Hi, my name is firoz and I ammember of club jiva for last 9 month and we went to the holidays in goa with club jiva and they give us better way other than any company and we like theirndae concept which is better than anyother. We are happy with club jiva my membership no cj/aa/b/c573
Club Jiva customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I dont know how you are satisfied as they dont reply on mails/ phones at all? If you have good contacts with JIVA CLUB, please forward these complaints to them as there are 31 complainst on this portal and only 3 are resolved. This is enough to tell the truth.     Complaint Description

    Please be aware that there will be few guys roaming near Fort Aguada - Siolim Road junction and also in Dona Paula view point. They use to approach couples saying that as part of their company's (Club Jiva Holiday ) anniversary celebration, they choose couples randomly and issue the scratch cards. They then will ask you to open it and some hints will be displayed like 'You Won'. They will further explain that you will definitely get one of the gift a Holiday package, Cash, LED TV etc if you visit our resort and join us for today's dinner. He then introduces us one of the Club Jiva Holiday representative and started to explain about his company, deals etc. Obviously he is well trained and experienced in convincing people. They make all sorts of approach which will definitely make us feel that yes these deals are worth it.

    Later I realized no such company anniversary celebration happened that night.

    The gift given was again a holiday package which is not a big deal for them. Also later I realized that what else we can expect from such company.

    Then googled Club Jiva. First thing I see is their bad reviews. So many complaints from people who got cheated/tricked by not satisfied with what they have received. Basically Club Jiva failed to deliver which they committed during presentation.

    Then called some of the people who logged the complaint and shocked to hear worse things about them he later explained me about 30+ people who fell for Club Jiva's trap.

    With so much of shock, disappointment and frustration and during also my financial situation was also changed due to an emergency, called and emailed Club Jiva saying that I am not happy about the membership and I will not be able to pay the rest of the EMIs due to my current financial position. What else you can expect from them. Mobile is switched off most of the time and getting auto generated replies for emails. Had made 100+ calls. They hardly pick up and give no proper response.

    I spoke to Club Jiva customer care representative and she is been very supportive and understanding. The level of support given to me created totally a different image for Club Jiva.
    Respect to her and to all other staffs who are working for satisfaction of the customers. They have understood my financial problem and they have considered my request on a positive note.
    I should also admit that calling them during Diwali holidays and expecting a response was not correct from my part. I shall take back. Apologies for that. Also wish I had an option to remove the complaint in this portal. But sorry for that again.

    I totally appreciate the quality time you spent with customers and I am very happy that you (Customer care representative and the Director) have gone step forward to understand the problems of the customer and providing the needs appropriately.

    They have almost trapped us (me & my wife) in same pattern but when they told the actual package is 3, 85, 00/- but you have to pay only 85, 000/- for membership and that to you can pay in EMI. Suddenly I thought who will be give that much facility for this amount there is definitely something fishy so I told them sorry I dont want to spend anything right now and after that we felt there irritation. When we came back to our hotel, I have searched details about them and only said "Thanks God".

    It is big scam, I would like to suggest you to call all of the person who got cheated by them and written there phone number here and if possible try to meet them and convince them to file a combined legal case or consult any advocate. Although it is very tough to get your money back in this type of scam but atleast you can try your level best. All the best

    I spoke to the customer support representative and the level of support provided to me has totally changed the image of Club Jiva. A Big Respect to her and other staffs who aims for the satisfaction of the customers.Truelly you guys are amazing.

    I should also admit that calling you on Diwali Holidays and expecting a response it not correct. I shall take that complaint back. Wish I have an option to remove the complaint from this portal. But sorry and apologies for that.

    Once again I should say that I am very happy for all the efforts that you put in for the satisfaction of the customers. I am happy that I had a quality conversation over the phone and you (The Customer support representative and The Director) have gone to the next level to understand my financial problem and have taken care of it in a positive note.

      First let me share my experience (anyway I didn’t pay any amount to be club Jiva member). On the first day (08.11.2015) in Goa, suddenly one guy faruq came and gave us two coupons. He introduced himself as club Jiva member and requested us to open coupons to see if we are lucky winners and. Stunning, one o[censored]s was lucky winner and it will always be because they used to keep coupons like that way. He congratulated us and requested us to go to hotel "Sansalwood hotel & retreat" dona paula. As we had some free time, we thought lets see what it is!! We went to hotel nexr dat but before going to reception, another guy Ismail came and asked us few questions and suggested to say what not to tell to the receptionist. Bit surprised!! Anyway, we met receptionist and she asked us to join maximum 60 mint promotional program and handed over to another girl DEEPALI to show us hotel and all facilities around. No doubt hotel was good and the offer was extremely good (as pretended to cheat anybody easily) that girl deepali started to bore us with her lecture. As she told that whole process will not take more than 60 minutes, we thought being good citizen, lets listen what she is telling. she explained us about all facilities, hotels that club Jiva offers to its members. After spoiling 2 & half hrs, seeing our impatient faces, she started to tell us about club membership charges but before that only we decided not to go as we felt nobody can provide such facility with just 85000/- for 5 yrs it was a program to loot our money. So our answer was negative and we thanked her for his time and explanation but suddenly getting our negative response, she started forcing us to buy membership in EMI atleast 1600/- per month but no luck for her, poor fellow! We told her that we will think about later, hearing that she told us that then get your free prize and as expected we got free coupon for 5 nights in any hotel with terms and conditions lol and I'm sure we couldn't avail any benefits, we were not there for free prize because our common sense only told us that it must be hotel stay rather than LG TV 42", Apple I Pad or Rs. 10, 000/- but they gave already cheated and will cheat people as they seen to be perfect liar. Well, that ends our story but bottom line is that don't get trapped by this kind of fake promises. I personally recommend not to join this fraud club, rest is your decision.         Me and my husband were the victims of club jiva fraud- silver jubilee celebration to attract GOA visitors. For our bad luck we met a guy in Goa who introduced himself as club Jiva member and requested us to open coupons to see if we are lucky winners. And as one o[censored]s was that 'lucky' winner he took us to Hotel La Calypso. There we went through a marketing session by Club Jiva and we bought a package of 66k for 5 years and paid 30k deposit. At the time of presentation they showed details of several big hotels like Ratan Haveli, Hotel Auli, Shimla, Kerala, Rajasthan, Kashmir.And said that these hotels are part of there membership. DAE membership will come free with Club Jiva. But, later we came to know that they have only 7-8 properties and that too in Goa, Banglore and Panchagani. If we have to use any of the DAE hotels then we have to pay the exchange fees, this would comes out to be around 250 USD. This we can easily do by our self in their 7 properties with not more than 10-15k for 5-7 days. But, now we have to pay them 66K + maintenance fees of 5K every year and the utility charges of the hotels that comes around 1500.We actually called to cancel our membership but they were not ready to cancel and return our money. We need our money back. We were about to lodge a police complaint against this fraud people proceed legally.

        Just to add, The Directors of India Infoline Ltd & Sandalwood Hotel and Retreat & Holiday Kart Private Limited & Club Jiva in Mumbai / Goa & Ananta Oorjaa pvt ltd. are same. i.e. They have 2 Fraud Directors / Partners: Sandeep Jaysukh Mehta & Lavlesh Ram Lala, and both of them have Police complaints and many legal cases against them.
        All that they say during their sales program are all big fabrications, the club jiva doesn't even own the Hotel La Calypso. It have taken rooms there and it is made as their sales office

        PROCEDURE FOR FILING COMPLAINT WITH ICRPC

        Individual complaint or a common joint complaint having same issue is accepted from individuals.

        STEP ONE:
        Pay non-refundable fee amount of Rs 500 preferably by netbanking instead of DD to save on bank commission. You can get the net banking details from [protected]@consumergrievance.com. The fee of Rs 500 can also be paid by demand draft ot local mumbai account cheque drawn in favour of "ICRPC" payable at "Mumbai". Write your name behind the cheque.

        STEP TWO:
        You need to prepare your complaint in the following manner:

        A) Page One:
        1) Name
        2) Address
        3) Cell Number
        4) Residence telephone no
        5) Your E-mail address (very important, without this you will not
        receive the copy of notice).
        6) Payment details for Rs 500 fee (transaction number or DD number, dated and bank).
        Refer S. No (C) 4 below.

        B) Page Two:
        1) Name of Opposite party
        2) Registered address of the Opposite Party
        3) Telephone no.
        4) E-mail of the chairman or company e-mail (this is necessary to
        provide else we will not be able to send the notice)
        5) Name and address of the branch with which you dealt and received
        defective product and services.

        C) Page Three onwards:

        1) COMPLAINT: Mention a summary of your complaint. We will not read your attached documents to discover your complaint, you have to write a proper complaint to make us understand the issue. Date-wise facts in complaint are very helpful when referred to the page numbers of the attached documents.
        2) RELIEF: Mention what relief or settlement you are looking for against your complaint. Example: refund, replacement or rectification of defect, compensation, etc.

        3) Documents (like bill, agreement, service report, your complaint to them, your notice to them, etc). Enclose only the xerox copies of supporting documents. Don't send originals as we do not return the documents and destroy them after use.

        STEP THREE:
        Once your STEP TWO documents are ready, you have to fill the online complaint form and generate the complaint number. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL GET ONLY ONE CHANCE TO FILL THE ONLINE FORM therefore read displayed the instructions very carefully.

        On submission of the online form, you will receive a copy of your subimitted form with complaint number by email immediately. This will also be your cover letter to be included with the documents given on STEP TWO.
        All your papers should be tied by thread or stapled together in one bunch only. We reject thep papers sent in loose, un-stapled, untied condition, sent in separate bunches or sent to us in installments will be rejected and no queries will be entertained. We do not return the documents, hence, do not send any originals.
        STEP FOUR:
        Use the printout of the e-mail response received against submitting the online form as cover letter. Attach the DD/cheque by pin to this cover letter. Mention your online transaction number on top of the cover letter.

If you do not receive this email acknowledgement within 10 days of despatch of your documents, please check with us about the delivery.

        3) If your grievance is not settled "out-of-court" after sending the notice, ICRPC will further help you with preparation of your case papers for filing in the consumer court with all instructions.         I was promised by Club Jiva/Holiday kart pvt ltd, for being given refund till 20th November-2015, However, It's already 19th November, and there is no trace of any refund till now. I don't know When will I get my refund ?

        Dear All, I also cheated by Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd in Nanital, i invest Rs 20000 now i want to refund

        Reason why i want my money back and refuse to take membership:-

        1) CLUB JIVA member said for meal, cab and other services will be given by mentioned hotel, but listed hotel denied
        2) 18 days have passed but NO membership card i received even not a single welcome message yet from CLUB JIVA side.
        3) Hotel said they are fraud, i here from Mainali hotel that is in his list
        4) They provide member ship type BLUE, which is off season membership, this was not disclosed at time of meeting.
        5) They said refund your money any time but when i mailed him, i got reply of no refund from CLUB JIVA side
        6) Only one hotel said that we can use club, and all hotel denied which are in list, but members in meeting promised us to provide us all services of hotel
        7) i received one booklet in that point number 12 is changed, its mention that any time you refund money but after taking membership point is changed and said nonrefundable in booklet
        8) Company is not more than 5 years but members said it is more than 10 years in market.
        9) Member said they owning 35 hotels and LACALYPSO hotel one of them, that is false
        10) Hotel said extra utility charges are paid, but this was not mentioned at the time of joining
        11) Lots of facility they promises for us, that will also need to share that all are false information

        There is no reason to join CLUB JIVA so please refund my money.
        I mailed him many time but they said its non refundable

        I have around 30 people in whats app group, we will defiantly take action against him

          I was on my honeymoon in Goa in Nov 2014 & unfortunately fell for Club Jiva's trap. Ended up paying Rs. 50, 000 for 5 year membership. Since then I tried reaching them over phone and e-mail, initially they were responsive in providing a list of their partner resorts, later they stopped answering calls and responding to e-mails. I feel cheated and frustrated.

          I seek refund. Please help.

          After putting up this complaint. Two guys called me calling themselves executives from Club Jiva. I felt suspicious so asked them to send an e-mail from their corporate id, to my surprise one of the guys sent an e-mail from [protected]@clubjiva.in. I was told a refund will be processed ASAP, they suggested going to the nearest ICICI bank and get the refund by entering a refund code in ATM machine.

          I sensed this was another scam but still played along. When I reached ICICI ATM I called one of the guys, the first question he asked me was how much was my A/c balance, why would anyone transferring money to your A/c ask for your balance. By this time my doubt was confirmed, I refused for sharing any information, then this guy asked me to Select option for Fund Transfer and gave me their A/c number as well. I told the guy I very well understand what he was making me do, now I will only accept the payment as direct transfer to my a/c. No codes!

          Later the second guy called me saying that the code was ready, I told him their process to further loot people. That guy arrogantly responded why are you talking to 2 people at the same time to get more money into your a/c, and hung up on me.

          I warn everybody about how big a Cheat Club Jiva is, its a group of scammers committing frauds in daylight. Looting innocent people. I will drag them to consumer court now.

            I vistited Mount Abu on 24th Oct with my family. One of person from Jiva Club met me near Near Nakki lake and he gave one coupon to tear and I found message " one of sure gift 1.LED, 2. IPOD, 3 stay at hotel, 4 Cash reward of INR 10000”. He said we will have to attend a presentation for 1 hour at Hillock hotel with Family, he also asked if I have the VISA credit Card, he said nothing will be asked to pay. So to fool the person and swipe card immediately. I reached the reception of hotel of hillock hotel. One lady met and asked to show the VISA card. Then One of Salesman ATIQUE Mobile [protected] (May be fake name) met us and said Jiva club is the owner of Hillock hotel He said JIVA club is the owner of various hotels like Cidade De Daman, Millennium Park in Panchgani, Kumar Plaza in Matheran, Aguada Anchorage in Goa, Abhishek Beach in Ganpatipule Ratnagiri, Ginger Tree/ Goveia Holiday homes in Candolim / Anjuna beach etc, He showed us mails from Existing customer who are satisfied…..fake mails and pictures. He said he can get 50000 cash discount if I accept this today…..a big trap. He said he can ask his manager to give a Goa Trip package….again trap, his manager came and he pretended and his manager asked they will see when you take membership. They both were discussing lie/ fake stories about their hospitality, services of Jiva club. He was making my mind to say YES by writing again and again. He said that the annual charge is just Rs 4900 and I have to pay Rs 2.96000 . He said if I pay uising credit card they have arrangement with Citi bank and I can covert this into 24 EMIs with 0% interest ( another lie) they brought the credit card swiped machine for Rs 100, 000 and I entered the pin under their influence/ hypnotism, but it failed as my limit was Rs 100, 000 and I had some outstanding balance. Then they swiped again and entered Rs 50, 000 and and I entered wrong pin under their influence/ hypnotism and it failed and they again they tried and succeeded at last. Then they got my signature on card receipt and agreement. they have not given me any receipt and stamped/ signed copy from their authorized signatory. Next day in the morning I checked the google to see the review and found they are fraud, they have cheated so many people in other locations. They target families on holiday trips so that they can not do anything. I called on phone to all the hotels which they were saying that Jiva club is the owner and found that JIVA is not the owner and very few people visit as Jiva customers, may be until entire amount is realized. I received call from Renu ( Mobile [protected]) Jiva club to welcome me and I refused and asked her to refund my money back. I have sent many mails to their support mail ID but getting no reply.             Hello Desh Raj.. did you get any update from the club Jiva on the refund. Like you even we are also trapped and finding ways to get refund.
            Club Jiva/ Holiday Kart Pvt Ltd got registered as Pvt Ltd company on 17th December 2013. Sales representatives misrepresent the "5 YEAR COMPLETION CELEBRATION" on all documents. I have attached Ministries of company affairs website showing the registration date. I am going to complain to Minstry of company affairs/ Registrar of companies.

              I have taken 5 year plan worth 60000 and now I have some personal problems and want to cancel my membership bit they are not helping me out. My membership has still not started and I have not even received any membership card also. How is it possible to not cancel the membership and refund the money.                 Hello sir / madam, I have visited hotel Hil lock, Mount abu and sales executive M. Manal ([protected]) explained me about membership.  That time I have deposited 50000 rs to block the deal after this he explained me about some another Maintenance related charges which not included before . They assured that if I am not satisfied and cancel the decision of membership they will refund whole amount.So I given My Bank Account details immediately and Manal (Executive ), Ravi ( Manager ) and Mr. Ritesh Paramar ( Director ) promised me, check will reached on my Home add. with in a week . But still check not received And now Manal is not accepting my calls also.So please help me.

                  Possibly the worst holiday experience i would ever have which i experienced last month after using a promotional offer which we were entitled to by scratching a gift card offered by jiva itself.. Unfortunately got conned and paid up as a member in goa which actually is yet to be activated beginning of next year and this fraud company denies a refund even though i do not want the membership anymore.. They never reply back to emails.. Help me spread awareness so that every tourist who visits goa is well aware of this scam called club jiva

                    When i was in a vacation in GOA, We attended a presentation at Club Jiva forcefully, regarding the membership on August 5 2015, with presentation they impressed us by telling too many holiday offers, But they asked us to sign the contract on the same day and we did sign it and during the presentation.They said it is EMI option with no interest and we bargained the package to 1, 50, 000 with EMI option and no interest, after swiping the credit card then we realized there was 15% interest. They cheated us in swiping 139000 with 15% interest and they put just 139000 in the contract and swiped 150000, after signing the contract, later we realized that the presentation given about the membership benefits and the contract is not matching. When approached them next day and when asked them to put the presentation given to us in the contract and asked them about the excess amount swiped, they agreed it was mistake from their end and told us they will cancel the membership and will refund the money back in 7 days and we were asked to leave and after couple of days they refused to picked our calls and started ignoring us. We we reached club jiva membership team, they started telling, we will compensate by giving you a free holiday. But we did not accept the offer, because we went through lot of pain and stress, and we told them we want our refund back as promised. Till now i have made around 1000+ calls to get my refund money, their response was horrible, they disturbed me mentally, due to which i went through lot of pain. And after all these struggle i was able to get 1, 25, 00 refund amount by OCT18th part by part. and when i ask for the remaining amount they said 10% cancellation fee. When i have not availed their service even for a day and i was the sufferer and i have been tortured, how will they charge 10% processing fee. 10%= 14000 and i have paid 3 EMI where interest will come around 6000, so totally i have get 20000 of the refund amount still. So i request Club Jiva team to refund my 20000, else i will fight legally. I have the proof of written statement and with company seal by CLUB JIVA saying the amount will be refunded in 7 days . Along with that i have the whole incident video captured where they are cheating us. The video explains the scam in which Club Jiva is involved. I have the transaction details as well of the money swiped. With all these evidence i will fight against them legally, if anybody needs to join me can email at [protected]@gmail.com and ph [protected]. I would request people not to fall in this scam, they are looting money with false promises. Please think twice before u r trapped.

                      They are not offering the hotels as promised while joining membership and charging extra utility charges for premium property. They don't have their own properties. Even their booking team was not responding properly. No reply to my mails. for booking in Manali taking 7 to 8 days and also their phone is always busy or switched off and they don't even try to call back again.

                        I am a member at this club jiva and while taking a membership have recieved a voucher. Now while tryinv to use this voucher after fulfilling all their conditions like intimating 15 days prior to booking etc. I tried to book a hotel room for 3 nights checkin 17th oct check out 20th oct. And since the time i sent an email it has been an experience nothing short of hell. Firstly they do not acknowledge the email apart from the auto generated response.then if we call them they have 2 different numbers and both keep passing customers to each other. Nobody actually helps. I have made atleast 50 calls trying to confirm if the booking is done since 3rd oct(my initial email date) N here i am today 14th oct and still dont have my booking confirmed. My flight costs have doubled compared to 3rd october but i obviously cant book flights until i have a room confirmed in my name. This is happening inspite of me being a member so GOD savd those souls who try using the voucher without being a member(which by the way they promise while trying to sell the membership to you) People i spoke to and did not help at all are Simmy, Michelle and Kalpana.Will be happy to share the numerous phone calls made and emails sent to which i got no reply.

                        The complaint has been resolved.Special thanks to staff members Pranali Kalpana and renu for constantly following up and resolving it...the stay at Ginger tree is fabulous and all promised things are offered...suggestion would be a dedicated number for help for people belonging to each part of the country.(1dedicated number for mumbai members...1 for goa etc...so that process is streamlined) Nevertheless my experience in the complaint has taken a complete turnaround since the day before checkin and going good as days pass by...wish u guys all the best

                          Club Jiva/Holiday Kart pvt ltd is a classic case of "Iski topi uske sarr", To say differently, the kind of activities this Club Jiva/Holiday Kart indulges in is "To rob Peter to pay Paul" while it first rents few units, then falsely showcases 10% stake as 100% to its prospective members, and force them to pay hefty amounts for membership, and from behind only rents 1-2 units, and then re-rents these rented resort units to its members for a very high price (by illegally putting utility charges), and totally deviate from what they promised earlier while forcing their membership on scapegoat tourists.

                          They are a classic case of "Iski topi uske sarr" is because they don't own any single unit inside any resort / retreat in India, not even a room. They are just taking 1-2 portions / units on rent, Which means Club jiva/holiday kart pvt ltd, rents 1-2 units for a time period and then re-rents it to their members day wise, so of course when the members directly rent from these list of resorts, the members would get a very cheaper price compared to the excessive utility charges etc. that club jiva/holiday kart already imposes on the members. On top of that, we never know whether they have mentioned Sub-letting in their agreements as well and when the resorts (whom this club jiva foolishly calls as their home properties) stake holders may ask them to leave their premises/take a walk, for these reasons that they misrepresent while luring the tourists into taking memberships, and these resort credibility also becomes at stake over a period of time, and any resorts would not want to have such a bad reputation/bad name which club jiva/holiday kart pvt ltd already possesses right since the beginning.

                          This feedback by all victim members is applicable to all these companies having same directors as Club Jiva/Holiday Kart Pvt. Ltd / Vacation Concepts Private Limited / Ananta Oorjaa Entertainment Private Limited.

                          Even DAE is beginning to have a bad name because of associating with club jiva/holiday kart pvt. ltd. and may dis-associate soon with club jiva/holiday kart

                          Since club jiva / holiday kart isn't capable of giving/rendering any services as promised and hence we all victim members would wish to dis-associate from Club Jiva, and keep no connection what so ever with such an Unprofessional and pathetic company,

                          Additionally we victims request the Ministry of Tourism (Central) and Ministry of Tourism (Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa) to please intervene and investigate and take immediate action on Club Jiva / holiday kart pvt ltd and help us (tourists) customers to protect our basic consumer rights.

                          Hello Consumer Complaints forum,
                          My refund is being processed, and as per the discussions with club jiva member relations team, they don't force anyone to remain a member who doesn't have a genuine need of a timeshare membership and wants to disassociate, As we personally have many commitments and can't use their services because of time constraints, club jiva member relations team has allowed us to cancel the membership and currently processing the refund, hence I do not seem have any complaints against them, as long as entire refund is processed asap.

                          I think there has been some misunderstanding with respect to ClUb Jiva and their member relations team. In fact we happened to observed club jiva also happens to have a list of happy and satisfied customers also, who are able to utilize the potential benefits of a Timeshare membership, and even their directors are go od law abiding citizens. In fact all timeshare companies have a standard protocol, and they operate in the same way and club jiva is also operationally the same. I do not seem have any complaints against them, as long as entire refund is processed asap.

                            Hi Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd Victims, The members sharing their concerns on unfair practices and fraudulent policies of Club Jiva / Holiday Kart Pvt.Ltd. / Vacation Concepts Private Limited / Ananta Oorjaa Entertainment Private Limited, are absolutely right. As per our observations, This club jiva / Holiday kart pvt ltd have no respect for law, they have no honest intention to provide services, and their motive is only to make unlawful money, under the pretext of selling complementary gift and concessional timeshare holiday packages etc.. This club / jiva modus operandi is to cheat innocent tourists and rob them of their precious vacation time as well as money, . In fact they don't own any single unit inside any resort / retreat in india. They are just taking 1-2 portions / units on rent, and that too these resorts give them the units which are slow moving and mostly vacant because their customers don't prefer these units, and the members never know whether they have mentioned Sub-letting in their agreements as well, we never know when the resorts (whom this club jiva foolishly calls as their home properties) stake holders may ask them to take a walk, for these reasons that they misrepresent while luring the tourists into taking memberships. As per ministry of tourism, to be able to float a timesharing vacation business, a company has to minimum own some property at least, i.e. at least own some units inside some resorts in India, however Club Jiva / holiday kart pvt ltd fails this criteria also, as they do not own even a single resort / property / even a room anywhere in india. They can abscond/run away closing their business anytime, as they don't own anything at all.                               We also request you to please ignore the allegation mentioned as this does not hold true. Being online portal people have put their comments without adhering to guidelines or privacy policy as mentioned by Consumer Forum.
                              All information provided at membership seminar is shady& the social engineering techniques incorporated to get new members.The "dae your world magazine" showcasing Hotel Millennium Park panchgani India too has no ref on DAE website.DAE live and their scheme for Club Jiva does not match with what was promised.Only7days/yr that too prior 6 months booking is required.
                              The agreement is not exhaustive. Many terms are not explained (eg. Blue season)33 owned property names in the contract

                                False statements and very bad/pathetically poor service / Club Jiva / Holiday Kart Pvt Ltd giving all wrong information to attract members Its the biggest mistake that we were forced to take Clubjiva Membership and have paid them certain amount of Rs. 140, 000.00 upfront, but now I believe they are fraud and only changing their statements everytime and given all false statements. While getting my membership they were very attentive and well spoken but as soon as they got money everything just seems to be flipped. Looks like Even I've been cheated with Club Jiva.                                   Its been 2 years I am owner with club jiva. We took this in goa. Jiva give lot of choices in terms of location and resorts too. We went to 9 days trip to north India. First we stayed at lemon tree Delhi . We checked in late night, they offered us this hotel which is near to the airport. We stayed 2 nights in Delhi, reception was nice and very welcoming. One staff of jiva rohan was there for us to guide us he arranged sight seen cab for us. We saw humayun tomb, qutub minor, red fort, India gate, we went to the famous paranthewali gali at chandni chowk. We were amazed with Usual Paranthas like Aloo, Gobhi & Matar are priced between Rs 8-10 & Special Paranthas like Kaju Parantha or Pista (Pistachio) Paranthas are for Rs 25. That means you can have a full, yummy Indian meal without burning a hole in your pocket! Then we went to Chandigarh stayed again in awesome lemon tree, place is out of the world looks like we were in Europe, luxury cars, nice roads friendly people. We saw rose garden and rock garden. We went for night party at underdoggs sports bar and grill, we danced till morning good food and music. Next afternoon we headed to shimla by road . We stayed at east Bourne resort. Its beauty fully located in mountains with full of pine trees. One could sit there for hours and enjoy the nature. We went to see the mall road and did bit of shoping . We totally loved shimla for 4 days. Then we went to manali journey was tiring but then we reach to white mist resort we directly ate food and went to sleep apartment was luxurious. Me and my husband loved manali. One the way back we stayed in jaipur . Its was nice hotel. Thanks club jiva for making our holidays memorable . Special thanks to shruti pandey for making us holiday owners, hope to see you again in goa.

                                    First let me share my experience (anyway I didn’t pay any amount to be club Jiva member). On the last day in Goa, suddenly one guy came and gave us two coupons. He introduced himself as club Jiva member and requested us to open coupons to see if we are lucky winners. Well we thought lets open it and see what is inside as there is no obligation, no fees. Stunning, one o[censored]s was lucky winner and it will always be because they used to keep coupons like that way. He congratulated us and requested us to go to hotel ‘La Calypso’. As we had some free time, we thought lets see what it is!! We went to hotel but before going to reception, another guy came and asked us few questions... better to say what not to tell to the receptionist. Bit surprised!! What is the problem if I tell that I am member of club Mahindra also but NO!! Anyway, we met receptionist and she asked another guy Aaren to show us hotel and all facilities around. No doubt hotel was good but that stupid guy Aaren started to bore us with his lecture. As he told that whole process will not take more than 30 minutes, we thought being good citizen, lets listen what he is telling. He explained us about all facilities, hotels that club Jiva offers to its members. After spoiling 45 minutes, seeing our impatient faces, he started to tell us about club membership charges but before that only we decided not to go as it was not that appealing. So our answer was negative and we thanked him for his time and explanation but suddenly getting our negative response, he started to behave like immature sales representative that we used to see here and there. He forced us to buy but no luck for him, poor fellow!! We told him that we will think about later, hearing that he told us that then get your free prize once you come back! It made us angry, we were not there for free prize because our common sense only told us that it must be hotel stay rather than laptop or smart phone but probably stupid sales representative Aaren does not have any common sense. Well, that ends our story but bottom line is that club Jiva sales representatives do not know how to behave with future customers. I personally recommend not to join this fraud club, rest is your decision.

                                      Hi all victims of Club jiva,
                                      The same thing happened to all o[censored]s also. We went to visit Goa during first week of September-2015, and we were caught by Club Jiva agents in Dona Paula, saying that we are so lucky that we got a gift and to bring that gift we have to go to the one of their own resorts which is Sandalwood Hotel & Retreat Vainguinim Beach, Dona Paula, Panjim, Goa. the people who caught us did not give us a moment to think and immediately asked us to follow them on their bike.(WE had also rented a bike) . . Once we reached there, these Club Jiva employees made us sit for 30 minutes and in the meanwhile asked us to show our ID Proof & Credit Cards that we have and asked us all our personal information on how much limit do we have in these credit cards. Then took the Xerox copies of my Pan Card and all Credit cards that we had and they told us that it is important for them to take these copies to give the Gift.

                                      After that they said we have to attend some presentation of 1 hr. however Unfortunately the presentation went for some 4.5 hrs. Then they brought some other employees of Club Jiva, and these three employees took back our gift card first without scratching the options on it and then took us to one another office room inside the same Sandalwood Retreat to give us Presentation on Club Jiva, and during that time, Their Sales Agents, from Club Jiva Marketing team, gave us a booklet and list (Xerox copy) of 77 IRA list of resorts+23, where-in they repeatedly informed us that once we pay amount of one and half lakh upfront, and the maintenance amount of Rs. 5500.00 once in 2 years, there is no need for us to pay anything else While utilizing our holiday week in any of the 77 IRA list of resorts plus the 8 own Home Properties of Club Jiva (Which Club Jiva employees informed that these 8 resorts completely belong to them for a lease of 99 years), plus 2 hotels/resorts in Switzerland. Also, one another commitment was given to us that if we become a Club Jiva member we shall receive the DAE Gold Advantage card valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 25 years. And additionally they also promised us that in Bangalore, we would get the 25 years membership of The Club (Mysore Road) Bangalore, valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 25 years, and we need not pay anything for it.

                                      We wanted to check on any feedback of Club jiva as We wanted to check the credibility and goodwill of Club Jiva amongst their members/customers on cellphone internet or by calling our friends, who have similar memberships, however we could not get any mobile network at their Club Jiva sales office (we suspect after discussing with other victims that they had used cell phone jammers.) .
                                      Due to tremendous persuasion and Pestering and repeated forcefully offer from Club Jiva Employees/agents, we seem to have been Misled/misrepresented /cheated to take the club jiva membership, When we asked about what are their terms and conditions, they said there is no harm in paying first as they have a 30 days refund policy, wherein if a member is not
                                      satisfied, he can ask for full 100% refund of his membership amount. When we asked them to give it in writing, they informed us that first we should pay the money, and in the meanwhile, they are asking Kalpana Biswas (one Club Jiva employee) to type all these terms and conditions that they informed us and bring.

                                      We paid Rs. 1.5 lakh. We asked the documentation and after taking all our money, they gave us the agreement and asked us to sign it first as we have already paid the money and asked us to go through it afterwards once we reached our place. That is the first time we suspected and asked them to give all their commitments and promises in writing on email to us, which they said they would do next day, and we are
                                      going to get a welcome kit from their Mumbai Support office. After that we were informed the Gift option as B which is same Free Holiday option that Club Jiva gives for all the customers as usual, after only pretending the other gifts, in order to Lure and bring the people to their rented office where their Sales/Marketing team can fool them with all fake commitments and trap them in an unfair and illegal manner, and duping/cheating them of their hard earned money (and never fulfil any promises/commitments made earlier and illegally use their money as an investment amount in Club Jiva business sought by misrepresentation and unfair means. We came to know about their modus operandi in next 2-3 days.

In evening when we reached our place, we checked their feedback and credibility on internet and we were shocked to know that Club Jiva has a very bad name and very bad reputation in the clubs and recreation market and we saw so many customer complaints available openly on the internet. Also, there were some thousand ruppes money and my other belongings missing from my bag, which we suspect either employees /agents of Club Jiva have stolen... Because of coming to know the reality of Club Jiva and very bad reputation that this Club Jiva/ Holiday Kart pvt ltd has in the market, next day we went again to Sandalwood retreat and asked them to refund our entire amount, and return what they have stolen from us. They refused to refund our amount at that time, and didn't accept the theft ? As we have been observing seeing all Club Jiva Victims, Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd Support team has been continuously changing their statements every now and then, and are no longer responding to any calls or emails, after deviating from what was promised to us in the beginning, leaving us no option but to forcibly take a legal action on them. Thank God that some of you people as Tourists in Goa, escaped the clutches of Club Jiva without paying anything, For us we are still fighting a legal battle and complained in the police station in order to get back our hard earned money which they duped us with. The modus operandi of Club Jiva is to lure and bring people to their rented office, make people members, forcefully and wasting time (and theft of these new prospective member's belongings ) that’s too in a vacation. We need the refund our entire amount. You also please file a police complaint on them, so that every rightful tourist coming to Goa on a vacation should not fall prey to Club Jiva, and get cheated ultimately... Goa tourism should also take an immediate action on this Club Jiva asap, please also file a complaint in http://www.goatourism.gov.in/ and send them your grievances on dir-tour.[protected]@nic.in, The Goa tourism after coming to know all these malpractices by club jiva would definitely take an action to ensure the safety of tourists, let's try to save the other innocent tourists at least...
