Hi,

My name is Jayashree G V. My husband and me were in goa Oct 2014 and joined this club on 30th Oct 2014.
We paid Rs.40, 000/- as a membership amount and we have not availed any holiday from them and we are not going to this also.
We called up the customer service and they said its not possible to reimburse the money.
I don't need their membership or free holidays. Please help us to get back our money.

How can this complaint be resolved?I have sent mail to your mail id so many times but I didn't get any response.This is a ridiculous response
Hi All,

This is the funny part of Cheat Club Jiva, they say this portal is not right forum to raise "the concern that they are looting/ cheating hard earned money without providing any service" as it will make hard for them to trap the people in this. You will not get any response from their mail "[protected]@clubjiva" I have tried this 100 times.

They say dont share your mobile numbers as the victims will call each other or new victims will know the fruad ways of working.They are big cheats.

    Was duped by Jiva Club at Manali on 03/01/16 wherein we were 'trapped' in a free gift in lieu of 1-hour seminar. Very rosy picture was explained to us on paper and 25 year's membership of 1.51L in 12 EMI of 12585/- looked very attractive. On the query of option of cancellation, we were told that it can be cancelled on proportionate basis. On annual maintenance I was told about 5500 PA in the very beginning of the talk, which never came out later (trick - I told you so..). Any way, when I gave my credit card, it was swiped for full 1.51L instead of the EMI. When asked, I was told that this is transaction to block the amount, but only the EMI amount will be claimed on monthly basis. We were offered tea and felt little uneasy. I tried to read the terms and condition of the Agreement, but they 'hurried' me pointing where I need to sign and blocking the right page with hand. I signed, only to find later after I reached my hotel - the following discrepancies:- a. There was no option of cancellation/refund (mentioned in the right page) whereas I was told that it can be cancelled. (How can a contract not have an exit route - I am sure it is against the Contract Law) b. Annual charge of 5500/- was applicable from 01.4.16 (hand-written), whereas on right page it was 01.10.16. (this we had forgotten as it was not discussed except a passing reference in the beginning). So, doubt came to mind. I then called up by bank if I will receive bill for EMI. I was told that merchant will be given full amount (but bank may offer conversion into EMI @24% interest). OMG! Duped. So, doubt further increased. Then spoke to Kusum Gupta of Jiva, who said not to worry, Jiva will claim EMI only. I now got the bill for full amount and promise of Kusum came out false. She doesn't pick the phone now. Later when I whatsapped to my friends, I was alerted about the fraud and was suggested to get it cancelled at least considering my age (55, retired from Armed Force) and other liabilities. Subsequently, I applied to Jiva for cancellation, but was refused. Now I am considering filing an FIR and pursuing my case through Sainik Board and Deptt of Ex-Servicemen welfare (Ministry of Defence) in addition to taking it to consumer court.       I was on vacation in Goa with my wife recently. I was approached by an agent (Jan 8) from Club Jiva claiming to give away gift scratch cards on celebration of their 5th anniversary. Upon opening them, my wife got a card which assured her one of the four gifts, an iPad, an LED TV, 10k in cash or a paid vacation. All we had to do was to attend a 1 hour orientation session at La Calypso Hotel, Baga. Upon being relentlessly pursued by the agent, we agreed to visit the hotel. After we reached the hotel (Jan 9), we were introduced to Mr. Vishnu who did all small talk for over an hour about his favourite movies, tourism in Goa, Nightlife etc. After that he tried to sell us the Club Jiva membership which would entitle us to chep accommodation in 5-Star properties across the world. To my surprise, they had listed all major brand names like Hilton, Sheraton, Starwood, Marriott, Wyndham to name a few. The offer was also too good to believe. Just to let you know, they ensure you have a Master/ Visa Credit Card before starting the hardsell. They claimed that it is in partnership with these premium brands. He, along with his so called superior (Amrita/ Ashwini) tried to sell me a package for 25 years membership for Rs.140, 000/-. I politely declined and the manager got restless, then she tried to sell a lesser package for 10 years which cost about 66, 000/-. I still declined since it was too good to believe and I had never heard of Club Jiva before. Well, honestly, we were in it just for the guaranteed prize. After several failed attempts, we walked out with a coupon stating that we can redeem a 5N/6D stay in any of their properties across India. Now, that I am looking up on the Internet and see so many complaints, I am glad we did not make the impulsive decision and took caution to all these lucrative scams. A word of caution, please keep away from CLUB JIVA. Notify your local police about such scams and these people should be held accountable for the money they have looted off from naive people. Additionally, brand names such as Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, Wyndham, Starwood, Visa, Mastercard should sue these guys for defamation and misconduct.

      Same story here also in Goa. In this free holiday package already it is mentioned that minimum 500rs/night/person will be charged as amenities charge. this is for couple only. That means they will take minimum of 1000rs/day in the name of those xyz chrge. don't know about maximum. if they are offering free holiday package then why they are charging 1000rs/night. They should provide everything under this package in free(whatever they can) and ask us to arrange rest of the things either from outside or from them. That should not be mandatory to pay atleast 1000 rs/night to opt this free holiday package.

        In the month of June 2015 I went to matheran with my family. These people caught me on main road outside kumar resort and asked me to choose one voucher from a bundle. I did the same which the scratched and told me that I have won a holiday package for which I have to hear their presentation for 30 mins. I agreed the same and attended the presentation which went for more than 3 hours to convience me for membership of 1.5 lacs. I was not convinced and took the promotion voucher and went home. In September 2015 I had requested Jiva booking team to do the booking for the month of January but I got reply as booking request is accepted within 15 days of the date and not more than that. Email I'd [protected]@clubjiva.in Recently in the month of Dec when I planned to go for booking, I received reply as booking is freeze for the members and non members till 4th Jan 2016. Now on 9th Jan I again tried to plan for holiday these people are saying voucher booking can be processed before 15 days of booking. These people are simply wasting our time and energy. They have only approached us saying lucky draw and now they are simply runing away from their commitments. They don't want to do any booking. They are wasting customer time and energy by making them fool. Hence I would like to file complaint against them.

          I have been fooled by this holiday kart named club jiva on 23rd October 2015 their agent lured us for some gifts which never existed and fooled us by making us a member. We have taken a membership of 5 years which has not yet started and we have not availed any holidays from them.my I'd is cj/lcj/b/c150. We are asking for a refund from the very next day. Have already complaint to goa police and other authorities Many people have complained against them and have got refund as well. But even after dropping so many mails and calling them so many times their so called simmy mam is neither taking our call nor assuring our refund. I have heard that people are getting justice through this consumer complaint forum so uploading my complaint in this forum again so that club jiva fraud should end and we get our hard earned money back. Our 65k is on stake.

            I have been lured to enroll to the Club Jiva travel and tour package during September for 3 years with an amount of 32, 000 with Membership No # CJ/LCG/B/B037. But still I have not got any response from the Club Jiva team and not a single communication mail inspite of the welcome mail. I have not even received the details of login or hotels list. The customer service is worst and no replies to the email sent to the customer support team. I want full refund of what I have paid for the package at the earliest.

At the time of membership club jiva officer give many assurance to service & join club jiva.. but i have no experience about club jiva . but trust ... 2 month ago i got news that club jiva cheat his member never give you service after mebership. now i request for room in Ahmadabad from 25 to 28 December.. & request submit 10 days ago also call clubjiva officer Renu madam.. but now answer . we dont have have availability in these date...so want to refund by deposit Amt. Rs. 10, 000/- paid at the time membership

                My membership ID CJ/AA/B/C514 registered long ago and the people do not have basic manners to provide a new member details about the membership. The customer care is pathetic and useless. The emails to the support team do not reach and there is this agent Renu who is useless to the core. The team does not know anything apart from speaking in Hindi. Such unprofessional team. I require my cancellation of membership and REFUND immediately

                  I was cheated by Club Jiva on 29/09/2015 at hotel La Calypso getaway at Baga Goa and made a payment of Rs.25000 (twenty five thousand). Their agents Vikas Yadav [protected] and his manager Aditya Singh [protected] informed that even the Baga hotel La Calypso is part of Club Jiva owned 33 properties in India and gave a tour of the La Calypso.
                  Everything promised in the presentation at La Calypso was fake, they don't own or have any partnership with the mentioned hotels. Many hotels have confirmed that Club Jiva just have rented rooms with them and no ownership.

                  I contacted Club Jiva for refund but still there is no reply from them.

                  I have also sent a Written Notice to them (ref in the attachment) I have got the Ack from India post about the delivery of the letter on 10/10/2015 still there is no reply from Club Jiva.
                  I have also sent then legal notice to them through International Consumer protection rights council ICRPC still there is no refund or even reply. Club Jiva Membership: CJ/LCG/B/C083

                    Hi, The fraud happened to me and my husband also. We went to visit Goa recently in November-2015, and we were caught by Club Jiva agents in Dona Paula on 9th November-2015, saying that we are so lucky that we got a gift and to bring that gift we have to go to the one of their own resorts which is Sandalwood Hotel & Retreat Vainguinim Beach, Dona Paula, Panjim, Goa. the people who caught us did not give us a moment to think and immediately asked us to follow them on their bike.(WE had also rented a scooter) . . Once we reached there, these Club Jiva employees made us sit for 30 minutes and in the meanwhile asked us to show our ID Proof & Credit Cards that we have and asked us all our personal information on how much limit do we have in these credit cards. Then took the Xerox copies of my Pan Card and all Credit cards that we had and they told us that it is important for them to take these copies to give the Gift. After that they said we have to attend some presentation of 1 hr. however Unfortunately the presentation went for some 3.5 hrs. Then they brought some other employees of Club Jiva, and these three employees took back our gift card first without scratching the options on it and then took us to one another office room inside the same Sandalwood Retreat to give us Presentation on Club Jiva, and during that time, Their 3 Sales Agents i.e. Arpit Srivastva, Rishi Thakur, Shruti Pandey, from Club Jiva Marketing team, gave us a booklet and list (Xerox copy) of 77 IRA list of resorts, where-in they repeatedly informed us that once we pay the entire amount, and the maintenance amount of Rs. 5500 once in 2 years, there is no need for us to pay anything else While utilizing our holiday week in any of the 77 IRA list of resorts plus the 8 own Home Properties of Club Jiva, plus 2 hotels/resorts in Switzerland. Also, one another commitment was given to us that if we become a Club Jiva member we shall receive the DAE Gold Advantage card valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 25 years. And additionally they also promised us that in Bangalore, we would get the 25 years membership of The Club (Mysore Road) Bangalore, valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 25 years, and we need not pay anything for it. We wanted to check on any feedback of Club jiva as We wanted to check the credibility and goodwill of Club Jiva amongst their members/customers on cellphone internet or by calling our friends, who have similar memberships, however we could not get any mobile network at their Club Jiva sales office (we suspect after discussing with other victims that they had used cell phone jammers, and mixed sedatives / suspicious chemical in water and coffee.) . Due to tremendous persuasion and Pestering and repeated forcefully offer from Club Jiva Employees/agents, we seem to have been Misled/misrepresented /cheated to take the club jiva membership, When we asked about what are their terms and conditions, they said there is no harm in paying first as they have a 30 days refund policy, wherein if a member is not satisfied, he can ask for full 100% refund of his membership amount. When we asked them to give it in writing, they informed us that first we should pay the money, and in the meanwhile, they are asking Kalpana J Biswas (one Club Jiva employee) to type all these terms and conditions that they informed us and bring. We paid 30, 500 rs. We asked the documentation and after taking all our money, they gave us the agreement and asked us to sign it first as we have already paid the money and asked us to go through it afterwards once we reached our place. That is the first time we suspected and asked them to give all their commitments and promises in writing on email to us, which they said they would do next day, and we are going to get a welcome kit from their Mumbai Support office. After that we were informed the Gift option as B which is same Free Holiday option that Club Jiva gives for all the customers as usual, after only pretending the other gifts, in order to Lure and bring the people to their rented office where their Sales/Marketing team can fool them with all fake commitments and trap them in an unfair and illegal manner, and duping/cheating them of their hard earned money (and never fulfil any promises/commitments made earlier and illegally use their money as an investment amount in Club Jiva business sought by misrepresentation and unfair means. We came to know about their modus operandi just next day. In evening when we reached our place, we checked their feedback and credibility on internet and we were shocked to know that Club Jiva has a very bad name and very bad reputation in the clubs and recreation market and we saw so many customer complaints available openly on the internet. Also, there were some thousand rupees money. Because of coming to know the reality of Club Jiva and very bad reputation that this Club Jiva/ Holiday Kart pvt ltd has in the market, next day we went again to Sandalwood retreat and asked them to refund our entire amount, They refused to refund our amount at that time, and didn't accept the fraud ? As we have been observing seeing all Club Jiva Victims, Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd Support team has been continuously changing their statements every now and then, and are no longer responding to any calls or emails, after deviating from what was promised to us in the beginning, leaving us no option but to forcibly take a legal action on them. Thank God that some of you people as Tourists in Goa, escaped the clutches of Club Jiva without paying anything, For us we are still fighting a legal battle and complained in the police station in order to get back our hard earned money which they duped us with. The modus operandi of Club Jiva is to lure and bring people to their rented office, make people members, forcefully and wasting time that’s too in a vacation. We need the refund our entire amount. You also please file a police complaint on them, so that every rightful tourist coming to Goa on a vacation should not fall prey to Club Jiva, and get cheated ultimately... Goa tourism should also take an immediate action on this Club Jiva asap, please also file a complaint in http://www.goatourism.gov.in/ and send them your grievances on dir-tour.[protected]@nic.in, The Goa tourism after coming to know all these malpractices by club jiva would definitely take an action to ensure the safety of tourists, let's try to save the other innocent tourists at least... We filed a case against them in panjim where Ms Rashmi helped us and raided there office in Dona Paula. All the persons including kalpana Biswas, Rishi Thakur and Fernandis were brought to police station and they give us in writing that they refund our entire amount in 10 working days. But still no refund.

                    I am also a victic of this Club JIVA fruad. Always remember the below points:

                    1. Parents always say, dont interact with stangers on any place, specially holiday destination as you are there for 2 ro 3 days only.
                    2. Nothing is free in this world. Your greed takes you to hell. One free gift voucher makes every one blind.
                    3. Dont make any immediate payment ask for more time whatever they say, and check online about such clubs.
                    4. Even if you have swiped the credit card, you can ask the bank to stop the payment as the claim comes to bank after 4 to 5 days.

                    this is a big fraud club, using psycology tricks to cheat.
                    Thanks guys for sharing this useful information and bringing attention of people to the fraudulent ways of this club. We were lucky that we nearly escaped all the mental trauma which you guys might have gone through. We too were approached by two of their agents near Candolim beach. In fact one gift card revealed iPad as our gift; However the agents said that we will have to come to their resort to collect the gift. Thanks to my ultra-clever wife who smelled suspicion and denied going to the club office. After coming back to Pune I decided to find out the truth about the club and saw so many complaints on consumer forums. I hope that no tourists fall pray to such malicious practices !!

                      I had taken membership from Club Jiva on 20th Oct 2015 at GOA. There was not enough time to check the credentials of this company at the time as we were in vacation. The deal was meant for 25 years with parallel membership with DAE advantage. However, after signing the deal, the following came to my notice : 1. DEA advantage was only for 2 years against their promise of 25 years 2. Club Jiva was established only 2 years ago but they stated that it was functional for the last 9 years 3. They do not own any properties on their name and everything is being done on sharing basis 4. There are many unresolved consumer issues and poor response to the consumer complaints 5. They were not giving / using letterheads for any of the correspondences. When I insisted, they made one in front of me which I refused to accept. The very next day ie., 21th Oct, I had approached Club jiva and asked them for cancellation of the membership and refund of the money. They have tried to convince me but I refused to budge. At this time, I had also met and discussed above issues with their director Mr. Lavlesh Lala and even he could not answer my queries. Finally they have agreed to cancel my membership on a written request and for the refund of Rs. 1.09 Lakhs. I had handed over to Mrs. Kalpana all the original documents including the deal, bill etc., expecting cancellation of membership. More than 1.5 months elapsed and as expected, they are not responding to mails and phone calls. Even mail addressed to their director is not replied. My worst fears came to reality. I earnestly request Club Jiva to refund my money immediately. Or I will ensure that the issue is escalated further. I wont even spare the option of going to GOA once again and stall the fraud practices being adopted by this company.

                        Hi, The fraud happened to me and my husband also. We went to visit Goa recently in November-2015, and we were caught by Club Jiva agents in Dona Paula on 9th November-2015, saying that we are so lucky that we got a gift and to bring that gift we have to go to the one of their own resorts which is Sandalwood Hotel & Retreat Vainguinim Beach, Dona Paula, Panjim, Goa. the people who caught us did not give us a moment to think and immediately asked us to follow them on their bike.(WE had also rented a scooter) . . Once we reached there, these Club Jiva employees made us sit for 30 minutes and in the meanwhile asked us to show our ID Proof & Credit Cards that we have and asked us all our personal information on how much limit do we have in these credit cards. Then took the Xerox copies of my Pan Card and all Credit cards that we had and they told us that it is important for them to take these copies to give the Gift. After that they said we have to attend some presentation of 1 hr. however Unfortunately the presentation went for some 3.5 hrs. Then they brought some other employees of Club Jiva, and these three employees took back our gift card first without scratching the options on it and then took us to one another office room inside the same Sandalwood Retreat to give us Presentation on Club Jiva, and during that time, Their 3 Sales Agents i.e. Arpit Srivastva, Rishi Thakur, Shruti Pandey, from Club Jiva Marketing team, gave us a booklet and list (Xerox copy) of 77 IRA list of resorts, where-in they repeatedly informed us that once we pay the entire amount, and the maintenance amount of Rs. 5500 once in 2 years, there is no need for us to pay anything else While utilizing our holiday week in any of the 77 IRA list of resorts plus the 8 own Home Properties of Club Jiva (Which Club Jiva employees informed that these 8 resorts completely belong to them for a lease of 99 years), plus 2 hotels/resorts in Switzerland. Also, one another commitment was given to us that if we become a Club Jiva member we shall receive the DAE Gold Advantage card valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 25 years. And additionally they also promised us that in Bangalore, we would get the 25 years membership of The Club (Mysore Road) Bangalore, valid from 2016 (day of activation) till 25 years, and we need not pay anything for it. We wanted to check on any feedback of Club jiva as We wanted to check the credibility and goodwill of Club Jiva amongst their members/customers on cellphone internet or by calling our friends, who have similar memberships, however we could not get any mobile network at their Club Jiva sales office (we suspect after discussing with other victims that they had used cell phone jammers, and mixed sedatives / suspicious chemical in water and coffee.) . Due to tremendous persuasion and Pestering and repeated forcefully offer from Club Jiva Employees/agents, we seem to have been Misled/misrepresented /cheated to take the club jiva membership, When we asked about what are their terms and conditions, they said there is no harm in paying first as they have a 30 days refund policy, wherein if a member is not satisfied, he can ask for full 100% refund of his membership amount. When we asked them to give it in writing, they informed us that first we should pay the money, and in the meanwhile, they are asking Kalpana J Biswas (one Club Jiva employee) to type all these terms and conditions that they informed us and bring. We paid 30, 000 rs. We asked the documentation and after taking all our money, they gave us the agreement and asked us to sign it first as we have already paid the money and asked us to go through it afterwards once we reached our place. That is the first time we suspected and asked them to give all their commitments and promises in writing on email to us, which they said they would do next day, and we are going to get a welcome kit from their Mumbai Support office. After that we were informed the Gift option as B which is same Free Holiday option that Club Jiva gives for all the customers as usual, after only pretending the other gifts, in order to Lure and bring the people to their rented office where their Sales/Marketing team can fool them with all fake commitments and trap them in an unfair and illegal manner, and duping/cheating them of their hard earned money (and never fulfil any promises/commitments made earlier and illegally use their money as an investment amount in Club Jiva business sought by misrepresentation and unfair means. We came to know about their modus operandi just next day. In evening when we reached our place, we checked their feedback and credibility on internet and we were shocked to know that Club Jiva has a very bad name and very bad reputation in the clubs and recreation market and we saw so many customer complaints available openly on the internet. Also, there were some thousand rupees money. Because of coming to know the reality of Club Jiva and very bad reputation that this Club Jiva/ Holiday Kart pvt ltd has in the market, next day we went again to Sandalwood retreat and asked them to refund our entire amount, They refused to refund our amount at that time, and didn't accept the fraud ? As we have been observing seeing all Club Jiva Victims, Club Jiva / Holiday Kart pvt ltd Support team has been continuously changing their statements every now and then, and are no longer responding to any calls or emails, after deviating from what was promised to us in the beginning, leaving us no option but to forcibly take a legal action on them. Thank God that some of you people as Tourists in Goa, escaped the clutches of Club Jiva without paying anything, For us we are still fighting a legal battle and complained in the police station in order to get back our hard earned money which they duped us with. The modus operandi of Club Jiva is to lure and bring people to their rented office, make people members, forcefully and wasting time that’s too in a vacation. We need the refund our entire amount. You also please file a police complaint on them, so that every rightful tourist coming to Goa on a vacation should not fall prey to Club Jiva, and get cheated ultimately... Goa tourism should also take an immediate action on this Club Jiva asap, please also file a complaint in http://www.goatourism.gov.in/ and send them your grievances on dir-tour.[protected]@nic.in, The Goa tourism after coming to know all these malpractices by club jiva would definitely take an action to ensure the safety of tourists, let's try to save the other innocent tourists at least... We filed a case against them in panjim where Ms Rashmi helped us and raided there office in Dona Paula. All the persons including kalpana Biswas, Rishi Thakur and Fernandis were brought to police station and they give us in writing that they refund our entire amount in 10 working days. But still no refund.

May I understand why was it claimed without any intimation to me and my spouse when the card has already been blocked. This was very well communicated and followed up with club jiva vendor(Goa) on Friday and Saturday ( 27th and 28th Nov 2015) for two consecutive days and it was acknowledged by vendor over SMS that will not be claimed by their accounts. This transaction is causing financial penalty to us. This is spoiling our credit reputation because the card is in the blocked status. Kindly revoke/reverse this transaction ASAP.                             Club Jiva with whom I had planned for Holiday in Month of June, 2015 at Udaipur is a big cheat and totally customer unfriendly company. I had taken membership in influence of their misrepresentations but going through their records immediately had called for Cancellation of the amount of rs. 15K deposited to them for which they agreed and their official too confirmed for the same on mail as well as Whatsapp but after some time he started making excuses and avoiding my phone.                               I became ClubJiva member on 26/09/2014 in Goa and made payment of Rs 25000 as deposit. Also paid 7 EMIs of 2500 Rs. After a lot of mail communication, they told that they have only 7 home properties. Later I came to know that only 1-2 rented rooms they have in these properties. This is clearly the case of Cheating. I want to cancel my membership & get the refund.

But, there is no response from mails and my calls are not answered as well. Hence, I have to use this consumer forum.                                 I have already complaint once before for being cheated by this company. After rigorous follow up from MY side only I was told that they will cancel my membership and process my refund but till date nothing has been done, no one calls from there end nor they even bothered to re-check if my complaint is really solved or not. They don't attend calls, keep numbers switch off, never calls back. I regret falling for these Clubjiva's false commitments. I will be proceeding with legal action now as they have not left me any other choice and whatever amount I have paid is hard earned money so cant let it slip into some burglars like these.

                                  I am writing a compliant about Club Jiva/ who cheated us in July 2014 while we were on a short holiday to Goa.

                                  When we were at Candolim beach, a group of young boys deliberately approached us showing some free scratching coupons and said that there is a definite free gift for us. There were 3 scratching places and it include a I-pad, 10k cash and 3 night free stay package. Later it is discovered that all coupons that are given actually displays only and only free stay package just to lure customers.

                                  Once we scratched the coupon it showed that we won 3 night free stay package at Goviea hotel. Later we were taken to a personal presentation rather I would say Hypnotization. It all sound good at the beginning and we ended up taking blue membership CJ/GT/B/B020 for 05 years and paid 49000 straight away.
                                  The office they are using is empty top floor of Goveia holiday homes opposite to cafe coffee day Candolim using some temporary furniture and laptop. The biggest expenses they do for customers is by serving them team coffee. I had clear idea in my mind that I have paid 49000 and in return I am getting 35 nights for 05 years ( 07 nights a year ) stay in locations given by club Jiva.

                                  Their target is just get any amount of money each and every customer. They sell different package to different customer since they just want get money out of people’s pocket.

                                  After couple of months I tried to book a holiday for us in Jaipur and had nightmare experience. Kalpana from club jiva told me to flight tickets and she would send hotel confirmation shortly. I had almost booked Jet airways non refundable tickets for us when Kalpana told us that we need to pay 1200 utility charge per night to the hotel we going to stay at Jaipur. I was devastated to hear this since We were told in presentation that they have almost 30+ hotel for free stay all over India. I simply cancelled all my plans with club jiva and applied for cancellations. During all these I must have called club jiva thousand times and get hold of them and I was passed onto one staff to another but nobody cared for our holiday where at the beginning they show you beautiful dreaming holidays. It has been discovered that they use mobile jammers to avoid communication with its customers.

                                  I visited their office in Mumbai Jogeshwari but wanted to help me saying that directors were out of country. Then I visited them again in Goa but again kalpana and team showed no mercy and rejected my cancellation request. I have been living out of India for work purpose and do not think I will be able to use any holidays with club jiva. The staff is so shameful that they are still working for club jiva even after receiving so many complaints. They are cheat people who rob people by showing them dream holidays. People like you are taking their time out their busy schedule to write bad because they have cheated by club jiva.

                                  They only start processing refund only when a customer makes complain on this blog or national consumer helpline.

                                    We got trapped with club jiva fraud- 5year celebration to attract GOA visitors.
                                    For our bad luck we met a guy in Goa near baga beach who introduced himself as club Jiva member/agent and requested us to open coupons to see if we are lucky winners. Confirmed with us on mastercard/visa card availability and took us to the hotel la calypso goa for a session. There we got trapped.

                                    Also looking at the no of complaints been filed here which spans across different dates, how can the club be always celebrating 5year anniversary.
                                    This is a big trap to loot money from innocent people.

                                    We actually called to cancel our membership but they did not pick our call and most of the time its not available.We need our money back.
                                    We have sent an email mentioning the same to them and no reply.

                                    Please do not join club jiva. There are big time fraud.
                                    How much you paid them as deposit & how do you feel cheated, if you haven't used their services, & facilities yet.

                                      When we are on tour of Goa, someone catch me @ Dona Paula beach, and said, scratch this coupon, and then after they told me @excited gifts of company on their 5th anniversary, they took us with Sandal wood resort, South Goa, threat us up to 4 pm and explain about benefits of membership of Club Jiva company. Mr. Gautam Modi, Club Jiva employee said the property you are sitting over here is of Club Jiva. there are numbers of properties of Club Jiva where u can stay absolutely free of cost with your family. But late I came to know that these fraud company has not at all their own properties at any place in India or abroad. They are number 01 lier. they are celebrating their anniversary every day. their agents kidnaps traveler each and every day by this cheat coupon. we are lost out 17000 Rs. as initial membership amount. We want full refund of amount collected by mischief by Club Jiva. there is numbers of FIRs against them at various police station. Even I am going to register FIR against this fraud club and also aware other traveller / tourist not to trust in this company. please do something for getting back my earning money Rs.17000/-. PLEASE INITIATE REFUND PROCESS ASAP...

                                        When we are on tour of Goa, someone catch me and said, scratch this coupon, and then after they told me @excited gifts of company on their 5th anniversary, they took us with Sandal wood resort, South Goa, threat us up to 4 pm and explain about benefits of membership of Club Jiva company. Mr. Gautam Modi, Club Jiva employee said the property you are sitting over here is of Club Jiva. there are numbers of properties of Club Jiva where u can stay absolutely free of cost with your family. But late I came to know that these fraud company has not at all their own properties at any place in India or abroad. They are number 01 lier. they are celebrating their anniversary every day. their agents kidnaps traveler each and every day by this cheat coupon. we are lost out 17000 Rs. as initial membership amount. We want full refund of amount collected by mischief by Club Jiva. there is numbers of FIRs against them at various police station. Even I am going to register FIR against this fraud club and also aware other traveller / tourist not to trust in this company. please do something for getting back my earning money Rs.17000/-.
