I took an package with clubjiva in 2016 till date every time i try to place an inquiry no proper response back. From them. Asked for hotel booking last year but they came back with another list of resorts and said that hotel i am looking has been take out of the resort list. Sent them multiple emails last year but till date they have not provided any service and have just take 1.96 lac of rupees as lumpsum. Later i spoke to one of the executive of jiva club to cancel my membership and return my amount and he told that they cannot refund the amount as it is already paid. I was told if i don't want to use the membership then i need not pay the service charge and the memership will be void. But now they are sending me an email saying i still need to pay rs12000/- as service charge, else they would charge 12% interest!
I urge all the people to collectively go to consumer court against them.

I need a complete refund of my amount i paid earlier with interest.

    Hello sir /madam,
    I am sumit swami and want to share my views about club jiva... This is totally fake company with fake management.
    I went to mount abu in last year december16 and then i met with somebody on road and on his request i went to a hotel having some promotional program of club jiva which i did not know before...

    They explained the package and pressurized me to take even i was not interested to put my self in such a scam...

    They so much pressurized and behaving like insulting me in front of my wife.
    They also said if you will not satisfied we will revert your money with 15 days... We have money back period of 15 days...

    Then i thought thats ok take it and i will read the reviews in goggle and if ok will continue... Other wise cancel it...

    And with the one day of purchasing i called to customer care to cancel it as they some how made me fooled about the package...
    Also goggle reviews was so bad for club jiva...

    Since last 9 months i am continuous intouch with club jive customer care team, gm head mrs meena on calls and thru various mail... And they keep telling me that we have raised your request and it will take time to revert your money... But now it seems that they are not interested to refund and on every call they make me fool...

    Now i want to raise a complaint against club jiva here and also looking to put one complaint in court.

    Pls advise and support and provide my refund.

      I took an package with ClubJiva in 2014 till date every time i try to place an inquiry no one responds back. Their website does not show the availability and just has an option place an inquiry. They say they are partners with DAE when i go to DAE website and try to see if i get an hotel they say i need to purchase a membership. For these reasons i haven't been able to yet avail any facility for which i had already paid a huge amount.
      Now they send me an email saying i still need to pay Rs17936/- as service charge, and the funny part is they would charge 12% interest if i don't pay by 24th Sep!

      I need a complete refund of my amount i paid earlier with interest.

        I took a membership from goa by being lured into it an year back. When i call for a holiday their number is never working. The mobile number given on docs is not working and the landline says the queue is closed even during business hours. Multiple emails to them with no reply. When i called dae they told me that i my membership does not reflects as club jiva never forwarded it to dae. I have paid a huge amount and they also took annual maintenance charge from me a couple of months back. I want to request for a refund as i cannot trust such organization. I wish no more customers are fooled by this company and government should declare them as frauds to avoid any more fatalities.

          Club jiva vadodara, gujarat, giving me free hotel voucher at now i booking for that, on they given us [protected]@clubjiva.in website in voucher, we email on this website then told first time that we giving booking before 15 days which date you want to go we are planning to go on 1st oct 2017 now they give us answer that you have not book hotel on this website and 3 month not availability of booking so they give us answer many ways and cheat us. On call they did not give any proper answer and not take any responsibility and west my time. We visited clubjiva vadodara, gave this voucher we spent 2 hours clubjiva vadodara then after clubjiva promise me we give 5 n 6 days confirmation voucher, now they do not supports and cheat us also

            Hi all
            I am a new member of club jiva, who got trapped during my family visit to manali in april 2016. They are a big cheat. We came across an agent of club jiva at mall road manali during our visit, who tried to lure by offering gift cards to us. But the agent convinced my wife to try her luck and scratch the card. When she scratched a card, it reflected that she had won a gift out of the four gifts mentioned on that card (A free holiday / an led t. V. / an i-pad / a cash prize of 10000/-). The agent told us that we are only required to visit a resort and collect the gift. However we refused his offer and left the place. But he kept following us and finally stopped us and said that it is just a part of the promotion of the resort, so that we can visit the resort, have a look at it and recommend it to others. He pleaded that he was a poor man and he would be getting rs 100/- if we visited the resort once. We got emotional and went to the resort with him. At the resort we were asked to fill up a form and asked to attend a presentation of less than an hour; which actually lasted for more than 5 hours!!! During the presentation the sales executive, mr vijay thakur and her senior, briefed to us regarding a 25 yr. Membership programme of club jiva and explained the benefit stating that all the hotels & resorts are of 4/5 star property within india and international. Since we mostly book 4 star properties we thought this membership would help us even during peak season we purchase a 5 year membership for 7 night per year. To this unfortunately for us we paid a lumpsum amount of inr 56000 through our credit card. They made several high, high and high promises to us, and presented before us a long list of resorts of club jiva and its tie ups. They told us that apart from the membership fee, we need to pay a maintenance fee inr 5500 annually; we would not be required to pay a single penny for staying at any of these resorts. They also offered one gift voucher of 5 nights and 6 days free of cost complimentary holidays with inr 500 per night with the membership for which we tried utilizing our gift voucher for our oct 2016 holiday. We get redeem this gift voucher holiday in matheran mumbai where first we need to pay inr 500 per night per person which is false statement first and another we get a room which is to smell out from everywhere water is come out. We told this to club jiva representative there in mathern only nobody even come to check the situation. My membership starts from jan 2017.in mar we decide to plan a vacation at nainital. They told us as your membership is blue session member you would not allowed to book for peak session and if so the per 2 night you need to pay 7 night for the booking. This time i came to know that the people take a membership for off session. This is never told me when club jiva representative sold us membership. Even this time they told us every time we can make booking for any time session.
            The sales guy - mr. Vijay thakur through whom the membership has been availed is no longer associated with club jiva. He himself has now accepted the fact that the company is fraud and several customers have been duped by the agents.. You may also go through the no. Of complaints lodged against them in various forums. I am now absolutely convinced with the fact this company is really fraud and is into the business of cheating customers by mis-selling and misrepresentation of facts.
            I mailed to club jiva regarding all this and asked them either give me the booking or to go ahead for the cancellation of my membership, the club jiva member told me after one month that now they give me booking but my vacation time is over now any time we cannot make the vacation when club jiva give me booking still i have try to make plan during my time crunch for vacation for shimla and they again refuse this. I call several times with club jiva and talked with nidhi and neha, but everytime they refuse to give me booking. Then i told her to cancel my member ship they told the member ship is non cancellable where as the time of sale they told us any time we can cancel the membership and take a refund for the membership fee. I have called several time to tell refund, they are impolite and non courteous to tell they won’t refund the membership fees. For which i had a question to him that if they do not provide me booking then why can't i get my refund... He hang up the call without answering... Which is highly unprofessional.
            I have mailed several time to give me booking or either cancel my membership they first refuse to cancellation and after some time they even not reply me to the mail.
            A troubled member from this club, i felt it is very important to warn the people against such kind of frauds and also initiate the legal actions against them so that nobody gets trapped by them in future.

                  I got the call from club jiva vadodara office and invited me to join the meeting in 23rd jul 17 evening. Your colloquies have shared lot of schemes and forced to us to avail this offer on that day only and i have been paid rs.45000 pcs through credit card on 23rd jul 17. My self and wife told them to give one day for take decision and take concern with our parents they denied they said you have take plan by today. They force to take plan on same day, they also said that, they help us to sell plan if we dont want to carry plan. Club jiva they did not said that paid fees are non refundable on very next day, i called to club jiva for refund then they said that fees are non refundable, its there duty to inform all the fact and policy of the company which had been hidden by club jiva. This show intention of club jiva team, how to cheat and make fools there clients, they also said we are sub owners of there hotel, if we are the owners of the hotel, they why we had inform them before 6 month before, same thing i have a evidence and also they have been forced to sign the agreement in hurry which shows that they are doing cheating work.

                  Hence i want refund and also cancellation of membership otherwise i will go to consumer court and court with all detailed evidence. And if i will not get refund on top priority then i will send the emails to pmo office for the justice. And i will file the case against you in court if needed.

                    This is with reference to the membership offered to me by one of the club jiva agents in goa in oct 2015 by giving false commitments and making tall claims about the company. Pls find below my membership number for your reference..

                    I have been trying to avail a vacation through them since my booking, however, every time i am denied the booking saying "rooms are not available".. However, we were assured by the sales guy that accommodation shall be provided as per your convenient dates and there shall be no hassles involved. Their customer service people too are hopeless and dont even bother to give a proper response/resolution. I have been asking them to provide the escalation matrix so that i can write to the concerned people, but to no avail

                    The sales guy - mr. Nebu through whom the membership has been availed is no longer associated with club jiva. He himself has now accepted the fact that the company is fraud and several customers have been duped by the agents.. You may also go through the no. Of complaints lodged against them in various forums. I am now absolutely convinced with the fact this company is really fraud and is into the business of cheating customers by mis selling and misrepresentation of facts..

                    I earnestly request you to pls help arranging for the refund and also blacklist the company so that other customers too dont fall prey to such unethical practices

                      I have been trying to avail a vacation through them since my booking, however, every time i am denied the booking saying "rooms are not available".. However, we were assured by the sales guy that accommodation shall be provided as per your convenient dates and there shall be no hassles involved. Their customer service people too are hopeless and dont even bother to give a proper response/resolution. I have been asking them to provide the escalation matrix so that i can write to the concerned people, but to no avail

                      The sales guy - mr. Nebu through whom the membership has been availed is no longer associated with club jiva. He himself has now accepted the fact that the company is fraud and several customers have been duped by the agents.. You may also go through the no. Of complaints lodged against them in various forums. I am now absolutely convinced with the fact this company is really fraud and is into the business of cheating customers by mis selling and misrepresentation of facts..

                      I earnestly request you to pls help arranging for the refund and also blacklist the company so that other customers too dont fall prey to such unethical practices

                        I took membership of club jiva in the month of february'17 in goa basis product details provided by their sales team however later we came to know that all the information provided to us was incorrect. They have done it intentionally just to sell their product.
                        Now from last 5 months we are following up for refund but they are not giving proper response and delaying it. Day before yesterday, we have received an email that they will confirm refund date by end of this month.
                        I have personally contacted mr. Lavlesh lala (Md of club jiva) and he is also not taking proper action.

                          I have repeatedly requested Club Mahindra to cancel my membership, telephonically, by Email, by a letter sent by registered post and on their Facebook page. I was contacted by their person telephonically and was told that if I cancel my membership, I won't get any refund, to which I had agreed verbally but I had asked him to mention the same in the email. But I did not receive any email from them. Again this month, money got deducted from my account in spite of my clear instruction to cancel my membership immediately.

                            I also got cheated. First they sold membership by giving false promises such as you would get confirm booking if you book 15 days in advance for peak season irrespective of type of membership card.
                            Now when i asked to book 6 months in advance, they asking me to upgrade to red season.

                            Also we asked for clarification for limitations mentioned in online faqs, their sells person told that there is no such a constraints.

                            Person who made false promises and sold membership was kusum gupta[protected] at panorama resort, mahabaleshar on 2nd june 2017.
                            I have taken membership for year 2018 so i want to cancel and get redund.

                              I have taken club jiva membership in oct 2015 at goa., & paid 45000/-
                              After coming back i tried calling office no. But there was no response even i mailed them but no response i visited office but found they have shifted office same building, but i couldn't find. Then finally i got mail from club jiva that there no. Were not working cause they have shifted there office. I personally went to office met the manager & told him i want to cancel my membership as i dont trust club jiva. He explained me there was some problem at first but now every thing is sorted out they have call center open how ever i was not pleased i insisted for refund. While taking membershipi was told by amar singh an executive with club jiva at goa that i can en-cash my vacation & blue member have to book vacation 6 months before, but now they are telling blue members will get 3 day instead of 7 if it's peak season.
                              I tried to book for april 2017 & now for oct. 2017 same answer i will get 3 days being peak season.in this way i think i cannot take vacation because of my children school... I am going for a police complaint & also file case... Need some more people.. Kindly call me on [protected]

                                This is with reference to your promotion being carried out at shimla dated 15th june 2017, initially we were asked to spare one hour to trap, while they have taken more than 2 hours to trap me with inadequate information to become member of club jiva and not given any documents, they have asked me to pay rs.350000/- with initial payment of rs.10000/- which i have paid through my debit card, when i asked about activation they said it will be activated after paying 50% which was not mentioned during our discussion, i asked to revert my money back, which they agreed immediately i was really very surprised, and hey processed my refund but till date nothing has been credited in my acount, i am regularly following with one of your manager name mr. Hitesh pramar contact no [protected], he tried to help me but all in vain... Rs.10000/- is very big money for me it may not be big for you.

                                Kindly do let me know how will i get my money back.

                                More over they had promised to give us a prize which was not given.

                                Very disappointed the way you people are cheating.

                                I will go for a campaign through social media against you and will tell every one about your cheating.

                                I have enough proofs to explain your cheating.

                                Being a good citizen i will wait for next three days more.

                                  My name is mayur maru, i am working in mnc company in baroda. I need your help for the cancellation of membership and provide us the refund of my money asap. Details is as below:

                                  I got the call from club jiva vadodara office and invited me to join the meeting in 31st jan 17 evening. Your colloquies have shared lot of schemes and forced to us to avail this offer on that day only and i have been paid rs.37500 pcs through credit card on 31st jan 17. On next day we thought that i should give the trip gift to my brother and my brother have contacted to baroda office but your website does not shows any baroda office number and then he has tries to contact you to mumbai office and your office personal nisha mam and neha mam informed that we don’t have any membership of my name and my brother have lost 3 days for the trip because he has already taken the leave of 05th feb to 10th feb 17. Hence my brother have already instructed to cancel this member ship and take a refund of rs.37500 asap. Second point, during the discussion in baroda office. No one have communicated that this membership is non cancelable and non refundable. Same thing i have a evidence and also they have been forced to sign the agreement in hurry which shows that they are doing cheating work.

                                  Also we have requested 3 times for the book the hotel then they have refused me my request with unrelavant reason so it is very much clear that they have cheated me for this membership.

                                  Hence i want refund and also cancellation of membership otherwise i will go to consumer court and court with all detailed evidence. And if i will not get refund on top priority then i will send the emails to pmo office for the justice. And i will file the case against you in court if needed.

                                  But now when I send them email for booking of cidade de daman, they are saying that you have to book for three nights to avail that particular hotel... But I just want to stay a single night ... How stupid it is avail three nights or you can't stay in that property

                                  While booking they too confirmed that they will provide us hotel in off season within 4 days ...
                                  Now they are making the people fools ...

                                  I think they are professionals in making up money by making up fake promises

                                    I have taken a holiday membership for three person from clubjiva (Cj/lcg/b/b284). And i booked a holiday at nainital for five days. To accommodate a fourth person, i paid the extra amount as they demanded. After which they failed to prepare a hotel booking voucher and arrange the accommodations in the hotel as agreed. I reached the hotel at nainital on my vacation in the agreed date only to find out that club jiva have not made reservations of any kind in response to my request. This obviously put me in a great deal of trouble and wastage of money, and mine and my family's precious time. I am in a situation like where i am subjected to a looting attempt by club jiiva. After contacting them over phone and by email i could fetch only a reply as

                                    !!! Greetings for the day!!!

                                    Sorry for the inconvenience.

                                    We will surly look that it wont happen again

                                    What is the purpose of this?

                                    I could find a room with the help of that hotel people which is in no way at a standered what club jiva promised me. I got a double room for four persons. Not any additional facilities. And this party demands additional payment for two persons as the clubjiva paid only for two. (Note that i have already paid rs 15000/ additional to what i paid in emis).

                                    I don't find any professionalism in their acts as they shown while canvassing the men for their membership.

                                    So I advise all those who are thinking about such packages to think twice and neglect. In the age of these much internet connectivity any body can easily found a suitable hotel and a travelling ccab of our own selection. No doubt at all.

                                    At last even after 2 months of the incident these guys solved my issue by adjusting back my advance amount as EMI pending to them and given the holiday credits back.
                                    So I feel I am satisfied. My advice to these fellows
                                    1. We are expecting some assistance from your part as tour processional. Don't consider ourselves just as clients who knows very well what he needed. In our case we actually forgot to collect a booking voucher from club jiva, there starts the entire problem. Being a tour processional they should have been provided the voucher to us in time. The staffs of your organisation were seems careless and very unprofessional.
                                    Any way thanks a lot for the effort shown in resolving our problem.

                                      I had bought a membership from these people in 2015... I am a blue season holder. I sent an email stating that i want to book a holiday for saputara... This is what they replied.
                                      "u. If booking is available it will be as per the terms and condition that is if 3 nights are provided, your 7 nights will be deducted. As the holidays provided to you will be of red which is also known as peak season of the year."
                                      Now what is this... When i called them up.. A lady named nisha tells me that this rule was created from april may 2017... I told her that this rule must be applied to someone who has taken the membership in 2017 then and not for the ones who took the membership in 2015... Then nisha gives me a solution that i upgrade to red package.. All fraudulent acts and money making tactics

                                        I took membership in club jiva for 4 year's.
                                        In 2015
                                        I didnot use it in 16 and now i want to go to mahabeleshwar
                                        They say they dont have any hotel there
                                        Also asking me to pay around 12000 as maintance charge if i choose some other destination
                                        Really very frustating
                                        While selling such thing they primise a lot but no any use.
                                        I will suggest dont fall pray to such fraud people
