We went to Goa and was given a free voucher to scratch and got 4 prizes and any one was ours. I knew this is a complete fraud as i have been a victim of these earlier by many travel agency. We went there because my wife insisted and there they took our details and my visa card not sure if they took any of my CVV number to which i have to repent in future. The rep was over friendly and was more interested in my personal lufe rather than selling his package. After explanation his manager came and with full attitude and very rude and arrogant. He was beaving sick and doing a favor in providing membership. He want us to make quick decision than n there to accept the deal but i told him we need time to think over it. In his rude tone he told his rep to explain in short n jaane do as if we were begger. After that we scratch the card to my knowledge was exchange with another one and as usual we won holiday for 15 days and we have to pay 500rs each person every night we stay which is actually costlier than we book directly. We tore the coupon and went back to our hotel. Even after insisting that we didnt had our breakfast and our 2 year old kid was hungry they didnt allow us to go and we waited more than 2 hour fron the jail to get bail. ON THE WAY BACK WE GOT MANY SUCH PEOPLE CELEBRATING THEIR ANNIVERSARY AND ASKING US TO SCRATCH.

PLEASE ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL TOURIST AND TRAVELLERS TO AVOID OF ALL THESE KIND OF OFFER AND ENJOY YOUR VACATION.

    My name is Narendra Singh . I was on vacation with my family on 27 May 2016 in manali.i was approached by an agent claiming to give gift scratch card.the receptionist had checked the id proof and debit card details.we were introduced to a sales agent named Kusum and took 02 hours discussion.we were given a false picture.finally with the misrepresentation and false commitment we were asked to book the deal of Rs. 1'60'000 .we paid 50.000 immediately and remaining amount in three instalment.i went to my hotel i found out on the internet.they are big time cheaters and i called the sales agent immediately and told her to cancel the deal and refund me the amount.she refused to return the money.she offered me 5 year plan for 55'000 rupees.again I paid 5, 000 more.Till now I have not received my money or registration certificate of membership.

      I was on vacation with my wife on 27 may 2016 in goa. I was approached by an agent near baga beach on 27-may-2016 claiming to give gift scratch cards on celebration of 5th anniversary of la calypso hotel. We were informed by him that la calypso hotel has completed 5 years and we have to visit the hotel and attend a small seminar for 1 hour in order to claim the gift.

      Upon opening the gift card, i won one of the four gifts, an ipad, an led tv, 10k in cash or a paid vacation. All we had to do was to attend a 1 hour orientation session at la calypso hotel, baga so that facilities could be demonstrated to us by la calypso hotel authorities.

      We were asked to show id proof and credit card to claim the gift. When we asked why credit card is required, he mentioned that the same is required for the visa/mastercard team for debiting the gift amount to the bank with which we hold our credit card and that his team has tied up with few major banks.

      The receptionist had checked the id proof and credit card details and upon which we were allowed to attend the presentation strictly for 1 hour.

      After we stepped into the meeting hall of la calypso hotel, we were introduced to a sales agent named rohini and took 3 hour discussion even though we told that we need to have lunch and pleaded to finish off the presentation in 1 hour. We came to know only at the end of 2.5 hours that club jiva wants us to buy membership and offer is valid only today for the fifth year celebration.

      We were given a false picture that the club jiva membership which would entitle us to cheap accommodation in 5-star properties across the world. Finally with the misrepresentation and false commitments, we were asked to book the deal and we paid rs 31000.00 for 3 years package by swapping my hdfc bank credit card with 12 months emi. After paying the amount to them and booking the deal, the receptionist opened the gift card. Same day when i went back to my hotel i find out on the internet that they are big time cheaters and i called the sales agent immedialty and told her to cancel the deal and refund me the amount. Till now i have not received my money. I need my money as this is my hard earned money. My contact is [protected].

      Sorry guys but I am one of the most happiest member of club jiva
      Thats their marketing policy which every company and its very efficient and I think that has worked for their company...

      I am a member club jiva of for last 4 years and I am getting great holidays for me and my family with 5 star luxury and they treat very well while our stay...

        My name is arvind katare from bhopal ..i m a member of club jiva from 1 year ..i never used it in this year because of my wrk ..but last week my wife was travelling to dubai so i booked resort in dubai through DAE i m glad it was quick and easy ...my wife was travelling with my mom so the resort took extra care of them they guided her about local side scene also...they got a appartmnt there with a small kitchen which was very helpfull as my mom is pure veg ...thanks dae

          I m member of club jiva and dae from last 26 month...i have done wonderful holidays with them in bali, goa and panchgani ...today i just checked reviews and saw so many complains on club ..i feel its a good club ..when i have purchased this plan i was also tensed because its for 25 yrs and for my first holiday was not very sure how to book ...so finally i called my consultant in goa .she guided me well and now i m happy ..dae also has provided me a personal assistant to whom i called for south goa holiday and for bali ..she guided me well ...i m happy with group and suggest everyone to take proper guidelines for booking

            Hi my name is mukesh agarwal i meet a boy in goa he said i have won a bumper price in club jiva and has to attend a 60 min presentation ...me and my family went there ..they offered me a 10 year membership for 110000 ..which i rejectet bez of online reviews .so i didnt buy membership ..they gave me a gift of holiday for 5n6d i can use in few places ..i used it now in daman ..and now i really regret why i didnt buy membership ...bez now same plan is costing me 40000 more ...i want to tell everone here its a simple timeshare concept where they give u good hotels and u have to plan well ...please dont put wrong reviews it mislead people ...thanks club jiva for good holidays i hope u can offer me plan on same cost

              I paid for club jiva membership at goa in october 2015, and i didn't received membership certificate for long time. I mailed for cancellation and refund but not satisfactory reply received. I heard many fraudulent complaints against club jiva. Now i want to cancel membership and want refund of fees paid. When i ask for gift voucher booking, reply received that booking stalled still 2 months.

                We went to nainital in june and met members of culb jiva by scratching a card. We were bluffed by saying to take a membership of ten years. Till now not received any conformation papers nor a call from club jiva. I think it is a business making fraud organisation were money is bluffed by sincere people. Also made a cal to the members of club jiva but till now no feed back received. We went to nainital on 23 june. And offer of club jiva provided by mr ajay. Now we just want our money should be refunded.

                  I don't know why people have written negative complaints about club jiva but then yes everyone has their own view and mentality.

                  I have been a member with club jiva for 2 yrs and have taken many wonderful holidays with them without paying any utility fees at any of their home properties or ira properties. I have even taken a holiday in the us with my family through dae at us$199 for the entire week!!! Recently i stayed at their latest added property in gangtok which is a 5 min walk from the main m g marg...

                  What more can one ask from a membership. I think people should use the membership purchased by them rather than putting up silly complaints online. If we start reviewing things before even purchasing or using it, we will never be able to enjoy life...

Same day when i went back to my hotel i find out on the internet that they are big time cheaters and i called the sales agent immedialty and asked them to cancel the deal, i was then told to come to the same hotel next day. I returned the deal and was told that the the refund would take 15 days maximum. I gave them my account number. Till now i have not received my money. They dont answer the my calls. I have also dropped them a email and now they are saying that they cant refund the money. I need my money as this is my hard earned money.

                    Club Jiva again tried to cheat me yesterday after fling this complain . I got a call from [protected] from Sathosh patil . He said that he is from club Jiva and what ever problem i have faced he will sought it . He also told that the money will be refunded by today evening . I was then asked to go to Bank ATM to do a simple process from which i can get my money back . He then told me the process to transfer the money to his account rather transferring the amount to my account . These are big fraud . I am failing a FIR in the local police station against this fraud .

                      I visited nainital on 7th of june. i met a employee of club jiva and he presented some scratch coupon for gifts. we scratched some coupon and we won some prize. he asked me to attend a presentation for promoting clubjiva to get this prize. after reaching there (earl court resort) mr ajay told me about the club jiva membership and it's benefits. he told me that if will not satisfy then i can cancel the membership. he offered me to take five years plan by paying membership fee through credit card with emi. membership fee was 60750 and emi decided approx 1013. he used my credit card. after few days when i call hdfc bank then i came to know that there is no emi and i have to pay the full amount in once. i called mr ajay about this problem then he told me that he will send a format to get emi from the bank. but next day he blocked my no and whatsapp account. afterthis i called club jiva costumer care then they did not help me. afert this i asked them to cancel my membership and refund money. they are not giving proper answer and always say that we will call back. it's more than one month passed they are not cancelling my membership. i am highly disappointed with club jiva.

                        Fraud club jiva’s different policies as per situation as per customers.
                        I sarita chaudhary had telephonic conversation with one of club jiva team member, over phone call i have been assured that my refund will be credited within 20 working days, they were expecting me only to write a mail mentioning that i will mark resolved my complain on online consumer complaint forum after getting complain resolved, i did same but after some time i received another mail where they are demanding 50% amount and remark first the complain has resolved on online forum after that second day they will credit my whole amount.
                        Fraud club jiva’s different policies as per situation as per customers are as follows:
                        1. At the time of selling membership customers are assured that your amount will be refund within 24 hrs if you are not satisfied.
                        2. After selling the membership all agents mobile phone will be switched off, then customer will search club jive through internet and try to contact its customer care where some girl named nisha pick phone and say that there is no refund policy, some times she deny that the person is not our agent and so on...
                        3. Customer then post online complaints and after that he/she received a direct call from a lady from club jiva and over the phone she assured for refund credited in account within 20 working days, and request not to post any online complain and destroy club jiva image.
                        4. Customer then become happy and sop writing online complains or avoid to take any other action, but suddenly he/she get a mail from club jiva describing company policy of depositing 50% amount and mark all online complains as resolved then they will refund the amount.
                        Different types of company policies club jiva is showing as per situation. Woww its great as customer, as situation, as the policy.
                        Club jiva stop doing all these rubbish and refund the amount as earliest as possible.

                            I Samir Mishal have book a five years holiday package in club jiva from mahableshwar in april I had paid rs 6000 as a advanced payment and rest balance will be paid thru emi at the time of booking they gave me full asuranc of getting the room at any time and also a welcome call will be arranged by club jiva after 3 days they gave me as a gift a holiday voucher of rupees 21000 which I can use after 15 days after reaching Mumbai there was no welcome call from their site so I called them but there was no response I keep on calling them for 3 days but there was some issue for the another so I called Mr Parag about all this what was happened he assured me please save my number for the next 5 years I will arrange the booking for you I had booked a room in Daman cidade De Daman 13th 14th and 15 August 2 months back but now they are not confirming the room telling the room is full then I booked the Room in Matheran there also the sama answer the rooms are full then to see whether the company is just bluffing i book the room of Mahabaleshwar as in the month of August their is off season for mahableshwar their also they give me same answer the hotel mahableshwar rooms are full the helpline number also doesn't respond as they have to be as a hospitality industry I called back again Mr Parag he also give me a unsatisfied answer what should I do if there is no rooms available in between the argument with Mr Parag he started abusing me he told me I stay in Fort come there we'll meet one by one now I am confident that this Club Jiva is a fake company and I need my booking amout back now I am also confident in future also they won't provide any room as the answer will be same the rooms already booked I have booked this room 2 months before if there will be no response from your side I will definitely launch FIR and force them to come in court

                              I took member ship with amount of 42000rs
                              But due to some personal reasons i applied for the refund on next day 29.12.15.
                              With the help of club jiva executive (mr hitesh) i got my money on same day.

                                Fraud Club Jiva’s different policies as per situation as per customers.
                                I sarita Chaudhary had telephonic conversation with one of Club Jiva team member, Over phone call i have been assured that my refund will be credited within 20 working days, they were expecting me only to write a mail mentioning that i will mark resolved my complain on online consumer complaint forum after getting complain resolved, I did same but after some time i received another mail where they are demanding 50% amount and remark first the complain has resolved on online forum after that second day they will credit my whole amount.
                                Fraud Club Jiva’s different policies as per situation as per customers are as follows:
                                1.At the time of selling membership customers are assured that your amount will be refund within 24 hrs if you are not satisfied.
                                2.After selling the membership all agents mobile phone will be switched off, then customer will search club jive through internet and try to contact its customer care where some girl named Nisha pick phone and say that there is no refund policy, some times she deny that the person is not our agent and so on...
                                3. Customer then post online complaints and after that He/She received a direct call from a lady from club jiva and over the phone she assured for refund credited in Account within 20 working days, and request not to post any online complain and destroy club jiva image.
                                4. Customer then become happy and sop writing online complains or avoid to take any other action, but suddenly He/She get a mail from club jiva describing company policy of depositing 50% amount and mark all online complains as resolved then they will refund the amount.
                                Different types of company policies club jiva is showing as per situation. Woww its great as customer, as situation, as the policy.
                                Club Jiva stop doing all these rubbish and refund the amount as earliest as possible.

                                  I mr ashok otavanekar age 63 of borivli along with my wife visited
                                  mahabaleshwar on tour. on19th june mr parag of club jiva along with
                                  his team convinced me to become member of his club after giving 1 hour
                                  presentation . he said by paying 75000 by emi for 36 months i will get
                                  5 years 75 nights stay anywhere in india or abroad where co has tieup
                                  arrangements including dubai. i told him i have tto go to dubai next
                                  month. i believed in him and he swept my card. he told me we are
                                  managing emi from there only as per arrangement with sbi. when i came
                                  to mumbai on 21st june and checked everything i came to know that
                                  entire 75000 were swapped and nothing was mentioned about emi.
                                  secondly dubai was not covered in the list of dae. also nothing
                                  explained by him was mentioned in agreement. today when i got no
                                  response from even jogeshwari i came to know this was a cheating. now

                                      I Sarita Chaudhary and my husband Mr. Sudhir Chaudhary was in Nainital on 10th June 2016 for on summer holiday trip, we were approached by an agent of Club Jiva near Nainital Lake in evening on 10-June-2016 claiming to give gift scratch cards on celebration of 5th anniversary of Club Jiva.
                                      We were provided three cards to scratch after scratching the cards we won one of the four gifts, an iPad, an LED TV, 10k in cash or a paid vacation. we had to do was to attend a 1 hour orientation session on next day 11th June 2016 at the Hotel nearby Nainital Kotwali, On 11th June 2016 we were asked to show ID Proof and any one of Visa/Master Card, as we stepped into the meeting hall of the hotel, we were introduced to a Sales agent named Mr. Farhan and took three hour discussion even though we were told that we need to have lunch and pleaded to finish off the presentation in 1 hour.
                                      Mr. Farhan and Mr. Nirav explained us the membership plans and offered so many services that they will provide. I took 5 years membership plan and paid Rs 20, 000 by debit card. Mr. Nirav and Mr. Farhan offered us two days and two nights complimentary holiday trip any time, anywhere. They asked us how long you will stay here, we replied them that today (11th June 2016) we shall visit to Mukteshwer and planning to stay there then Mr. Nirav said us to use complementary holidays, we were happy and agreed to him, then he said that before our reach to Mukteshwar he will arrange hotel there within two hrs and intimate us address by messaging via Whatsapp, as we reached there they didn’t make any arrangement many times we called them they always replied we are trying to find, sometimes they switched off their phones and same repetition continued for many hrs, at last they replied that all hotels are occupied we are unable to find any room vacant due to peak season, you try at your own either in Mukteshwar or any other place, before your check out from the hotel we shall pay bill of any amount either 10, 000 or 20, 000 or more direct to the account of Hotel owner. We were upset and felt cheated by these people, then we decided to come at our home and on the way at Haldwani we took a hotel and asked them to pay the amount, Mr. Farhan replied that due to some emergency Mr. Nirav had to go somewhere, now you please pay the bill and check out from the hotel as he will come back he will transfer amount in your account, send us account Number. We send him account Number but nothing transferred, sometimes they switched their phone sometimes they said that within one hour, within two hrs and so on we are transferring, there are some refund formalities of company that’s why it is taking too long time, in the same conversation we passed five days, in the mean while I have checked their feedback and credibility on internet and was shocked to know that Club Jiva has a very bad name and very bad reputation in the market, whatever reviews we found same happened with us then we decided to ask the refund of whole amount we paid in Nainital and called Mr. Nirav he replied that you write a mail to company, we did the same and called to customer care, Ms. Nisha picked phone and informed us that there is no refund policy, we tried to discuss her our problem but she said to transfer the call to her boss Ms. Neha, she put the phone on hold and the bell was ringing for 15 minutes no body received the phone at last I had to cut the phone.
                                      When I post my views on this forum first time then suddenly i received a call from club Jiva customer care and she assured me to resolve my problem within 24 hrs and mail me for the same but till today neither i received any call/mail nor any Mr. Nirav and Mr. Farhan picking our call.
                                      Club Jiva is totally fraud company it is making fool of innocent people, by using unfair and illegal methods.

                                      I request to the officials of this forum please help me in this regard and expose such scammers in the public interest. They are really big “SCAMMERS and CHEATERS”

                                        I visited nanital on 10th june 2016 (Time 2pm to 4 pm). Two persons from so called "jiva club" met me near near lake from where we book boat and they gave one coupon to tear and i found message " one of sure gift 1. Led, 2. Ipod, 3 stay at hotel, 4 cash reward of inr 10000”. He said we will have to attend a presentation for 1 hour at the manar (Swiss hotel compound) near high court (Backside), he also asked if i have the visa credit card, he said nothing will be asked to pay. I reached the reception of hotel with him in his car. One lady named... And one person vishal ([protected]) so called manager met me and asked to show the visa card. Then one of salesgirl vinita (May be fake name) met me to explain about jiva club and said jiva club is the well known club having tie up with various hotel/ resorts in india and abroad. He also said jiva club is the owner of various hotels like cidade de daman, millennium park in panchgani, kumar plaza in matheran, aguada anchorage in goa, abhishek beach in ganpatipule ratnagiri, ginger tree/ goveia holiday homes in candolim / anjuna beach etc.
                                        She showed me mails from existing customer who are satisfied….. And at that time 5-6 other persons (So called customers were there). He said he can get gift/ cash discount if i accept this offer today….. A big trap. He said he can ask his manager to give a goa trip package…. Again trap, his manager came and his manager asked they will see when you take membership. They both were discussing lie/ fake stories about their hospitality, services of jiva club. He was making my mind to say yes by writing again and again. He said that the annual charge is just rs 5500 and i have to pay rs 36000 for the membership of 3 yrs. He said if i pay using credit card they have arrangement with citi bank and i can covert this into 24 emis with 0% interest (Another lie) they brought the credit card swiped machine and swiped for rs 36, 000 (Hdfc credit card, txn:[protected] and i entered the pin under their influence/ hypnotism.
                                        Then they got my signature on two forms. They have given one form back to me but no receipt and signed copy from their authorized signatory. He assured that i will receive member card & membership number at home address in some days and you can contact me for any help in future.

                                        Next day in the morning i checked the jiva club site /google to see the review and found they (Jiva club) are fraud, they have cheated so many people in other locations. They target families on holiday trips so that they can not follow up. I called on phone number given to me but he is not responding to my call or sms. Then i called jiva club but nobody knows vishal there. Now i am afraid of my money loss. I asked him thru sms to refund my money back but no reply received. I have sent mails to their support mail id but getting no reply. I want my money back.
                                        I also called to mallital police station ([protected]) and detailed out the matter but the lady inspector suggested to come ps in person then they will do something. But it is not possible to come immediately.

                                        Now, today finally phone number ( provided by Vishal ) picked up by a lady and she says this number belongs to Kolkatta and she did not know any Vishal and do'nt call again.
                                        And Customer care lady ( Neha / Deepali ) for Jiva club not replying my mails even after their promise.
                                        Devendra ji, I am from Noida, same story happened with us in Nainital on 11th June 2016, Now you will receive a call from customer care and they say you to settle the matter with mutual understanding within 25 days, its happening with me, they are making fool us since last one week, we are from nearby places we can together lodge a FIR against these cheaters,
