous persuasion and Pestering and repeated forcefully offer from Club Jiva Employees/agents, we seem to have been Misled/misrepresented /cheated to take the club jiva membership, When we asked about what are their terms and conditions, they said there is no harm in paying first as they have a 30 days refund policy, wherein if a member is not satisfied, he can ask for full 100% refund of his membership amount. We paid Rs.91000/- by Credit Card. We asked the documentation and after taking all our money, they gave us the agreement and asked us to sign it first as we have already paid the money and asked us to go through it afterwards once we reached our place. That is the first time we suspected and asked them to give all their commitments and promises in writing on email to us, which they said we are going to get a welcome kit from their Mumbai Support office. After that we were informed the Gift option as B which is same Free Holiday option that Club Jiva gives for all the customers as usual, after only pretending the other gifts, in order to Lure and bring the people to their rented office where their Sales/Marketing team can fool them with all fake commitments and trap them in an unfair and illegal manner, and duping/cheating them of their hard earned money (and never fulfill any promises/commitments made earlier and illegally use their money as an investment amount in Club Jiva business sought by misrepresentation and unfair means. We came to know about their modus operandi just next day. In evening when we reached our place, we checked their feedback and credibility on internet and we were shocked to know that Club Jiva has a very bad name and very bad reputation in the clubs and recreation market and we saw so many customer complaints available openly on the internet. We have been observing seeing all Club Jiva Victims, Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd Support team has been continuously changing their statements every now and then, and are no longer responding to any calls or emails, after deviating from what was promised to us in the beginning, leaving us no option but to forcibly take a legal action on them. Thank God that some of you people as Tourists in Goa, escaped the clutches of Club Jiva without paying anything,
        The modus operandi of Club Jiva is to lure and bring people to their rented office, make people members, forcefully and wasting time that’s too in a vacation. We need the refund our entire amount.

            Sir,

            We met your promoters named as ajay and sheetal, who verbally convinced us for taking membership of club jiva and also assured that several attractive services will be provided by the five star reputed hotels and we have tie-up with several five star hotels like manu maharani, alka hotel in nainitaal and piccadilly lucknow, rannison, lucknow and several others. They also assured us that if in case we find any thing unsatisfactory the money which has been held of an amount of rs. 20, 750/- by club jiva will be refunded within seven office days. Getting convinced with such attractive scheme i signed the agreement and at that time of the signing of the agreement the network was not available thus we were not able to cross checked the said statements and the time which they gave us was too short to go for any such inquiry regarding the services as they said that period of just an hour was the only time we could avail those services within the discount offer so we were badly confused about the decision and getting falsely convinced i signed the agreement. As we came back home and searched it on net as well we made proper inquiry in the above mentioned points we were told by the promoters every thing was found to be fake and totally false as the manager of the above noted hotels bluntly denied of any such tie-ups and they are totally unaware of the name of club jiva. It was big shock for me and my family and the amount which has been held up by your company club jiva should be immediately returned back in the same account from where it has been held up.

            Kindly refund the said amount without any further delay.

              We had got a club jiva membership in goa by getting trapped into the sweet talks of their agents where they told us that they have hotels
              like hyatt .. when we found out that all was false we immediately applied for cancellation the next day . We phoned them returned documents everything and they promised they would return the money by sending an official email but it has been 23 days now and no response from their end . They are a fraud please be careful

                I was in Goa on 10th May 2016, where your representative explained the deal and offered me to join Club Jiva for 25yrs with initial payment of Rs.40, 000/ which I agreed. They offered me blue membership (CJ/LCG/B/B283). After returning when I went through the details I found that blue member is only meant for "Off season travelers" and in season preference will be given only to the other two members(Red and White) - "this condition was not conveyed to us at the time of explaining in La Calypso"- fortunately I have the complete recording of our session there with your representative, which I can use in case you need any proof. I had written several emails but I am not getting any response.
                I want to discontinue the proposal and want the refund.

                  Club Jiva is fraud please don't get cheated we have deposited rs16000 there for 25years plan but at that time we didn't knew that club jiva is fraud but later when we come to knew that club jiva is fraud we hurried to there office and cancelled our plan but till now we have not got our refund or any conformation call from club jiva. This proves that they are fraud. So, please guys don't get cheated they are fraud.

                    Sad.. Really sad.. Misleading people of the stupid free vouchers which ultimately charges you 1500 bucks for some stupid utility charge and taxes and say they are free vouchers.. Lol.. Moreover, the free vouchers clearly say full availability april - october.. However when we call to book in the first week of june, they say no availability.. So basically they cheated with the stupid voucher saying you can stay for free.. It was never a free one.. Anyways, good we saved ourselves from the horror we could have faced on our holidays.. Never ever recommending to any ome related..

                      I was lured to take jiva club membership by false representation by representatives of Holiday Kart Pvt ltd, Mumbai on 9 may 2016. They gave me a membership number as cj/pr/r/1122 date 9 may 2016. After payment of Rs. 10, 000/-, i searched for this company on the internet and i got to see so many bad reviews and i decided not to pay the remaining balance amount of membership fees. The grand picture presented by the Company’s representatives and the reviews by members on the internet were completely different. The initial amount of Rs. 10, 000/- that was paid by me was treated as deposit and was fraudulently debited by the company's representatives at Mahableshwar. The initial payment as told to me by company's representatives was supposed to be done through equal monthly installments but the representatives swiped my credit card for the entire amount of Rs. 10, 000/- and treated it as initial deposit. I wrote several emails to cancel my membership and refund me the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- paid by me. I followed up jiva club Mumbai office tel number but i am not getting any positive reply. After several follow ups calls to their Mumbai office, the representative Simmy today told me that that she will check with accounts for internal approval and get back to me within 2 working days. I called up today and was told that Simmy is busy and you will not get the refund. I wrote several reminders to the Directors of Holiday Kart Pvt ltd, Mumbai - Sandeep Jaysukh Mehta and Lavlesh Ram Lala but it seems that they are not bothered and have not yet refunded my amount Please help me to get back my money.

                        The is my big mistake in my life by register membership with club jiva.

                        The club jiva guys is very fraud guys. When i registered i have raise cancel request within 24hr for cancellation membership and refund my amount.

                        I have raised request [protected]@clubjiva.In and [protected]@clubjiva.In 3-4times. But there no response from there side. I have called to club jiva they told me our person call you and sort the issue.

                        Also there support guys told the membership is not refundable that time i am very tens from club jiva. If you have purchase or register any membership there is refund option is available mean the costumer not happy with this guys or organization. They cancel the all services and refund his amount back.

                        Please help some for me.

                        Club Jiva sorted my issue. They provide me downgrade plan. Only I dont like Club Jiva Sales people which is provided higher plan to me. But this is my mistake and every mistake have some solution. They will refund my balance amount. Just wait for refund balance and I am happy with downgrade plan.

                        But we got carried away because of the some wrong feedback provided by other members on consumer website. But Club Jiva customer service team solved all my queries. Their coordination and support towards solving my query was Outstanding. :)

                        I say to Club Jiva Sales team which is marketing with Gift Voucher this is not right procedure to attract people. You can first win customer mind and clear with customer. Otherwise thanks for your Club Jiva Support Team(Simi).

                          I was in Nainital when club Jiva executive Mr. Vishal explained me the membership plans and offered so many services that they will provide. I took 5 years membership plan and paid Rs 60000, they said that I will get all the documents within 1 month and if you want refund you can get membership cancelled and refund of your amount within 30 days. I took this plan on 20th April 2016. Once I went back to home, and tried calling the executive Vishal, both the cell numbers ( [protected] and [protected]) he gave were switched off. Then I wrote a mail to member support mail id ([protected]@clubjiva.in) on 28th April 2016 asking for cancellation and refund of my money. I Submitted the cancellation request within 8 days of making the payment. Now these frauds say that they will not refund the money. There is medical and financial emergency my family and I am not able to make payment to credit card.
                          Please help me getting back my money.

                          Just after posting the complaint, I got a call from club jiva and this time the person was asking for my new credit card number and expiry date which I provided but after that he asked for CVV number of credit card. How can I share the CVV number with someone? Why do they need another card number and CVV details for refund? Just after that call another person called me and asked for details and I told him that someone else called up and was asking for CVV details. Second person said he will check and call again, no response till now.

                          The first person again called up and this time he was telling me I can get my refund by net banking transfer. How is it possible when I have paid through credit card and they will refund in cash?

                          They can simply reverse the transaction and refund the transaction amount on the card through which I made the payment.

                          Please tell them to refund the amount to credit card which was used to make the payment.

                          Today I had a telephonic discussion with Vice President of Club Jiva Nainital (Mr. Neeraj) and he has confirmed me that my refund will be processed by 15th June 2016. I hope my refund will be processed and I will get my money back. Now I am waiting for confirmation and refund of my money.

                          It's been one month from 15th June 2016 but I haven't got reversal of my transaction. The credit card bank has confirmed that they haven't got reversal of transaction from club jiva. Now the phone number of MR Neerav is not reachable/switched off.

                          Mr Neerav - as promised by you please reverse the transaction on my credit card at the earliest possible. otherwise I will be compelled to go for legal action. Please stop fooling people in your false representations and selling fake membership plans if you cannot provide the good customer support.

                                We were forcefully to take a Clubjiva membership on April 16th in GOA and paid 30, 000 amount for the same. Since we are not having trust on the Clubjiva certifications and policies we requested to cancel the same on 17th of April and we have got a cancellation letter from the Holiday Kart. But refund is not Initiated please help us on this.

                                  We applied for 10 years membership of club jiva on 12 feb 2016 in their goa office which is not yet given to us.

                                  The information furnished at the time of membership application and promises made by club jiva executives are completely false and cheat. During our visit to your office on 12th feb 2016, we clearly told your executives that we have a requirement of accommodation in downtown toronto. Your representative santosh yadav and pavinder promised us that we will get our membership details by 29th feb 2016. After that we can contact dae / club jiva for hotels / resorts in desired location. In case dae doesn't have a property in required location, dae/ club jiva will provide us details of other properties in the area where we want to stay and we can choose the property accordingly.

                                  Till today we didn't even get our membership details. When we contacted club jiva customer care, in the month of march, we were told that membership details will come before 10th march. Despite repeated follow ups, we did not get any fruitful outcome from your call center. Even your executive nisha jha, hitesh jain and aisha promised us various times that they would arrange property details of toronto and will also initiate the booking without us getting our dae login details.

                                  However, they didn't do any booking. When we called to check the status of property and dae login details, we didn't get any answer other than, that they are trying to arrange for the same. Every time your executives used to put our call on hold to check with their seniors but again they come on call with no answer.

                                  We have been cheated by your company and your employees. We want our money inr 68000/- to be refunded with immediate basis.

We are believing and listening to their stories for past 2 months and now case will be settled legally. Spend some time in filing a legal case against Club Jiva and the sales person Prathmesh (From Goa).

                                  Simi, the person concerned for refund, will speak that amount will be refunded but amount will not be credited to the account. I have already communicated to bank authorities and I was asked by bank authority to approach police as Club Jiva miscommunicated to us blaming our bank for not credited amount to the bank

                                  Dear All, I also cheated by Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd in Nanital, i invest Rs 20000 now i want to refund

                                  Reason why i want my money back and refuse to take membership:-

                                  1) CLUB JIVA member said for meal, cab and other services will be given by mentioned hotel, but listed hotel denied
                                  2) 18 days have passed but NO membership card i received even not a single welcome message yet from CLUB JIVA side.
                                  3) Hotel said they are fraud, i here from Mainali hotel that is in his list
                                  4) They provide member ship type BLUE, which is off season membership, this was not disclosed at time of meeting.
                                  5) They said refund your money any time but when i mailed him, i got reply of no refund from CLUB JIVA side
                                  6) Only one hotel said that we can use club, and all hotel denied which are in list, but members in meeting promised us to provide us all services of hotel
                                  7) i received one booklet in that point number 12 is changed, its mention that any time you refund money but after taking membership point is changed and said nonrefundable in booklet
                                  8) Company is not more than 5 years but members said it is more than 10 years in market.
                                  9) Member said they owning 35 hotels and LACALYPSO hotel one of them, that is false
                                  10) Hotel said extra utility charges are paid, but this was not mentioned at the time of joining
                                  11) Lots of facility they promises for us, that will also need to share that all are false information

                                  There is no reason to join CLUB JIVA so please refund my money.

                                    I am really tired of this company it's unfortunate that we have such companies in india.

                                    We were in manali when we got fooled in to this club jiva, i really hoped it would be a golden opportunity for a newly married guy, but i think i was wrong.

                                    December 1st 2015, we were given some dummy coupons to scratch and over excited of wining we were fooled to buy a life time membership with a amount of 1, 55, 250 rs for 25 years of week's holiday along with dae gold membership.

                                    I was shocked when i received the membership in january was suppose to start in year 2016, instead when i received a membership starting 2015, which is already over, and after that i immediately checked all over internet and understood that it's my mistake to trust unknown companies.

                                    After constant followup of refund, company clearly stated that they will not refund, finally i raised a dispute with citibank credit card division to see if they can help.

                                    I have not received any further communication after requesting for refunds, they keep claiming that they have some clause on agreement, which is not even a legal agreement.

                                    Membership No # CJ/AA/B/B263. We made payment of Rs 40, 800 to Club JIva and realise that Club Jiva made false promises. After going through the internet and complaints, I am very doubtful of the reputation of company.

                                    There is no update nor any call from Club Jiva nor they are reverting us back. i do not want the memebership. kindly refund our amount back.

                                    Club jiva will not respond either on phone calls or through e-mails. We are tired of Club Jiva and please don't believe them. We are believing and listening to their stories for past 2 months and now case will be settled legally. Spend some time in filing a legal case against Club Jiva and the sales person Prathmesh (From Goa).

                                    Simi, the person concerned for refund, will speak that amount will be refunded but amount will not be credited to the account. I have already communicated to bank authorities and I was asked by bank authority to approach police as Club Jiva miscommunicated to us blaming our bank for not credited amount to the bank

                                        Hi,
                                        I am prashant and was on holiday in nainital when on the pretext of free gift, the whole family was invited for a presentation. I applied for membership and paid rs 60000 by credit card to the company. The manager there as one mr nirav mistry. This had taken place at 1200 hrs. When I went back to my room, I got to know of the reputation of the company and its half truths that were told during the presentation where it was shown having 33 home resorts while in reality the figure is much less. I also saw the large number of consumer complaints on the internet against the company and its services. Feeling utterly cheated, I called the manager mr nirav mistryback in 2 hours ie by 2 pm asking for cancellation. He assured me that the refund will be done soon and convinced me not to raise the issue with the company. Till date there is no action by the company and neither is there any communication from them regarding status of the refund. On 7 apr I called up on the company helpline and was told to send an email asking for refund. I have not heard from them too. Mr nirav has gone missing and has sent an emIl saying that he has lost his mobile and asking for my contact number. After that there is no communication from his end too. The call centre of the company always shows all the agents being busy. Please help me get my refund back since I had decided to terminate the membership almost immeciately but unfortunately had paid the company through credit card. Also advice on the means of escalating this issue to the legal level in case required.
